Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there... ❤️ I could never have imagined, being a mother would change me so much. If someone told me 3 years ago, that I would voluntarily put myself second to someone in the world, all the time, every time, I would have laughed & dismissed it ! Guess what !!! I was so wrong. Now, the kids always come first. Not because I have to, but because I want to. How silly & immature of me to have thought otherwise. It doesn’t matter how tired I am, how busy I am or how hungry I am, the kids always come first. The happiness & pure joy I feel looking at them lights up my darkest days and I feel superhuman strength when I need to protect them. I’m sure I’m not the only mother who feels like this. Sadly, we only start appreciating our mothers when we step into that role. So here’s a big shout out to all the mothers out there. The single ones, the working ones and the ones who devote all their time at home looking after their kids n families . I don't really like dogs. I am physically challenged... and can't walk properly and they bark at me for different walking. But these days I am becoming more and more fond of them because of them. It all started when their mother was pregnant and my mom used to give her milk every morning and evening. After they were born first they used to come with their mother and now their mother sees them having milk and let them have it. That's the other story but why I am liking them? Because they know my office timings. When I go to office and start my scooty they run from wherever they are and start dancing around my scooty. Then my mother gives them milk and they get to a side and I can go. In the evening they listen to my honking and run from wherever they are and again gather around my scooty trying to play with me. Sometimes I am afraid so that they don't get run over. But as usual milk comes and they get to a side and I can enter my home. Other than my family members they are also waiting for me. And I am loving it 🙂❤️show more

🙏😢My friends, it brings me sadness to share the... same updates from 🇵🇸💔#Gaza with you every day, but the situation only continues to get worse every day. The bombing is constant, it goes on day and night, and we are so very tired and hopeless. We are not just physically tired, it is like our souls are tired, and every day we spend every moment waiting and wondering if this day will be our last. It’s a feeling very hard to describe. The only respite we get from these suffocating emotions is when we are able to give the gift of helping others. We fired up the oven again, and today, we served a variation of breads to the hungry families we delivered them to. We made flatbreads, bread with oil and thyme, and also bread with red peppers. The joy of helping others is indescribable at this time, my friends. It is like a jolt of hope that lightens our hearts. The animals and the people living in tents are going through the worst, my dear friends, and I want to help them as much as I can. Is it weird that one of my favourite things... about cruising is… WAVING?! They don’t promote that in the adverts! 😂👋 I can’t explain it but it fills me with lots of joy. I love it when people wave at me and I wave back, like here. 😅🌟 I’ll often spot somebody and do everything I can to get them to wave back at me. When they do I feel like I’ve won a game nobody knew we were playing. 🏆🥇 It’s pretty common for everybody to wave when a cruise ship sails away from a place. I love it even more if it’s a ship sailing past a ship, then you have hundreds and thousands of potential wavers!! 🤣👋🏼 Anybody else love it as much as me? Usually I don’t speak on political issues often however... Charlie Kirk’s death (RIP) hits a little too close to home. Perhaps it is because anyone who has some resemblance of a following who is outspoken against any narrative online has probably received some sort of threat in their inbox. (I know I have) It is baffling to me that one could harbour such a large amount of hate inside of them to want to have another silenced for having differing opinions than their own. I think about all my outspoken friends who are in positions faced to the public and of course myself and what this potentially means for all of us. This of course, would never stop me from speaking out to what’s right, so perhaps that is also why I wanted to make a comment. To me it is disgusting behaviour to mock/be happy about the death of people you disagree with that have done nothing wrong. I think about all my friends, family who could be wrongfully persecuted based off the delusions of perceived “sides”. The amount of hate manufactured and projected onto you for just living your life and not complying to a certain ideal is insane. I don’t like fear mongering but I also think it’s important to stay vigilant to what’s going on around you. It is a very real reality that there are people out there that hate you just for simply being you and what you represent to them. We’ve seen evidence of this twice this week and I suspect more to come unfortunately. I am always hopeful so I will leave this message on a positive note, that just as much hate has also been met with just as much love. There are many amazing kind hearted people out there standing up for what’s right and building community, coming together. There is a state park by me that closes... when the sun goes down for safety reasons. I always see people find a way in there to do what they need to do. No matter what they do mayor be add a gate or even have more law enforcement, there’s no stopping it. These people are sitting in their car. They see people walking in and out of the woods while they are sitting there eating and chatting. The people going in and out look so out of place, like they are in a zombie apocalypse. If I saw people just struggling in and out of the woods, looking dirty, no flashlights at all. I would think they are up to something. Especially for the hikers making their way back and hearing rumbling and voices I would be creeped out too.show more
