I’ve been using 60% Apple-style corner smoothing all the... time. But whenever I explain it to Codex or Claude Code, they often miss the point. So I made a skill that anyone can use with their AI agents: npx skills add gabrielobholz/corner-smoothing-skill Now I can simply say: “Create a rectangle with radius: 32 and smoothing: 60” and get the shape I actually mean.show more

Every single government, simultaneously, right at the beginning of... Covid, spent billions, erecting millions of 5G Masts in every corner of their respective countries. They did it quickly, they did it stealthily, and they did it without public consultation. Many of these Masts are not even located near any human populous. They are clearly not installed everywhere to provide you with better Internet connection . So the question is - what are they actually for?show more

Save this for the next time your typography feels... weird and you can’t explain why. Nine times out of ten, it’s line-height - the vertical space between lines of text that decides whether type feels confident or clumsy, readable or tiring. Headlines Compress them. ~1.05–1.25 is usually right. Headlines aren’t meant to be read carefully line by line. They’re meant to land as a shape. Tighter leading pulls words into a single visual block and makes the headline feel confident and intentional. One hard rule: ascenders and descenders should never touch. If your t’s and l’s are colliding with g’s and y’s, you’ve gone too far. Body text Do the opposite. Give it air. ~1.4–1.7, depending on the typeface, its x-height, and the line length. Body text is about endurance. Your reader shouldn’t notice the typography at all. If they’re aware of the type, something’s off. The goal is that they just keep going, paragraph after paragraph, without friction. In Framer, you can find the Line-height settings in the Text Panel > Line. And yes, this applies even if you’re using the same font for headlines and body text! Same font, same page, but they have completely different jobs - and different line height. Sometimes, choosing a good type isn’t enough - you need to know how much space to give letters so they can do their work.show more

you know what i realized after today’s concert? the... six of them are all genuinely good singers. if only their songs were actually arranged to fit each of their vocal ranges and strengths, people would see it more clearly. for years, having most of the lines centered on one member limited the others’ opportunities to fully build confidence and showcase what they can do. but watching them perform songs that weren’t even originally made for them and still deliver so well? that says a lot. they didn’t just get through it—they made it their own. honestly, as a six-member group now, they feel more balanced and cohesive. you can see each member stepping up, filling in gaps, and growing into their roles with more presence and individuality. their vocals, stage presence, and teamwork all feel more solid. if anything, this just proves that enhypen’s future is secure. they’re evolving, adapting, and finally getting the space to show their full potential... and it’s only going to get better from here. 🤍show more

Started using React Native two days ago and immediately... fell down a tab-bar rabbit hole. I’d seen Instagram and Revolut collapse their tab bars on scroll while keeping every icon visible. I wanted that without giving up real iOS Liquid Glass. Turns out iOS 26’s public API can’t express that state. UITabBarMinimizeBehavior is an enum of when, not what. With onScrollDown, UIKit minimizes the bar to the active tab alone. There’s no parameter controlling what survives. So most implementations rebuild the visible bar as a custom component. Some use genuine glass materials, but the real UITabBar is gone and with it, the native selection capsule: that little blob that moves like a drop of water between tabs. You can reproduce it with separate springs on the leading and trailing edges. I didn’t want a reproduction. I wanted UIKit’s. Then I remembered a Flutter app i built some months back which uses cupertino_native. Flutter runs the app while a platform-view bridge renders a real UIKit UITabBar. Finding expo-glass-tabs clarified the compact geometry I wanted. The two ideas clicked: why not bridge a real UITabBar into React Native? Here’s the trick: a standalone UITabBar has no UITabBarController managing it, so Apple’s minimization rule never applies. That means I can control its frame and items myself. Expo Router still owns navigation and screen lifecycle. React Native detects scroll direction. Swift removes and restores the real item labels, recentres the icons and animates the native bar’s size. All five icons remain visible. The result keeps Apple’s Liquid Glass, water-drop capsule, hit testing and accessibility, while adding a compact state its public API doesn’t provide. One gotcha tho: detaching the bar means reimplementing everything the controller previously gave you for free. Active-tab reselect scrolling was one exampleshow more

There is a shape in mathematics that can hold... a finite amount of paint, yet would require an infinite amount of paint to coat its surface. It is called Gabriel’s Horn. Imagine rotating the curve y=1/x around the x-axis. The result is a long, tapering surface that stretches infinitely, like a tunnel that never ends. Here’s where the paradox appears. The volume of this shape converges—if you add up all its infinitesimal slices, the total stops growing. In other words, you can completely fill it with a finite amount of paint. But the surface area diverges. No matter how far you go along the horn, there is always more surface to cover. The outer “skin” keeps extending, demanding more paint without end. So while you could pour paint inside and fill it entirely, you would never finish painting the outside. This is not a trick, but a consequence of how infinity behaves. The radius shrinks quickly enough for the volume to remain finite, yet not fast enough to keep the surface area from growing without bound. It reveals a deeper truth: infinity does not simply mean “very large”—it means unending. And sometimes, the infinite can exist within the finite in ways that defy our intuition, even while remaining perfectly consistent in mathematics.show more

I always wondered "What if I port my three.js... game to Rust? Will it improve performance?" I finally ported it to both Rust Desktop and Rust WASM (that runs on the browser) Comparing the three.js version with the Rust desktop I had a clear winner: Rust desktop. But now I took the time to port it to the web using Web Assembly (WASM) And my conclusion is... A tie! Both versions averaged 42FPS (60FPS if running one at a time) So if your goal is to ship a web game, it doesn't even matter the tech you use. (Three.js is recommended because the ecossystem is huge though) As long you optmize well (Web workers, reduce triangles, draw calls, etc) you should be good to go. But in the event you want to ship a native game to publish on Steam a system language (Rust, C++, etc) will be better for you. Now I want to port the three.js game to Desktop using Electron and see the results. I'll let you know. Btw, I'm open to new freelance projects. If you have anything for me, my DMs are open!show more

Regardless of what you think of Don Lemon and... the whole ordeal with Elon Musk, I think this line from him should resonate with everyone. "Twitter or X is one of the biggest information platforms in the world. Why cede that platform to extremists? So I wanted to get on there and I wanted to fight it out so that everyone had a voice." Those on the left who stopped using X because they were angry that people on the right were saying things that they don't like, are playing into the hands of the people they disagree with. Instead these people should increase their usage of X in order to combat the narratives they dislike. That's how successful societies function. And just like I would welcome Trump back on X, those on the right should embrace people like Lemon because it's so much better to have a melting pot of flavor rather than a boring pot of white rice. Societies succeed when conflicting views are heard rather than pushed to the corner. Echo chambers only further extremism.show more

everyone's sharing motion graphic videos that Opus 5.5 made,... and it's genuinely insane everyone says they created it with "one prompt", but my one prompt video looked mid so i went through a bunch of these videos to see how they were actually made, and found the workflow that works here's how to generate pro level motion graphic videos w/ opus: 1. get reference videos to direct from -> pick 1-2 videos whose style you want and tell opus to match them. naming a style works way better than describing one without a reference, opus falls back to its default look: centered text, gradient background, everything fading in that's why so many of these videos look the same. a reference gives it the pacing, the type and the transitions to copy 2. install HyperFrames or Remotion so opus can build the video both let opus write every scene as code and render it straight to mp4. no video editor without one, opus can only describe a video or hand you a rough html page you have to screen record with it, every frame is exact, and when you ask for a change it edits one line and re-renders instead of starting over 3. install 21st for high quality components in the video real buttons, cards and UI components made by design engineers, instead of whatever opus invents on the spot without it, opus draws your product UI from scratch and it looks off. wrong spacing, placeholder boxes, fake-looking buttons anyone who's used good software can feel it in a second, and the whole video reads as cheap 4. steps 1-3 were context + setup. now dump all of it into opus your brand (logo, colors, fonts), screenshots of your real product, the reference video, and a quick braindump of how you see the video then ask for 3 storyboard variants without this, opus guesses your colors, your font and what your product even does. the video could be for any startup with it, it could only be yours. and 3 variants means you pick a direction instead of fixing the first idea it had 5. pick the storyboard you like ask for one still frame per scene before anything moves. fixing a storyboard is way cheaper than fixing a render without this step, you only find out scene 4 is wrong after the whole thing is animated, and every fix means re-rendering. a still frame takes seconds to change 6. let claude cook then give notes like a director: "slow every zoom to 0.7x", "hard cut here", "push in on the button" without notes, the first render is usually 80% there, and that last 20% is what makes it look pro. vague notes like "make it better" get random changes. camera words get exactly the change you want everyone has the same model. the context you give it is what makes it look pro let it cooookkshow more

🚨 MASSIVE BREAKING🚨 Now the INTERNET SHUTDOWN in Central... Delhi has reached the Supreme Court An advocate is asking a simple question 👇 Can the government switch off an "essential digital medium serving millions of citizens" without even making the order public for people and courts to examine? Think about it for a second. This isn't Kashmir. This isn't a border district. This is Central Delhi, the heart of the capital. Parliament. Ministries. Offices. Hospitals. Businesses. And mobile internet shut off. Why? Because students were protesting about voter rolls. Now think about who it hurts: > The delivery worker who can't take orders > The patient who can't book a cab to the hospital > The shopkeeper who can't take UPI payments > The family that can't reach their child at the protest All of this to stop videos of what Delhi Police was doing from reaching the rest of the country. And the worst part? The order shutting the internet hasn't even been made public. No reasons. No accountability. Just "Digital India" switched off when it's inconvenient. Modi ji, you sold us Digital India. Then pulled the plug the day it started showing the truth 🗿 #GyaneshKumar #DelhiProtest #SupremeCourt #DelhiPoliceshow more

This work makes a humanoid robot do simple parkour... moves by looking with a depth camera and choosing the right move on the fly. The big deal is that it turns lots of small human moves into long, real-time robot behavior, without hand-coding every transition or retraining for each new course. A humanoid robot is usually good at steady walking, but it often fails when it has to do fast moves like jumping up, vaulting, or rolling, and then keep going to the next obstacle. The hard part is that you cannot easily collect training data for every possible obstacle shape, distance, and mistake, so robots end up learning a few moves that only work in a narrow setup. This work starts from short clips of real human parkour moves, like stepping over, vaulting, climbing, and rolling. It uses motion matching, which is basically a smart “pick the next clip that fits best right now” search, to stitch those short clips into a long, smooth plan that looks like a human doing a whole course. Then it trains a controller with reinforcement learning (RL), which means the robot learns by trial and error to copy that plan while staying balanced and not falling. After training separate expert controllers for different moves, it compresses them into 1 controller that uses only onboard depth sensing and a simple “go this fast in this direction” command. In real tests on a Unitree G1 humanoid, it can clear multiple obstacles in a row, adapt when obstacles get moved, and climb a wall up to 1.25m.show more

⚠️ CVE-2026-94545 (CVSS 9.5) ⚠️ Your Next.js OG image... endpoint can hand an attacker a shell. 😱 If you use next/og on the Node runtime with sharp installed (what Next recommends for prod), one unauthenticated POST to that route runs commands on your server. Here's why: Satori builds the image as an SVG and drops your text in without escaping it, so an attacker breaks out of the tag and injects their own markup. It reaches the native image libs (sharp, libvips, librsvg, libxml2) and corrupts memory there, and since Node ships non-PIE, a hardcoded ROP chain lands execve every time. This is the default prod setup, not some weird edge case. 🚨 Not affected: edge runtime or no sharp — that path uses the wasm renderer. Patched in Next.js 16.3.6 / Satori 0.33.5. On 16.2.0–16.3.5? Update now. 🔥 PoC + setup: #Nextjs #RCE #CVE #PoC #Exploit #CyberSecurity #nextog #CVE_2026_94545show more

Before, I saw Sana and Jihyo looking tired and... even massaging their legs. But today, it is heartbreaking and painfully obvious that Sana is not okay at all. This is so painful to watch, and it has seriously gone too far seeing them in such poor condition. I don’t care if people disagree with my tweet. I cannot stay silent anymore. Watching the members suffer one by one like this is breaking my heart, and JYP’s handling of their health is deeply disappointing. I am especially disappointed in JYP. In my opinion, JYP made a huge mistake when Dahyun was sick. They did not even take her to the doctor for an X-ray. Dahyun had to endure the pain for almost a month and still perform. Even in Incheon, she had to walk to the parking lot while limping, without any ankle support or a wheelchair. Before that, Jeongyeon and Chaeyoung were sick and had to miss the tour. We even had to watch Jihyo perform while she was sick, sitting on a chair on stage. That was painful to see. Then Mina had to be absent today because of health issues, and now we can clearly see that Sana is also not in good condition. Watching this happen again and again is exhausting and heartbreaking. How many times do we have to see the members suffer before their health is truly taken seriously? I know concerts and schedules are decided together by the members and the agency. But why does it feel like the girls’ health is always the last thing being considered? Can’t the agency do better and put their health first, just once? The girls are the kind of idols who truly love meeting fans. They will keep showing up even when they are unwell, as long as they can still stand. That is exactly what scares me the most. That is why JYP must take better care of them. Please, I’m begging make the girls’ health the top priority above anything else. THE TESLA MODEL S: THE CAR THAT MADE ELECTRIC... VEHICLES SERIOUS When the Model S launched in 2012, the entire world still saw EVs as slow, boring, short-range toys for tree-huggers. The Model S changed that narrative overnight. It wasn’t just an electric car — it was a statement. Here’s why the Model S was so important for EV adoption: • It proved EVs could be faster and better than gas cars 0–60 mph in under 4 seconds (later Plaid versions under 2 seconds) while being completely silent and smooth. It beat most supercars off the line and made “electric” synonymous with performance. • It delivered real long-range capability Over 300 miles of range when most EVs at the time struggled to reach 100 miles. Suddenly, road trips became possible and “range anxiety” started to feel outdated. • It introduced over-the-air updates The first production car that could get major performance upgrades, new features, and safety improvements wirelessly — like a smartphone on wheels. This changed how people think about car ownership forever. • It forced the entire auto industry to respond Legacy manufacturers who had been dragging their feet on EVs suddenly rushed to catch up. The Model S basically lit the fuse for the modern EV revolution. • It made luxury electric desirable Premium interior, massive touchscreen, ridiculous acceleration, and futuristic design turned EVs from “compromise” into “aspiration.” Without the Model S proving that electric cars could outperform and out-luxury gasoline vehicles, we wouldn’t have the Model 3/Y explosion, the Cybertruck, or the flood of competitors now racing to go electric. The Model S didn’t just sell cars. It changed the future of transportation. It took EVs from niche to mainstream and showed the world what was possible.show more

In both Kenya and Nigeria, you people still haven't... realised that these celebrity activist types who receive generous funding and support from the U.S. government via its many NGO fronts, are at best like 👇🏾this guy - pretending to do valuable work while actually taking a free ride on your credulity. And that's the best case scenario, because their real job is much more malevolent. Boniface Mwangi and Yele Sowore are literally the same person. The only difference is that one of them has a Kenyan accent and the other has a Nigerian accent. They even share the same American funder (Ford Foundation), and they have both made multiple Hollywood attempts at running for public office that they knew they had no chance at winning. One of them even made a movie out of it. Most importantly, they both exist to play an important role for the external interests that maintain a chokehold over both countries - their job is to place their faces and their narrative in front of any resistance or revolutionary movement that brews organically, so as to take control of it on behalf of their funding interests and misdirect it somewhere harmless where it fizzles out. Sowore attempted to do it with #EndSARS and successfully did it with #EndBadGovernance, and Boniface did the exact same thing with #RejectFinanceBill2024 and #RutoMustGo. "Organised civil society" in Africa is part of the empire's colonial infrastructure. You would think with all the noise made about USAID, the bigger point would have been made by now. These people are not helping you or doing you a favour, as if they invented the concept of resistance and revolution, or it wouldn't happen without them. They are the gatekeepers who ACTIVELY prevent real revolution from happening. That's what they receive hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of US intelligence/NGO slush funds for wvery year. These men that you think are "heroes" are actually some of your biggest opps and I don't know how you have not realised this yet. I can't understand how you can't see it.show more

Tanay is building e-trolleys in India. Instead of spending... heavily upfront, he imported components from China in small quantities, tested the market and proved there was demand. Once the product started working, he began the next phase: Indianising the product. The exterior, steel work and as many components as possible are now being sourced/manufactured in India. But there was a problem. He still needed to communicate very specific product changes to his Chinese suppliers. And this is where Toplingo came in. Instead of sending instructions through a translator, Tanay communicates directly with the Chinese manufacturers boss in their native language. The supplier even responded saying they appreciated the effort because it made the requirements much easier to understand. When you're manufacturing across countries, small communication gaps can become expensive mistakes. - something gets lost in translation - a specification gets misunderstood - change takes longer than it should And suddenly, you're dealing with delays, rework and unnecessary costs. Direct communication removes one more layer between the person building the product and the person making it. That's the real opportunity with AI translation. Making cross-border business feel more direct. From a founder in India to a factory owner in China - without language becoming the bottleneck. Isn't it cool? I’m sorry but Pakistan is a failed state. I... don’t say this with glee, I say it with 100% objectivity, minus the emotion. It was founded on shaky grounds: “We can’t live with Hindus; therefore, we need a separate country.” And then it left half of the subcontinent’s Muslims in India. In response to this quandary, Jinnah reportedly said, “If I have to sacrifice half of Indian Muslims to save the other half, I’ll do it.” (Jinnah, by Ishtiaq Ahmed) Meaning, he was willing to sacrifice 15 million Muslims because he thought living side by side with Hindus would be worse than death. Indian Muslims are much better off than Pakistani Muslims. Pakistanis are just like any other people. They are born with strong feelings of loyalty towards their native tribe. But ask yourself, what is it that you actually like about Pakistan? Its people? The same people who will rob you at the first opportunity they get the moment you step out of your house? Or its political leaders, who have fattened their foreign bank accounts at your expense? Or maybe Pakistanis living abroad? Imran Khan used to say, “These same Pakistanis become model citizens when they go abroad.” Again, a self-praising, self-congratulatory statement without any basis. Look at the latest crime statistics from European countries. Pakistanis are almost always overrepresented. When Pakistanis are not in jail over criminal matters, they go to jail on terror related offences. They are at the forefront of every Islamist movement. Or do you like the mountains? Pakistanis love to say the northern parts of Pakistan are even “better than Switzerland”, something no foreigner has ever said. 99.99% of Pakistanis have never even been to Switzerland, yet they’re perfectly happy to make the comparison. This tells us that Pakistanis are collectively, socially, politically, and even religiously (by their own admission) failures. Hence my conclusion: it’s a failed country. Individual Pakistanis can be brilliant—like me 😏show more

This one was made with Seedance 2.0 Fast via... Dreamina. This is pure Omni-Reference. The only character sheet I used was for these girls, Sari and Ploy. The dude with sarung here and the location were 100% prompted. I didn’t use a character sheet or reference for either of them. Even in Fast mode, Seedance 2.0 is bloody good and it still nails the hyper-vernacular vibe that I always aim for in my work. Seedance 2.0 is both exciting and scary for me 😆 It’s exciting because it is undoubtedly the best model currently available on the market. Trust me, you’ve seen the videos I’ve made so far right? The performance of the model It’s simply the best, period. It has helped me tremendously in creating a shit ton of stories about the region where I live, Southeast Asia. It has been the most exciting thing ever. The scary part is whenever a platform or company comes to me saying, “Hey, we have this new video model. Blah blah blah. We’ll let you know more soon.” It scares the shit out of me because the big question is whether it will be better than Seedance 2.0??? 😆😆 If not, I don’t even want to bother using it. I’ve come this far and achieved this level of quality with Seedance 2.0. That’s why I skipped Happy Horse, which I already tested. It’s also why I’m not bothering with Wan or anything else for now. Their current models are still far inferior to what we already get with Seedance 2.0. I don’t want to downgrade the visual quality. This is also why I need to be really honest. There are certain platforms that host their own in-house models and i'm still part of their CPP. However, because those models are still far behind the quality of Seedance 2.0, I haven’t used them that much. Seedance 2.0 has simply become the benchmark for me. The type of output I’m looking for is also extremely specific, so I can immediately feel it when a model cannot deliver what I need. Seedance 2.0 is definitely not cheap, but it gives me so much creative satisfaction and allows me to make whatever I want. I even have a team that low-key makes softcore erotic videos in the style of Vivamax 😆 I think I’ve trimmed down so many things in my AI workflow because my main goal is to focus on the content itself. If Seedance 2.0 Mini is released soon, I’m dead curious to test it. I think I want to create more stories that revolve around drama rather than highly technical cinematic shots. Seedance 2.0 Fast has been incredibly helpful, but I’m definitely curious to check out the Mini version. But the truth is that I’m completely tool-agnostic. I don’t care which company makes the model. I only care about the quality. You might remember when I praised Grok Imagine Video so damn hard because it was genuinely amazing back then. Then the quality kept getting worse and worse, so I stopped using it. But if it gets better again, I’ll definitely want to use it again. At the end of the day, quality is the only thing that matters.show more

i believe we are about to see one of... the greatest ai onboarding events to date. for the past few years, people around the world have started using ai almost like an improved and personalized search engine. ask it something, get a better answer, maybe use it to help with work, research, writing, etc. but most of society still doesn’t understand how deep these tools actually go. i didn’t even know you could turn on the “high” setting until like 3 months ago. what we’re seeing now feels different though, because the design language is becoming much easier for normal people to understand and relate to, while ai is simultaneously being integrated into products they already use every single day. we saw musebook integrate with the meta network, so you have instagram, facebook, whatsapp, etc. cute character, looks like the dude from big hero six. then we saw grok really ramp up its distribution. first through 𝕏, then deeper into the spacex ecosystem with starlink, and now tesla, where millions of people already own the hardware and can suddenly have ai sitting directly inside their car. this week we’re seeing openai do their thing as well, and then obviously you still have siri (lol), alexa, gemini and everyone else fighting for the same thing. this is what i find so interesting. the next massive ai onboarding wave might not happen because people consciously decide, “i want to start using ai.” it might happen because ai is simply everywhere they already are. in their car, phone, messages, social media, work, home, glasses, etc. eventually it stops feeling like a separate product you have to open and starts becoming part of how you naturally interact with technology. actually, now that i think about it, if it looks cute (think about those delivery robots) people will think less negative and more positive. "what if these things band together and eliminate humans????!!!" to "awww so cute!! let is pass." and i think culture will play a huge role in that too. grokification is a fun example and i think will lead to grok actually being one of the most used ai in the world because they get it. once an ai has a recognizable face, personality, memes, pfps and a community forming around it, people can do more than just use the technology, they can participate in it and spread it themselves. the technology creates the culture, the culture creates distribution, and the distribution onboards more people into the technology. i think that loop is going to be extremely powerfulshow more

so I wired Nous Research Hermes Agent up so... it can live as a Grok Bot GROKBOT inside the grokbot app (private net / Tailscale). two ways, pick based on how your Hermes host runs: Hermes SSH Relay — Desktop-primary, no API gateway. SSH ask-relay, simplest “talk to hermes from inside grokbot app”. Hermes API Fleet — gateway + native API on :8642. better when you want parallel fleet asks / less hop overhead. same repo ⬆️ (docs for both) Grokbot Bot Templates: Hermes SSH Relay: Hermes API Fleet : what it unlocks: chat your hermes agent from grokbot UI, run herdr-style fleet ops from one place, keep hermes brains on the Mac while grok handles the front door. top 3 uses we care about: • identity bots per host so you always know who you’re talking to • easy orchestration across the Hermes fleet without jumping SSH by hand • bridge + connector pattern for hermes ↔ grokbot comms without stuffing secrets in the template Ps, imho: Dont point grok at writing into hermes memory plugins unless you mean to. (I let mine READ hermes Hindsight memory but not write to it) With this I now have a single CHIEF OF STAFF I talk to as a grokbot who orchestrates across 7 hermes machines, and 20+ grokbots, all running various coding harnesses, AI pipelines, GTM, AEO/SEO/GEO, UGC, seamlessly. I'm even having grokbot tell my chief Hermes Agent to run long horizon kanban goals. I'm also using a dedicated bot to keep my entire hermes fleet updated, maintained, pruned, local LLM optimized etc. I'll drop some of those templates over the next few days... follow with notis. Oh and shit a token usage window maximizer I'll share soon...burning it in this week, so far, have been blasting at 10x the rate across a dozen harnesses/subs. This is greatest unlock EVER in 7 months of harness jockeying. I am finally ONLY a HUMAN making decisions, ideating, all via a single grok bot Chief of Staff. Valhalla!show more
