Imperium Coffee is back & better than ever! Previously,... I totally failed at marketing this — I focused more on the concept of the brand than the quality of the coffee Which is stupid, bc it’s actually unmatched: -100% arabica -ROASTED TO ORDER -Beans grown b/n 4,000-7,000 feet (Higher altitudes slow the maturation of the beans, which results in fuller and more complex flavor profiles) But over the past several months, I’ve been working on a new site to correct this Not only is it optimized for mobile, but it also shows you everything you want to know about each roast: -Tasting notes -Roast intensity -Origin of the beans -Ideal brewing methods -My personal thoughts …and much more! To celebrate the launch of the new site (link in bio), I’m running a promo for the rest of this week — just use the code REVAMP for 20% off But even if you don’t snag any coffee, do check out the site and let me know what you think! It’s been a long time in the making, and it never could have happened without your feedback. Here’s to the new era of Imperium Coffee! 💪😎☕️show more

When I say “beans and rice, rice and beans,”... I don’t actually mean only eat rice and beans. What it represents is so much more than a low grocery bill. It’s about short-term sacrifice for the long-term win. You can do anything for a few months, even a few years to set yourself up for a lifetime of success. You have to live on less than you make in order to pay off debt, in order to save and invest, in order to be generous. You can’t spend more than you make and end up anywhere except bankruptcy court. And people are doing it every day, everywhere. The stuff I talk about is not hard to understand. It’s very hard to actually go and do it. You’ve got to decide you’re going to DO it. Day in and day out, you’ve drawn a line in the sand, and you are NOT going back. No more excuses. You’re taking control of your actions and your life. You’re ready to make your money work for YOU, not the other way around. Are you ready to change your life?show more

Traveling in Nepal is very inexpensive…… IF…….you never buy... a beer or a western coffee. These two items are the most expensive items in Nepal. Often times the price of a beer is more than the price of my hotel room! A coffee is more expensive than seeing the new Spiderman movie with popcorn! So……you can travel in Nepal on a shoe string budget, but the beers and coffee will break the bank.show more

The past year has seen me have a renaissance,... in the truest sense… I won’t go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport. Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet I’d forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, I’d completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. I’ve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. I’ve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore. Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, Factor Bikes built me a bike, I’ve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that it’s inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because I’ve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. It’s in its early days, I’ve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, I’d love you to check it out and join. It’s still in its infancy, but I hope it’s going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.show more

President Biden in one of the strongest addresses of... his career: “I revere this office. But I love my country more. Fifty tribal farmers from Odisha never imagined their coffee... would one day be served in London. Today, the beans they nurtured in Koraput have become the heart of an award-winning coffee brand that's gone global. What began as an effort to revive neglected coffee plantations has grown into Kruti Coffee, an award-winning specialty coffee brand that is taking India's tribal-grown Arabica to the world. Founded in 2013 by Dr. Kamakhya Das and Dr. Amol Jadhav, the initiative works directly with coffee-growing communities to build a sustainable farm-to-cup ecosystem. Grown under the natural shade of the Eastern Ghats, Koraput's 100% Arabica coffee is known for its rich flavours and biodiversity-friendly cultivation. More than 80% of the farmers associated with the initiative are women, making them the driving force behind every harvest. From winning India's Best Arabica Naturals at the World Coffee Conference to opening a café in London, every milestone proves that when communities thrive, the world notices. #KrutiCoffee #Odisha #Koraput #SpecialtyCoffee [Kruti Coffee, Koraput, Morning Coffee, Coffee India]show more

A Korean photographer commented on the queue for Compose... Coffee: BTS V’s effect or coincidence? 🧐 👤I stopped by to grab a cup of coffee, and what caught my eye was a line of foreigners standing in front of Compose Coffee. There was also The Venti (GDragon) nearby, but only this place was unusually crowded, which I found interesting, it made me wonder if this was BTS’s marketing impact. ☕️ It was just a scene I happened to come across, but somehow it felt like it perfectly reflected the current atmosphere. I’m probably one of the only Teslanaires out there,... if not one of the very few, still cutting my own hair. I cut my own hair again today, and it reminded me that becoming a multi-millionaire usually isn’t a random coincidence. People see the $ and think it just happened. What they usually don’t see are the small habits behind it. Of course, I could go spend $25–$50 on a haircut that probably looks better than the one I give myself. But that’s not really what matters to me. I don’t care that much about looking perfect. I care about controlling my time. I care about staying grounded. I care about keeping the kind of habits that helped me build wealth in the first place. And honestly, I enjoy doing it. I’ve been cutting my own hair for so many years that I don’t even think about going to the barber anymore. It’s just normal to me now. It saves time, keeps me frugal, and reminds me that wealth is usually built in the small choices nobody claps for. That’s the part people miss. A lot of people see wealth and assume it was luck. But a lot of the time, it’s really the result of small disciplined habits repeated for years. Not wasting $ just bc you can. Not wasting time just bc other people do. And the funny part is, one day my fleet of Tesla Bots will probably be doing it for me anyway. But until then, I’m good doing it myself. Bc to me, being wealthy was never about trying to look rich. It was about building a mindset. A mindset that values time, discipline, and freedom more than appearances. And once you really live that way, it shows up in a lot of things, even something as simple as cutting your own hair.show more

NEW CLIP: Kiss my feet, Prove your worth You’re... back again, of course you are. Pathetic little wallet in hand, eyes glued to my sweaty feet after a brutal gym session. You didn’t earn this view. You never do. But I let you watch. Why? Because I like seeing you squirm. You obsess over every inch of my new gym set like it’s holy. It is. I wear it, so it’s worth more than you’ll ever be. Your only job? Fund it. Worship it. Then fall to your knees and thank me for the honor of licking my post-workout feet while I laugh at how desperate you are for crumbs of attention. You don’t get the gym. You don’t get the body. You definitely don’t get the girl. All you get is the chance to pay for the privilege of watching me enjoy it all without you. I don’t know exactly what this skating nonsense is... but it’s an example of the kind of thing that makes people put up with all the bullshit to make our lives in New York City and the more of it the bettershow more

1 month since leaving the UK for New York... 🎉 Observations: - People here are generally more positive - Cost of living is comparable to London for the most part. I feel like it gets expensive here very quickly, however. - Public transport is ok, but the amount of crazies you encounter is a massive detractor. This week I’ve seen a woman piss [ass naked] on a platform, and a lot of drug addicts do more questionable things. I’ve seen some shit in the UK, but it’s just worse here. The gov neglects the people at the lowest part of society. - A lot of places smell here. - Food is generally good if you pay extra for non-processed stuff. That said, I had a sub from the deli, and it got the better of me 🙂‍↔️😂. - I love how easy it is to transport into another world. Each borough has so much to offer. - People care for self-improvement more than anywhere I’ve lived [capitalism >>>] Bottom line, I’m enjoying it here. I’m excited to meet more new people and start building businesses. Currently working on a new project I’ll talk about tomorrow. ✌️show more

Good morning and where do I start? I’m so... proud of the man you’re becoming and I’m so thankful to have you in my life. The first player I met and the first player I had dinner with after I became the receivers coach at Baylor. Yes I’m speaking it into existence but it’s also the feeling I have when I tell you God truly has a calling on your life. The person you are lets me know the lord is and will continue to bless you more than you can imagine. I love you like a son, little brother, nephew, etc…. Played receiver for a big time program like Baylor, played in the NFL, from the great state of Texas but more importantly a GREAT person and man of God. So you have all the tools you need to be successful in this coaching profession but more importantly LIFE! I’m so thankful to be a part of your journey. I’m going to do EVERYTHING in my power with the help of God to make sure you succeed. I told you this and I truly believe it. You’re the next great coach/receivers coach. Love you G and this post doesn’t do justice for how I feel about you or the kind of person you are✊🏾🙏🏾❤️💯 Gavin Holmesshow more

Some people are upset that I said “Raising kanan”... in the final season Is just as great as the others Is imo better than “the wire” It’s my opinion we don’t have to agree But romanticism plagues people The wire was great but it did have flaws 50 would never mess a scene up On raising kanan With bad song placement that does not even match the setting of the scene.. And also the actors in the car are terrible And they don’t even have lines lol Yes it was amazing and it’s legendary But I will not allow your romanticism with the past make you believe that the show from your childhood was flawless It was not!! It’s okay for new albums to be better than Illmatic It’s okay for new crime series to be better the wire It’s okay for a new teacher to take it to a level Malcolm X never got too It’s okay!show more

This is not what we Ukrainians would want to... see from our windows in winter. It would be better if the voices and laughter of children making snowmen or playing snowballs echoed from the courtyards of residential areas. One could step out onto the balcony and watch that very scene while sipping a warm tea or coffee, rather than the sights we see now. You cannot distract yourself from thoughts of the war for long; it continues, and everything around us tries to remind us of that. Over the years, the brain tries to pretend it has adapted to everything happening around it - to what the ears hear and the eyes see, to the various situations that occur here every day. But sanity is always on guard, and an inner voice says without words: this is not a normal life for a human being; if only everything could return to the way it was before. But is it even possible to return to the life we had, carrying such an experience on our shoulders? … Now, in the "points of warmth," you can see beds. You might ask: are these for overnight stays? The beds are intended for people who need assistance in the event of an emergency or for medical reasons, as well as for temporary rest if a person is in need of it… but people are still forced to return to their apartments.show more

Back when I had nothing… I was a nobody... to most people. TBH, my parents didn't even see me getting to where I am today. It's just the truth, the chips were stacked for my sister. Not me. But it's just not the reality today. However, there was ONE person in my life that didn’t see me that way. My significant other saw something in me before a lot of things. Before all my wins. Before the $. Before any proof. And honestly… that means a lot to me, if not the most of all. I’ve always been wired a little different. I’m a mix of finance, engineering, and tech, with a sprinkle of obsession. I learned and studied from the best. Warren Buffett for how to invest. Elon Musk for work ethic and where the future is going. And once I saw it… I went all in. Bc when you truly understand what you own… you don’t need 20 bets. What you really need is conviction and just a few bets. That’s how I approached everything in my life. All the way from Apple… to Tesla… to 𝕏… to xAI… and now SpaceX. I believe I have an eye for spotting the best entrepreneurs and companies early, before it becomes obvious to everyone. And when I see it, I back it 100%. That’s just who I am. I don’t need a big circle. I’ve already got my day ones. I don’t need approval. I grew up my whole life with doubt and hate, so what’s one more? At this point, the levels are just too different. And yeah… it's true, it actually gets harder to make new friends when you’re moving like this. So I stay loyal to the ones who were there when I had nothing. I made it with Apple - youngest in, youngest out. Then I made it with Tesla… while people were laughing, doubting, calling me crazy, telling me I was going to go bankrupt with Elon. Fast forward to today, now I'm heading into something even bigger. If the story plays out the way it’s shaping up… SpaceX could have the largest IPO in history this year. The company is talking about raising over $75B… at a $1.75-$2 trillion valuation. For context… the biggest IPO ever - Saudi Aramco - raised about $29B. This would be more than double that. Let that sink in deep. To me this is more than just an investment. This is owning a piece of the future of space, energy, AI... extending the light of consciousness forward in case something happens to Earth. People can call me crazy. People can call me cocky. Arrogant. But the people that actually know me know the truth - I’m just real AF. I say what I believe, and I stand on it. And I genuinely don’t care what people think. I have two middle fingers always held high for those kind of people. That’s probably why I’ve been able to win the way I have. My significant other tells me to slow down sometimes. And I get it. But for me… What’s the point of life if you play it safe? If you see an opportunity that can change everything… and you just sit back? That’s not me. I’d rather go all in on something I believe in… live with intensity… take the hits… and actually feel alive and live life with fulfillment. Laugh if you want, doubt if you want. Some play it safe, a few go all in. You can call it risky. You can call it stupid. You can call it crazy. I call it living. Bc at the end of the day, I'd rather go all in on something I believe in and fail... than spend my life wondering "what if."show more
