Here is a little insight into Dwayne Ledford's coaching... technique that I've been discussing on the podcast. Note how he sets up this basic rep and the linemen each practice getting the first step right...twice...before following through. This "learning the dancesteps" commitment to footwork is something Joe D tought well, but without these systemic repititions. I am very impressed with Ledford's position-group coaching. #Ravensflockshow more

Former Harvard Women's Basketball standout Harmoni Turner settling in... incredible well offensively on Day 1 of training camp! (Saniya hyping her up at the end 🥹) I asked her about how she’s doing, especially in this process in the W. “The process has definitely been uphill, but I know where my end goal is, and I know that everything worthwhile is uphill. I know that sticking to the process is something that I've really honed on this year, this season, and understanding that I have a spot to earn, and I know that I'm ready this year.” Harmoni Turner The IX Sportsshow more

For those curious as to the AI use by... Hank Green, it was not simply "notes" as he claims here. This is him reading off a script, with at least this portion of it being written by AI The giveaway: "Another way to say it, and I appreciate the pushback..." This is how AI responds when being asked something like "I don't like how this is worded, come up with a better phrasing," and makes no sense in the context of the surrounding sentences. This means he asked ChatGPT to reword something, and the following sentence is very likely AI generated. Timestamped Source:show more

With great regret, I come to inform you that... I am out of the next #UFC317 competition. I suffered a foot fracture during training and, after medical evaluation, I was instructed to have surgery and focus 100% on recovery. It's not easy to stay out of something I've been preparing for with so much dedication, and without a doubt this would be the most advantageous fight of my career but I understand that this is just another challenge on the way and I trust the plans that Allah has for me! I sincerely thank everyone who is with me - we remain firm, stronger with each obstacle. The battle was only postponed... I'll be back soon!show more

This woman is ripping her mail into little pieces.... Like she says, we all grew up with the warning that people could go through our trash and still our information. 💯 I do this very thing still today. I have a shredder but I still prefer to rip everything up because the darn shredder always jams and sometimes I don’t want to walk all the way over there. 😂 Don’t do this as well? Was it also ingrained into your mind to tear up all your mail into a hundred pieces?show more

Y'all know I don't post things just to start... drama but things like this are frustrations and miscues you're seeing with the offense this year. I didn't see this on the broadcast but after a screen to Kittle, there's something off about what Deebo did. Kyle is up around the 40 to the right so Deebo is talking to someone else on the sideline, who's getting after him. I went back to the broadcast and this was Kyle's reaction right after this happened. Lip readers, what's Kyle saying? Pretty sure there's a word that starts with F in there.show more

The whole process of putting together the "I hate... cowboys" record and the "go down singin'" record was a long two years of figuring out how do something I've never done before. All the songs were written on guitar and a depth I haven't really hit before. This is the final piece of that puzzle. "The fireside sessions" are both those albums together, all acoustic, featuring the songwriters from both those records. This time in my career ends with both album covers together with me and my dad standing next to each other. It's the first time I've ever been able to see a picture of us as two grown men. I'm moving on to another album early next year, but I hope y'all love these versions of the songs, as they were written. The bluebird last night was a special way to celebrate the ending of these last two years, and the start of something new👏🏼show more

I can't believe how good this turned out. Recently,... I put out my first physics paper proposing that life and the universe might be the result of a law governing how oscillators sync up and couple together. I find it beautiful, awe-inspiring, and deeply meaningful. It aligns with how I have always seen the world. It suggests that there is an arrow of negative entropy, a law governing how life forms in all of its complexity. Learning about it is intimidating. I am self-taught, and have struggled for months to understand and articulate the core concepts and framework. After I put out the paper, I was challenged by Danielle Fong 🔆 to make an 'explorable explanation'. A guide you can walk through, and which will hold your hand through each concept, equation, and principle. It was amazing to make. In fact, I plan to make many more covering the wide range of topics I have been researching and exploring. Both to help me, and because I believe that this is something the world needs right now. Saw this today and it honestly broke me a... little. This man was sitting on the curb with a small food container, clearly not much. Right next to him was his dog, wrapped in a little blanket, lying on a makeshift bed. The guy opens his meal, takes a few bites… and then without even thinking twice, he feeds his dog from the same box. You could tell it wasn’t just “a pet.” That dog was family. They looked at each other with that kind of trust that you can’t fake. It’s crazy how people with the least often give the most. No phone out for attention, no crowd watching, just a quiet moment between two souls surviving together. I don’t know their story, but I know love when I see it. And this right here, this is love.show more

📢Good morning friends, I have something to tell you!... My fl house is under contract and I put in an offer on a small farm here, contingent of my home selling so I can use those funds. They counter offered and that counter offer included 6 hens, 1 rooster and 2 very friendly geese. I accepted. I've been eyeballing that farm since late july when I started wanting to move. It's been on the market 8 months, nobody wanted it because the kitchen is in a separate building. The realtor told the owner "just put in a tiny kitchen in the main house " and he said "no, God will send the right person at the right time that will want this house exactly how it is" I think that person is me 🙏show more

THE FOUR HORSEMEN STORY DOESN’T MAKE SENSE!!!🚨🚨🚨 Thread🧵 Notice... : this is pure speculation and nothing about this is factual information. All the information provided is fully based on what we see/saw on the internet. Please RT for awareness. First of all i would just like to say that A-Reece has no reason not to answer his phone for a whole month especially from a guy that he worked with before and has a good working relationship with. Something just doesnt feel right. Get your popcorn🍿 1. This first started when Nasty C leaked or hinted on being on the same song as A-Reece. Note that Nasty C specifically mentioned that Stogie T asked him to do a hook for him and says he will work on the verse in the meantime, meaning that he was initially asked to do both a hook and a verse. Also note that the Date of this interview is back in may meaning that the song had been in the making for awhile. BET! 2. Stogie T finally talks about the after it comes out on a radio show. He clearly states that he sent them both the beat and with Nasty C he talks about a hook and with A-Reece he is clearly referring to a verse/bars since he says “things that Slimes know him for”. BET! 3. L Tido invites MAGGZ on his podcast and he clearly indicates that MAGGZ is “ GONNA” (note that word) have the best verse on the song and during this time L Tido only knew that only Stogie T, A-Reece and MAGGZ will have verses while Nasty C is on the hook and i will prove that on number 4. So by this time L Tido already underestimates Stogie T and A-Reece pen. 4. After the song drops L Tido’s tone changes from MAGGZ to Nasty C having the best verse and clearly indicates that Nasty C didn’t have a verse and was initially supposed to be on only the hook and indicates again that Nasty C sent his verse a week before the song released. The song got released on the 28th of November meaning that Nasty C sent his verse during the week 16th - 22th This is 4 proofs that Nasty C was asked for a hook. Note and pay proper attention as this leads into 5 down below…show more

This is the kind of play that eye testers... have a hard time with, but also shows why catch probability is so useful. This ball had just a 55% catch probability, and is just made to look so easy by Ceddanne Rafaela. It's all about what you don't see on the screen, because it happens before the camera is on the play. The jump is 9.0 feet above average. He was positioned well into right-center. Lesser outfielders win catch on the week on this one with a full extension dive.show more

🧵Calling out and documenting the deeply gross and ongoing... misogynistic behavior from Gremloe and Cinemarxism (Bret), towards vio 🖤✨ as well as others, over the past 10 months+. To be very clear, I am not litigating interpersonal beef. This is a factual accounting of their actions and how this behavior is unacceptable. Full context will be provided so you can see for yourself, along with links to VODs and VOD segments to show that I am not clipping out of context or creating a narrative. This is just the truth. Before every training session, the Sudanese national team lines... up and the captain shouts "السودان يعيش" (Sudan Ya3ish) which means "Sudan is alive". This is a tradition that predates the war in Sudan but is a symbol that has taken on a whole new meaning in the last three years. Everyone in this team knows someone who has been killed in the war and they have been in exile for three years. And yet they are here at the AFCON, getting to the Ro16 and competing with the very best on the continent. For me, Sudan have already achieved more at this AFCON than any other team. السودان يعيشshow more

“The Last Meatball” Animation: jboogx.creative & enigmatic_e Movement: jboogx.creative... & enigmatic_e Reference Imagery: FLUX on Civitai Jboogx and I have known each other for the better part of the last 12 months. I think we've both been inspired by each other's work and dedication to exploring all the ways we can push these tools to their limits for VFX and animation. We didn't want to force a collaboration, but recently, Jboogx was inspired by the work I've been doing and how I incorporate myself into my animations. This idea is a playful take on 'Atlas carrying the boulder,' but with a twist—let's make Atlas out of spaghetti and the boulder a meatball, to fit more with what Jboogx has been doing on the food side of things lately (shoutout to our good friend James Gerde -@gerdegotit @gerdedoesit @gerdemadeit, who did the first spaghetti animation). Since I was going to record myself, it wouldn't have been right if Jboogx didn't as well! This is just a taste of what’s possible. I'm located in Germany, and Jboogx is in Hawaii. A world apart, and we pulled this together in 48 hours. BTS coming soon 😉show more

Kitten update #8: The kitties are back home! Everyone... is getting very strong and active now. I forgot to take their weights this morning so I'll have to do it before the next feeding, but I'm confident everyone is continuing to gain. We started adding in some wet food today. I mixed up a slurry with some of the formula and stuck it in a syringe with a nipple on it. Nobody took to it right away except gray tuxedo, who loved it, but everyone else got some squirted in while they were chewing on the milk nipple and then they loved it. Well, except for dark tortie, which is a little ironic since she is by far the biggest little monster of the litter, but I guess she's done so well on the formula she's not interested in making a change yet. Butts are all looking SO much better now that I stopped using the wet wipes. However, we have now started to have some concerns about little to no pooping. Dark tortie hasn't pooped for 24 hours so I eliminated the yogurt from the formula and am crossing my fingers for some action before the end of the day or back to the vet she goes. I don't know how long they'll let me play with their tummies like this but it sure is fun for now!show more

Vice President Vance is right. 10 years ago this... week, on the very first day he announced he was running, President Trump said "I will stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons." I rewatched the clip for the 10 year anniversary of him coming down the Golden Escalator and was surprised to find his position on Iran in the speech. Notable he didn't say regime change. He didn't say he wanted to make Iran a western-style democracy. He said no nukes. Whatever your position on the war, he's been remarkably consistent.show more

Alhamdulilah. Now this is what we call a huge... web3 did What a wonderful journey it has been. Almost done with my first house. And honestly, it doesn’t feel like just a structure being completed… it feels like a reflection of everything that came before it. time, discipline, mistakes, exposure all quietly compounding. › 2023 The Beginning It started with no real direction. I was grinding, exploring, trying things without fully understanding where it all leads. There was no structure yet… just curiosity, repetition, and a lot of learning through trial and error. I was simply moving, even when I didn’t fully know what I was moving toward. › 2024 Things Start to Form Then things began to shift. Not overnight but gradually, through exposure and experience. I entered deeper into the space and connected with OGs in the TON ecosystem And slowly, one important lesson became clear: it’s not just effort that matters… it’s information, timing, and the people you learn from. › So I also started trading as well Trading became a major part of my learning curve. Forex & Perps showed me risk in its raw form mehnn 🙂‍↔️ taught me discipline and patience. Memecoins show me shege rugs up and down Along the way, I learned from different people PMO, not just strategies, but perspectives. Each one added something I didn’t have before. › Late 2024 Structure Appears Then came a different phase. I signed my first structured deal with sign a monthly arrangement that brought a new level of stability into my journey. For the first time, things were not just random wins and losses… there was structure, expectation, and consistency. Then came the TGE. Execution was clean. The ecosystem moved properly. And as early participants, we experienced meaningful upside not just financially, but in understanding how systems actually work when they’re built well. › Now The Reflection Almost done with something physical. But the deeper truth is this: the house is just the surface. what actually got built was the person. through risk, through losses, through discipline, through time. This is not a story about outcomes. It is a story about becoming. And I am still becoming. Grateful for the journey so far. Still building.show more
