this is the moment successfully finished scheduling shifts for... my parent's tea store for the first time. my mom is BLOWN AWAY. this is going to save her hours of every week going back and forth with the team and sorting out this annoying task. the way we set it up: - "CameliaOS", our moltbot, sends her a reminder every morning to ask for inputs from team - team members respond with times - my mom sends screenshots to Camelia - Camelia updates her on any missing inputs - Camelia drafts a plan, adds it to google calendar (color coded, which is the form factor that the team is used to) - my mom gives Camelia feedback - she ships it one interesting learning: as we were teaching Camelia this new skill, my mom sometimes asked me "how should i explain to it that X or Y" I told her - just discuss with her like you would with any human, just share your doubts and concerns.. Opus is so great at making sense from vague inputs and help crystalize a plan. we are making progress, many more workflows to teach CamealiaOS, and I am sure more will surface the deeper we go into it.show more

The recent Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) CSAIL paper... published on Recursive Language Models is a fascinating look into how AI systems reason in 2026. You can check it out here ➡️ → The paper notes that even frontier models suffer from “context rot” as inputs grow longer. More tokens don’t mean more understanding. Instead of compressing or summarising, RLMs “treat long prompts as part of an external environment” …and let the model programmatically inspect, decompose, and recursively requery itself over precise sections. This matters in Web3. Why? Smart contracts are long, stateful, and brittle. One missed assumption = unnecessary hassle. In the video below, we applied RLM principles to improve the prompt shown. The old prompt would try to force multi-step pauses. Therefore breaking the AI's workflow. Now it decomposes requirements, scores confidence for each component, verifies the logic, and then synthesises. Result = Production-ready contracts with flagged risks, not blind single-pass outputs. Naval is right. That’s why we’ve avoided investing in... consumer hardware. But recently I’ve met too many smart, young founders building it anyway that it’s too compelling to ignore. We’ve built an AI god and shoved it in a text box. Like now what? That can’t be the end of the story. Like mobile before Uber, AI needs a new form factor to unlock entirely new behaviors. AI is infinitely better with more context and context means it has to live with us. Apple won’t do it. They’ve been asleep on AI and are handcuffed by privacy constraints. The winners will be the new generation of founders: unencumbered, fearless, fluent in consumer behavior. They’ll try bold, weird, delightful things to bring AI into our lives and make it feel inevitable. We just have to figure out the form factor. My full take on this dropping tomorrow.
