Kling 2.6 Motion Capture is so good. It's a... huge leap forward. We've been able to do motion capture with AI for a while, but the quality bump finally made this approach useful. Here are the steps: - Get a reference video - record it or get a stock video - Grab the start frame of that video - Edit it using Nano Banana Pro. Ask to replace character and background. - Select the Kling 2.6 Motion Capture model in the video generator on Freepik (now Magnific) - Upload reference video + set the edited start frame - Video prompt can be simple e.g. "Gandalf dancing"show more

I noticed something about most of the new Kling... 3.0 demos. Kling 3.0 Multi Shot doesn't cross the line! One of the major pain (expensive) points of making AI narrative films is that the coverage is all over the place and random shot grids are easily half unusable based on the traditional filmmaking coverage rules. This is my first dialogue scene with shot01 - wide shot, shot 02 - close up woman, shot03 - close up man AND KLING DID NOT CROSS THE LINE. Now the framing still could be tweaked to fit the standard conventions of traditional cinematography, that is where possibly tools like Martini could help out. But very impressed, I'm generating this video with Korean dialogue next. Kling AIshow more

The consistency, effects, and animation in this new model... are simply spectacular. There are still minor things that feel off, but imagine where this will be in a year. The next big leap will be high-speed, one-minute videos — whoever achieves that first will dominate the internet. Seedance 2.0 hasn’t been released globally yet, and even so, it’s already shaking everything. Gojo Satoru vs Sukuna, 100% made with artificial intelligence. Drop your opinions in the comments: what kind of fights do you want to see? When the model launches, I’ll be creating anime fight scenes — and I’ll need your help.show more

DID YOU KNOW the one major difference between Steven... Spielberg's 2005 remake of War Of The Worlds and Orson Wells original is that in Spielberg's version - the aliens come from beneath the earth. 👉🏼 **NOTE: in this scene - where the aliens make their first appearance - Spielberg hid 3 simultaneous Antichrist subliminal messages - timed perfectly for the moment in the movie where light goes to dark = Christ replaced by satan.show more

Black Forest Labs just announced FLUX 3: a unified... multimodal model for image, video, audio and action prediction. Founded in Freiburg, Germany, one of the few globally significant European companies in the AI sector. The current release is gated early access, not open source. But if FLUX 3 Dev actually ships with usable open weights, this could become one of the most important open-model releases in generative video yet. Especially after the Chinese Minimax H3 release. BFL claims, based on preliminary internal comparisons, that FLUX 3 outperformed models such as Runway Gen-4.5, Luma Ray 3.2, Kling 3 Pro, and Seedance 2.0. However, these figures stem from the early-access phase and do not constitute independent validation. Be that as it may, it's great to see the quality that today's video models can produce at affordable prices. Something that would have been unthinkable a year ago. Really cool release!show more

Experts Only Festival day 2 takeaways: •The festival was... run even better than it was day 1, with seamless logistics. •Summit’s surprise set at 3:50 was for the OG’s. The vibes in the crowd for that set were incredible. •LP Giobbi had the dance floor jumping early and often. Loved the energy she brought to her set. •While I thought Summit’s day 1 headlining set was great, his closing set last night was the best set of the entire weekend. He brought back a lot of the melodic tracks that make some of his festival sets so special. Overall, EO Fest was everything NYC has needed since EZoo. John Summit brought something special to the city this weekend — this feels like it’s about to be NYC’s must-attend dance music festival for years to come.show more

Every man lives two lives. The second begins when... he realises that he can max out hypertrophy in 15 second sets. Four or five reps build muscle. The last four or five, where the bar slows on its own whether you like it or not. That is where the high-threshold motor units finally get called up. Where the cross-bridges are attached in maximum number at once. Where the fibre takes the tension it has been waiting all set for. Mechanical tension is the only language the muscle reads. It does not have a second one. Everything either side of that is filler, and somebody is paid to sell you filler. Tempo is filler. You are 30 to 50 per cent stronger lowering a weight than lifting it, so no descent on earth is slow enough to threaten you. Drag it out and all you have done is put a lighter weight on the half that counted. The pump is filler. Lactate infused straight into the blood grows nothing. Blood flow restricted on a resting muscle grows nothing. Swelling is a feeling and it gets no vote. The mind-muscle connection is filler. You cannot instruct a muscle in which fibres to use. You tell it to contract. The load decides the rest. So: a weight where the fourth rep slows by itself. Drive it. Stop one short. Rack it. Fifteen seconds. That set has already delivered everything your three sets of twelve spent forty minutes promising. Nobody has ever built a business on fifteen seconds of hard work, so they built one on everything you could bolt onto it.show more

When you train in the 10-12 rep range, most... of your reps have no direct effect on growth. When you train in the 4-6 range, virtually all of your reps are growth reps. Both ranges can build muscle. The mechanism doesn't care about the rep count. It cares about how close you get to true failure on the reps where the high-threshold motor units are recruited and every available fibre is firing. Those are the stimulating reps. Everything else is filler. The catch with 10-12 is twofold. First, only the last 4-5 reps in a 12-rep set are actually stimulating. The first seven are buffer. They generate fatigue, lactic acid, and joint wear that the muscle has to push through before any growth signal arrives. Effort, yes. Stimulus, no. Second, and this is where the high-rep crowd quietly come undone: the long set produces so much afferent feedback (burning, gasping, the legs giving a small philosophical speech) that almost nobody actually takes the set to true failure. They stop two, three, sometimes four reps short, mistake the discomfort for the limit, and call it a hard set. The stimulating reps they were chasing never showed up. A set of 6 doesn't allow that confusion. Failure is mechanical. The weight either moves or it doesn't. No interpretive dance required. You'll grow on 10-12. You'll grow more on 4-6, with less joint wear, less recovery debt, and considerably less guesswork. One range tolerates your mistakes. The other doesn't have room for them.show more

🚨Wait...they edited out the post-credit scene where Steve and... his son were watching TV? That father in the Fantastic Four post-credits scene? It’s not just an extra. It’s Steve Rogers. 1. Chris Evans was rumored to be on set. 2. The actor's identity is still a total secret. 3. It fits the 60s timeline perfectly. Marvel is cooking something huge. Who else could it be? The architecture of this new world model is one... of the most interesting things I've seen lately: Let me first explain how most world models work: They predict and render one frame at a time. If you are navigating in one of these worlds, and you look left, the model draws whatever looks right in the moment. Every time you change your viewpoint, the model has to imagine what should be there again, so it's very common for these models to "forget" what's in the world. For example, if you put a toy on the table, look away, then look back, the toy might not be there anymore. Tripo AI is releasing its Project Eden model, which works very differently: The model builds the world first, and then renders it based on that map. That map holds the real state of the world: the geometry, every object, where things are, what's already happened. The picture you see on screen gets generated from the map. This architecture flips the whole thing. Now, you get the following: 1. The world stops forgetting. Leave, come back, and the toy is still on the table because it lives in the map, not in the last frame you saw. 2. You can edit the world, and those changes persist for anyone who enters later. 3. Multiple people and AI agents can coexist in the world and see it from different perspectives. This is early research, but it's looking really promising. They just raised nearly $200M across two rounds to build it out. Tripo will be at SIGGRAPH 2026 (July 19–23, Los Angeles Convention Center). If you work in 3D, embodied AI, simulation, or anything spatial, go connect with them there.show more

👀WHAT SECRET AI VIDEO MODEL IS THIS? IS IT... HAILUO 3? IS IT SEEDANCE 2.1? IS IT KLING? What do you think? Goes by the name of PURPLE and just landed on Artificial Analysis. It's GOOD! Spent about an hour pulling some additional samples and will post some more samples in thread below. A vintage car's curved chrome bumper reflecting a distorted fisheye view of a 1950s gas station. As someone polishes the bumper with a cloth, the reflection clarifies temporarily before fingerprints and cloth streaks create new distortions. The pump attendant's reflection stretches and compresses as he moves around the vehicle. Audio: Cloth buffing chrome, distant traffic, vintage radio music. 🔽show more

Depth video workflows have been getting a lot of... attention lately, so I tested one myself. Combined with Seedance 2.0, it produced more natural motion-transfer results than using Kling Motion Control directly. Why use a depth video? 1. It removes the original character and scene details, reducing copyright and sensitive-content risks. 2. It preserves the original motion, timing, and spatial structure. This separates motion extraction from visual generation, allowing you to recreate the movement with better models and any reference character. We’ve also launched a free online tool that converts regular videos into depth videos—no local setup required: In the example below, we converted a dance video from Douyin into a depth video, then regenerated it with a reference character using Seedance 2.0. The original choreography and timing are preserved, while the lighting adapts naturally to the new character and scene.show more
