When I first began my search to find the... un-redacted files for Fort Edward Solar, I had no idea the lengths to which New York State and these foreign solar developers were willing to go to force their complexes onto prime farmland and designated grasslands. This is what I found. I later tried to visit the physical ORES (Office of Renewable Energy Siting) office. They obviously didn’t allow me to meet them.
