It's easy to do and adds no time to anything. -------- This is a box drill, 4 cones about 5-7 meters apart, in a square. The focus is to shoot while entering and exiting positions. You shoot when next to each cone. If you are just getting started, you may have to stop completely to shoot. The idea is to never really stop moving, though and only slow enough to confidently get your hits. The more stable you are able to get while moving, the sooner and faster you can make your shots. Target distance can vary based on how difficult you want it to be, anywhere from 7-20 yards from the forward cones.show more
