You can do all the cones, bags, and ladder drills in the book, but nothing gets you ready like live reps. Get in open space and use your skillset to score Understand your leverage and your ability to close that space You need to do football drills to get better at football.

2v2 Score Game! All players start at the 10. Coach throws the ball into 1 of the offensive players. Ball carrier must touch the 20y line then they can score. Offensive player without the ball has to touch the hash or sideline before they can block. Defenders mirror the offense. If you’re on the ball carrier side you have to touch the end zone. Blocker side defender must touch the same time hash or sideline. Sometimes I’m not a fan of 2v2+ drills as there’s too much info to process, but this was a sweet spot of action and reading + reacting. Good drill that’s gonna stay in the rotation for sure!
