I travelled by train for 4 years during my... engineering days. The journey was from Vijayawada to Allahabad, and the train continued into Bihar. It was nasty once you cross Itarsi. Same train in south India was different vs. once it enters north. Crowded, uncivilised and dangerous. Those 4 years killed my appetite for train travel in India. What happens when an autonomous robotaxi gets into an... accident? So far, nothing. Yesterday, I rode in a Zoox robotaxi and got hit by an RTC bus in front of New York New York. The Zoox was trying to turn right into New York New York on Tropicana Avenue just after crossing Las Vegas Boulevard and the bus was trying to get over to make its stop. What I saw, was the RTC bus merging into the front left of the Zoox robotaxi and then a crunching sound followed by a grinding sound. Pretty sure it was the RTC bus at fault. Impact detected. The Zoox robotaxi stayed in place while a warning popped up on the user display. Zoox support came over the in-car speaker and asked if I was okay and then eventually had me exit the vehicle at the New York New York rideshare area. Then, it just took off. The RTC bus? It also took off. The driver never got out to check to see what happened. Loaded up some passengers and went about the day. Nobody stayed around to file a police report, so I did. The Nevada State Troopers are scratching their heads at what to do here and so am I. Now I have a lot of questions that won’t get answered probably. I am okay and not injured thankfully, just shaken up a bit. As far as riding Zoox again, I feel it is safe to ride and highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t. On a side note: The Zoox took the hit pretty well and I couldn’t see damage when I checked it out. The bus had a nice scrape on its right wheel fender. I will keep you all updated on this.show more

I was miraculously saved sometime in March 1997. That... night, I was going home with my guardian from our shop in Ebute meta area. So we rushed to join a bus that looks like the driver has been working on. The engine was really hot and the driver stupidly put the remaining fuel in his keg on top of the engine. It’s all those 16 sitter bus and 7 lives was ended in the bad incident. We haven’t moved much when the bus caught fire 🔥. Everyone was rushing to get out and some got burnt as they never make it out and that includes my aunt, aunty mi Bisi! My aunt got burnt along with her little beautiful boy, papa! Whom she’s was carrying on her back. I was in the last seat in the back and the bus had all this burglary windows. The fire was becoming much, then one spirit told me to walk thru it. The sound was very clear in my head and that was how I made it out with some burns on my body but it wasn’t much like that. Please always trust your instincts. We all have our guardian angel that goes everywhere with us. They are those little words that speaks to only and directed to you in every situation and moment we find ourselves in !!! 26/7/2025 I took these photos exactly one year ago,... on July 26. That day, I risked my life alongside thousands of Palestinians just to get a bag of flour to feed myself and my family. Something is going down today in Houston with Cybercabs.... Just saw these 3 and a Model Y head down from the hub to the service center. Minutes before that I saw 6 more Cybercabs head down there as well (couldn't record). When I got the service center minutes after them, not a single one in sight. The service door was open so I assume they all went inside. I have never seen this before, and this many Cybercabs don't usually head to the service center at once.show more

Just got on a bus in Brighton, hoping to... see the driver I know from Let Women Speak - and there he was! 😀 Got to my stop so headed for the door and wished him a good day. As I step onto the pavement I hear “MrMenno!” and a woman reaches out to give me a hug. “I love your stuff!” Then to her friend as they board: “That’s the guy I was telling you about!” We all waved at each other as the bus pulled away. I wanted to take a moment to talk about... my early stages in golf and hopefully this helps someone out there getting into the game. This video is from 2013, around 1 year into golf and I was shooting mid- low 90s. My Dad was a teaching pro so the fundamentals came easy. However, all my friends at the time played since they were 5 years old and I felt a ton of pressure trying to “catch up”. Golf never seemed to come easy for myself. I struggled really bad for 2-3 years before I saw any true progress. I was never a “natural” at the game At this time, my main goal was to play college golf so a lot of progress needed to take place. So, we moved to Florida as a family for my dads job and that’s when everything changed. I began to practice each day for 3-5 hours. I realized since I wasn’t a natural, I had to work harder then everyone. My scores began to drop into the 70s consistently after 3-4 years of playing. When I started seeing these results I got even more motivated. To play in college I needed to be posting low scores in competitive junior tournaments. These environments I believe took my game even to another level. I began shooting in the low 70s and 60s on a consistent basis. Getting to this point easily took 5 years of grinding, while some of my friends it took 2-3 years. I did end up playing 4 years of D2 college golf and posted a lot of scores I’m super proud of. My overall point is people progress at different speeds in this game. I realize not everyone can’t practice 5 hours a day. But if you haven’t seen results right away, or even years into the game, never give up. Something might click and everything could change!show more
