𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 “𝐈𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤” 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐆𝐎𝐎𝐃 The fact that... certain exercises have higher risk of injury is EXACTLY why they are stimulating (in most cases). Bench press blowing out rotator cuffs is *indicative* of the fact that the stress of the exercise is far higher on certain tissue adaptations than the small isolation and machine movements being performed by many. The fact that the other exercises for the rotator cuff, such as a facepull, are so “safe” by comparison is simply due to the fact that they aren’t as stressful and thus not going to bring complete development to your physiology. Sprints often tearing hamstrings also is also evidence of them being potentially the most powerful movement for developing the legs rapid contraction qualities. The key is understanding how to use and apply the dosage of these tools. Isolations & lower stress movements certainly do still have their place and significantly compliment a program. A holistic understanding of physical human development goes much deeper than just muscle pump stimulation.show more

🚨 AFRIKANERS & ALL WHITE SOUTH AFRICANS THIS IS... YOUR WAKE-UP CALL ‼️ Enough is enough. Look at this footage from a red-bearded white farmer in his green jacket is right there in the middle of it, marching shoulder to shoulder with thousands of Zulus against the ANC regime, its corruption, land invasions, and the flood of illegal foreigners destroying our communities. This is real unity in action not the fake rainbow-nation nonsense we’ve been fed for decades. Afrikaners, English, coloureds, every white South African who still loves this country it’s time to stop watching from the sidelines get of X and your TVs get off the farms, leave the suburbs, and JOIN THESE PROTESTS‼️‼️ Stand with the people who are already fighting Ramaphosa’s criminal government on the ground. We don’t need more polite petitions or empty social media posts. We need boots on the street, united voices, and massive turnout at the polls. Together black, white, Zulu, Boer we can crush this regime and WIN the next election ‼️ The ANC is terrified of exactly this kind of solidarity. Make them terrified. Share this far and wide. Hills I will die on as someone who has... coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!show more

Banned a shape of groove based on a study that showed what they thought was happening was wrong, but they banned them anyway 5. [ Margin Notes ] Xi Jinping is really sick,... and it is not a mild case. On August 30 the “core” of the Chinese Communist Party stepped off his plane in Bishkek looking pale, puffy-faced and unsteady. Video that circulated outside the Great Firewall shows him gripping Peng Liyuan’s hand as if it were a banister. She, in turn, quietly slipped her arm under his. CCTV’s official footage jumps from a distant wave at the cabin door to a handshake on the tarmac. The stairs themselves vanished into the editing suite. The Party that never lies simply decided the public did not need to see its leader negotiate gravity. This is not an isolated clip. In 2022 he nearly missed a step in Kazakhstan. In 2023 South African footage of the same painful descent was also cut. Last December, walking down steps with Emmanuel Macron at Dujiangyan, Xi again used his wife as a walking stick, one leg dragging. The pattern is now a running gag among overseas Chinese: the man who demands “absolute loyalty” cannot be trusted to walk down a jetway without a spouse acting as human scaffolding. The regime’s response is always the same. State television airbrushes the stumble, Xinhua prints poems about “golden periods” and “shared futures,” and anyone who notices the tremor or the swollen features is accused of “smearing China.” Meanwhile the only remaining deputy director of the Central Health Commission, Zeng Yixin, is a career oncologist. Coincidence, the Party insists. Just as it is coincidence that the same man who once strode across stages now blinks rapidly, speaks in a thin voice, and lists to one side. A system built on the myth of an infallible helmsman cannot admit the helmsman is listing. So the cameras are positioned, the scissors come out, and the first lady is quietly recast as a discreet nurse. The same Party that lectures the world on “national rejuvenation” cannot even let its own people see their leader walk down a set of stairs. That is not strength. That is a regime terrified of its own mortality, and of the day the video can no longer be cut. — Aricshow more

JUST-IN: THOMAS MASSIE JUST VOTED WITH EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT... AGAINST TRUMP'S ELECTION INTEGRITY PACKAGE, IS ANYBODY SURPRISED ANYMORE! At this point it's not a surprise. It's a schedule. The House passed the defense bill Wednesday with the SAVE America Act baked right in, 217 to 209. Proof of citizenship to register. Photo ID to vote. Trump's top priority, riding the one bill Washington cannot walk away from. Two hundred sixteen Republicans said yes. One did not. Thomas Massie stood exactly where he always stands, shoulder to shoulder with the entire Democrat caucus. Meanwhile Jared Golden, a Maine Democrat, crossed over to vote with us. Read that again. His grievance is Section 219, which he calls "an unprecedented escalation of foreign involvement in our military." Fine. Have that fight. Luna, Roy and Boebert all had concerns too, and every one of them held the line anyway. Massie showed up to the barn raising to lecture us about the nails. Now it goes to the Senate, where John Thune keeps insisting the filibuster is untouchable and this can wait. It cannot. Midterms are in November, and Democrats still refuse to say why proof of citizenship terrifies them. Johnson kept his promise. The House did its job. The only Republican who wouldn't help is the same one who never does. Thoughts? ⬇️show more

Yes, Gen Z, we get it—you don’t care about... data privacy. But that’s just a tiny part of the story. The real issue here is control. The Chinese Communist Party is using TikTok to build a blueprint of influence over you and our society. They’re not just tracking what you do; they’re deciding what you see, and therefore *how you think*. There is plenty of evidence this is already happening. Now imagine how much more powerful it would be as an information warfare weapon when the proverbial shit hits the fan in a potential conflict over Taiwan. Yeah, the Chinese will take control of all advanced semi-conductor chips in Taiwan (the ones that power your precious smartphone), and then use your addiction to TikTok to convince you it’s all a good idea. TikTok, as an entertainment platform, is an incredible product. It’s fun, it’s creative, and millions of Americans love using it. But we also need to recognize that it’s a Trojan horse. And right now, that horse is carrying Chinese Communist Party influence into our backyard and sending American’s data back to Beijing. That’s the problem we need to solve. The goal here is not about trying to stop American small businesses who use TikTok to promote themselves, the latest dances, or end “brain rot” trends—though maybe fixing that wouldn’t hurt either. It’s about making sure that enjoyment doesn’t come at the cost of our privacy, our freedom, or our national security. There’s a way to fix this. We don’t need to kill TikTok; we need to kick the Chinese Communist Party out of it. Ownership by someone who shares—or at least respects—our democratic values is the solution. People like Kevin O’Leary from Shark Tank and Dodgers owner Frank McCourt are already exploring a potential acquisition. But the fact that TikTok seems unwilling to even consider this solution tells us all we need to know about its true purpose.show more

#HelloBlessedPeople 🙏🏾 30 years ago… I sat and watched... team after team pass me by, most of them TWICE! In my mind, I should’ve already been gone before the 61st pick. The last pick in the first round, or as I thought about it, the first pick in the third round. But because I was not “ideal” and labeled a “tweener”, I sat excitedly, yet angrily, awaiting my name to be called. But as I grew in my walk with Christ, I began to understand that, for the believer, delay is often God’s setup. That frustration… that anger… I was blessed by the Lord to harness those emotions, to build something far greater than what I imagined possible… that chip on my shoulder became an asset to my new teammates, organization, home & fan base, not a liability!! I didn’t run from it. I USED IT. Used it in my preparation. Used it in my mindset. Used it to become who God was calling me to be. What felt like rejection… was really direction. What felt like a setback… was part of His plan. Don’t waste what you feel. Don’t fight it… FAITH it! Use it!! I want parents to really think about this. Imagine... paying good money for lessons because you care about your daughter’s long-term development… and the first thing you’re told is that “swinging down isn’t correct.” Instead it’s barrel depth, elite path, and swinging up because “that’s what the pros do.” That’s where development goes backwards. Most young athletes aren’t broken they’re underdeveloped in movement. They don’t understand shoulder angles, how to get on top of the ball, situational hitting, or how the body actually organizes a swing. That’s not their fault. That’s instruction skipping steps. In my cage, athletes do not swing up first. They have to earn the right to swing up by first owning the down. We stay at the top of the zone, learn how to find the down, and teach how the shoulders orient the swing. The up isn’t cued or forced it’s a byproduct of correct movement. What floors me is how often kids, especially in softball, are taught to swing up immediately. How do you start middle-down and swing up in a sport where the ball is traveling on an upward plane? It makes no sense. Baseball and softball mechanics are the same the body doesn’t change. But instruction must start differently because pitch plane is different. Baseball breaks down. Softball rise spins up. If a softball hitter can’t control the down out front, they’ll never handle elite rise. Once control is there, the femur turns down, the torso gets pulled up, and the natural up shows itself. No forcing. No manipulation. I can post videos like this all day. I’m not teaching a “style.” I’m teaching how the body is designed to move. I’m demanding because parents invest real time and money, and I won’t waste either. If you want game swings that hold up to velocity and plane find the down!show more

Hills I will die on as an elementary school... teacher, who just wrapped up my 32nd year teaching! 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to teach, this profession is not for you. 2. Our students are not “ours”. They are their families, and we need to understand the magnitude of the calling, and responsibility we have to meet them where they are, and to help them to get to a place that they never thought possible. 3. As important as the curriculum is (and it IS important), the children in our classroom are what matter most. It’s our JOB to teach the curriculum to SERVE our students, NOT to use our students to push any sort of agenda. 4. Just as we teach our students to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our students better than they were when they first entered into our classroom. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every child. 5. We should not teach our children WHAT to think, but HOW to think, and how to use that knowledge to bless and serve not only themselves, but the world around them. 6. Our words carry little (or NO value), if we do not practice what we preach. 7. If we don’t make learning fun, children will view learning as a chore, and we we will be creating a generation of children who grow up to be young adults who don’t see the joy in learning new things. 8. The child that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Never tell a child they “can’t” do something. God has blessed each of them with far more strengths and talents than we may know, and it’s not our job to tell them what they can’t do, but to help them to realize all the things they CAN do. 10. The legacy you leave as a teacher will never be determined by your student’s test scores, but by the human beings you helped them become throughout their lives.show more

THERE ARE MOMENTS WHEN A SINGLE VIDEO SHATTERS YOUR... HEART AND REVEALS THE TRUE COST OF FREEDOM. 🇺🇸🇮🇱 I just watched a clip of an American soldier kneeling down, looking his toddler in the eyes, and making the heaviest promise a father can make: "I will be back soon." My emotions immediately broke through. It tears your soul apart because you know exactly what he is walking into. Right now, American and Israeli warriors are standing shoulder-to-shoulder, fighting as one united, unstoppable army against the cruel, bloodthirsty Iranian regime. This is not just a battle over borders; it is the ultimate clash between our culture of life and their radical cult of death. These men do not go to war because they love destruction - they face the fire, the mud, and the terror so our children can sleep in absolute peace. They are the iron wall protecting the free world from darkness. Today, I am looking to the Heavens with a single, powerful prayer: May the Almighty fiercely protect the brave soldiers of the United States and the heroes of the IDF. May He shield them from evil. And please, God, let this American father keep his promise. Let him walk back through his front door and hold his little boy again. Will you stop scrolling for just one second? Type "AMEN" in the comments to join this global prayer for the safe return of every American and Israeli hero fighting for our lives!show more
