Big river prawns 📍Thailand 🇹🇭 Taste Thailand: Harvested from... the river basins of Thailand, most famously around the Chao Phraya River, giant river prawns (Goong Mae Nam) are among the country's most celebrated freshwater delicacies. Renowned for their impressive size, these crustaceans are prized for their firm, sweet flesh and, most notably, an abundance of rich, creamy orange head fat (tomalley) that melts into a savory natural butter during cooking. The classic Thai preparation involves butterfly-splitting the live prawns lengthwise and grilling them shell-down over open charcoal embers until cooked. They are traditionally served over a bed of warm jasmine rice, drizzled with the rich melted head fat, and accompanied by nam jim seafood- a fiery dipping sauce made from fresh green chilies, garlic, lime juice, and fish sauce that cuts through the prawn's intense richness. At 32, I stopped using products made for acne-prone... skin, and guess what? My skin actually improved Now, I wash my face only when needed with a mild Japanese cleanser and use tallow as my main moisturizer. I wear natural makeup maybe two or three times a month, often even less (and I’m not wearing any here) Every now and then, I do creatine face masks. For my under-eye area I use sheep’s fat or vitamin E oil But honestly, nothing compares to deep, restorative sleep and real rest when it comes to having healthy skinshow more

Bal Kaymak at Maruf Kahvalti Kaymak is Turkey’s "liquid... gold," a decadent, clotted cream crafted by simmering unpasteurized milk for hours until a thick, velvety golden crust forms on the surface. This iconic top layer acts as a concentrated reservoir of pure milk fats and natural sweetness, offering a texture so rich and supple that it yields to a knife like softened cultured butter. When sliced and rolled, it reveals a cloud-like interior that sits perfectly between the airiness of whipped cream and the density of Italian mascarpone. It is the undisputed crown jewel of a Turkish breakfast, traditionally drowned in aromatic wildflower honey and spread over warm, crusty bread to create a sensory explosion of salt, fat, and sugar.show more

Paying attention to the Food we eat! We soaked... Red Keerai for sometime in water mixed with turmeric powder and rock salt. This would free it from any chemicals, insects, dust, etc. Cooked it with just chillies and salt. Also added grated coconut - this not only enhances the taste but also helps absorb fat soluble compounds. The high fiber content in keerai leaves acts as a natural sweeping brush for our digestive tract. It eases our bowel movements, prevents constipation, and helps maintain happy gut. Consuming keerai during day time is best, giving it enough time to perform its job in our tummy. Red keerai is commonly called Red Amaranth - which comes from a Greek word meaning unfading or everlasting. Would love to know how keerai has been used in Bharat's early civilizations from Parimalshow more

Building muscle costs your body about 6 calories a... day. A grape. A natural lifter a few years in adds perhaps a kilo of muscle a year. A kilo of muscle is mostly water and about 200g of protein. Building it costs roughly 2,000 calories, all in. Divide by 365. Six a day. The bulking industry prescribes 500 extra. That leaves 494 a day with nowhere to go but your waist. Over a year, 180,000 calories. Enough for more than 20kg of fat. So every autumn the jumpers get baggier on purpose. Every spring, three miserable months dieting it back off. The muscle he ends the year with would have arrived on maintenance. Growth is triggered by the load, and it runs at the speed of tissue. No amount of food hurries it. Lift heavy. Add weight. Eat until you're not hungry. If the scale is climbing faster than your lifts, you know where the surplus went.show more

These old trees are dying 🌳😓 But it wasn't... the Ivy that has been cut away that is killing them the culprit is simply old age🌿 These Alder trees only live for about as long as we do and so by cutting the Ivy🌿 off the only thing the well meaning culprit has achieved is to deny wildlife refuge and nutrition 💮🍇 The trees are still going to go for the long sleep but they would have continued to stand and support the Ivy allowing it to do it's work for years to come. Right now the Ivy in Ireland is begining to flower and will sustain 🐝 & other insects well into late Autumn 🍂 These flowers will be followed by fat-rich berries 🍇 that will keep birds going through the winter Ivy does not kill trees. It is an essential part of our natural ecosystem so please leave it be 🌳🌳🍂💜🍂🌳🌳show more

wait what?? Seedance 2.0 went crazy with this prompt... 🦾 This is real early 2000s home video footage shot on a VHS camcorder at a crowded public swimming pool. The video has the typical grain, color, and soft quality of consumer video from that era. The camera is very shaky and handheld, filming from the side of the pool. On the diving board there is a very fat man wearing a homemade jetpack made out of what looks like metal tubes and bottles strapped to his back. A group of people around the pool are cheering and laughing, hyping him up. The guy runs and jumps off the diving board, then activates the jetpack mid-air. He manages to fly a few meters forward over the pool, but the jetpack starts struggling under his weight. He slowly loses height and ends up crashing into the water with a big splash. Right after he falls in, another fat guy with a mullet haircut jumps into the pool holding a can of beer. He swims over to the guy with the jetpack, who is still half-floating with the device on, and hands him the beer. The jetpack guy takes it and starts drinking while still in the water. Everyone around the pool goes crazy cheering and laughing at the whole scene. The camera movement is extremely shaky and reactive the entire time, with constant motion, motion blur during the jump and the crash, and the typical imperfections of someone filming with an old camcorder in a crowded place. There are several fast, unplanned cuts as the person filming tries to follow the chaos. Natural sound only: people cheering and laughing, the sound of the jetpack, the big splash when he crashes, and general pool ambience recorded with the camcorder microphone. The result must feel like authentic raw early 2000s home video of someone casually filming an absolutely ridiculous moment at a public swimming pool. Now is your turn! Tweak it and share it 🫡show more
