I built a PDF compression tool instead of paying... for it. It's funny because the more I get into AI, the more I realize how much I've stopped spending on SaaS subscriptions. Here are 5 things I used to pay for: 1/ PDF Compression → $9/mo 2/ Remove BG → $35/mo 3/ Typefully → $12.5/mo 4/ Link Shortener → $10/mo 5/ Color Palette Generator → $5/mo I've already replaced half of these with AI, and they're way better because they are personal and custom. No weird features or ads. Everything is hosted locally so I'm not uploading my data to random servers. I truly believe AI is changing the way we interact with SaaS entirely. More and more people will just build their own tools instead of purchasing generic subscriptions. It's easier because you just tell AI what problem you have, and it automatically comes up with a custom solution for you. I am already starting doing it. In a few months, I'll have my own "Home" hub where I have a bunch of custom apps working for me. All powered by AI. Pretty exciting!show more

so, i might have been wrong.... i've been looking... into AI UGC a little bit more and it's actually kind of insane the video you see below took $2 to make and the only visible problem (might) be the audio i know ecom brands using ai ugc for there organic and paid doing over $1M/mo i'm still bullish on real human clipping and ai content but considering how much ai ugc has improved over the last few months... it's going to be interesting to see how the content marketing world changes this yearshow more

Do you realize what just happend? 🤯 This app... is printing $200k/mo With only 10 AI influencers that are generating 100M+ views/mo not one single real human used to promote it. it's absolutely nuts, they are spending maybe $39 on a higgsfield subscription and using the MCP to produce 100s of before and after videos/mo then just comment farming to get users To download the app on tiktok and IG. you could do the same and spend $0 because Higgsfield is literally giving a full month of seedance away for free right now if you are still in denial about using AI for marketing you are quite literally missing the gold rush.show more

How to scale your app past $20k/mo with AI... UGC in literally 5 steps: 1. Connect Higgsfield MCP 2. create a character using nano banana pro 3. use the MCP + claude to produce seedance 2.0 videos using the start frame of your AI character 4. use postbridge to scheduele out videos to accounts 5. repeat across multiple accounts Congratulations you now own a team of 10 UGC creatorsFor 1/10th of the price and fully automated. I must have spoke to 5+ founders by now that have apps doing anywhere from $30k/mo to $100k/mo purely scaled with AI UGC I attached a case study of an account generating 14M+ views per month with an AI character in the fitness niche. This is the future of marketing. I give this 2 years before everyone finds out and competition sky rockets but right now, competition is virtually 0.01% if you are serious about winning, take 5 minutes to read this article:show more

I've been using apps that I built myself with... Claude AI I recorded 10+ hours of video with a video editor I made. I'm turning all my designs to code with a Figma plugin I made. With Cursor, I don't think twice before starting to build for macOS, iOS, web apis, backend, video... These felt unreachable before. Not anymore. There's never been a better time to learn code. AI will fill the gap. If you ever feel the need to build your own apps or code your own designs, it's a good day to start. Many tools and courses are on discount today, include my courses on We have 20+ hours of video for SwiftUI apps, React apps and React Native using Cursor. Feel free to drop tools and resources that are on discount 👇 I'll start: (I use 2 of their apps for professional AI upscaling) has a 54% discount Windsurf (Cursor alternative) has a free trial until Dec 11 has a 40% discount! has a lot of great ui kits on sale Last but not least, has a ton of great discounts. my team didn't want me to give this away... for free. But I'm going to do it anyway it's the SEO & AI search dashboard I built in Claude Code it connects to your Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console and Claude Code builds it in 5 minutes and I made a Notion document and a skill file so you can build this in Claude Code yourself in literally minutes the dashboard has three tabs: 1. AI Search - How much traffic is coming from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini ETC. It aggregates the GA4 data and gives single number 2. Paid ads - which keywords rank top 3 for but still pay for ads on, you should cut these to save budget 3. Organic overview - sessions, conversions, top landing pages, demographics. The single view for what is working I built this because this is how I drive our SEO and AEO forward it gives me the insights I need to allocate budget and prioritize what content to work on next I decided to give it away because most companies have no idea AI search is already sending them traffic like this post and comment "AEOdashboard" and I'll send it overshow more

I use Flot AI because I’m tired of thinking... about prompts. Not because I don’t know how — but because I don’t want to stop my work just to phrase things perfectly. Most AI tools still expect you to: pause, think, rewrite the question, tweak the prompt. Flot AI doesn’t. It already has strong built-in prompts for everyday work: rewriting, polishing, translating, summarizing. I just select what I’m working on and ask — no prompt engineering, no overthinking. The best part is that it works in place. Emails, docs, articles — I stay where I am, get the result, keep going. When AI stops demanding “better prompts,” it finally becomes what it should be:a quiet assistant, not another task.show more

I know a lot of people hate on AI.... I get it. Be creative. But for those of use who can't draw or animate, this is more of a quick and cheap fix. and there's nothing wrong with that. I wish others were more open about sharing what they've learned using AI and not hoard their knowledge like it's worth gold. The only way we can learn and improve is if others share what they've learned. I understand people are protective of what prompts they use. Ok fine, don't share them. But you can't even give a tip? Like "add this phrase to the prompt for better [fill in the blank]" or "use [blank] for a more realistic atmosphere]. Just pisses me off. I'm happy to share all I've learned with anyone who askes. Same happened in the 3d printing community with crushable printed houses. No one wanted to share anything. So I gave up on that. #sizetwitter #giantess #AIart #giantessai #Sora2 #soraArtshow more

As long as you don't have your own loaf... of bread, you won't have an opinion. The hungry don't think, they just repeat. Freedom begins with a loaf of bread, not with dignity granted, because dignity is not granted, dignity is taken away. Poverty is not just the deprivation of money, it is the denial of dignity and the slow denial of will. You don't have the right to make Egyptian decisions related to your life when you are under the yoke of hunger. Don't ask the hungry to speak, feed them first, and don't ask for the opinion of the hungry. You must free them from the humiliation of questioning.. The mind doesn't function on an empty stomach, and dignity doesn't exist in a bread queue. Because he who doesn't have his bread doesn't have his voice, and he who doesn't have his voice doesn't own himself, and he who doesn't own himself doesn't own anything. This is true hell: being forced into silence because you can't afford to live.. Dear friends, two days ago I tweeted that I needed to buy two bags of flour... one for me and my family, and one for the 25 cats at the shelter. This is a new update. Unfortunately, no aid has flowed in over the past two days, and the price of flour has risen even more than it was. My friends, I barely received enough support to buy one bag.. I need you to stand by me because the price of a bag of flour has become $600 now. I am in real trouble. In a few days, the price of flour will rise even more and more if they do not allow any aid to enter... If I get these two bags, I can rely on them for my family and the cats for a whole month. I don't want to buy more than that, because a lot of things can happen in a month... I need a serious stand from you to get another bag of flour for me, for the cats, and for my family.. Your prayers and supplications are for us.. The tanks have advanced further today.. They are only a 20-minute walk away from me and things are terrifying.. Please keep us posted with your thoughts... and interact with my tweets... Your interaction helps spread the word. It's free support, and I appreciate it.show more

I'm seeing a lot of people saying it is... just a bad upscaling instead of Gen AI, but it is indeed Gen AI animation. There are things going on in it that just don't make any sense for puppet animation. Here are some parts that make it clear, I slowed down the video so it's easier to notice the chunky parts. I checked the past ADs and it's possible to notice details (from an animator's POV) that are common and make sense for human work, so it was definitely a choice to use AI on this new ADshow more

hello everyone! 🤍 as you already know, i am... a wheelchair user that has to use a wheelchair most of the time because im a fall risk & in chronic pain unfortunately, the Medline one i was gifted is extremely heavy and since im weak, i cannot push myself around in it. my bf has to do all the heavy lifting and pushing, which takes away from the independence i want as an adult. so, i am officially starting a "fundraiser" towards a custom wheelchair that my insurance refuses to pay for because i am "not disabled enough". achieving this would help me a TON. i want to be able to push myself around freely and be able to get to places on my own without relying on other people. sometimes i cant even use the wheelchair because its too heavy for my mom (caregiver) to get in and out of the car and i risk hurting myself by walking. i have tried three times with my insurance to have them cover it but unfortunately thats how the US rolls and i gotta find other solutions! ANYTHING is greatly appreciated and i really hope i can get a custom wheelchair fitted for my disabilities and be more independent ^w^ i will 🔗 my throne below where i have it set up!show more

For my birthday dinner, I had General Cary's beef... (made with honey), atop a pile of fancy white rice. It's not a cheat meal because I don't expect to get away with anything. My body will hold me fully accountable for my actions. I'll probably be a little bloated and very unmotivated for the rest of the day but today's a good day for that. How was the sauce? It was freaking amazing. Had it been a little less sweeter and had I used half as much orange zest, it would have been 10 instead of a 9. If enough people comment "Recipe", I'll throw own together for you.show more

Fixing plastic AI generated skin is a $100k/month problem.... Apps like Enhancor AI use open-source models and ComfyUI workflows as a backend. How do I know this? I built a workflow that clones their core feature and I'm dropping it below for FREE. Same results, no subscriptions. Use it yourself OR build your own app around it. Why pay for open-source tools? 🧵show more

Kyle Fowler, who makes $1.5M/year from two apps he... built around his own hobbies, says solving your own problem means you've already won whether anyone pays for it or not... "If you can solve a problem for yourself, the odds are that other people have that problem. Now, will they maybe pay for it? Like, I don't know." "Either way, if you build an app for something you're passionate about and solves your problem, you've won no matter what. Because you've solved your problem." HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I... work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower. If you are curious about how all this works, I will do a live session next week:show more

I’m 2he, a 16-year-old creator from Africa. Over the... last year, I’ve been obsessed with AI content creation, but most of the tools I wanted to use were too expensive. Instead of giving up, I started using Grok, the best affordable option available to me. Today, I create everything using just my phone and Grok. I am more than capable to create contents like these with my phone but thanks to you guys I am thinking of buying a computer so that I can create faster. I am passionate about combining AI, anime and storytelling. With my main objective of building out a Anime AI studio eventually in the future. One video at a time. With your support as my validation, also for my parents, I can dedicate more focus towards achieving my dreams. After these last blessed hours, all of us at home are awake past our bedtimes and my siblings were helping me to create a tiktok so I can share my creations further. Whilst I kept going with the content. Thank you 2he community, this is just the beggining! Thank you for following me and my journey.show more

I'm a 35-year-old American I've lived in Argentina for... 5 months so far in 2025 Here are the some things I like more about Argentina than the USA: -It's SIGNIFICANTLY easier to make friends in Argentina. Seriously, I lived in Colorado for the last 10 years, and I was beginning to think I was some fucking weirdo bc of how small my social circle was. The social life here is just so organic. If you're not a weirdo, you just attract friends...especially as an ex-pat. Everyone is always about milling around the city, playing sports, drinking mate, going to cafes/boliches/concerts/events. I don't know why, but in 5 months here, my social circle is already bigger and stronger than the one I had in 10 years in Denver, Colorado. -Politics isn't life here. There's some type of weird brain virus that's destroying the minds of the American people. Politics has seeped into every aspect of the culture fabric and it's become this weird, unavoidable daily reality. In Argentina, the people are well-informed about politics and global affairs, but it doesn't dominate the conversation. Very refreshing for me. -People are generally healthier and more beautiful. In general, the Argentines are some healthy, skinny, beautiful mf's. The men, the women, everyone. No radical Ozempic intervention is required here. -People have less money, but more time and more soul. Average wages here are absolute shite, and so is the Argentine Peso...but people seem to have more time, more energy and less stress, generally. People in the USA have a lot of money, but not a lot of soul. Here it;s the opposite. I've confronted some of the dark aspects of the economic realities here, but generally people are extremely present, laid back and "amable". I'd describe the people here as passionate "life-enjoyers." They are passionate about everything they do. They do it with gusto, soul, and UMPH. Mate - We love that shit Soccer - Hell yeah Hanging out at the park with some dogs - WE Live for this shit Living here has made me appreciate my life so much more. It's a very life-affirming place that gets you in touch with what actually matters.show more
