I’ve been obsessed with forearm training ever since I... was a kid playing baseball. One moment that really stuck with me was seeing Mark McGwire play in person and being absolutely blown away by the size of his forearms. That left a lasting impression on me. Strong forearms and a powerful grip aren’t just about looking impressive. They carry over into nearly everything we do, helping us lift heavier, control weights better, improve pulling strength, enhance athletic performance, and make everyday tasks easier. A stronger grip is a foundation for strength throughout the body. Personally, I like using the Captain of Crush hand grippers one to two times per week, varying my sets and reps depending on how I’m feeling and what I’m training. It’s simple, effective, and something I’ve consistently believed in for years. I’m a big believer in training every part of the body and leaving no stone unturned. The little things add up over time and often become the difference makers, and that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!show more

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my... gym time and if I’m still working out. The answer is… DUH. I have to get my ass back. I lost a little weight over the past few months and I’m trying to find a good balance between cardio and strength training. Over training is an actual thing, and I was basically killing my body and burning off any muscle I had built up. Chin up, tits out…Happy Hump Day❣️show more

Right around 295 to 298 pounds consistently right now,... and feeling really good. Last week I started adding in more Zone 2 fat-burning cardio along with my high-intensity interval training, and I can feel the difference already. Just taking it one day at a time, staying consistent, getting in 30 minutes in the hot tub today, some sun, vitamin D, and getting mentally and physically ready for a great chest and cardio workout. Stay disciplined, stay patient, trust the process, and that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!show more

I made over 2.5 million dollars this past week... betting sports. Yes, it sounds easy. Yes, it sounds simple. But the truth is, this is the result of years of obsession, discipline, and grinding at my craft. I spent four straight years playing poker 18 hours a day. That was my entire life. Wake up, play poker, think about poker, sleep, repeat. That level of focus is how I became one of the top players in the world and made over 10 million dollars playing poker. Poker built my foundation. Discipline, risk management, emotional control, and the ability to perform under real pressure. But the reality is, there are no billionaires in poker. There are billionaires in sports betting. So I went all in on sports betting and walked away from poker completely. I took everything I learned and built this the right way. I hired the best analysts and handicappers in the world, people I met through poker, and brought them together under one operation. Because of the platform I’ve built, these guys make more money working with me than they ever could on their own. That is how I’m able to operate at an extraordinary level and consistently win at a very high rate. Winning 2.5 million dollars in a week is incredible, and I’m grateful, but I’m not satisfied. I’m constantly sharpening my edge and building something bigger. My vision is to turn this into a nine figure a year business. I truly believe I’m on the path to becoming a billionaire one day. I think back to being a kid, dreaming of being a professional gambler, having a gambling themed bar mitzvah, and looking up to my father, one of the best poker players in the world. This path has been inside me for a long time. Today, my entire life revolves around becoming the best sports bettor possible. I wake up thinking about it, go to sleep thinking about it, and live it every single day. Grateful for the journey. Let’s keep going.show more

The past year has seen me have a renaissance,... in the truest sense… I won’t go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport. Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet I’d forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, I’d completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. I’ve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. I’ve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore. Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, Factor Bikes built me a bike, I’ve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that it’s inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because I’ve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. It’s in its early days, I’ve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, I’d love you to check it out and join. It’s still in its infancy, but I hope it’s going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.show more

One of my favorite exercises I’ve been doing recently... is the reverse lunge with a med ball twist. Unlike a heavy reverse lunge, I’m focusing less on pure strength and more on coordination, rhythm, and movement quality. A simple way to think about it: Heavy reverse lunges are a strength exercise, whereas reverse lunges with a med ball twist are a movement exercise. It won’t replace heavy strength training, but it provides a lot of athletic benefit with much less fatigue and soreness. For runners, that’s a big advantage. It’s easy to recover from and much easier to incorporate into a high-frequency, high-volume running plan.show more

My love for MMA has given me so many... gifts that I will never take for granted and one gift that I am most grateful for is being able to travel the world. Because of mma and the UFC I’ve been to the UAE many times and every time I go I fall more and more in love with Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi is unlike any other place on earth, from the food, the culture to the hospitality, I’m never short of amazed by this place. Thank you to Experience Abu Dhabi for hosting in me this week and showing me beyond what I thought was possible! I’m so happy with how fast and how popular mma is becoming in Abu Dhabi because that means I’ll get to go back and experience it over and over again. Thank you for everything, I can’t wait for October! Thank you Experience Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi Showdown Week for the awesome memories #InAbuDhabishow more

23 year old David Puig is having another great... season, finishing inside the points in every event on the LIV Golf League to be 10th on the Standings and finishing T11 or better in all 3 DP World Tour starts. He’s been a model of consistency but is without a win and he says it’s something he’s looking forward to the challenge of trying to overcome: “I’ve been having a really good season and playing very consistent. I think I’ve been doing well in every part of the game if you look at my strokes gained. Lots of birdies, some eagles, but too many mistakes to be winning events and it’s something I’m really looking forward to, the challenge of minimising the mistakes and trying to get it done this year. “There’s times where I’ve made the right decision, it was just poorly executed and a few unlucky breaks here and there that stopped me from winning. But I’m looking forward to the challenge and really happy with how I’ve been playing.” David is an electric player to watch who is not scared to take on tough shots and can get hot at any time running off strings of birdies. His speed is his biggest asset but it’s something he says he needs to learn how to utilise: “I might be a little different than the average player. I hit the ball pretty far and that makes it a bit more challenging when I’m out of position in the rough. We’ve caught a couple of fliers where the ball reacts different than expected out of the different lies and that makes it more challenging. But I’ve just got to learn from those mistakes and keep getting better. “My game is getting into good shape. I’m positive with the way I’ve been working on and off the course to get to that point that I can get the win. I’m excited for it and I’m learning. I just need to keep the mistakes off the card.” David is playing this week at LIV Golf UK by JCB and it’s a course which he says he enjoys. He also played well here last season coming T11. Hopefully he can continue his great form this season and contend again this weekend at the JCB Golf and Country Club.show more

I’ve had the pleasure of assisting Michael S. Kim... with his training for the last 18 months or so. Mike has gotten much stronger and gained ~10lbs in this time frame. We’ve had 3 main areas of focus: 1️⃣ Increase size and strength of the fast twitch muscle fibers with pretty traditionial strength training methods 🏋️. Compound lifts, heavy 5 rep sets. 2️⃣ Practice swinging faster with a radar for feedback, both with TheStack and hitting balls with driver. How much of each adjusts based on the time of season 🏌️♂️. 3️⃣ Ensure nutrition supports the goal of muscle growth and recovery from golf & training. It is very common for tour players to underfuel and lose weight as the season goes on. They have a very high level of energy expenditure from all of the practice, play, and training, so need a lot of food 🍱. Mike is now much more physically capable of higher speeds than previous years. I expect and hope to see a nice little bump in speed as the season goes on. At this level, a 3-4mph gain in club head speed is enormous, and that is what we are targeting! This training speed of 121mph below will hopefully be 123-125mph in the coming weeks, allowing comfortable 118mph or so on the course in tournament play.show more

I was informed that the team will be seeking... a trade immediately and will be working with me and my family to find the right place to continue competing for championships. I don’t agree with the decision and always believed it was going to begin and end in LA. Still, if there’s one thing that I have learned over the years: there are so many things that are out of your control, but it is how you respond to these things that you will look back on and remember. I have taken so much pride in playing alongside my teammates for the LA community, so thank you for embracing my family and making this such a special place for us. 2024 began with one of the best training camps of my career. Preparations start now for 2025. Highly motivated, as healthy as ever, and looking forward to playing elite football for years to come. Love you guys.. But coming for it all.show more

And here’s a wee vid of me finishing in... the middle of the MCG. I was pretty shot in body and mind in the last couple of kms, and you can see that the minute I stop, my legs go totally useless. I love how Tom (who, to reiterate, I’d never met until 5 mins before the starter’s gun and who ran with me, being positive and lovely and encouraging the entire way), crosses the line with a fkn grin on his face and then immediately turns around to make sure I’m still hanging on. Such a dude. Beyond Blue #melbmarashow more

JADE gets emotional reflecting on her North American tour... in a new TikTok: “I’m having so much fun on this tour. I just feel so grateful that I’m getting to do this at this point in my career. The fact that I get to tour [North America] after being in the industry for 15 years, and only now just getting to do my own headline tour, is incredible. It’s been a long time coming. What’s really beautiful about these shows is that when I look into the audience, I recognise so many of the fans here from back in the day, who’ve literally waited for years – like me! – for this moment. It just makes me feel so loved and supported to know people have believed in me enough to stick around for years waiting for this to happen. Anyone that’s bought a ticket, dressed up, made their own costumes… It’s just such a lovely, beautiful thing. I hope they can see when I’m on stage just how much that means to me, and how much I love performing and putting on the best show that I possibly can every single night. I will never ever take it for granted. I’m just so chuffed that I get to do this for a living… be a silly pop girlie, write and create music that brings people – and myself – a lot of joy… Thank you for believing in me. I literally get on the bunk on my bus most nights from the tour and just lie there like, ‘Oh my god! As if this is my life!’ It means a lot. I hope I get to do this for the rest of my life… Full of gratitude and lots of all the lovely emotions. Thank you so much.”show more

I have this idea to add a body positivity... pep talk to my podcast on Fridays I’ve struggled with my own body image, comments people have made irl and online, and in my own mind. Slowly, I’m learning that my body is my instrument to create the symphony of my life, to pursue what I’m passionate about, and to make meaning with. This is my one vessel to pursue my life’s purpose with and that is not something I should take lightly or berate. I also shouldn’t tolerate it from others. That means treating my body like a sacred place that deserve reverence for the ways in which it allows me to externalize my heart- because few things matter more than that.show more

I’ve been working my butt off trying to generate... $15K in a little over a month, so that’s why I’ve been pretty absent, lately. I worked over, did a few odd jobs, I sold stuff, and I moved some money from my checking, and I heavily cut my spending last month (no mountain trips).. But I was able to do it (by the grace of God), and Lord willing, this coming Friday, I’ll have Neighbor Joe’s truck back on the road and it will be mine (and no truck payment). New: motor, transmission, A/C, everything that bolts on under the hood, radiator, and even body bushings. Many others. It’s gonna run like a scalded dog, and I’m super stoked. So I’m having a beer by the fire tonight 💯show more

This is for the person who struggles with their... body image. You are not alone. All the time, I wish I had even a tiny bit of consistent confidence in my body. You know what I’ve realized? I can love myself no matter what my body looks like. I can trust myself no matter my size. I can care for myself no matter what other people think of me. Can I say how hard that is when people tear me down in comments or messages? To still love myself regardless of how I’m treated? That’s a mission. It’s actually the mission we’re all on. My body can be sacred to me even if I’m self-conscious about it. Sometimes I wear something so beautiful that it reminds me that I’m beautiful too… Because what’s on the inside is what will radiate to the outside. Every day, I focus on being kind or sharing a helping hand. My body is a vessel for what I believe to be true about the world and that’s that everyone can make a difference- big or small. In a world of unfortunate circumstances- here’s a reminder: we are not defined by our circumstances but by our courage to redefine our circumstances. Sending you love today 💕 if you’re struggling, know you are not aloneshow more

Been wandering around Dallas for 2 years without a... car, basically living on savings. I’ve made like not even 20,000 in over 2 years, but actually I’ve never felt better about myself in my life. (Don’t tell my Mom she’ll worry) But I don’t care. I’m lost in the forest and I don’t even know what’s going to happen. My lease is up in 3 months and I don’t even have proof of income to move anywhere. I’m trusting everything will happen exactly how it’s supposed to Been doing the yoga @yogazama consistently and I’m telling you I’m living proof it works, I quite literally feel like a snake shedding its skin. Come check it out here plus all the classes are great. My last download I want to share is that I remember why we are here. Look at a sunset, a leaf, a creek, a body of water. Touch the nature. Look into the clouds. That experience, That’s the REAL YOU. I remember being in my 1st grade class seeing pictures of people around the world holding hands in peace, love, unity and respect. Then you grow up and wonder what the hell is happening in this world? People are stressed from working 24/7 plus all the other mistreatment. I’ve made my mistakes too we all have and will continue to make mistakes. BUT I remember that we are supposed to give more than we receive. I remember that we are supposed to lend a helping hand to all. I remember that we are supposed to love each other thru our differences, I know that we are all ONE. I remember that we are here to bring HEAVEN to EARTH. The Courage, the Creativity, the Power, the Love, the Truth, the Wisdom, and the LIGHT in me Honors and Bows down to the Courage, the Creativity, the Power, the Love, the Truth, the Wisdom, and the Light in each of you.
