A team of Ukrainian experts is working in Qatar,... sharing our experience and expertise. I met with our team here today and received a briefing on their work. Our experts have already conducted an overall assessment of the security situation, Qatar’s capabilities to counter aerial threats, and have developed concrete solutions to strengthen the protection of its airspace. And today, during my meeting with the Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, it was important for me to hear such a high assessment of our team’s work and appreciation for their consultations. Ballistic missile and drone attacks are currently the biggest challenge here in the region. And while only air defense systems can effectively counter ballistic threats, in Ukraine, we have developed other, significantly more cost-effective solutions to combat drones. These solutions have already proven their effectiveness against various types of drones, which is why Qatar is so interested in our experience. Ukraine has always said that we are ready to share our expertise and help those who can also help us strengthen our own protection in Ukraine. This helped us boost the confidence of our users, as we have redundancy for power, internet, and networking which gives us and our customers a lot of peaceful nights. The LIV Golf League has made major changes to... the format of the Team Championship, including a preliminary round to be played on Wednesday between teams ranked 12 and 13 in the season long standings. There will also be no byes for top seeded teams. The losing team from the preliminary round will be fully eliminated and will take no further part in the competition. On Friday, there will be 6 quarter finals matches, where all 12 remaining teams will face off in head to head match play. The captains of the top seeded teams have the opportunity to choose their opponents as in previous years. The format is also the same, with 2 singles matches and 1 foursomes match, with 2 points needed to advance. On Saturday, all 12 teams will be divided into 2 brackets. The Championship Bracket, with the winning teams from Friday, and the Rankings Bracket, with the 6 teams who lost. Once again, seeded team captains can select who they play against and the format remains 2 singles matches and 1 foursomes. On Sunday, a champion will be decided and they revert back to the standard team format of the regular season, individual strokeplay with all 4 scores counting towards the team total. The 3 winning teams from the Championship Bracket will face off for the championship rings and the remaining 9 teams will play in their Rankings Brackets for minor places. Ripper GC, captained by Cam Smith will be looking to defend the title they won last season. The previous winners are Bryson DeChambeau’s Crushers GC and Dustin Johnson’s 4 Aces GC. While I’m a Calvinist, I can still laugh at... the caricatures people create about Calvinism. But let’s clear something up: Calvinism doesn’t deny free will—it clarifies its limits. As David says in Psalm 16:2, “I have no good apart from You.” Our free will, apart from God, always leads to sin and destruction (Romans 3:10-12). Before salvation, Scripture describes us as spiritually dead (Ephesians 2:1), blind (2 Corinthians 4:4), and deaf (Mark 4:12). We’re powerless to give ourselves life. It is God who gives us eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts of flesh instead of stone (Ezekiel 36:26). Salvation is entirely a work of God’s sovereign will (John 6:44, Romans 9:16), and every good thing, including our faith, comes from Him (Acts 15:8-9; Philippians 1:29). So while this is funny, it’s important to understand that Calvinism doesn’t deny free will; it just affirms that our will is bound by sin until God sets us free. “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36).show more

If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to teach, this profession is not for you. 2. Our students are not “ours”. They are their families, and we need to understand the magnitude of the calling, and responsibility we have to meet them where they are, and to help them to get to a place that they never thought possible. 3. As important as the curriculum is (and it IS important), the children in our classroom are what matter most. It’s our JOB to teach the curriculum to SERVE our students, NOT to use our students to push any sort of agenda. 4. Just as we teach our students to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our students better than they were when they first entered into our classroom. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every child. 5. We should not teach our children WHAT to think, but HOW to think, and how to use that knowledge to bless and serve not only themselves, but the world around them. 6. Our words carry little (or NO value), if we do not practice what we preach. 7. If we don’t make learning fun, children will view learning as a chore, and we we will be creating a generation of children who grow up to be young adults who don’t see the joy in learning new things. 8. The child that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Never tell a child they “can’t” do something.
