Keeping that sharp elbow when the arm bends. Rigging... Tip: don't oversmooth your weight paint, joints shouldn't turn into round blobs. Study reference videos to see where anatomy (like elbows and knees) is sharp during a bend. Don't rely on helper bones as bandaid. #b3d #vrchatshow more

While everyone else switches sides the moment things get... tough I stay exactly where I've always been. Solid. Unshaken. Unmoved. Loyalty is not a trend and conviction is not a costume you take off when the heat turns up. I don't bend I don't fold and I don't flinch. I was MAGA when it wasn't cute I was MAGA when people whispered and I'll be MAGA long after the fair weather fans run out of excuses. Some of yall turn on him like it's a sport. Me I stand firm. Elephants don’t fall over when sleeping standing up due... to a unique anatomical feature called the “stay apparatus” in their legs. This system of muscles, tendons, and ligaments locks their joints, particularly in the knees and elbows, allowing them to remain upright without active muscle effort. It’s like a natural brace that supports their massive weight—adult elephants can weigh 2,000 to 14,000 pounds—distributing it evenly across their sturdy, column-like legs. Their low center of gravity and wide stance also enhance stability. This adaptation is crucial for large animals, as it conserves energy and allows them to rest without collapsing under their own mass. 🐘 Craig 📍Amboseli NP 🇰🇪show more

Bishop Martin distributing Communion at St. Ann's in Charlotte.... The NO uses the Communion rails there and he prevents their usage (Think of Cardinal Arinze's comment 'if you believe why don't you kneel, why don't you crawl...'). You'll see elderly still kneel. The altar rail is also called the 'people's altar' so clerics that deprive the people of that show they don't want them really participating in the sacrifice. Gueranger writes of the altar rail as an extension of the main altar (the people's altar) so you don't rest your arms on it like an elbow support (used to use a communion cloth for altar rails and your hands were under the cloth). Still think people should have by passed the bishop and knelt at the rail and everyone behind them just wait. Make him refuse communion to people kneeling at the people's altar.show more

You don't need arm days to build big arms.... Pure heresy in the bro-science scriptures, I know. But 30 sets, six different angles and a conga line of finishers won't build them. That just buries the muscle in fatigue and damage faster than it can repair. Arms are small. They already take a beating from every row, chin and press you do. Pile an arm marathon on top and you sail straight past stimulation into the swamp, where the body is too busy patching torn tissue to build anything new. Here is the entire programme. One biceps exercise. One triceps exercise. Two heavy sets each. Twice a week. Lift heavy enough that the weight does the talking, then stop before fatigue muscles in. Give the arm one hard, clean reason to grow and leave it alone to get on with it. Four working sets a week, per arm. Watch them grow.show more

This driver is trying to ma a left turn... and the car on the opposite side stops and makes a path for them to turn. As the car starts to turn, an electric bike in the bike lane comes speeding down and well, as you can see, smashes into the car and flips over the front. Luckily he gets up and is walking. He could have been seriously injured. To me, this is quite literally why they say you’re not supposed to just stop in the middle of a street to let someone turn. Some are saying it’s the red car’s fault for stopping and letting the driver turn. Others are saying in their state, an electric bike is like a motorcycle and has to obey the traffic laws. Who is at fault? Do you think the electric bike should have been in the bike lane traveling that fast? The red car for letting the car turn left when it can’t see, or is it the drivers responsibility to make sure all is clear before proceeding?show more

#ThoughtForTheDay Getting older is just a part of life,... but for a Dog, it's the ultimate test of loyalty. We don't mind the grey on our muzzles or the cloudy eyes, as long as your hand is still there to steady us. We don't need to run for miles anymore; we just need to know that you'll walk at our pace, however slow that may be. If you are lucky enough to have an old Dog waiting for you today, please be gentle. Give them an extra minute to get up, a little boost when the stairs feel like mountains, and all the patience in the world. They spent their whole life rushing to the door for you; now, it's your turn to wait for them. The older #DogsOfTwitter 🐶 ❤️show more

Scientific research revealed that almost all bowling actions contained... some degree of straightening at the elbow (referred to in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as “Elbow Extension”). In theory, therefore, the vast majority of bowlers, with actions considered by umpires to be legal under the Laws of Cricket, were contravening Law 24(3) each time they delivered the ball. It was also demonstrated in studies by human movement specialists that such Elbow Extension in a bowling action became noticeable to the naked eye – and started to look like a throw – when it exceeded 15 degrees. In order to ensure that the intention behind Law 24(2) was upheld and that the distinction between bowling and throwing the ball remained, the ICC has introduced regulations stipulating a maximum degree of permitted Elbow Extension in a bowling action. As with other regulations and Playing Conditions issued by the ICC, these Illegal Bowling Regulations modify the Laws of Cricket as applied to cricket played under the ICC’s jurisdiction. An Illegal Bowling Action is defined in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as a bowling action where a bowler’s Elbow Extension exceeds 15 degrees, measured from the point at which the bowling arm reaches the horizontal until the point at which the ball is released (any Elbow Hyperextension shall be discounted for the purposes of determining an Illegal Bowling Action). According to the Suspect Bowling Action procedure, delivering the ball without elbow extension is acceptable. Key Factors Elbow Flexion Angle (Degrees) - Upper arm horizontal ( Max - Min ) - Ball Release - Elbow Extension Note :- 4.1.2 in the event of a Player being reported during a Match in a Major ICC Event, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out on an expedited basis. Accordingly, unless exceptional circumstances exist, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out within a period of 72 hours from the time of the ICC’s receipt of the Match Officials’ Report;show more

What the Night Sky on Mars may look like.... The clearest sky any human has never stood under. Mars' atmosphere is barely 1% as thick as Earth's. So the stars don't twinkle. They just sit there, sharp and steady, burning cold and clear. No cities. No streetlights. No glow on the horizon. On a clear night, your eye could catch stars down to magnitude 6.6 — as deep as the human eye can physically go, something almost nobody on Earth ever gets to experience through all our light pollution. And then there's the gut-punch. Off in the dark, you'd spot a single pale blue dot low on the horizon. A "morning star" like Venus is to us — except this one is Earth. Home. Everyone you've ever known, glowing faintly in someone else's night sky. The only catch is the dust. Fine and rust-colored, it tints the sky pink at sunset and dims the stars near the horizon like a low fog rolling in. But straight overhead, on a still night?show more

It’s like you can see the gears turning. ⚙️... I just love this mother-daughter duo as they share an interactive duet. Mom has created a call and response song - simplifying “If You’re Happy and You Know It” using “mama” and “papa” as the song’s only two words. The catch? When her part comes around, our hero has to repeat the words sung most recently - turning this into an exercise in listening comprehension. The first round is easy as Mama is the only word spoken, but watch as baby listens, then takes a moment to process before correctly repeating “Papa” on the second round. It’s like a window on her brain. Mom makes things really challenging during the final verse, interchanging both words to the point that neither seems quite sure what the correct answer is at the end. They share a laugh and mom ends the song with a cuddle and precisely the right words: Te amo. (I love you.) Way to stretch that brain mom! —— This video was shared to TT by funny_vids253.show more

This is one of my turntables for Bumblebee's damage... variant from Transformers Rise of the Beasts. We use renders like these to critique our work on the characters in a sterile environment before putting them into shots. Normally, fans don't get to see these behind the scenes looks at our characters, but I convinced the marketing team to also include this turntable in the official breakdown for the film as I think it is super cool to see how the characters are made and brought to life. I have so much behind the scenes work to share about Transformers but unfortunately 99% of it is under NDA so the odds are that no one else will ever see them, as unfortunate as that is.show more

Turn complex docs into clean, LLM-ready data! Every AI... company I've talked to is solving the same problem: how do you build systems that don't hallucinate and back up every answer with proper citations? Tensorlake is a tool that extracts custom-defined structured data from any unstructured document in 3 steps: ↳ Define your schema ↳ Enable citations ↳ Extract You get RAG-ready data with precise citations and bounding boxes. Feed this to your LLM, and you'll generate responses that are citation-backed and fully auditable. This is the difference between a demo and a production system. When your AI can show exactly where it got its information, you move from proof-of-concept to something people can actually trust and deploy. I've shared the Tensorlake GitHub repo in the replies!show more

I am unsure if the Raj Shamani team did... a background check (before or after) on the podcast as per the claim of Prashant Desai - Go check my LinkedIn Post - But my team did. Here's what we found. (if you are emotionally attached to ghee, stop reading right away) Here's what Prashant's LinkedIn post says: "Ghee is lipolytic, increases lipids in the blood & hence reduces cholesterol. Ghee contains Short Chain Fatty Acids (best fats), CLA and fat-soluble vitamins like A, E & D, best for your heart health. Ghee also keeps cancer at bay and your blood pressure on the down low." But if he had actually studied the studies, he would have known that ghee doesn't decrease cholesterol; in fact, it increases it. There is a reason why Actual doctors ask you to consume ghee in moderation. Here is the HUMAN study: That clearly states: "This study showed that ghee that is predominantly saturated fats had an increasing effect on plasma apo B and non-HDL-cholesterol compared with olive oil, adding further evidence to the existing recommendations to replace dietary fats high in SFA with dietary fats high in unsaturated fats to reduce CVD risk." In the video, Prashant says he eats 15 spoons of ghee daily, maybe good for him. But if you are reading this, please don't make this mistake. Consume ghee in moderation, like on chapati or in rice/dal, for taste and flavour. And don't consume it like how your dada nana used to; you are sitting in an AC cabin working on a chair 12 hours a day, taking cigarette breaks often and drinking alcohol on weekends. And Don't hate me. I am just a messenger. And stop getting emotionally attached to a food item. Keep your health on priority, not your ego.show more

MR. POOL WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS INSIDE YOUR BODY WHEN... YOU LIE ON A MEDBED MAT? You don't feel it happening. But at a microscopic level, a massive biological shift is taking place. When you lie down on the MedBed Home Therapy Mat, three specific frequencies penetrate your skin, bypass your bones, and enter your cells. Here is exactly what happens in the next 20 minutes: MINUTE 1-5: THE MITOCHONDRIA REBOOT The 660nm Red Light hits the mitochondria (the engine of your cells). If your cells are damaged or aging, they are struggling to produce energy. The red light forces them to instantly produce ATP (pure cellular energy). Your cells wake up. MINUTE 5-10: THE INFLAMMATION PURGE The 850nm Near-Infrared light goes deeper. It penetrates up to 8mm into your tissue, reaching muscles, joints, and organs. It triggers the release of nitric oxide, which dilates your blood vessels. Blood flow surges. Deep-tissue inflammation is flushed out. MINUTE 10-20: THE VOLTAGE SPIKE The PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) activates. Healthy cells operate at 70mV. Sick, inflamed cells operate at 20mV. The PEMF recharges the electrical membrane of every cell in your body, spiking the voltage back to 70mV. At 70mV, your body stops surviving and starts regenerating. You don't swallow a pill. You don't inject a chemical. You just give your body the exact frequencies it needs to repair itself. Day 1: Sleep architecture deepens. Day 7: Joint stiffness and brain fog begin to clear. Day 14: Cellular regeneration is in full effect. Your body is a self-healing machine. It just lost its power source. Plug it back in. 📷📷📷 📷show more

How to stay sane VTubing for a living! (From... a full-time Vtuber and manager) 1 - Let people know you are in it full-time: Let your audience know this relies on their support without holding them hostage; Let them know you value their support, yes also to lurkers, yes also to people who can only be there for a few minutes a day. They are who made you. 2 - Be greatful: Don't whine about failures, celebrate the times you get back up. Nobody likes consistent negativity on their feed. Of course you can express when you are struggling, BUT consider building yourself AND your audience up, tons better for your MH. 3 - Budget properly: Yes, that new model or $300 background looks good, but surviving looks better, staying out of debt feels loads better. Keep aa 50-50 from your goals as a wage and only reinvest 50% of your VTuber stonks into VTubing, especially into projects that make very little back like music, skebs, etc. 4 - Be friendly, not a pushover: Risking your safety, mh, privacy is never worth it. Nobody should be making demands beyond the boundaries and timescale you set. Collab not comfortable for your schedule, don't do it. Friends pushing you to show your irl info, not your friends. Chat asking too much from you, you can give them a friendly no. It's your space, curate it to your needs. 5 - Work hard and reflect: Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Make time: Don't spend 12h a day streaming when you get paid less than minimum wage per hour, stop burning yourself out for zero discoverability. Your time is better spend brainstorming and creating more off-stream content, looking at other streamers content and learning from those that came before you. Your time is so valuable, don't waste it. 7 - Finally: You are a person off-stream!!! Eat, drink, workout, socialize if you can. Have secrets. Have a life, friends and interests outside of stream. You don't need to share everything with your chat and community, and likewise you DON'T have to share your VTubing journey with your family if they don't need to know. If it's full-time, it's a job, there needs to be a step back at the end of the day, for your own sanity. Hope this reaches those that want to go full-time as a VTuber!!!show more

Grandma and Grandpa Duo Together 😎 ChatGPT Image 2+... Seedance 2 Creation in Magnific Editing app - Capcut INTENT: Create a whimsical magical-adventure sequence that begins with playful curiosity and discovery, briefly escalates into supernatural danger when one student is swept into a living paint current, then resolves with a clever emotional rescue and uplifting ending. STYLE: stylized family-feature 3D animation feel, rounded expressive silhouettes, painterly fantasy environments, clean readable forms, magical brushstroke textures, soft cinematic lighting, colorful atmospheric depth, polished animated-film finish. WORLD: a living fantasy painting world where landscapes, oceans, clouds, and structures are made entirely from moving paint strokes and sketch textures. Wet brush marks ripple across the environment, floating pigment drifts through the air, and drawn lines can physically reshape the world in real time. REFERENCES: Use the provided previs storyboard page @[storyboard_image] as the main reference. Do not treat the page as one single image. Treat the panels as sequential shot keyframes and expand them into a coherent short scene with clear continuity. Use the @[character_sheet_image] as characters reference. VISUAL APPROACH: Match the storyboard's spatial variety and emotional pacing. Prioritize readability, screen direction, and continuity of action across beats. Keep visual motion calm and intentional rather than restless. Preserve the playful exploration energy during the beginning, then gradually shift into suspense and urgency once the magical paint current appears. The painted world should constantly feel alive — brushstrokes flowing, paint rippling, sketch lines forming dynamically in space, and environments subtly reshaping themselves organically. CAMERA FLOW: Wide establishing shot inside an art studio as two students discover a glowing magical painting. Tracking exploration shots through colorful painted landscapes and moving brushstroke terrain. 3/4 suspense angle as one student accidentally approaches unstable ocean-like paint strokes. High-angle danger shot as the student slips into a giant flowing paint current and gets swept away. Medium action shot as the second student realizes sketch tools can alter the world itself. Dynamic low-angle rescue sequence as glowing hand-drawn bridges and ramps rapidly appear across the moving paint river. Hero rescue moment as one friend grabs the other moments before disappearing into the massive paint wave. Wide emotional payoff shot as the magical world calms, sunlight returns, and the newly drawn paths remain across the landscape. LIGHTING: Warm magical gallery light at the beginning. Bright fantasy color palettes during exploration. Stormy blue paint turbulence and dramatic contrast during danger. Soft golden painterly sunlight during the ending. MOOD: adventurous, playful, magical, emotional, suspenseful for a brief moment, then uplifting and triumphant. ANIMATION FEEL: Expressive family-animation energy with cinematic staging, strong silhouette readability, emotional body language, smooth environmental transitions, and visually clear storytelling designed for a short-form animated sequence.
