Chris Nikic, the first person with Down syndrome to... complete an Ironman, completes Ironman 70.3 Massachusetts. Shortly before the race, Nikic announced that he needed a guide to run alongside him for the race. That's when Dr. Tommy Martin decided to step up. "I learned more in this race than almost any other I have competed in, and none of it was about race tactics or how to PR. It was about life, perspective, determination, and grit. I owe all of that to Chris," Martin said. "I hope every finish line Chris crosses serves as a reminder to the world: your diagnosis, your situation, your circumstances do not define your potential!" Congrats, Chris! Video: dr.tommymartin / ig.show more

The whole process of putting together the "I hate... cowboys" record and the "go down singin'" record was a long two years of figuring out how do something I've never done before. All the songs were written on guitar and a depth I haven't really hit before. This is the final piece of that puzzle. "The fireside sessions" are both those albums together, all acoustic, featuring the songwriters from both those records. This time in my career ends with both album covers together with me and my dad standing next to each other. It's the first time I've ever been able to see a picture of us as two grown men. I'm moving on to another album early next year, but I hope y'all love these versions of the songs, as they were written. The bluebird last night was a special way to celebrate the ending of these last two years, and the start of something new👏🏼show more

🚨 THIS IS INSANE This is Bitcoin’s 2021 cycle... overlaid on the current $BTC chart. And the overlap is almost PERFECT. Every week, I come back expecting the pattern to finally break. It does NOT. Bitcoin keeps following the same structure: → Same final pump → Same cycle top → Same violent rejection → Same first major correction → Same weak recovery → Same setup before the real capitulation Now look at the numbers. 2021 cycle: → $BTC peaked near $69K → Dropped around 77% → Bottomed near $15.5K → The bear market lasted more than a year Current cycle: → $BTC peaked near $126K → The first major breakdown has already happened → Every recovery is getting weaker → The structure still points toward $40K That is exactly how the previous Bitcoin bear market developed. I’m not saying $BTC must repeat the 2021 cycle tick for tick. But when two cycle structures track this closely for this long, ignoring it becomes dangerous. Most people will turn bullish after every bounce. They did exactly the same thing in 2022. The real bottom only forms when almost everyone has lost hope. What are your thoughts on this? Follow and turn notifications on. I’ll post the warning BEFORE the final capitulation begins.show more

For 6 months I woke up at 5 AM... to catch Asian markets on Polymarket. During that time I lost my girlfriend, gained 8 kg, and got used to drinking coffee instead of breakfast Then I wrote an agent that monitors everything for me while I sleep. In the 1st month income went up 15% and I finally deleted the 5 AM alarm Turns out a half-asleep human trades worse than a 200-line script I thought discipline meant waking up early. In reality it was just stubbornness that cost me money and health. When I finally sat down to build the agent it became clear why Here is what is under the hood: 1. Sentiment analysis powered by Claude. Every 15 minutes the agent runs a feed from 40+ Asian sources: Reuters Asia, Nikkei, South China Morning Post, Yonhap 2. NLP tone classification. It compares sentiment shifts to open markets on Polymarket through the API, and if the news has already dropped but the odds have not reacted yet that is the entry window 3. Kelly criterion. A mathematical formula for position sizing instead of my usual "I will bet more, feeling lucky" 4. A hard stop at 5% of the deposit per trade so that 1 mistake cannot kill the entire account 5. A cooldown between entries so the agent does not stack up a cluster of correlated positions These are exactly the rules I was missing at 5 AM. I knew them perfectly well but consistently ignored them because on adrenaline and caffeine every bet felt like an "obvious opportunity" When I ran a backtest on my old trades it was genuinely painful: 60% of the bets I placed by hand in a half-asleep state would have been rejected by the agent for failing the expected value filter Those were the exact ones dragging the whole result down When I was building my agent I needed a benchmark. A wallet that already trades on similar logic so I could compare my results to someone else's Found 1 that works almost like a mirror of what I described: same Asian markets, same cold calculation without emotion. I still keep it bookmarked and periodically check how it handles the same situations: That is actually the wallet I started with when testing auto-copying through a bot before I launched my own agent. A useful thing if you want to see how a strategy works on someone else's example first and only then build your own:show more

Anyone who has ever seen my sister Hope Renners... play basketball, volleyball or any other sport always says the same thing to me every single time...."Wow, your sister Hope is so intense!" Yes she is....and she is always enthusiastic and intense about literally everything! Hope is such a force of nature and I've never met anyone who is a better or more loyal friend/teammate or who is more driven, coachable and always has positive and resourceful energy! My "little" (or should I say younger) sister Hope started her own Twitter account today and I want to be the first to say how incredible impressed and proud I am of her for being such an extraordinary sister, person and athlete. Hope is 100% pure DAWG and she will never stop and will never give up. Here are a few things she has done this past year: she led her 8th grade basketball team to a CYO Championship win, won the Washington State Free Throw Championship, made 9 3-pointers in a row, is squatting 150 pounds for 10 reps, played club basketball and club volleyball at a very high level, dunked a tennis ball on a 9'3" hoop and is 100% committed to dunking a basketball on a 10-foot hoop very soon! Hope is 6'1", has and can play all 5 positions and is still growing a lot! Her AAU basketball team is Team Walton which is run by Talia Walton, former WNBA and University of Washington star who is an exceptional coach and incredible person. I included a few photos and a video and I especially like the pic of Hope diving on the floor because it really shows her spirit and love of competing and she always seems to end up with every loose ball, rebound and 50-50 ball. So This demos are now taking interesting pathways .... So juzi I got intel some people in the village where I operate a factory ( the only industry that employs locals in that area ) were planing to attack and burn equipments and loot ! Then i paused and reflected all this destruction you are seeing around for businesses is fueled by jealousy and some competitor fueled where they target certain Businesses! Well I had to pay my dues to the police to protect the premises but I kept thinking if we had second amendment in our constitution I would be 2 guns up with uzis ready clear the scene for any private properties intruders ! You see this lawless doesn’t discriminate for whoever you voted 🗳️ Having experienced post election violence since I was 12 years old I know the script so well and how such end ups . My message today for people blocking the roads and causing destruction resulting to sad loss of life utilize that kind of power at the ballot .! Use your head to vote in right leaders don’t vote with emotions as it was seen in 2022 ! Profile the candidates on those ballots don’t vote for parties ! You see election ends up at the nomination where crooks get popular parties tickets 🎟️ do away with voting parties go for characters with the right integrity , don’t vote individuals because they pour money during campaigns money doesn’t result to leadership first interrogate where that person dishing money at campaigns how he gain it !!! Stop voting in bad leadership and crying on social media and on the streets every 5 years ! That’s all for today !show more

Met my girlfriend's parents for the first time. Her... dad asked what I do for work. I said I build trading systems. He said like Wall Street? I said no. 6 AI agents. They work while I sleep. He laughed. So robots are making you money? I did not argue. I opened my laptop. Showed him the terminal. 6 agents running. 47 mispriced markets caught in the first week alone. His face changed. That is not gambling. That is automation? Exactly. Then I showed him how it works. Built the whole thing in 6 hours. Agent 1: Monitoring Runs 24/7. Watches Polymarket for mispriced markets. Spots an anomaly. Writes to memory and pings me on Telegram instantly. Agent 2: Research Parses news, X, macro data via browser tool on a cron schedule. Every morning I have a full digest on all open positions before I check my phone. Agent 3: Trading Reads the research agent memory. Sees the market has not reacted yet. Acts. Execution tool in gateway mode with a whitelist. No full access on a live server. Agent 4: Watchdog Heartbeat every 5 minutes. Monitoring running. No errors. Positions up to date. Something breaks. Immediate Telegram message. All of this. One Gateway. One config file. Isolation via per-agent scope. The token trick: stopped dumping everything into one file. Critical rules in bootstrap. Markets, patterns, past trades in memory. Semantic search pulls it when needed. Token spend dropped 3x. From $0.40 per request to $0.13. First week running: → 47 mispriced markets caught before Polymarket adjusted → Average entry edge 8 to 12 cents per position → Watchdog fired 3 times and caught a broken RPC before it cost me anything The whole system is plain text files. Open an editor. Change one line. Agent behaves differently. No deploy. No build. Her dad went quiet. Then he asked can you teach this? Her mom asked for the setup guide. I built the entire framework. Six agents. Full deployment. Memory architecture. Telegram alerts. You only need Claude + device + 1 hour per day. Giving this free for 24 hours. To get it: 1. Comment the word "Claude" 2. Like and retweet this 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar so I can DM you Save this post. Deploy the 6-agent system this week. Start with $200. Scale on evidence.show more

after consistently booking 100 b2b calls/mo from linkedin inbound... funnels... i sat down with Lara Acosta and gave away our ENTIRE playbook in a 1-hour interview → every system → every framework → every DM script for context, a post with 40 comments booked me 4 qualified calls last week a single question in the DMs booked a client 72 calls in 26 days and one lead magnet batch generated 7,000 comments across 4 variations in this interview i break down exactly how all of it works... here's what's inside: → why i think content pillars are dead and what replaced them (awareness stage positioning: problem unaware, pain aware, solution aware) → the lead magnet system we run at 100 per week across all client accounts (what makes a good one, why 50 pages of text is a waste, and why the best lead magnets right now are all Claude/AI related) → the DM conversion framework that turns a free resource into a booked call in 3-5 messages ("hey, what caught your attention?" → discover the pain → drop a case study → assume the yes with a specific date and time) → why engagement doesn't equal revenue and what actually does (30k followers with low engagement booking 10x more calls than before because the conversion infrastructure changed) → the trend jacking strategy that makes dead accounts go viral overnight (spot it on X in the morning, build the resource by noon, post on linkedin by evening) → how to get your first case study using pay-for-results instead of free trials → the competitor analysis shortcut for never running out of content ideas → why the linkedin algorithm conversation is 90% excuse and 10% useful like + comment "POD" and i'll send you the full interview (must be following + RT for priority access)show more

My Tinder date showed up 10 minutes late. She... ordered an oat latte. Looked around. Looked at me. "So. What do you do?" "Building trading systems." "Like crypto?" "No. Open-source. Anyone can audit the code." She raised an eyebrow. "So you code for free?" "No. The code makes money." "Sure it does." I didn't argue. I opened my laptop. One wallet I was tracking turned $1,300 into $19,700 in 24 days. Another flipped 232 trades with 82% winrate. One more pulled $5.8M in volume in five weeks. She stopped stirring her coffee. "That's... from a script?" Exactly. Then I showed her the repos. All free. All public. First: 86M+ trades on Polymarket. Every outcome since day one. Free to download. Second: Market making bot. Both sides of the book. Gas optimized. Google Sheets execution. Third: ML + heuristics. I fed 14,000 wallets into Claude. One prompt. 4 minutes. Found 47 traders with 70%+ winrate. Bot mirrors them with 60-second delay. She went quiet for a long time. Then: "I do product marketing at a startup. $82K. I cried in the parking lot last Tuesday." I didn't say anything. She finished her coffee. Looked at me. "How long have you been doing this?" "Eight months." "And you're on Tinder?" I didn't have a good answer. She opened her phone. Unmatched me on Hinge. Then handed it back: "No. Send me the GitHub links instead." Copytrade him: Tinder dates don't ask about the money. They ask why you're on the app. Then they keep the links and leave you unmatched.show more

Elon Musk gave the entire entertainment industry its expiration... date, and he is the one building the thing that kills it. Musk: “My guess is that we see the first compelling half hour, pure AI show next year.” Next year. A complete show generated entirely by AI. No writers. No actors. No cameras. No sets. No crew. No studio. Just a prompt and enough compute to render a reality that never physically existed. And shows are the easy part. Musk: “I say probably we’re maybe three years away from AI does the whole video game.” A show plays the same way every time. A game has to generate a living world that reacts to every decision in real time across every single frame. That is a fundamentally harder class of problem. And Musk put three years on it. Right now a single AAA title takes seven years and half a billion dollars across thousands of engineers and artists just to ship it. Musk is describing a world where one person types a paragraph and gets something comparable. The entire value proposition of a multi-billion dollar industry lives inside that gap. And it closes in thirty-six months. But the prediction is not the story. The person making it is. This is not an analyst speculating from the sidelines. This is the man building the largest AI compute clusters on the planet. The man who built xAI from zero in under two years. The man stacking hundreds of thousands of GPUs into facilities designed to do exactly what he is describing. When Musk says three years, he is not guessing about what someone else might eventually ship. He is reading you a delivery date off his own roadmap. Every media company on Earth is valued on a single assumption. That quality content is expensive and difficult to produce at scale. That one assumption is the structural foundation underneath every studio, every network, and every publisher in existence. Musk is dismantling it with raw compute. The studios still parading thousand-person production teams are not demonstrating strength. They are advertising the exact cost structure that one person with a prompt and a GPU allocation is about to make irrelevant. And it does not stop at entertainment. If AI can generate an interactive world that responds to human input in real time, it can generate anything. Advertising. Architecture. Training simulations. Product design. Every industry built on humans manually constructing visual experiences frame by frame is sitting on the same countdown Musk just read out loud. Now zoom out. Because this is not just an industry story. For the entire history of human civilization, the distance between imagining a world and actually creating one required thousands of people, millions of hours, and billions of dollars. That distance built Hollywood. That distance built the gaming industry. That distance made content scarce and studios powerful. Musk is collapsing that distance to zero. When the gap between imagining something and it existing disappears, every business model built on the difficulty of creation disappears with it. That is not disruption. That is a full inversion of how human beings create. Musk did not make a casual prediction on that podcast. He told you what he is building. He told you the timeline. And he told you which industries do not survive it. The entertainment industry is still debating whether this future is real. Musk is not part of that debate. He is building. And he just told you the delivery date.show more

I just built a Meta Ads diagnostic in Claude... Code that tells you WHY your account broke, not just what changed 🤯 It spins up a team of agents that each investigate a different reason performance dropped, then argue against each other to kill the wrong answer before it ever reaches you. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who panic-kill creative the second CPA spikes. If you've watched ROAS fall off a cliff and opened Ads Manager with ten tabs going, you already know what happens next. Your gut says "creative fatigue." You kill your best-performing ad. A week later performance is still broken, because that was never the problem. Guessing wrong is the most expensive move in paid social. This workflow ends the guessing: → One agent investigates each competing theory — creative fatigue, budget and delivery changes, traffic quality, offer and seasonality → Each one is blind to the others, reasoning only from its own slice of the data so they can't bias each other → A refuter agent then attacks every surviving theory and tries to kill it → A theory only stands if the data can't disprove it → You get a ranked diagnosis: the real cause, the evidence for and against it, and the one move to make this week No anchoring on the first obvious answer. No killing winning creative on a hunch. No "here's what happened" reports that never tell you why. What you get: → Every theory tested in parallel instead of one biased guess → An adversarial pass that kills the wrong answer before you act on it → A ranked diagnosis with confidence levels and evidence both ways → A reusable workflow you drop next month's export into and re-run Built 100% in Claude Code with the new dynamic workflows. The first account I ran it on looked like textbook creative fatigue. The workflow disagreed, and traced the real cause to a budget change that had doubled spend and flooded delivery with junk traffic. I put together a full playbook with the exact workflow, the prompt, and how to run it on your own account. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "META" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)show more

It’s Friday 8th March 2024. As I walk into... London’s iconic Westminster Hall for the graduation ceremony of Masters in Clinical Trials London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine , I count myself privileged to have my lovely wife Dr Yemisi Adeyeye and our daughter,Adesewa in my company. The master of ceremonies starts by reminding us that the date is international women’s day. I wished in my mind that my late mum was alive to see this. She sacrificed a commonwealth scholarship towards a Masters in the UK,just to make sure her kids were fine in a time family crisis. A crisis which cost her health. Indeed many mothers in our dear country 🇳🇬 (and across the world) continue to make untold sacrifices in the face of socioeconomic uncertainty. She was so excited about my Masters program but alas, faith would not allow her experience the joy of my graduation. As I take my seat with my colleagues in the front rows, I recollect other memories of her….. She home-schooled me as soon as I could hold a pen; while still in diapers. She ensured that I didn't have to go through nursery class ,even though my school had insisted. I had to write the promotion exam to primary 1 in my first week in Nursery school just to prove my case. She made sure I left primary school in class 4 after coaching me on the common entrance exams for secondary schools, while still in Primary 3. She always made sure I came top of my class in every exam and was sorely disappointed when I came 2nd in my final exam in primary 4 (by one mark). Safe to say she wasn’t amused when I told her to relax since I already had 6 offers for admission into secondary school! She felt I took my feet off the academic pedal. She even taught me, as an adult, how to drive my first car,a manual gear exchange Toyota. I still wonder why I bought that model;it was so stressful! She kept encouraging me to be the best I could ever be. To go to the places she could never go (even though she had an excellent academic knowledge of the world through her career as a geography teacher). To achieve the things she aspired to but could not accomplish because of the unfair cards she was dealt with. She raised me to be humble, kind, courteous, hardworking, easy going and gentlemanly. The only time she beat me was when I almost drowned after disobeying her instruction not to go swimming with friends. I now know that she caned me more out of fear of loosing me. I smile as I remember the tears… I wipe a tear off my face when my faculty is brought up the stage. As my name is called, I quietly say out her name and walk the podium. The steps I take on the stage were in her memory, a fitting tribute to the sacrifices she made over the years. Rest in Peace Mum; your legacy lives on and your foot prints in the sands of time will not be forgotten. Let’s all continue to honor the women who inspire us✌️show more

🚨 WARNING: SOMETHING EXTREMELY BAD IS HAPPENING... Iran just... attacked THREE ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Trump already drew the line. Publicly, on the record. Any attack in the Strait violates the agreement. Those were his exact words. Not an interpretation. Not diplomatic language. A direct statement with a direct consequence. The consequence is now in motion. US-Iran insiders are saying US forces may respond anytime. Not tomorrow, not after another round of talks. ANYTIME. Which means the ceasefire that the market spent two weeks pricing in is functionally dead as of this morning. Every rally built on peace-deal optimism, every rotation back into risk assets. Every fund that reduced energy exposure, betting that the Strait stays open. Oil is already above $70. And that's before a single US response. If the deal officially collapses and the Strait becomes an active conflict zone... Oil may return to levels above $100. JUST IMAGINE. 100 DOLLARS. Because investors remember how it pumped after the beginning of the US-IRAN war. The damage is already showing up globally. China's stock market has lost over ¥1.1 TRILLION. South Korea is down over ₩300 TRILLION. U.S. market lost $200 BILLION at open. These aren't rounding errors; these are the first dominoes falling in real time while US markets are still figuring out what just happened. All of it just became the wrong trade simultaneously. Here's what the sequence looks like from here. US responds to the attack. Iran escalates. The Strait goes from contested to an active conflict zone. Oil doesn't reprice gradually; it gaps. Tanker insurance rates go vertical. Shipping costs spike. Every inflation number that was supposed to come down this quarter gets revised higher. The Fed was already hiking; now they hike into an oil shock. And the market that was sitting at all-time highs on eight stocks with no margin for error has to absorb all of this before the weekend. There is no version of today that ends well for risk assets. The deal was the last thing holding this together. It's gone. This sounds SCARY, but I will keep you updated on everything here. When I rotate money, I will post my moves here so my FOLLOWERS can SAVE their money. Many will regret not following me earlier...show more

"I cut carbs and lost all my strength" is... a sentence that always ends with "...after four whole days." It tells me nothing about carbs and everything about your patience. Here is what you actually did. You spent decades running on sugar, topping up glycogen every few hours. Then you handed the body a long weekend to switch over to a fat-burning system it has barely touched since you were weaned. Naturally the first week feels flat. You asked a rusty engine to turn over and panicked when it coughed. That is the adaptation, not the verdict. The body has to dust off enzymes and pathways it left dormant for years, relearning how to run on fat the way it ran for most of human history. That takes weeks, not an afternoon. But no. Day five, the weights feel heavy, and out you charge to inform the internet that humans simply cannot function without bread. A species that crossed ice ages on meat and fat, apparently felled by one underwhelming session. Give it three or four weeks before writing the eulogy. Eat enough fat to actually fuel the transition, ride out the flat patch, and let the engine you forgot you owned warm up properly. The strength comes back once you adapt. You just have to outlast a toddler's attention span to find out.show more
