Doing Bulgarian split squats for the first time and... trust me… I struggled like hell 😭 Felt like a complete newbie. Even bodyweight was hard because I couldn't find my balance. First few reps I kept falling out of position 💀 So Bulgarian split squat experts... what's the best way to find the right stance length? 👀show more

Many of you said my trainer was doing it... right… and I wasn't. 😭 So today I tried his form for the first time. 50kg dumbbells. 💪 And honestly… it felt WAY too easy. Am I finally too strong for this exercise or what? 👀 Who did it better, me or my trainer?show more

Fun fact: This animation was close on becoming an... unfinished one because while doing the clean-up I lost the tip of the pen and as I couldn't find the spare ones I had to use the tip of my old tablet pen that kept falling off every 5 minutes. I almost give upshow more

When I first started lifting weights I struggled to... hit 135 on squats for 10 reps. Yes, I was that much of a chicken shit. I weighed 205 and I was pretty lean because I had been riding the exercise bike for 2-1/2 hours a day 5 days a week and doing keto for like a year prior to that. Now, after 2 years of dedicated training 4 days a week, I can now squat 540. That’s an official number at a meet. So thing is…fitness is a journey. My goal is to be squatting 600 by November. We will see. Getting there is half the fun! Enjoy the process!show more

Can you do unassisted sissy squats? I like my... third rep because I went deeper, took a pause, and managed to come back up. Sissy squats train so much at once. Your balance, focus, coordination, joint stability, tendons and of course the muscle. also one of the few moves that loads the rectus femoris in a fully lengthened position, something regular squats just don't do.show more

I have kept these chicken indoors for a long... time. Today, I opened the gate for them to go out, find what they want, and eat on their own. I had to literally chase them out. They would run around but avoided going out of the gate, until I gate up. I think in their ‘minds’, I love them a lot to be keeping them locked up. Many Ugandans are like this; so afraid of freedom, because they are so used to servitude (oppression) and the crumbs falling off the table of the oppressor. Anyone trying to lead them to the gate must labour so hard.show more

Guys are losing interest when they find out that:... I met a cool guy online who seemed pretty cool, and he kept asking me for pictures of me in my favourite outfit. Thought it was kind of cute, so I sent him a few snaps. Right after I shared them, he literally disappeared, blocked me and left me on “read”. Seriously? I thought we had a connection 🥹. It’s so frustrating, I feel like you can’t trust anyone these days. Also I feel like no one wants to date someone like me because of my interests and the way I express myself. Every time I mention what I’m doing on social media I get rejected and no one bothers to tell me why. I just want a real relationship where I can be a good girlfriend… who cooks cleans and looks after her partner. I don’t ask for expensive dates or anything extravagant. All I want is someone who loves me who I’m . Has society changed so much that nobody takes anything seriously or that just me? #formen #single #olderwomanshow more

When I was first called up for training, a lot of my teammates didn't seem to like me because of my skin color. Some of them even mocked me to my face, calling me 'black monkey' and saying I'm not a real Argentine. It hurt I won't lie. I was sad and I called my mom. She encouraged me not to let it weigh me down. She told me more of that would come, but I should never let it get to me. And now? I think my teammates are finally starting to accept me. I'm so happy to make my debut, and I'm ready for the big journey ahead."show more
