When you raise your max sprint, your sub max efforts are now at your previous max sprint. You get in shape for this test by SPRINTING. This test can show you exactly where you stand. How much can you give for one 12 play drive? And every time we run this test, can you challenge yourself to give a little bit more? You should use a storyboard style that fits the specific scene and type of video you want to create. Even though current video models don’t follow storyboards 100% yet, I think future versions will dramatically improve in this area and storyboard usage will become essential. Right now, you can already generate useful storyboards just by describing your idea. Soon, I’ll also share a prompt system I’ve been building that seems to work well for different storyboard types. They both had condylar fractures (cracked lower leg joint) and were repaired surgically with lag screw fixation. They are currently at Cedar Run Farm in Arkansas & will be retired and rehomed when they heal.
