Tala Hydroelectric Power Station, Bhutan!! An alarming video has... surfaced showing the Wangchu River(Raidak River in India) overflowing the dam for the first time ever. Although the dam is still intact, the extent of the damage will only be clear after the floodwaters subside. The dam continues to generate electricity, and the spillway gates remain open, but the water flow is extremely high. The Bhutan government has already been in touch with the state authorities.
