Keeping that sharp elbow when the arm bends. Rigging... Tip: don't oversmooth your weight paint, joints shouldn't turn into round blobs. Study reference videos to see where anatomy (like elbows and knees) is sharp during a bend. Don't rely on helper bones as bandaid. #b3d #vrchatshow more

I think many people missed my point and started... being suspicious and/or mean for literally no reason. I'm just sharing my knowledge and experience. I was only showing how I can retain a sharp elbow shape when arm is bent. Some people rig an extra bone to keep that sharp elbow. I'm showing that you don't necessarily need it. That's literally all I wanted to convey. Strategic topology + weightpaint can do so much if you're not making hyperrealism. It has its limits, but it's up to you how far you want to push the limits. I prefer simplicity for convenience as far as it allows me. I personally do anime and stylistic stuff, leaning towards aesthetic rigging solutions over hyperrealism in some cases. I like when things just look nice and smooth. If you only want to focus on the very extreme cases of bending limbs and fat/muscle movement, that's fine, but it was not the focus in previous video.show more

The lats are not a nervous rescue dog. "Depress... the scapula first." It's welded to my spine. Where's it going? "Now retract, but don't over-retract." So retract the correct amount. Cheers. "Think about pulling with your elbows, not your hands." My elbows are attached to my hands. This has been the arrangement for some time. "Imagine your hands are just hooks." Imagining. "Now feel the stretch and visualise the lat spread." Visualising. Bar hasn't moved. "You're not connected to it yet. We'll do some band work first." Brother in christ. It is the biggest muscle in my upper body, it is bolted to my pelvis, and it has one job: pull the arm down. That is its entire personality. Put your hands on the bar. Make the bar go down. Heavy. Don't turn it into a row. The lat has no choice. It's the only thing in there that can do it.show more

While everyone else switches sides the moment things get... tough I stay exactly where I've always been. Solid. Unshaken. Unmoved. I was MAGA when it wasn't cute I was MAGA when people whispered and I'll be MAGA long after the fair weather fans run out of excuses. Some of yall turn on him like it's a sport. Me I stand firm. Bishop Martin distributing Communion at St. Ann's in Charlotte.... The NO uses the Communion rails there and he prevents their usage (Think of Cardinal Arinze's comment 'if you believe why don't you kneel, why don't you crawl...'). You'll see elderly still kneel. The altar rail is also called the 'people's altar' so clerics that deprive the people of that show they don't want them really participating in the sacrifice. Gueranger writes of the altar rail as an extension of the main altar (the people's altar) so you don't rest your arms on it like an elbow support (used to use a communion cloth for altar rails and your hands were under the cloth). Still think people should have by passed the bishop and knelt at the rail and everyone behind them just wait. Make him refuse communion to people kneeling at the people's altar.show more

You don't need arm days to build big arms.... Pure heresy in the bro-science scriptures, I know. But 30 sets, six different angles and a conga line of finishers won't build them. That just buries the muscle in fatigue and damage faster than it can repair. Arms are small. They already take a beating from every row, chin and press you do. Pile an arm marathon on top and you sail straight past stimulation into the swamp, where the body is too busy patching torn tissue to build anything new. Here is the entire programme. One biceps exercise. One triceps exercise. Two heavy sets each. Twice a week. Lift heavy enough that the weight does the talking, then stop before fatigue muscles in. Give the arm one hard, clean reason to grow and leave it alone to get on with it. Four working sets a week, per arm. Watch them grow.show more

This driver is trying to ma a left turn... and the car on the opposite side stops and makes a path for them to turn. As the car starts to turn, an electric bike in the bike lane comes speeding down and well, as you can see, smashes into the car and flips over the front. Luckily he gets up and is walking. He could have been seriously injured. To me, this is quite literally why they say you’re not supposed to just stop in the middle of a street to let someone turn. Some are saying it’s the red car’s fault for stopping and letting the driver turn. Others are saying in their state, an electric bike is like a motorcycle and has to obey the traffic laws. Who is at fault? Do you think the electric bike should have been in the bike lane traveling that fast? The red car for letting the car turn left when it can’t see, or is it the drivers responsibility to make sure all is clear before proceeding?show more

#ThoughtForTheDay Getting older is just a part of life,... but for a Dog, it's the ultimate test of loyalty. We don't mind the grey on our muzzles or the cloudy eyes, as long as your hand is still there to steady us. We don't need to run for miles anymore; we just need to know that you'll walk at our pace, however slow that may be. If you are lucky enough to have an old Dog waiting for you today, please be gentle. Scientific research revealed that almost all bowling actions contained... some degree of straightening at the elbow (referred to in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as “Elbow Extension”). In theory, therefore, the vast majority of bowlers, with actions considered by umpires to be legal under the Laws of Cricket, were contravening Law 24(3) each time they delivered the ball. It was also demonstrated in studies by human movement specialists that such Elbow Extension in a bowling action became noticeable to the naked eye – and started to look like a throw – when it exceeded 15 degrees. In order to ensure that the intention behind Law 24(2) was upheld and that the distinction between bowling and throwing the ball remained, the ICC has introduced regulations stipulating a maximum degree of permitted Elbow Extension in a bowling action. As with other regulations and Playing Conditions issued by the ICC, these Illegal Bowling Regulations modify the Laws of Cricket as applied to cricket played under the ICC’s jurisdiction. An Illegal Bowling Action is defined in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as a bowling action where a bowler’s Elbow Extension exceeds 15 degrees, measured from the point at which the bowling arm reaches the horizontal until the point at which the ball is released (any Elbow Hyperextension shall be discounted for the purposes of determining an Illegal Bowling Action). According to the Suspect Bowling Action procedure, delivering the ball without elbow extension is acceptable. Key Factors Elbow Flexion Angle (Degrees) - Upper arm horizontal ( Max - Min ) - Ball Release - Elbow Extension Note :- 4.1.2 in the event of a Player being reported during a Match in a Major ICC Event, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out on an expedited basis. Accordingly, unless exceptional circumstances exist, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out within a period of 72 hours from the time of the ICC’s receipt of the Match Officials’ Report;show more

What the Night Sky on Mars may look like.... The clearest sky any human has never stood under. Mars' atmosphere is barely 1% as thick as Earth's. So the stars don't twinkle. They just sit there, sharp and steady, burning cold and clear. No cities. No streetlights. No glow on the horizon. On a clear night, your eye could catch stars down to magnitude 6.6 — as deep as the human eye can physically go, something almost nobody on Earth ever gets to experience through all our light pollution. And then there's the gut-punch. Off in the dark, you'd spot a single pale blue dot low on the horizon. A "morning star" like Venus is to us — except this one is Earth. Home. Everyone you've ever known, glowing faintly in someone else's night sky. The only catch is the dust. Fine and rust-colored, it tints the sky pink at sunset and dims the stars near the horizon like a low fog rolling in. But straight overhead, on a still night?show more

4) Big yikes. I'm gonna defend Stowers and just... say that if the Eagles wanted a TE to do this, then they shouldn't have drafted him. Because he can't kick out the edge in the run game. He gets shoved back into the running lane. When I'm studying tight ends blocking, I often focus on willingness and physical strength. I don't care as much about technique. This is just bad, though. He slows down before hitting the edge defender as if he's fearing the contact. Also, this is where I think Bell's height can hurt him, as he can't get leverage as easily and ends up blocking too high. Lampkin is once again finishing strong!show more

It’s like you can see the gears turning. ⚙️... I just love this mother-daughter duo as they share an interactive duet. Mom has created a call and response song - simplifying “If You’re Happy and You Know It” using “mama” and “papa” as the song’s only two words. The catch? When her part comes around, our hero has to repeat the words sung most recently - turning this into an exercise in listening comprehension. The first round is easy as Mama is the only word spoken, but watch as baby listens, then takes a moment to process before correctly repeating “Papa” on the second round. It’s like a window on her brain. Mom makes things really challenging during the final verse, interchanging both words to the point that neither seems quite sure what the correct answer is at the end. They share a laugh and mom ends the song with a cuddle and precisely the right words: Te amo. (I love you.) Way to stretch that brain mom! —— This video was shared to TT by funny_vids253.show more

Aidan O'Connell gets sacked on his final play last... night and in my opinion the sack is on the #Raiders QB just as much as it is on LT Andrus Peat. AOC has a 3 step drop which means the play is designed for him to get the ball out quick. If you don't get the ball out then a QB is going to need to Create something. But what you don't want him to do is back pedal into a sack. Peat does lose the rep, but he does a good job recovering and pushing the DE up the field. I think AOC's ability to feel pressure, get away from it, and throw on the run were some things I saw from him last year where he struggled with. So I do hope next week he shows a little bit more in that. Overall the play didn't work because Luke Getsy designed a really poor play where the spacing is off, I will talk about this more on my Youtube channel later today but you can clearly see that Bowers was supposed to be a natural pick for Tre Tucker at the bottom of the screen. But the spacing didn't work and the WR and TE run into each other.show more

Enzo Fernández’s long-time partner, Valentina Cervantes, was asked during... an exclusive podcast appearance about the possibility of Fernández moving to Manchester City or staying at Chelsea in the current transfer window. Host:🎙️Your fiancé is currently being linked with a move to Manchester City. Do you think that would be the better option for him, or should he stay at Chelsea? 🗣️ “Look, at the end of the day, that decision is strictly his and his representatives' to make. But personally, I really wish he would leave England and go to Spain or Italy. The tension he had with England fans during the World Cup is still affecting things, and honestly, I don't think that's going away anytime soon. The English media and even Chelsea fans don't seem to respect him the way they should. And to be honest, I don't see that changing if he moves to Manchester City either. For me, leaving England altogether would be the best thing for him a fresh start where he can just focus on his football and be appreciated again."show more

This is one of my turntables for Bumblebee's damage... variant from Transformers Rise of the Beasts. We use renders like these to critique our work on the characters in a sterile environment before putting them into shots. Normally, fans don't get to see these behind the scenes looks at our characters, but I convinced the marketing team to also include this turntable in the official breakdown for the film as I think it is super cool to see how the characters are made and brought to life. I have so much behind the scenes work to share about Transformers but unfortunately 99% of it is under NDA so the odds are that no one else will ever see them, as unfortunate as that is.show more

Turn complex docs into clean, LLM-ready data! Every AI... company I've talked to is solving the same problem: how do you build systems that don't hallucinate and back up every answer with proper citations? Tensorlake is a tool that extracts custom-defined structured data from any unstructured document in 3 steps: ↳ Define your schema ↳ Enable citations ↳ Extract You get RAG-ready data with precise citations and bounding boxes. Feed this to your LLM, and you'll generate responses that are citation-backed and fully auditable. This is the difference between a demo and a production system. When your AI can show exactly where it got its information, you move from proof-of-concept to something people can actually trust and deploy. I've shared the Tensorlake GitHub repo in the replies!show more
