Everything Ian Wright said is 💯 spot on. This... is Jack Grealish coming out of a pub, extremely drunk while having a bad run of form, you hardly heard anything about it, but hell breaks loose the moment Rashford goes to a club, or the moment Pogba changes hairstyle, that’s a problem. We don’t even hear stories of Jude going to the club but he still gets hate. Look at how well Rashford is doing in Barcelona with no noise around him, you and I know it won’t be this peaceful for him if he stayed in England. Sancho went to Germany twice and did well both times, but was crucified every time he played in England. This is why Jude Bellingham chose to play outside England as well. The English media aren’t ready for a black star.show more

In a recent interview, Chelsea and Argentina midfielder Enzo... Fernández has opened up about a terrifying incident at his home in England. “It’s just a football celebration. That’s all it was. But England fans got heated over it that they decided to break into my home, steal my things, and send me messages telling me never to set foot in England again. It’s crazy. I’ve played in different countries and faced different fans, but I have to say England fans have the worst fanbase when it comes to this kind of hate. They take things too far. Football is football. Celebrations happen. Threatening a player’s family and home because of a goal celebration is not normal. I regret coming to England at the first place, i should’ve have joined Real Madrid and not chelsea”show more

🚨Cristiano Ronaldo on one of his favourite memories at... Real Madrid. 🎙️ Reporter: “Cristiano, when you look back at your time at Real Madrid, is there one moment that stands out above the rest?” 🗣️ Cristiano Ronaldo: “Honestly, every moment I spent at Real Madrid was special. Winning trophies, scoring goals and making history with the club are memories I’ll always cherish. It’s difficult to choose just one because every season gave me something unforgettable. “But one memory that always makes me smile wasn’t from a match—it was from a training session. Marcelo walked over to me and jokingly said a fly had flown into his eye and that he was tearing up. I laughed, called him over and gave him a hug. “As soon as Marcelo walked away, Luka Modrić came over and said, ‘I want a hug too.’ I hugged him, then Keylor Navas came over asking for one as well. We were all laughing by then, and a few seconds later Casemiro joined in and wanted his hug too. It became one of those moments where everyone was just enjoying each other’s company. “When people talk about my time at Real Madrid, they usually remember the goals, the Champions League nights and the trophies. I remember those too, but I also remember moments like that. Those friendships, those laughs in training and sharing the dressing room with players who became legends of the game. “My journey at Real Madrid wouldn’t have been the same without teammates like Marcelo, Modrić, Casemiro and Keylor Navas. They helped make those years some of the happiest and most successful of my career.”show more

Lamine Yamal’s father, while responding to criticism over his... son’s relationship with Ines Garcia and claims that she is a gold digger, reportedly said: “People always call me crazy because of the way I behave, but that doesn’t stop me from speaking up when I see something I believe is wrong. I’ve spoken to Lamine several times, telling him to focus on football and stay away from relationships at this stage of his life. His mother always argues with me and calls me an irresponsible father. Lamine has been spending a lot of money on that girl, reportedly giving her $15,000 every week, and I don’t think that’s right. Golf trip upcoming, got to knock the rust off!... Had a hard time finding one but absolutely love the Leaderboard training aid. They don’t make them anymore, it’s such a shame. The leaderboard is amazing for me, I use it this way to feel the push in the left foot in transition which helps me get some separation between the upper and lower body and nudges me towards a shallower path.show more

11 or 12 years ago, I was walking through... a Best Buy parking lot and a dude passed by me with his girl dressed with all the goodies hanging out. Dude looked at me and said, “What the fuck you lookin' at?” Now, the dude was like 5’7” and skinny. I am not a small man. If someone his size talks to me like that out of the blue, I have to assume he knows something about the balance of forces in this equation that I don’t. I’m probably one of the only Teslanaires out there,... if not one of the very few, still cutting my own hair. I cut my own hair again today, and it reminded me that becoming a multi-millionaire usually isn’t a random coincidence. People see the $ and think it just happened. What they usually don’t see are the small habits behind it. Of course, I could go spend $25–$50 on a haircut that probably looks better than the one I give myself. But that’s not really what matters to me. I don’t care that much about looking perfect. I care about controlling my time. I care about staying grounded. I care about keeping the kind of habits that helped me build wealth in the first place. And honestly, I enjoy doing it. I’ve been cutting my own hair for so many years that I don’t even think about going to the barber anymore. It’s just normal to me now. It saves time, keeps me frugal, and reminds me that wealth is usually built in the small choices nobody claps for. That’s the part people miss. A lot of people see wealth and assume it was luck. But a lot of the time, it’s really the result of small disciplined habits repeated for years. Not wasting $ just bc you can. Not wasting time just bc other people do. And the funny part is, one day my fleet of Tesla Bots will probably be doing it for me anyway. But until then, I’m good doing it myself. Bc to me, being wealthy was never about trying to look rich. It was about building a mindset. A mindset that values time, discipline, and freedom more than appearances. And once you really live that way, it shows up in a lot of things, even something as simple as cutting your own hair.show more

Pamela Anderson Says She’s Not Returning to Baywatch Pamela... Anderson is fully focused on her new chapter and has no plans to revisit Baywatch. In a new interview promoting her dark comedy Rosebush Pruning, she was asked about the Fox reboot and responded: “No one’s reached out to me. I don’t know much about it. I know that they were talking to my sons at some point about producing, but I don’t think they had a meeting of the minds. I’m not sure what happened there, but I wish them well. It was a great job, and I loved going to work every day on the beach. I would have been there anyway. At the time, it taught me a lot, and it gave me worldwide exposure. Everything I’ve done has led me to here, which is a blessing. But I have no plans of going back to Baywatch.” (Video: AI) Anderson said she’s more interested in making bold choices and playing different characters right now. Good for her. What most struck me at the Metropolitano yesterday is... Atleti to me is a rare thing, a big club but it hasn't lost itself to tourism or lost its fanbase. All around me people knew each other something I haven't seen too much in recent years visiting big clubs. I went there expecting it to be a tourist trap but it was anything, I'm not saying it's every big club either but it struck me walking around and getting the metro to the game, the on field has changed at Atleti, the stadium has but the people haven't.show more

Madrid superstar and England midfielder Jude Bellingham has opened... up about the heated World Cup match between England and Argentina. “Messi and the Argentines are rough,” Bellingham said. “They were calling me and other black players monkeys. I reported it to the referee but he did nothing about it. There were so many fouls that were not awarded. The World Cup completely favours them and it’s unfair.” He also slammed the refereeing, pointing to a string of unpunished fouls, late challenges, and decisions that he believes tilted the game heavily in Argentina’s favour. “It feels like the whole tournament is set up for them,” Bellingham added. “We come out here to compete fairly, but it’s not fair when the rules don’t apply the same way.”show more

Caitlin Clark Gets Candid on Media Coverage Caitlin Clark... opened up in a recently released interview about the constant media scrutiny she faces, calling some of the coverage “emotionally exhausting.” In this sit-down interview, the Indiana Fever star said: “I think there’s just like a false characterization of who I am sometimes. And I get it, like as a reporter or as a blogger, you can write an opinion piece and that’s your job… but at the same time, you don’t know me. We’ve never had a conversation. I get people have a job to do, but at the same time, don’t make accusations about my character and who I am when you don’t know me.” (Video: AI) Clark added that the narrative around on-court moments often becomes draining: “It gets exhausting. It gets frustrating… It’s emotionally exhausting. It’s draining.” She’s asking for something simple — judge the player on the court, not the person you don’t actually know.show more

Alfred Hitchcock on the Vertigo effect: Interviewer: "In Vertigo,... where they’re climbing up the stairs in the tower, there is a very strange effect." Hitchcock: "That effect took thirty years to get. It really did. When I was making Rebecca, I had a scene where Joan Fontaine is supposed to faint. I explained to Selznick I wanted to get the effect of her looking and everything seeming to go far away. Where I got the idea from was at the Royal Chelsea Arts Ball in London on New Year’s Eve. I remembered at a certain time during the evening everything seemed to go far away. And I asked for this effect and they said they couldn’t do it. I tried again about five years later. For Vertigo they tried different effects and finally it was arrived at by a combination of a dolly shot and a zoom lens crossing each other. Dollying in and zooming out. When the head of special effects came to me I said how much was it going to cost. He said $50,000 to put a camera high and take it up and zoom it, because of the enormous rig. I said, ‘‘But there is no one in the set.’’ Why didn’t they make a miniature and lay it on its side? “Oh, I hadn’t thought of that.” So they did it and it cost $19,000." — "Dialogue on Film: Alfred Hitchcock", American Film Institute, 1972show more

Some thoughts while training this morning: 1) I actually... don’t like getting up to train at 6am. But I do what needs to be done, and with a young family I want to spend time with I’d rather take time away from myself and train while they sleep 2) See your training as a meeting with yourself; this is an idea you might have seen thrown about. I put all my sessions in a calendar - when it’s in black and white it makes it easier to just get it done. Mood always follows action, too Have a good week friends 🫡🌱show more

Two examples of the unruly behavior by juveniles in... Navy Yard over the weekend. - Riding scooters and e-bikes in the roads, crosswalks, and all around. - One person crossed the road on a green light and dumped the scooter in the intersection. A police officer demanded he pick the scooter up. This is partially the problem with these large groups. Some of the behavior is criminal, but a lot of it is just disorderly. I spoke with several locals who are tired of the groups and that on the weekends they avoid going out at night. Several juveniles told me they aren’t doing anything wrong and don’t understand the police presence.show more
