I’ve been married for 21 years to the incredible... Lisa Bilyeu , (happy anniversary, Baby!! Love you!), and our marriage is BY FAR the best investment I’ve ever made in my success and mental health. My marriage is also the thing I am most proud and protective of. As you can imagine, over 21 years of being a hyper aggressive entrepreneur I’ve seen my share of difficult times, but even at my lowest lows I comforted myself by knowing that as long as I have my wife, I’m good. So to honor my marriage and hopefully help you supercharge yours, here’s a new variation on my 9 rules for a healthy marriage that I’ve put together over two decades of facing the reality that Love is not enough to make a marriage work: 1. Have sex often 2. Communicate obsessively 3. Don’t trust your emotions 4. Confess your insecurities when fighting 5. Never weaponize your partner's insecurities against them 6. Go to bed angry (not a typo) 7. Broadcast and receive Love always 8. See the best in your partner 9. Don’t share blanketsshow more

8 things I'm doing to capture the "magic window"... of my kid's childhood. For a bit of context: I'm 42 with 4 kids, ages 11 to 2, and run my own content + services business for creators. 1. I work from home Even though I own my business, I used to have an office too. I miss it sometimes (ok at least once a week), but being closer to the kids is a bigger benefit. I get to take breaks to hit golf balls at the park, fish, and play. 2. My wife stays at home Prolly worth a whole post, but this was a shared decision that was led by my wife. We wanted to have one of us available for the kids as much as they needed. She's a nurse, which definitely comes in handy 🤕 Also means she can start work again when she wants. 3. We homeschool I was homeschooled until 9th grade, so this wasn't a hard sell for me. My wife leads the charge here, but I help the older boys with math and other topics. One cool part is they have a desk in my office room too, so we can "cowork" together. 4. I coach their teams If my kid is playing a sport, I'll be coaching. We get to be physical with each other, learn teamwork, he gets to be coached by other dads and see my coach other kids. I also started leading jiu-jitsu classes in the neighborhood for kids and my 11 yr old helps me teach. 5. We exercise together I stopped going to CrossFit a couple years ago and built a simple garage gym so my kids could work out with me. Bodyweight exercises and GORUCK sandbags are the majority of our shared movements, but they also get to see their Dad being active and practicing good habits. 6. We're active in Church Another one that deserves an entire post, but similar to coaching their teams, our kids get to be around like-minded families, mentored by adults who care about them, and build a shared faith that binds us together. We also read the Bible and pray together each day. 7. I create content May not have expected this one, but when I started my YouTube channel a primary motivator was for my kids to be able to watch the videos when they got older. To see what Dad was thinking about, how I solved problems, set goals, etc. In many ways my content is a snapshot of our lives that has value beyond audience or monetization. 8. Leveraging AI AI has made me a lot more productive—I'd say 2-3x what I was capable of just a year ago. But a few months ago I realized I was just putting those "saved" hours right back into more work. If I was twice as productive, why wasn't I working half as many hours? I'm not quite working part-time, but I have cut back and used my new efficiencies for more time with the family instead of working at the same pace. ---- If you're reading this partly because this post is blowing up— hope it gives a little more context to how I'm structuring my life and work to be as intentional as I can with my family while being the provider they need too. It's a constant balancing act, more like walking a tightrope than balancing the scales of family and work. But I'm incredibly blessed to have such a great family and good work to do with cool people. Thanks for reading!show more

I think I've stumbled onto the future of building... startups. It wasn't supposed to happen this way. It's 2 AM. I'm editing a podcast, questioning every life decision that led me here. I've already burned through hundreds of thousands on this thing since 2021. Zero monetization. Just burning cash. My business partner's probably thinking I've lost it. We're juggling 6 businesses, and here I am, playing wannabe Joe Rogan. Then it hit me. Not during the podcast. In the darn comments section. I start sorting comments by "contains question" using this AI creator tool called VidIQ. "How do you validate ideas?" "What tools do you use?" "Can you dive deeper on XYZ topic?" These questions keep popping up. Over and over. That's when the lightbulb went off. What if I could turn this into a lead magnet machine? Find questions. Answer them with free stuff. Rinse. Repeat. I team up with Design Scientist to crank out 2 lead magnets a month. (Tried doing it myself first. But it was hard lol) We start pumping out things like "6 Tools I Use to Find Startup Ideas." Suddenly, I'm drowning in subscribers. 10,000 to 20,000 a month. On autopilot. Now, you're probably thinking, "Cool story, bro. But how's this a big idea?" Clarity of what to build is probably one of the most valuable ways to build products people want. You have to understand a niche's problem better than they even know them. Problem: what's the roadblock keeping founders stuck? Segment: group these founders by their specific obstacles. Product: build the bridge that gets them over their hurdle. I use ConvertKit like a scalpel, dissecting these segments. Not by age or location. By the problems they're desperate to solve. Suddenly, I'm staring at a treasure map of founder pain points. And that's when you can build startups to solve their problems. Instead of being a lead factory, you become a startup factory. You use tools like v0/replit/cursor to prototype like a madman. And it makes your life less stressful as a founder. Because you know people are lined up to buy the products. I'm so convinced this is the future of startup building, I've bet $1M+ of my own cash on it. Building startups to solve people's problems. And cool part is this blueprint can be replicated in any niche. The best SaaS ideas aren't in some Silicon Valley incubator. They're hiding in your "free" content. Think of it like this (Isenberg's formula?): (Engaged Audience) x (Targeted Lead Magnets) x (Problem-Centric Segmentation) = Product-Market Fit on Demand Here's the step-by-step: 1. Use AI/software to categorize every single audience interaction by problem type. Build a heat map of pain points. 2. Create ultra-specific lead magnets for each major problem cluster. Think "5-Step Framework for Validating SaaS Ideas" not "Generic Startup Guide". I also use free communities as lead magnets. 3. Forget demographics. Segment by the problem they're trying to solve. Use ConvertKit to build dynamic segments that would make Zuck jealous. 4. Use AI to build rapid prototypes for top problem clusters. Test with your segmented lists for instant feedback. Your next cash-flowing business is probably stuck in a comment somewhere, just waiting for you to notice it. I accidentally built a startup factory at 2am. Happy I did. Sharing in case this is useful to anyone out there. The future of startups: 1. Be a content factory 2. Be a lead factory 3. Be a startup factoryshow more

Here's your blueprint for building in GTA 6 ecosystem... before it goes mainstream: the ideas on what to build in GTA 6 ecosystem went crazy, now let me show you HOW first, understand the size of what's coming: 1: GTA 5 generated over $8 billion in lifetime revenue 2: GTA Online alone pulls in $800 million per year just from in-game purchases analysts predict GTA 6 will hit $3.2B in YEAR ONE and one firm says $7.6B in the first 60 days this will be the biggest entertainment launch in history. not gaming. entertainment and do you know what happens in GTA 6 now??? no dominant servers. no established tools. no go-to creators. no infrastructure. NOTHING the people who build now will own categories for the next decade Steps which you can do RIGHT NOW: Step 1: Pick your lane there are 4 and you only need one: - Builder: tools, bots, dashboards for server owners - Operator: run a server, community, or paid service - Creator: clips, guides, streams, newsletters - Seller: digital assets (scripts, lore packs, voice packs, skins) if you code or use n8n → Builder if you're good with people → Operator if you already make content → Creator if you can write or design → Seller --------- Step 2: Learn the stack while nobody's watching - Lua basics (the language behind GTA mod frameworks) - how FiveM servers work (the architecture transfers to GTA 6) - Discord bot development (every server needs one) - AI tools you can plug in (Claude API, ElevenLabs, n8n) you don't need to master any of this you need to be 2 months ahead of everyone else that is the ADVANTAGE --------- Step 3: Join the communities forming right now the Discord servers and X accounts building for GTA 6 are tiny today join now. contribute. help server owners for free the people who show up early become the trusted names when 100M players flood in, those names become the gatekeepers in potential it's yours 6-7 figs + successful own community as the game will be launched lol, I know even the guys who buy PS5 to play in GTA in 6 months... the biggest gaming launch which EVER existed --------- Step 4: Ship ONE thing before launch Builder → Discord bot kit for RP servers Operator → niche RP server (racing league, police sim, business world) Creator → daily GTA 6 newsletter or TikTok clip page Seller → AI character backstory packs or NPC voice packs one product. shipped. before anyone else has one --------- Step 5: Build in public for 90 days post weekly progress on X, Tiktok, Youtube the person documenting the ecosystem for 3 months before launch will look like a veteran on day one by release you will have: - one shipped product - a small audience that trusts you - relationships with 10-20 other builders - enough knowledge to move fast while everyone else is still googling basics --------- CONCLUSION every platform shift follows the same pattern Roblox made devs millionaires. Fortnite paid creators $700M+. FiveM turned one Australian dev into Rockstar's official partner GTA 6 is the next one and it's BIGGER than all of them the difference? right now you're reading this before 99.9% of the world even thinks about it most people will download the game, play for 2 weeks, and go back to scrolling a small number will build inside the ecosystem while it's empty and own their lane for years nobody is talking about this not on youtube. not on linkedin. not in any newsletter this is one of the biggest builder opportunities of the decade hiding behind a video game i'm writing a full article on this right now: "How to build and monetize in GTA 6 ecosystem using AI (RESOURCES)" if this post gets 1,000 LIKES ❤️ i'll publish it next week follow so you don't miss it glshow more

🧵 Analysis: Why Jonathan Anderson’s reaction to Jimin at... Dior Fashion Week 2025 is so fascinating 👑✨ 1/ Jonathan Anderson is famously introverted and reserved. He usually maintains composure in public, letting his work speak for him rather than showing spontaneous emotion. 2/ At Dior S/S 2026, while Jonathan taking photos with his ambassador Jimin, Jonathan did something subtle but notable: he suddenly grabbed Jimin’s hands 😳💛 — a rare, unguarded gesture for someone with his personality. 3/ Why is this notable? According to research on human social bonding (Mayo Clinic 🧠), even introverts can show microgestures of connection when they experience strong admiration or emotional resonance. This can include touch, eye contact, or instinctive gestures. 4/ In this moment, Jonathan’s gesture wasn’t planned — it was a pure, human response to Jimin’s presence, showing that charisma and warmth can influence even the most reserved personalities. 5/ For fans, this is a perfect example of Jimin energy: he doesn’t just captivate the crowd, he can inspire rare, genuine reactions from the people around him 🥹🍑 6/ In short: Jonathan Anderson grabbing Jimin’s hands isn’t just cute — it’s a psychological peek into how human admiration works, amplified by Jimin’s presence 👑✨ Use these tags now Tags 🏷️ ⬇️ WELCOME HOME JIMIN DIOR GLOBAL AMBASSADOR JIMIN #JiminxDior #DiorSS26 #PFW #Jimin #ParkJimin #지민 #Dior Extra point: I feel like I’m a mix between Jonathan and Jimin. I can be outgoing, charming, and talkative like Jimin, but I’m still introverted because social interactions can drain me over time, and I need my alone time to recharge (lije Jonathan). So Introversion is really about energy management, not social ability.show more

I was in the Oval Office today for the... launch of the Invest America / Trump Accounts initiative. Here are my takeaways: 1. This program may have the most bipartisan support of anything I have ever seen. Everyone, regardless of political party, understands the power of giving young children money to compound over decades. 2. While the government and current administration should get immense credit for the program, there were many private citizens like Brad Gerstner, Michael Dell 🇺🇸 and others that persistently pursued the idea until it became reality. They quite literally changed the course of millions of lives with this idea. 3. It will quickly become a game of status for people to donate to fund the accounts. The Dell Family gave over $6 billion. SpaceX’s Gwynne Shotwell gave more than $300 million today. Brad Gerstner is adopting every child in the state of Indiana to give money to their accounts. The list goes on and on already… 4. Companies will begin making contributions core parts of their perk packages for employees. Corporations like Bank of America, JPMorgan, Robinhood and others have already announced these efforts. 5. The Oval Office is surprisingly small in size, but the historical significance of the room is palpable the second you walk into it. The President called it “the most important room in the world” today and I walked away thinking that was accurate. 6. This idea of Invest America accounts has become a magnet for the world’s most successful people. I saw Larry Fink, David Solomon, Lisa Su, and many other Fortune 500 CEOs in attendance for the Rose Garden lunch. It is hard for an idea to fail when this many people are behind it. 7. The Rose Garden was very nicely done. I had been to the White House before, but never to the Oval Office or the Rose Garden. Both seemed elevated compared to the rest of the White House and surrounding buildings. It sounds like the new ballroom will also be a modern structure that mirrors this elevated approach. 8. The staff and admin team in the White House are generous and genuine. Each person was kind, gracious, and seemed to be at the top of their game. Sometimes you go to places and are disappointed with the let down from your expectations, but this was not the case with the White House team. All professionals doing their job. 9. The media loves Trump way more than they let on publicly. Many of the mainstream hosts and anchors were joking around with him like it is one big club, while simultaneously laughing at his jokes and being much more friendly than I expected. He seems to be good for their business, so it makes sense why the public narrative and private interactions don’t appear to match. 10. I never thought I would see a day where NYSE 🏛 and Nasdaq collaborated on an event like this, including the ringing of both bells by one person at the same time. I guess anything is possible if kids are involved. Overall, this was an awesome experience. I know some people like this administration and some people don’t. I learned from Kevin O'Leary aka Mr. Wonderful to focus on policies, not politicians. And the Invest America accounts are objectively a great idea that will hopefully spread like wildfire in the years to come.show more
