15 months ago I was 315 pounds, my Dad... was right (he made me post this lol), I need to become a better athlete to play, being big wasn't enough. Not there yet, but with the help of Coach Taylor and Dhawk I am getting there. I feel lighter and quicker. Thanks R.E. Pattermann for all the mentions.show more

SAN FRANCISCO!!!!!!! 💚 I can't believe my life sometimes.... Sharing the stage with Billie Joe Armstrong and singing When September Ends felt like stepping straight into a dream I never thought would come true. I kept flashing back to little me running around the house with my Walkman tucked into the back of my jeans, the American Idiot Green Day album blasting in my ears, feeling like the world was so much bigger than I could imagine. Still trying to find the words but I loved everything about last night. Beyond surreal. Thank you!!! 2 more shows left of this leg 🥲 Seattle you're NEXT!!!!show more

a lot of visual identities fall apart the moment... you remove the logo. so here’s friendly advice I wish someone drilled into me earlier: run every visual identity through the Three-Post Test. What is it? Design three social media posts in the new visual identity. (btw, you can now easily design and export social media assets directly in Framer) Or, design three posters. (a tip that Jessica Strelioff’s also recently shared!) Then, the important step: remove the logo. Now, look at them like a stranger would. If you’re trying to get out of junior design mode — ask yourself: 1. without the logo, do these three posts still obviously belong together? Follow up with: 2. can I easily point to repeating rules (layout, type behavior, spacing, color logic, ...)? 3. could another designer easily continue this system without me in the room? If you answer 1. no 2. nope 3. uhmmm, not sure then you’re in trouble. If the logo disappears and the connection goes with it, that’s your signal: you don’t have a visual system yet, just three nice visual pieces. maybe a very nice logo, too. So, run this test early, save yourself time later.show more

Since this morning, Lucy has been slowly falling apart…... She hasn’t eaten, didn’t complain ، just a silent exhaustion and dim, fading eyes. Then just now… she collapsed to the ground and fainted in my arms. 💔 I held her trembling little body, her breathing shallow… as if life is quietly slipping away. I’m shaking with fear… afraid she’ll never open her eyes again, afraid I might lose her forever. Lucy needs urgent care ، a vet, a chance to live. But I’m helpless… I have nothing that could save her. Please, don’t just scroll by… this might be her final cry for help. I’m not asking for much ، even a small donation could bring her heartbeat back, or a share could help her voice reach the world. Lucy… please don’t go. Don’t leave me alone, my little one. 💔🥺 If you see this, please leave a dot and help if you can. …show more

If the weight, reps, or sets aren't increasing over... time, you're not training. You're exercising. Training has direction. Exercise is just movement. "But I'm working really hard!" Working hard at the same load you used 6 months ago isn't training. It's maintenance. Your body adapts to stimulus. Once adapted, there's no reason to grow further. You must provide novel stimulus: - More weight - More reps at same weight - More sets (carefully) - Better form at same load Something must improve or you're spinning your wheels. "I can't always progress!" Then you're doing too much volume or training too frequently relative to your recovery capacity. You should be able to progress something every 2-3 weeks at minimum. If you're stuck: - Reduce volume to increase recovery - Focus on one lift to prioritise - Check if you're actually eating enough You can't build muscle without building strength over time. The two are correlated at the individual level. If your lifts aren't going up over months, neither is your muscle mass. Track everything. Compare to last month. Progress or adjust. Training without progression is just going to the gym.show more

From near death, she somehow seem to recovered a... lot. She could walk, eat,use toilet and even meow now. Not sure if this is Terminal Lucidity or a Miracle, but at least this gives me more time with her,and even hope. when i have enough money and she still survives, I'll take her to the vet again.show more

Even tho my body is almost completely paralyzed ♿️... resting is not an option. Quitting is not an option. This machine uses electric pulses to make my body move. Yes, I’m being electrocuted here 😂 and yes I feel everything. I always get people telling me I’m an inspiration, a motivation, a hard worker and to be completely honest, this is the easiest my life has ever been. Before my injury I had to travel a lot, actually work, I HAD to set an example. Now I’m the example 😂 I get to stroll around in a cool little car, I can easily work thanks to THE REAL WORLD and I have a wonderful woman feeding me pizza whenever I’m hungry. If I knew my life was going to be this blessed…..I would’ve broken my neck a long time ago 😅😂😂😂 On a serious note. To all my Real World classmates. This is your sign that it is possible, you can do anything you set your mind to. If you show this video to a doctor and you say “he’s a quadriplegic” they will say “impossible”! But it is possible! Stay focused my friends🫡🪖show more

5-Month Methylene Blue Update I've been taking Methylene Blue... since October and I wanted to reflect on the first 5 months with it. I’ve been micro-dosing to experience the mental benefits, so usually 3-5 drops. In the first couple months the effects were truly mind-blowing. The cognitive enhancements felt like magic. My focus became laser-sharp, and my memory was spot-on, especially my visual recall. The enhancement of my mental-visual abilities was the most amazing change. I've always been a very visual person. If I had an idea, I could picture it much easier than I could explain it. Methylene Blue increased that ability tenfold. Verbalizing my thoughts became much easier as well. Methylene Blue is certainly a verbal lubricant; my words would flow off the tongue almost effortlessly (in a good way). So, 5 months in, those skills are still heightened, but the dramatics have worn off since I'm now used to these "Super Abilities" It's remarkable that I never felt like my cognitive abilities would decline if I missed a few days of Methylene Blue. The mental benefits were long-lasting. Methylene Blue is great to cycle on and off since the effects last. The thing that still feels like magic to this day is the motivation I get from a dose of Methylene Blue before a workout. The feeling I get from a large glass of water with honey or maple syrup, Himalayan salt, and Methylene Blue is pure drive. Drive, motivation, inspiration, and feeling like I can take on the world are what the above elixir provides. Not to be confused with energy like caffeine would give, it's a much deeper feeling of drive. It instills a mindset shift of "I'm going to do what I came here to do." Truly a life changing substance and I’m so glad I tried it. I’m happy I am learning about it so I can teach my friends and family about MB. I think everyone that can should be experiencing the laundry list of benefits from Methylene Blue. Check the first comment for helpful links. 15% off and a tool to search potential interactions. This was me on Modern Family 10 years ago,... at a point in my life where I was confident I’d never pursue any career outside of Hollywood. A lot of different things led me to leave and begin pursuing journalism instead. Just maturing as a human being (realizing the world didn’t revolve around me) was a big factor. I definitely witnessed and experienced very inappropriate situations while in Hollywood though, without which I would not have been led to investigate P**nhub. Should I speak on this a bit more sometime?show more

I took this with the intention of sharing it... earlier but wimped out. Changed my mind though because I figured it might help motivate someone. I started running again 4 weeks ago after almost no running in the last 10+ years. In just a month, I knocked out an unofficial half marathon. Not only that, but it felt easy enough to talk 11.5 miles in without being winded. I’m not running fast, in fact I’m really slow at around a 12min/mile pace, but that’s the point I want to make. Running at a low heart rate does amazing things. If you want to try out this style, look up zone 2 training. Or, just go out and do some extended exercise (walk/jog) while keeping your heart rate around 130-145. Walk if you go over that upper end, even I had to when I started. Stay consistent, and you’ll see improvement relatively quickly.show more

🚨 URGENT FINAL PLEA 🚨 I once believed there... were hearts in this world that would hold us close, but I have come to realize we are nothing more than numbers lost in the crowd of life… Today I write to you with the last strength I have, as time is running out, and this may be my final message to save my little Lucy from an illness that is stealing her smile and her heartbeat.😢 I have lost all my loved ones and friends in the war, and all I have left is this innocent soul who does not understand the cruelty around her. What I am asking for is not much… any support, no matter how small, could mean the difference between her living or fading away forever. Please, do not let a small heart pay the price for the cruelty of this world… do not leave my hands empty in the face of life’s cry. I am not asking for much — any donation, no matter how small, could help.🙏 Stay strong, my little one; I promise I will never leave you, no matter what happens.🫂show more

hello everyone! 🤍 as you already know, i am... a wheelchair user that has to use a wheelchair most of the time because im a fall risk & in chronic pain unfortunately, the Medline one i was gifted is extremely heavy and since im weak, i cannot push myself around in it. my bf has to do all the heavy lifting and pushing, which takes away from the independence i want as an adult. so, i am officially starting a "fundraiser" towards a custom wheelchair that my insurance refuses to pay for because i am "not disabled enough". achieving this would help me a TON. i want to be able to push myself around freely and be able to get to places on my own without relying on other people. sometimes i cant even use the wheelchair because its too heavy for my mom (caregiver) to get in and out of the car and i risk hurting myself by walking. i have tried three times with my insurance to have them cover it but unfortunately thats how the US rolls and i gotta find other solutions! ANYTHING is greatly appreciated and i really hope i can get a custom wheelchair fitted for my disabilities and be more independent ^w^ i will 🔗 my throne below where i have it set up!show more

Fuck you. It was never an issue whatsoever, until... large accounts ran by deformed malicious freaks began fabricating images and fake tweets, to target me and ruin my engagement and reach with false smears. I never had to deal with this nonsense before a few months ago. I am from Iran where I grew up and lived until I was an adult, where my family still lives, and whose people I speak up for despite the risk it carries. I insist on the truth, because you are all fucking liars and smear merchants and slimy human beings. Maybe YOU don't care what people call you, but unlike yourself my voice actually matters and so does my reputation. I am an Iranian who legally moved to Britain as an adult, and I have more than proven it. I have held enough Persian language spaces, met with enough mutuals and uploaded enough pictures with them to convince anyone with half a brain of who and what I am. If at this point you're still insinuating that "mhehehe maybe you're actually an indian british man" despite all available evidence, then go fuck yourself. I can make an entirely new recording just for you also, if you'd like. I'll make sure it's VERY colourful.show more

🚨 URGENT CALL: HELP US TRACK THIS INTRIGUING FIGURE... FROM THE UVU EVENT—COULD YOUR VIDEO OR PIC CLARIFY WHAT HE'S HOLDING? LET'S BUILD A FULL PICTURE FOR CHARLIE'S TRUTH! As we continue piecing together the heartbreaking events of September 10th at UVU, I've come across this one individual who has me genuinely curious—and I could use your eyes and archives to help clarify things. He's positioned on the overpass or walkway atop the BA Building, directly behind Charlie Kirk's tent. If you're visualizing from the crowd's perspective facing the stage, he'd be just slightly to the left of where Charlie was seated. Take a close look at what appears to be in his hands—could it be a camera capturing the moment? Perhaps a small device like a drone controller? Or something else entirely? I'm not suggesting anything nefarious here at all; he could just be an innocent attendee. But understanding his position and movements before, during, and after the incident could add valuable context to the timeline we're all working to reconstruct—especially with the questions around the rooftop, the left-side evidence markers, and those pre-event IP searches we've discussed. If you have any photos, videos, or clips from that day showing him—or even the surrounding area—please send them my way! Genuine appreciation for any leads that help us honor Charlie's memory with facts, not assumptions. Together, we're stronger in seeking real answers and challenging the lies our own government is trying to feed us. Your contribution could be the missing link —who knows? I'm so grateful for this awesome community. Let's keep it respectful, focused, and forward-moving. As always DO NOT CONTACT anyone in my post, leave that to us.show more

Watching this reminded me of my first job in... America - a server in one of the casino buffets. Our buffet was famous with the crab legs. The only thing I could eat in this American buffet was the crab legs with hot butter and carrot cake. I even got wrote up for eating a carrot cake. Not only that I signed the paper but I also admitted for eating the carrot cake. When the director of the food department of the casino wrote my note, he asked my manager if I was trying to be a smart 8ss. My manager said: Nope. She always say what she thinks. On the next day the director passes through my station and wishes me a good day and says my name. I was sooo… smacked on the head from surprise that the only thing I could say was: Ah, you know my name? He said: Of course I know your name. I was so shocked because I in general think I am invisible to people - stay on the side and observe. And for somebody to know my name, that means I didn’t do enough job hiding 🤦♀️😂😂😂 A lot of things happened at my first job and soon everybody knew who I am and what’s my name (for my horror) 😝 I could not adjust to the American culture and I would constantly retaliate against certain things that I would consider unjustice 😂 Now that I think about it, it’s hilarious. But back then, I was really miserable. MS will never be the state of my happiness.show more

Thirteen years ago, I was a brand-new ER nurse... when a family was brought in after a wreck. The parents were gone before we could save them. The only one left was their 3-year-old, Avery, staring at me as if I were the last safe person in the room. She clung to me so hard. So I stayed. I brought apple juice. Found a kids' book. Read it three times because she kept whispering, "Again." At one point she tapped my badge and said, dead serious, "You're the good one." A caseworker pulled me aside: "She's going into temporary placement. No next of kin." I heard myself say, "Can I take her tonight? Just until you figure it out." "You're single. You work shifts. You're young," she warned. "I know, I said. "But I can't let her be carried off by strangers." One night became a week. A week became months of home visits, parenting classes between shifts, and learning how to pack lunches. The first time she called me "Dad," it slipped out in the freezer aisle. So yeah. I adopted her. I switched to a steadier schedule, started a college fund the minute I could, and made sure she never had to wonder if she was wanted.show more

"My wife passed eight months ago. She left me... a handwritten list of things she needed me to do after she was gone. Pay the insurance by the 15th. Call her sister on her birthday. Don't skip the doctor. And number 7 — 'Make sure Bruno gets a walk every single morning without exception. He will be the reason you get out of bed. I planned it that way. I love you. Don't argue with the list.'" I argued with the list for about three days. Then I stopped arguing. I have not missed a single morning since. Six months of mornings. Six months of 6:30am. Six months of Bruno waiting at the door with the specific patience of a dog who knows the list says morning and trusts that morning will happen because she said it would. Some mornings I get dressed on autopilot. Some mornings I don't remember deciding to get up. I just find myself at the door with my coat on and Bruno's leash in my hand. She knew. She knew me better than I knew myself and she wrote it down and she signed it don't argue with the list and she was right she was always right she was right about this the way she was right about everything. My son saw us this morning on his run. He called me after. He couldn't finish a sentence. Neither could I. So we just stayed on the phone for a while breathing in each other's ears the way you do when words are not the right size for what you are feeling. She put me on a leash, honestly. Bruno's leash. And I have never been more grateful to be exactly where I am supposed to be at exactly 6:30am on a February morning that I would not have gotten up for on my own. Number 7. She saved me with number 7. Drop a ❤️ for her. She planned everything. Right down to the morning walks. Right down to us.show more

This isn't a Mouse - it's a Portal. I... remain in my conviction that people in the City are semi-comatose, not noticing things around them. Hell, they don't even look at the sky. This seems crazy as we are hard-wired to notice things around us, to perceive and interpret clues and signals - this necessary for our hunter-gatherer ancestors to survive. The City is a great place for the reason that when you go to or view things 'off the beaten track' things reveal themselves - nature, secrets, and stories. Many of these things are actually in the open but under the radar of the city person. I realised years ago that when I'm down in the London Underground, if I look at the far track for a few minutes, a mouse going about its business is likely to appear. The far track means it is hidden from the people on the crowded platform. Just-wait-long-enough. Sure enough, I filmed for a few seconds and a furry critter appeared to order, like magic. When you open your eyes portals reveal themselves. They take you to another world. It seems even more magical when it's just you viewing it. A world within a world, for your privilege. For a few seconds, in this case, the people on the platform faded into the background and the wild and the oceanic appeared. These portals are the Perfect Moments I talk about.show more
