I didn’t expect Grok’s video model to improve this... much. Today, when I was generating a video with Seedance 2.0, I found the results weren’t very good. So I tried using the exact same source material and prompt in Grok instead. To my surprise, Grok actually produced better results than Seedance 2.0. I’m a human 3D artist. My Attack on Titan... fan-made short film is a project I started in 2022 and released in June 2024. I redesigned all of the Titans myself. I didn’t use any AI, and I never made any money from this short film. To be honest, I originally didn’t want to talk about this. In order to discuss it, I actually had to subscribe to X Premium. Throughout 2025 and 2026, I started seeing more and more comments like this on my YouTube channel: “Your one and a half years of work? I can make that with AI in 30 seconds.” “I can do it in one minute.” “I can do it in 90 seconds.” So I started looking into it. The first AI short film I found was actually made by modifying footage from my original film, while being presented as an AI-generated work. I felt pretty disappointed. If you think AI can make something better than what I made, then please create something better from scratch. I’ve always found it difficult to accept being mocked while my work is also being taken and reused. Since 2018, I’ve been focused on creating the things I genuinely love. I’ve done it simply because I love creating, and I’ve never made a single cent from these works. As a result, my financial situation has actually been quite difficult. For a while, I was really struggling with the thought that maybe I should have spent the past few years trying to make as much money as possible. Was trying to make a living by creating the things I love just a foolish fantasy? Then I watch Orb: On the Movements of the Earth. There’s one line in the series that really stayed with me: “Being wrong doesn’t mean it was meaningless.” So recently, I’ve slowly started to accept something. If I don’t make the things I love, I don’t think I would be happy even if I had a job. I’ll keep looking for a way forward. Whether that means working harder, finding ways to make money so I can continue making short films, or finding some other way, I still want to keep creating the things I love.show more

Day 80 of learning how to script on Roblox!... 👀✨ Today I created a script for whenever my character goes to sleep in the bed, the clock time will turn to night time and there will be sheep emitting above their head! I actually had a really hard time trying to find a way to set the character placement on the bed... I originally tried to use an animation to make it work but it was just a huge mess... huge credits to H2M Blox on YouTube! The bird that disappeared... Eyewitness states: I’ve been sitting... on this video for years and I still can’t explain what happened. Back in March 2024, I filmed a bird after noticing that it seemed to be staying in the exact same spot for almost 10 seconds. I found it strange, so I started recording. What’s weird is that while I was filming, I didn’t even notice the bird had disappeared. I only realized it afterward when I watched the video. It’s been bothering me for years because I genuinely don’t know what I’m looking at. I’ve replayed the video so many times, trying to find a normal explanation. With the foggy brain I subscribed to FSD just for the month to help me get around while recovering. I am fully recovered but get to enjoy the rest of the month of FSD. Car updated from 13.2.9 yesterday to 14.2. Today on my way home this happened! I couldn't figure out why it was slamming on the brakes until a mere second before the deer jumped out. This feels less like ""AI image generation"" and more... like actually directing a shot. Turns out GPT-6 Astra + Dreamina Seedance 2.5 is an actual pipeline. I started with a real photo and used GPT-6 Astra + Blender to recreate it as a clay-style scene. Then I used Seedance 2. 5 to figure out the movement and camera motion. The last step happens in Dreamina - turning that clay animation into a live-action result. While building SEV0, I ran into moments where natural... language prompting just wasn't enough - too vague, too indirect. So I started using a method that bridges that gap. I call it Bridged Prompting - a technique where you temporarily step out of the prompt-response loop to manipulate something directly using an AI-generated UI, then step back in. Think of it like GenUI, but more user-driven and transient. AI generates a UI on-the-fly, tailored to your prompt, and lets you manipulate the artifact directly before resuming the conversation. Sure, you could build a full tool, switch tabs, wire it up and round-trip your data. But with Bridged Prompting, the AI just spins up a temporary interface right in the flow.
