On Wednesday March 29, Tucker Carlson on Fox News... made a very interesting statement. I’ve attached the 20 second video segment. Now I do not believe (from all I’ve heard & read of Tucker Carlson) he understands his statement in the sense of the spiritual battle that I see it as a bible believing Christian. But he does recognize a chasm in this nation that is widening. He put it as a chasm between those who believe they are god, and those who believe they are not God. Insightful. The beginning of this spiritual battle occurred when the devil in the form of a serpent tempted the first man & woman (Adam and Eve) to disobey God’s Word. The devil said, “did God actually say? (Genesis 3:5). And then he said, “you will be like God.” In other words, reject God’s Word & be your own god. Actually, Genesis 3:1 & 3:5 sum up the sin nature of man. We know Adam succumbed & listened to the devil & disobeyed God. That’s the origin of sin, resulting in the judgment of death. Because Adam succumbed to the devil’s temptation, the sin nature of man is that he would rather believe the word of man than the word of God. Secondly, humans will want to be their own god, to decide “truth” for themselves. We need to be sanctified as we daily conform our thinking & behavior to that of the Lord Jesus Christ. PSA for all X users: the term “Jeet” is... now considered hate speech. The support team at X (typically staffed by Indians) are now banning accounts that use it. This is interesting because Indians themselves have repeatedly asserted that “Jeet” is not a slur and instead means “winner.” Despite this, X is aggressively banning accounts for typing these 4 letters even on the most innocent of posts. The etymology of “Jeet” is not unique. “Jeet” is a shorthand for several Indian names, including “Pajeet.” A famous Indian celebrity is also known mononymously as “Jeet,” though it is now against the rules to even mention his name. Jeet as a stereotype is similar in function to Karen, Timmy, Stacy, etc. By referring to someone with one of these actual names you assign a set of derogatory stereotypes about them. The only difference is that Indians (the most populous ethnic group in the entire world) are a protected minority class and it is not appropriate for low caste non-Indians to speak derisively to them in the same manner that they speak to you. Keep this in mind when posting on X as it will be an easy opportunity for the Indians who work at X to ban you for talking bad about India, which is their true intention due to cultural reasons. Anecdotally, I have always used “Jeet” to refer to a subset of Indians who regularly commit fraud by lying, stealing, and performing criminal activities and excusing their poor behavior with an incompatible cultural basis.
