No break rds! This is uppercuts from start to... end. With my coach here making sure I don’t get a breather! This feels like real training, I get to sweat & lose weight. In my previous fights I had to force feed myself to maintain the weight. Only real fighters know that after a hard training session you’re not hungry for a few hrs. Now I can relax then eat. I’m loving my preparation for this fight. Getting ready... for my title defense feels like traditional boxing preparation. You train hard, watch what you eat & get in shape. In the last 2yrs I was able to eat anything I wanted & more food than I needed to gain weight. Almost made it not feel like getting ready to fight. For me - nothing stimulates my chest more than... cables. I start with them and then finish with them. I was pretty toasted at the end of my workout so this was lighter weight and really pushing down more than out to really get that isolation and squeeze. I just love how it feels.show more

I think I’m close to a burn out. For... the last few weeks it feels like I haven’t been able to think. Let alone do deep work. My brain just draws a blank. Super frustrating. Even thinking what tiles I should put into our new house feels like too much already. The first few weeks I tried to force myself to work anyway. Obviously made it even worse. So, this week I decided I’m just going to take a break. Go on hikes, drive my bike, read books and play video games. I had this before and eventually it would go away. Made me realise though that I should put guards into place for the next time. Building a team is part of this. Focus on what I like to do and get help with all other tasks. It was my first time getting a proposal from a female character, so I cried. thanks guys for trying the demo! this feels different... from the initial demo that we pushed last year in the steam RTS fest. Back then, 95% of feedback was about "lack of tutorial". It made me sad because I didn't really enjoy the game back then and I felt that making a tutorial was pointless. this time, we still don't have a tutorial, only few minor objectives, and still got 10x more feedback. And real feedback from players that played a lot, some of them replayed the same mission many times. for the first time in almost 3 years, I feel confident about encouraging people to try Powerplay. And it will only get bigger and better from here, because I decided to finally end my solo developer era and finally get a partner to help me ship this motherfucker!
