Shoulder work! I think we can call these Kino Presses by now. Now form keys 👇🏻 So the form that fkn builds shoulders like crazy is to get elbows up high before rotating (in line with shoulders) Fully externally rotate all the way back, and the shoulder press part is almost like ur reaching your arms up overhead. You want to turn this into one smooth motion. I like 2 sets. Heavier for 8-10 and lighter for 10-12. Work on this once per week. The other upper body do heavy shoulder press and you will see insane results. Save this if it helps.
