AMERICA’S #1 PEANUT BUTTER ISN’T JUST CONTAMINATED — IT’S... STEALING YOUR NUTRIENTS TOO Skippy “Natural” — the peanut butter in millions of homes — already tested positive for glyphosate (weed killer) at dangerous levels. But there’s more: Eating peanut butter EVERY SINGLE DAY comes with a hidden cost most people never hear about. Peanuts are loaded with anti-nutrients — especially phytic acid (phytates). These compounds bind to essential minerals like iron, zinc, calcium, and magnesium in your gut and block your body from absorbing them. Over time, daily consumption can contribute to: • Mineral deficiencies • Fatigue and hypothyroid • Weakened immunity • Poor bone health • Hormone imbalances The very “healthy snack” parents pack in lunchboxes and adults spoon into smoothies is actively working against your nutrition. It’s not a superfood. It’s ultra-processed, pesticide-laden, and mineral-robbing. Real talk: If you eat peanut butter daily, it’s time to pause. Switch to organic, single-ingredient versions (just peanuts + maybe salt) occasionally — not as a daily staple. Your body needs those minerals. Don’t let marketing steal them. What’s in your pantry right now? Check the label AND think about how often you’re eating it. Drop your brand below 👇show more

The conversation quickly went off the rails when Kamala... Harris dodged Bret Baier's question on illegal immigration while simultaneously saying, “Let’s get to the point.” You never see anything like this happen with any other candidate, and it’s so unusual that you literally can’t make it up. BRET BAIER: “How many illegal immigrants would you estimate your administration has released into the country over the last three and a half years?” KAMALA HARRIS: “Bret, let's just get to the point. Okay? The point is that we have a broken immigration system that needs to be repaired.”show more

The fight that Israel is fighting is not just... about the Jews. It’s about women who get killed for removing their hijab in Iran. It’s about homosexuals who get slaughtered by Sharia law in 13 Muslim countries. It’s about secular journalists who get killed for opposing their regimes. It's about artists or comedians who draw Prophet Mohammed and get killed. It's about ex-Muslims who get killed in Muslim countries. I am so tired of Westerners who say, ”Well, it’s their culture, and we have to respect all different cultures in the name of diversity and multiculturalism.” Absolutely not. I will NOT respect nor accept my Islamic culture as it is misogynistic, homophobic, and anti-Semitic. Mainstream Islamic culture needs to reform, it needs to adapt to modern secular law of equality, respect, acceptance, and freedom of speech. If Muslims and Arabs continue to reject peace and modernization, they will continue to live in war, bloodshed, and never-ending revolutions of anger and dismay. And we will continue to be feared and hated by the world, for leaving our home countries and trying to enforce our dogma – that destroyed our countries – on other people.show more

JUST IN: In newly released exclusive video from January... 6, Chuck Schumer demands a “good f**king reason” for Trump doing nothing for hours as they remained trapped in the Capitol. Every American needs to be reminded about this travesty. Trump is and was a traitor. In the footage, Schumer vented his fury at an Army official: “D.C. has requested the National Guard, and it’s been denied by DOD. I’d like to know a good f*cking reason why it’s been denied,” Schumer can be seen telling then-Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy on the phone. “We need them fast. We’ve all had to, I’ve never seen anything like this. We’re like a third-world country here. We had to run and evacuate the Capitol.” Remember, Trump called insurrectionists “warriors.” Share this everywhere to remind voters that Donald Trump should never set foot in the White House ever again.show more

Tata Altroz is Tata’s that one product that is... made out of LOVE and not just to move people from A to B. Their design standards peaked there inside out along with fit and finish in this particular car. It’s personally my favourite car from Tata’s stable. With Turbo Petrol, Diesel & CNG available, it offers good flexibility as a customer to choose as per your needs. ✅ Who should buy - CNG & Diesel makes sense if you drive above 1600 km monthly, fuel efficient and dynamically sorted - Petrol NA if you just need a solid car with good dynamics and a proper DCA Automatic under 10 lakh - Petrol Turbo if you want performance ✅ What to be aware of - Ensure that you pick a variant with 6 airbags, they are not standard yet - If your route has broken & bad roads, prefer Nexon with better ground clearance (Not a paid post, will eat Guru ka Langar but will never speak after taking money)show more

🚨 SOMEONE WITH JUST YOUR PHONE NUMBER CAN QUIETLY... TRACK YOUR LIFE - AND YOU’LL NEVER SEE IT A free tool just went public on GitHub that reportedly turns WhatsApp and Signal into silent tracking tools. There’s no hacking involved, no message ever sent, and no notification to warn you - your phone simply responds on its own in the background, the same way it does dozens of times a day without you noticing. The only visible sign is your battery draining faster than normal while the phone is idle. From those background responses alone, someone can infer when you’re home, when you’re asleep, and when you leave, slowly building a map of your daily life without touching your device or ever alerting you. Researchers warned companies about this more than a year ago, and it’s still believed to be exploitable. If all someone needs is your phone number… what exactly does “encrypted” even mean anymore?show more

‼️MUST WATCH: This Viral THROWBACK Clip From Candace Owens... Is The MOST Powerful Memorial Day Message You’ll Hear All Day. 👀 Memorial Day isn’t just another long weekend or a day off work. It’s a solemn reminder of the incredibly young men — many just 22 years old on D-Day, some even younger who lied about their age just to fight — who laid down their lives so we could enjoy the freedoms we too often take for granted. After watching World War II in Color, Candace was moved to tears by their courage. The Doolittle Raid pilots who took off knowing they didn’t have enough fuel to return home. The 3,000 American heroes slaughtered on the blood-soaked sands of Omaha Beach — sick, crying for their mothers, sitting ducks under German fire. Hearts of lions. True American warriors. Candace Owens ends it with a breathtaking performance of the Star-Spangled Banner by The Isaacs Today we honor those who paid the ultimate price. Never forget what they sacrificed so we could be free. Share this with someone who needs the reminder. Their blood bought our freedom — we will not let it be taken for granted. CC: CANDACEshow more

🚨 BREAKING: Declassified CIA emails admit officials “deliberately massaged”... Trump’s Daily Brief to hide China’s 2020 election operation. They didn’t just withhold info — they doctored the most sensitive intelligence report the President receives. An analyst wrote: “We have deliberately massaged our one pending PDB to avoid any direct links to the election.” This is exactly what the Church Committee warned about decades ago — intel agencies turning against the American people. Investigative journalist Catherine Herridge exposed it. Whistleblowers tried to sound the alarm in 2020 and were shut down. China ran a full-spectrum influence op: social media, trade, diplomacy, and allegedly hacking voter data on over 220 million Americans. Unelected officials hid it from the President because of politics. This isn’t oversight. It’s betrayal. Every official involved needs to be investigated under oath. America First means never letting this happen again. #China #ElectionIntegrity #DeepStateshow more

Mark Zuckerberg just argued that AI will force companies... to hire more people. Not fewer. Three and a half billion people use Meta every day. Not one of them has a phone number to call. Mark Zuckerberg: “It’s clearly just going to automate jobs and like all these jobs are going to go away… that has not really been how the history of technology has worked.” The entire media cycle runs the same story. AI replaces workers. Industries hollow out. The human becomes unnecessary. History has never once cooperated. Voice support for 3.5 billion daily users costs between ten and twenty billion dollars a year. The math made it untouchable. So Meta never built it. AI changed the math. Zuckerberg: “Let’s say the AI can handle 90 percent of that… you’ve gotten the cost of providing that service down to one 10th.” A service that could not exist becomes standard. Overnight. The moment it goes live, the edge cases arrive. The escalations. The problems no model can close alone. Every one needs a human on the other end. Zuckerberg: “I actually think we’re probably going to go hire more customer support people.” The AI did not kill the jobs. It unlocked a service so vast the company now needs people it never would have hired. When execution costs crater, companies do not pocket the savings. They go after problems they could never afford to touch. New markets. New products. New services that were economically impossible twelve months ago. Every one creates roles that did not exist before the machine arrived. The people terrified of automation are tracking the wrong number. They count the jobs that disappear. They have no framework for the ones that haven’t been invented yet.show more

It’s CRAZY that we think soy powder is able... to replace this 🍼 A mother’s milk is literally designed to nourish her child. It’s the most important thing a baby could eat: - Strengthens the baby’s gut & immune system - Lowers the stress levels of the baby & makes him feel more at ease - Strengthens the bond between mother & child It even CHANGES depending on what the baby needs! It starts out colostrum-rich and bolsters the gut lining of the baby. If the baby falls ill, it produces antibodies for it to fight the disease. It’s even different on a daily basis. Breast milk at night helps the baby sleep. Soy formula could never ‼️ Now you can understand why breast milk was deemed so important that we used to hire “wet nurses”, when mothers couldn’t feed their babies These days? We claim formula to be a good substitute. But is it really? 9.9/10 formulas in the supermarket are just poor. Even the most expensive ones are usually filled with soybean, canola oil and sometimes even weird gums & emulsifiers. It’s disgusting how they all have so many stickers on them that claim that they’re so healthy. Honestly, out of every aisle in the supermarket? The infant nutrition one is the worst. And there are plenty of poor aisles. Commercial formula is definitely not something a baby should be consuming, especially in the first 4-6 months where it doesn’t consume anything solid. But of course, not every mother is able to breastfeed, for a variety of reasons. The best alternative is to get a donor, but if you can’t the next is to procure full fat goat’s or cow’s milk. That’s what we’ve done for thousands of years. You CAN feed your child animal’s milk. Obviously Big Food doesn’t want you too, they want you to buy their soy mush lol. You can always use animal’s milk as a good base to make your own formula too. You can dilute it with spring water, add cream, gelatin & even coconut oil to improve consistency. Then, as the baby grows (roughly around the 6 month mark), you can slowly introduce the tiniest portions of foods like liver pâté, egg yolks, fruit & puréed meats. Babies are just tiny human beings at the end of the day. They need their programmed breast milk for a bit, then you can just give them what you eat (at a much smaller dose) Note: The quality of breast milk is entirely dependent on the nutrition of the mother. It needs to be on point, or else you risk poor quality breast milk & the deterioration of the mother’s health. Some countries ban vegan moms from donating breast milk because it’s usually deficient in B vitamins. 📹: [design_cells]show more

Mike Rowe confirms meeting with RFK Jr. to discuss... possibility of being Kennedy’s VP candidate “He’s serious. When he talks about the things he’s serious about, he leans in and it’s hard not to listen. He’s serious about the debt, he doesn’t want to see $34 trillion get to $50. He believes if it does, the country can’t service it, and party’s over. He’s serious about ending forever wars. He’s serious about waging war on chronic disease. We don’t agree on everything, that’s for sure, and when that became apparent, he just laughed and said ‘look, I don’t want to surround myself with yes-men and yes-women. I want people who care about the country, I want people who will tell me the truth as they see it, and let the chips fall.’ I told him, for instance, ‘look, I’m friendly with a lot of people in the fossil fuel business.’ That’s not a secret, my foundation is supported by all sorts of people—who he’s sued in the past. We laughed about that, and just kept coming back to ‘look, we’re living in an extraordinary time, the headlines have never been like this, the things that we seem to agree on, we appear to agree on with a certain amount of passion.’”show more

You probably know that reading with your baby is... important. But do you know why? There’s actually a long list of reasons, but today let’s focus on one of the most important of them all: the development of a rich vocabulary. Your baby develops language by taking in the examples you provide. But the truth is that most of our day to day experiences can be a little mundane. That’s where books come in. Take a moment to consider this lovely father-daughter read aloud and all of the new language introduced. It’s not unreasonable to think this family might have a pet - likely a dog or a cat. But consider all the other animal words here, for example, that may not be a part of their daily experience. In just this short snippet alone, father and daughter discuss lambs, sheep, kittens, bunnies, monkeys, and lion cubs. Notice how dad makes a point of repeating the word “lamb” as our hero interacts with the fuzzy woolen material embedded in the board book. Notice too how he uses the opportunity to introduce additional words (ball and yarn) inspired by the pictures, even when not included in the text itself. In a little over a minute, dad introduces his daughter to a whole collection of words that they’d be unlikely to have discussed were it not for this time spent reading together. Now imagine the impact of daily reading over a period of years. Research consistently links vocabulary size with long term academic success. A rich vocabulary is also a tremendous advantage as children learn to read for themselves. Reading isn’t the only way to expose young children to a rich and varied vocabulary, of course. But it sure is a great one. Read with your children daily. It’s an investment in their future that you’ll never regret. This stellar example was shared to IG by lelah_and_lou.show more

You don't always get to hear or see some... of the great things officers do on a daily basis, so I'm happy when I can share examples. Meet Corporal Willoughby of the Miami Township police. He responded to a 911 call from a distressed mother whose breast milk had dried up, leaving her unable to feed her one-week-old baby at 2:00 Am. Jumping into action, he hit up the local Meijers to see if he can get help. The Extra Effort: Willoughby used his flashlight to get the attention of employees inside the closed store. The "Dad" Moment: Being a father of two himself, you can see him in the video trying to navigate the baby aisle, admittedly a bit "stumped" by the different types of formula before a store worker stepped in to help him choose the right one. Refusing Payment: When he delivered the formula and bottles, the mother tried to pay him back, but he refused the money. It’s a classic example of why according to his chief Mike Mills, he’s known for doing things the "Miami Township way"—just stepping up when someone in the community is in a pinch.show more

Watch this Channel 9 footage of what happened in... Blacktown on Saturday. Hundreds of cars snaking down Flushcombe Road. Families pulling in with near-empty tanks. Mums, dads, tradies, pensioners — all just trying to get through another week. And for one day, petrol wasn’t $1.80 or $2 a litre… it was 78 cents. I took $10,000 of the electoral funding the AEC gave me and put it straight behind the bar at Blacktown Metro. Every cent went back to the people who paid it in the first place. No middlemen. No photo ops for the major parties. Just real relief for the people of McMahon who are getting absolutely smashed by this ‘cost-of-everything’ disaster. I was there from start to finish. I filled tanks, I pushed Craig’s car up the hill when he ran out of fuel waiting in the queue, I listened to story after story from people who are doing it tough. One bloke told me he’s been skipping meals so his kids can eat. A young mum said filling the car used to be her biggest weekly stress — yesterday, it wasn’t. That’s what giving the money back looks like. Meanwhile, Anthony Albanese is out there claiming Labor has been “focused every day on helping with the cost of living.” Chris Bowen, who’s supposed to represent this seat, dug up a 12-month-old photo trying to pretend he cares about Blacktown. Mate, if you cared, you would’ve done something before families were choosing between fuel and food. This is the same government that’s given us 25%+ electricity price hikes and fuel prices that have jumped 24% in a year. They lecture us about the “transition” while ordinary Australians pay the price. Seats like McMahon — outer suburban, working people, the backbone of this country — cop it the worst. And the major parties treat us like we don’t exist until election time. I’m not a career politician. I’m a businessman who’s sick of watching Australia get run into the ground. That’s why I’m stepping up as an Independent voice for McMahon. I took the full $32,000 AEC funding I was entitled to and I’m giving every dollar straight back to the community — $10k on fuel yesterday, and the rest through proper community grants that local groups can actually use. Because this money isn’t mine. It’s yours. Fuel should be 78 cents a litre every single day, not just for one Saturday when a private citizen decides to do something about it. We used to make our own fuel. We used to have cheap, reliable energy. We used to have a country that worked for the people who built it. If you’ve had enough of the spin, enough of the cost-of-everything going up, enough of politicians who promise but never deliver — what do you think needs to happen next? Would you rather see more direct action like this or just keep waiting for the majors to fix it? What’s one thing the government could do tomorrow that would actually help families? Drop your own stories from the weekend (or any week) in the comments — I read every single one. And if you believe it’s time to fix Australia, hit repost and spread the word. We can do better. We must do better. I just want Australia back.show more

A message to anybody who suffers from anxiety, depression... or addiction or who knows anybody who does... Any time I am in a dark place I can end up doomscrolling on my phone looking for any sort of inspiration to get better. I’m very lucky to be feeling good at the moment so I thought I’d just walk into the sun and make a little video of hope that might just be seen by one person who needs it. 😞 I do much better now but even 3 weeks ago I had a really bad 4-5 day spell. The dark mist returned. This is a constant battle for us all. 🏃♂️ I’ve been back running and eating healthy and doing all the things to make myself healthy and it’s amazing how quick it makes a difference. It’s also amazing how quick you can slip with as habits. I always found Mondays tough. It’s a day when the world moves on and everybody can be seen going about their business. I would often be anxious popping a pill to get through the day or sipping on wine in the evening. If people only knew how many people sitting or working beside them on any given day are in agony and dreading the world. The one thing I wanted to get across is things do change. The sun does shine again. You can beat this. It is possible and ok to feel “normal”. Dont beat yourself up if you can’t beat it immediately or if it never seems to be ending. It took me about 43 years to get a grip of it and as I said I still struggle. It’s totally fine to admit that. Whoever you are in the world I hope you have as good a Monday as is possible. You are not alone. ❤️🙏show more
