BREAKING: Donald Trump ordered to pay over $350 MILLION... in the New York civil trial case, by corrupt judge Arthur F. Engoron. Absolutely insane. The insane amount of money could wipe out Trump's cash stockpile if he is forced to pay. The figure could increase with interest payments if he doesn't come up with the money or secure a bond in the next 30 days. "Mr. Trump will also most likely ask an appeals court to halt the restrictions on him and his sons from running the company while it considers the case," the New York Times reported. The lovely 'justice' system strikes again.show more

DUMP BELOW $57,000 WILL BE BRUTAL. I’ve been trading... for more than 17 years and have NEVER seen this much long-side liquidity stacked in one single zone. More than $1.75 billion in longs gets wiped if the price loses $57,000. Do you understand how much that is? $1.75 BILLION in leveraged bets. Gone in seconds. Every influencer screaming "the bottom is already in" is about to get liquidated. And here's what nobody wants to hear: That collapse IS the buy signal. Exactly when buying feels the most painful, dangerous, and completely wrong. When that liquidity gets taken, the market cycle bottom isn't a question anymore. This is how every major bottom forms. The crowd sees the end. Traders who stay patient see the final accumulation window. Reminder: I called the $16K Bitcoin bottom and the $126K top. The next call is coming. In a new study from MIT and the University... of Queensland, 272 international experts were asked to judge the biggest risks from AI between now and 2030. They concluded that 18 of the 24 risks they looked at each carry at least a 1 in 10 chance of a catastrophic outcome, which they defined as something that kills more than a million people or wipes out more than 100 billion dollars. The risks they worried about most were not science fiction robots. They were AI being used to build weapons, launch large scale cyberattacks, and concentrate power and money in very few hands. None of this is a prediction that it will happen. It is a measure of how seriously the field's own experts take the danger. And the numbers are not small.show more

🚨 JUST MARK MY WORDS: " $BTC is one... step away from a massive drop, which comes after FVG test in $67K-$70K range " My BTC plan: 1. Pump toward $68K 2. Small price chop / sideways range 3. Start of breakdown + acceptance below $58K 4. Drop toward $44K 5. Bottom formation in $36K-$44K zone Final bottom isn’t in yet - final dump is way closer than most think... I'm one of few who accurately called $BTC ATH and several major market sell-offs: 1. $126k → $102k (Oct 10) 2. $116k → $80k 3. $97k → $60k and $83k → $59k Missed those calls? Will Ray (Wake Forest Baseball) was one of the... most dominant relievers on the Cape this summer. The former two-way showcased a high 80s - low 90s sinker from a sidearm slot with plenty of run and a sweeping slider that limited hitters to an average of 68.2 mph EV and a 0.59 xFIP (per Anthony Marotta as of 7/19). It's a plus pitch that was used more than the sinker and acts as his best offering. He also mixed in a splitter with some sink to get miss in and out of the zone. He appeared in 14 games for the Whitecaps on the Cape, limiting hard contact and base-runners with a 1.18 WHIP, 23 K/2 BB in 22 IP. Ray's stuff played well in the lower half of the zone but was susceptible to the long ball at times. Perhaps adding a four-seam FB that could get some chase at the top of the zone could help his overall profile. As of 7/23, Ray was 100th percentile in hard-hit % and 93rd percentile in opponent average exit speed (per Anthony Marotta). Ray made significant progress in his control and as a result, dropped his 4.9 BB/9 in 44 IP last spring to just 0.8 BB/9 in 22 IP this summer in the CCBL. He was able to make some of the top offensive college bats look foolish (Kurland - sinker, Burress - slider, Martinez - splitter; shown below).show more

A 92 year old veteran came to court believing... he was about to lose the only home he had left. Walter Reed had served his country decades ago during the Vietnam War. Now he lived alone in the same small house he had owned for most of his life. His wife had passed away years earlier, and no children were around to help him. Time hadn't been kind to the house. The porch had started to fall apart, paint peeled from the walls, and rain slowly made its way through the roof. City inspectors had written several code violations, and the fines had grown into an amount Walter couldn't afford. That morning he arrived in court in a wheelchair. His hands rested on his knees while he listened quietly as the city attorney read the list of problems aloud. Each sentence sounded heavier than the one before it. The attorney explained that the fines were now thousands of dollars. If the money wasn't paid, the city could condemn the house. The place Walter had lived in for decades might soon be taken away. The judge, a 63 year old man known for strict rulings, began to speak. "Mr. Reed, the city is requesting..." He stopped. Walter had lowered his head into his hands. His shoulders started shaking as quiet tears tell into his palms. The entire courtroom slowly went silent. For a moment the judge simply looked at him. The expression on his face softened as he studied the elderly veteran sitting alone in his wheelchair. "We will take a 20 minute recess." The gavel came down and people began whispering softly while the judge stepped away. When the judge returned, something in the courtroom felt different. No one knew what he had done during those 20 minutes. Instead of looking at the attorneys, the judge looked directly at Walter. "Mr. Reed," he said gently. "During the recess I made a few phone calls." The courtroom grew quiet again. "I spoke with the director of our local veterans organization and with the county veterans assistance fund." Walter slowly lifted his head. "All of the fines in this case are dismissed." For a moment Walter didn't react. His face showed pure disbelief, as if the words hadn't fully reached him yet. The judge continued speaking. "A local contractors union has also agreed to repair your home free of charge. They will begin the work next week." This time Walter understood. The tears that followed weren't from fear anymore. His shoulders shook again, but now the emotion came from relief he hadn't expected to feel. The judge then did something that surprised everyone in the room. He stepped down from the bench, walked across the courtroom floor, and stopped beside the wheelchair. He gently wrapped his arms around the old veteran. Walter held onto the judge's robe as if he were afraid the moment might disappear. "I thought nobody would ever listen to me again," he whispered. "They told me to forget it, like it never happened. I've been carrying it for 50 years." The judge kept his arm around him and answered quietly. "I'm listening now. You should not have had to carry that alone." Walter looked up through tears. "You don't have to anymore." People in the courtroom later said they had never witnessed a moment like that inside a courtroom before. For Walter, the place where he expected to lose everything became the place where someone finally decided to stand beside him.show more

The importance of pointing the AirFanta Wear personal air... purifier accurately. You need to point the center of the Wear's airflow at your breathing zone. Otherwise you won't get any benefit from the device. This is just a visualization using the mist from an ultrasonic nebulizer to stand in for unfiltered ambient air. In the demonstration the air is not completely still due to the output of the nebulizer. But the air flow may be similar to cross currents that might be found in indoor settings. AirFanta has shown a number of different ways to position the Wear, but hasn't given exact numbers for distance as far as I know. I'm using a distance of 2 inches or less as a rule of thumb, with the center of the device pointed at my breathing zone. The 3/4 position feels like it's one that people may be the most interested in because it can let you eat while at the same time maintaining a close proximity to the output. The Wear is not meant as a one-to-one replacement for a respirator grade mask. It's best for situations where you were not going to be wearing a mask at all, but would still like to breathe cleaner air. Avoid risk compensation, which is where you take on more risk because you think you are more protected than you actually are. For instance, visiting a nephew sick with measles without an N95 mask because you think the Wear will give you equal protection. Maintaining the correct distance and orientation between the Wear and your breathing zone requires conscious effort. The Wear can reduce your overall exposure to airborne contaminants, but it needs to be used very close to breathing zone and needs to be very accurately centered.show more

🚨NEWS: One of the most despicable examples of our... weak justice system The family of Aria Thorpe have launched a campaign seeking a retrial against the killer of their 9 year old daughter who he stabbed to death The still to this day unnamed killer due to his age was 15 when he stabbed Aria in December 2025 The teen claimed he was playfighting with her, a girl 6 years younger than him at the time, and moved an 8 inch knife in her direction to make her flinch, he says Aria moved towards the knife using her own force to plunge it into her chest No one with half a brain believes this story The boy didn't call emergency services or anyone for help He fled the scene and went to a local train station where he spoke to several people he appeared to know and appeared to re-enact the moment he stabbed her This can be seen on CCTV below 👇 He told them he was trying to get away from "everything - police, family. Everything". But someone called the police and he was luckily arrested on the train before it departed Prosecutors told the family it was a 'slam dunk' case and the boy would be prosecuted for murder, if not, at least manslaughter The family claim the judge mislead the jury during the trial and they claim it is one of the most shocking miscarriages of justice they've known I hope the family get justice for Aria And I hope the UK legal system gets a massive overhaul with judge's held accountable for their appalling actions May you rest in peace Aria 🙏show more

🚨 WARNING: $SPCX IS SETTING UP ITS FINAL FLUSH... Then the real trade begins $SPCX trades around $134 - down over 40% from its post-IPO high near $228 Everyone's calling the bottom They're one flush early Big IPOs don't bottom on the first crash. They bottom on one nobody believes in anymore Look at Palantir in 2020 Same hype. Same retail FOMO. Same dump off top It bled roughly 85% from its peak - then did over 10x Put the charts side by side. They're almost identical Here's the script 99% of major IPOs follow: ➮ Hype → retail piles in → post-IPO pop ➮ Whales distribute → dump below IPO price ➮ Downtrend → 60-80% off the top → cycle bottom ➮ Accumulation → months of boring chop while whales load ➮ Breakout → retail FOMOs back in → 150-200%+ rally $SPCX is mid-step 3 right now Which means the roadmap looks like this: $134 → $110 → $71 That ~$70 zone is the bottom Then 2-3 months of sideways chop. No headlines. No hype. Just quiet accumulation while retail gets bored and leaves Then: $108 → $222 → $305+ From the bottom, that's a 300%+ move Here's the part nobody tells you: The last dump will feel like the thesis died That's exactly how bottoms are built. On capitulation, not confidence Most people will sell the $70s and buy back $200s You're either loading in chop - or chasing breakout. There's no third option Reminder: I called 2025 $BTC ATH and drop to $60k. This roadmap is next call Turn notifs on - I'll post it here moment accumulation zone confirmsshow more

Copepods, could stop climate change 5 gigatons of these... 1mm-sized zooplankton called COPEPODS live in all the world’s Oceans. This is equivalent to 17 million 747 jets, and if you laid the jets end to end, they would go around the planet 31 times. The copepods migrate from around 200m below the ocean surface every night to feed on plants (phytoplankton) at the surface. It is the greatest mass migration of animals on the planet, and it happens twice a day. The vertical motion of the copepods moves just about as much water as the moon and the tides. The copepods eat 30 times more carbon than humanity generates from burning fossil fuels, and about 6%, or 3 gigatons, of their dead bodies and poop end up in the world’s largest carbon bank, the Abyss. The Abyss contains 500m to 1000’s of meters thick layer of organic carbon / mineral sludge with an area greater area than dry land on the planet. Yet humanity has wiped out more than 50% of marine plankton productivity over the last 70 years due to chemical and particle pollution. We have also wiped out 50% of Arctic krill, which are just as important. and we are now even contemplating dredging the ocean floor! We would not have had climate change if we had not poisoned and destroyed most of the world’s oceans. By 2045, the destruction will be complete unless we act now to stop the inevitable annihilation of nature and life on Earth. Let’s put things into perspective, in comparison to protecting nature, carbon mitigation, windmills and electric cars are almost a joke. Shifting focus to 2025, RHP Tyler Bremner (UC Santa... Barbara Baseball) is one of my favorite College arms in the class. As a freshman, Bremner split time between the bullpen and the rotation and pitched his way to a modest 5.37 ERA with an impressive strikeout-to-walk ratio of 80-to-17 across 55.1 innings. Bremner has a lean, athletic build at 6'2" and 180-lbs. He has room to fill out physically and as he does, his already-electric stuff will only tick up. Bremner has a low maintenance, under control operation with present arm speed. He attacks hitters from a high-three quarter slot and his fastball sits in the 93-96 range and tops out at 98. It has elite riding life (averaged over 21" of IVB in '23) and is most effective when located in the top-half of the zone. Between its velocity and shape, it is a 60-grade offering. He boasts two quality secondary offerings in a mid-80s changeup and low-80s slider. Bremner’s changeup is the more polished of the two, but his sweeping slider has plus potential. In 2023, Bremner’s changeup generated an impressive 48% miss rate. He has advanced feel for the offering, and he will throw it to both left and righthanded hitters. It plays well off his mid-90s fastball and flashes big time late tumbling life and some fade to the arm side. Bremner threw his slider just 12% of the time in 2023, but it has the chance to be a true out pitch in the future. It features ample late sweeping life as well as some depth, and is a real weapon especially against righthanded hitters. It has reportedly taken a step forward this fall and could be a lethal offering in 2024. Between his plus control, low effort delivery, and the chance to have three plus or better pitches, Bremner profiles as a starter professionally. He has a chance to become a household name this spring and with two strong seasons pitching in the rotation, Bremner has 1st Round upside in 2025. (📽️: UC Santa Barbara Baseball)show more

Ethereum in 2026 → What you need to know.... Today ETH price is $2,104 which is almost 57% down from its all time high of $4,954 in August 2025. Fear and Greed index stands at 28. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is approaching oversold conditions and retail interest is absent. However every on chain metric is hitting an all time high. - There are almost 35.5 million ETH staked. - Stablecoins on Ethereum have surpassed $158 billion. Tbh ETH exchange reserves are at their lowest since 2016. Spot ETH ETFs have attracted $11.6 billion in total net inflows. The network is more used, more secure and more embedded in institutions than ever yet the price remains in the fear zone. That disparity outlines the whole Ethereum narrative in 2026. - Pectra launched in May 2025 increasing the validator cap from 32 to 2,048 ETH. - Fusaka followed in December. - Glamsterdam is set for the first half of 2026 aiming for 10,000 transactions per second and over 78% reduction in gas fees through full account abstraction. - Hegota arrives in the second half with Verkle Trees pushing towards a stateless Ethereum. This upgrade pace is not slowing down. And the good thing is institutional side looks promising too. Ethereum Foundation staked 70,000 ETH in April 2026. This shift from selling ETH to fund operations to earning staking yield is significant. Yet there is an uncomfortable truth that many ignore → Layer 2 solutions like Base keep most fee revenue instead of returning it to ETH holders. Standard Chartered estimated that Base alone took $50 billion from ETH market cap. Increased Layer 2 activity does not directly translate to higher ETH value. So far this issue is unresolved concern underlying every optimistic outlook. The bullish scenario here is hinges on Glamsterdam delivering results, ETF inflows returning and the Federal Reserve lowering rates. and the bearish scenario suggests that Layer 2 value capture issue remains unresolved. Its crazy that the divergence between fundamentals and price is not a temporary dislocation but a structural issue. Right now the critical level to watch is $2,080. If it drops below that the bearish case becomes serious. Honestly fundamentals keep getting stronger while the price continues lagging behind. Next six months will determine which perspective will prevail.show more

RHP Cole Leaman (Lehigh Baseball) is an arm I'm... really looking forward to following this spring. Fresh off a strong Sophomore season in which he worked a 2.31 ERA with 49 Ks to 23 BB across 46.2 IP. Showed some positive flashes on the Cape. While slightly undersized, Leaman has a strong and athletic build at 6' and 190-lbs. Has put on a lot of good weight over the last couple of years. Leaman has almost a "check point" delivery in which he takes a noticeable side step towards the 1B side, gathers himself and breaks into the rest of his motion. Lengthy arm stroke and attacks from a high-3/4 slot from a low release height. Leaman is a high-level athlete and a dynamic mover on the mound. Sits really well on his back glute and his lead leg block enables him to generate power and drive his back side through. Drop and drive delivery. Little bit of effort, but plenty of arm speed. Leaman's FB sits in the 91-94 range, but it was up to 96 this summer and 98 this fall. Jumps out of his hand from a ~5'3" release height and flashes riding life through the zone. Averaged 15" of carry this summer and 2,361 RPMs. Gets over the barrels of opposing hitters when located in the top-1/2 of the zone, which is where the pitch is at its best. Command can be erratic at times. Would give it a 55. Leaman's most-used off speed pitch is a high-70s-to-low-80s CB. Shape is inconsistent and it can get a little slurvy at times, but he snapped off a handful of really good ones between the spring and summer. When it's at its best, it will flash a bigger shape with sharp, downward tilt. Leaman will also mix in a low-to-mid-80s SL that's distinct in shape. Another pitch he's still gaining a feel for, but like his CB it's also shown big time flashes. Shape of it will vary, but it will sometimes flash plus with sharp, two-plane break (more sweep than depth) and essentially take a late, hard left turn. Rounds out his arsenal with a high-80s cutter and a mid-to-high-80s CH. The former is more intriguing than the latter. Curious to see how much he uses the cutter this spring, threw a couple this summer that had late glove-side life. Leaman has a very intriguing blend of athleticism and stuff, though he'll need to iron out his command and control in order to maximize his upside. As mentioned, it's a bit scattered right now and has hindered him in some starts. 5th-8th round type this July. (📽️: Falmouth Commodores)show more

Don't train the model, evolve the harness. I read... a brilliant blog post from Hugging Face where they took a frozen open model scoring 0% on a hard legal agent benchmark, left its weights alone, and let an automated loop rewrite only the code around it. That code layer is the harness, the runtime wrapper that feeds the model context, runs its tool calls, and decides when a run ends. By the time the loop finished, the system had essentially matched Sonnet 4.6 on the benchmark's headline metric, at roughly 7x lower cost per task. Zero weights changed. The gain existed because of where the model was failing. The judge only grades files saved in the right place under the exact requested filename, and the model kept doing the legal analysis correctly, then saving it under the wrong name, dropping it in a scratch folder, or never writing it at all. So the 0% was never measuring legal reasoning. It was measuring the harness. Hand-tuning that layer is slow and model-specific, so they automated it. A Claude proposer adds exactly one mechanism per iteration, and an outer loop keeps it only if it clearly beats the current best, so accepted mechanisms compound. What the loop discovered says a lot about where agents actually fail. → The biggest single gain was file handling, not intelligence. An automatic step that lands the deliverable exactly where the judge expects it beat every prompt change, with zero extra model tokens. → Code fixes transferred across models, prompt playbooks did not. The same harness lifted a smaller model from the same family by 14 points, but the tuned prompts hurt a different model family on tasks it could already finish. → The harness mattered more than anything else. Same model, same judge, same tasks, and five different harnesses scored anywhere between 3.5% and 80.1%. The gains do eventually flatten, and the remaining misses look like real capability gaps. At some point the wrapper runs out of tricks and the model has to carry the work. But the lesson holds. A benchmark score measures the model and its harness together, and until the harness is fixed, it's impossible to know which one failed. I highly recommend reading this: I also wrote a deep dive on agent harness engineering a while back, covering the orchestration loop, tools, memory, context management, and everything that turns a stateless LLM into a capable agent. The article is quoted below.show more

Nturo, a martyred village, evacuated three times in 30... years (Original in French published yesterday) The village of Nturo tragically illustrates the fate of Congolese Tutsis. Three times since 1994, these cattle herders have been forced to abandon their lands. Nearly all their cows have been slaughtered, and many of them have been killed by the militias rampant in the region. As early as 1995, Hutu génocidaires and the defeated Rwandan army began venturing farther and farther from the Goma camps, where they were generously assisted by international organizations that turned a blind eye to the fact that they were aiding murderers (including women, often complicit in the genocide). Stolen cattle were slaughtered in abattoirs funded by international aid! Stripped of their belongings and threatened with death simply for being Tutsis - and for the génocidaires, it was about finishing the “job” - they were forced to seek refuge in Rwanda or Uganda, where they lived in camps for years. On October 5, 2023, the village was set ablaze by the Hutu Nyatura militia, the FDLR, and the FARDC. Burundian troops, present as part of one of the many “peace agreements,” were camped on a hill just a few hundred meters away. They stood by, weapons at rest, in perfect complicity with the arsonists. The residents, having had time to flee to Bwiza in an area controlled by the M23, returned two months later after the zone was retaken by the latter. They found their village completely devastated. Since then, they have rebuilt it, but in a more concentrated manner: isolated homes—seen burning in the images—were deemed too difficult to defend. The work accomplished is impressive. Freshly cut wood bears witness to the recent reconstruction. During my daytime visit, only one generator was running. A few kilometers away, you can see the power line supplying Kabila’s farm, but no village benefits from it. These Congolese Tutsis, rooted in Masisi since time immemorial, have been driven from their lands three times in thirty years, the most recent being less than two years ago. They have been massacred, their cattle stolen or killed. Why would they trust the authorities in Kinshasa or the “international community”? The M23 is their only protector, the sole guarantor of their survival. The alternative? At worst, death. At best, an undignified life in a refugee camp in a country not their own. Olivier J.P. 🚨 WARNING: TOMORROW WILL BE THE WORST DAY OF... 2026!! In 24 hours, SpaceX goes public at a $1.75 TRILLION valuation - the biggest IPO in history. I've been trading for 10+ years, and I've never seen the financial system bend its own rules for ONE private company. Nasdaq. MSCI. America's largest brokerages. All changing long-standing rules for a single company. That doesn't happen by coincidence. Let me tell you what's really going on: First, Fidelity slashed its minimum account requirement from $500,000 to just $2,000. A 99.6% reduction. Think about that for a second. One of Wall Street's most exclusive gates was suddenly opened to millions of everyday investors - right before the biggest market debut of all time. Why do they suddenly want YOU involved? Because someone needs buyers. SpaceX set aside 30% of the offering for retail investors. That's THREE TIMES the typical allocation. And despite that, many investors still received only partial allocations. Which means anyone wanting more shares will be chasing them when trading begins. To do that, they're selling other positions TODAY to raise cash. That's one side of the selling pressure you're seeing. The other? Institutional money positioning ahead of July. Here's the part most people are missing: SpaceX won't enter the Nasdaq 100 immediately. It gets added 15 days later. Why? Because Nasdaq shortened its own waiting period from 3 months to just 15 days. Specifically for this event. The second SpaceX joins the index, every fund is REQUIRED to buy shares. That's an estimated $22–27 billion of automatic demand. The big funds are selling assets now to build cash reserves. Retail is selling. Institutions are selling. Both at the same time. THAT is what's driving this selloff. Now for the part nobody wants to say publicly: When the most powerful money managers in the world create a $1.75 trillion liquidity event and invite the smallest investors to participate at the last minute... That's not generosity. That's distribution. We've watched this play out before: → Dot-com bubble (2000) → COVID crash (2020) Insiders exit at extreme valuations. The crowd rushes in chasing momentum. Something doesn't add up. So over the next 24 hours, you have two options: Buy into the most expensive IPO ever at the opening bell... Or dig into the prospectus and consider the possibility that YOU are the liquidity event. The next few days are going to be wild. I've publicly called some of the biggest tops and bottoms of the past decade. And I'll call this one too. I’ve spent decades studying markets, and I’ve called most major tops and bottoms along the way. And I’ll call it again in 2026. Follow me and turn notifications on before it’s too late. Don’t become exit liquidity.show more
