Normal throws have a frame windows between 12-14 frames.... It seems in this scenario if you spam a normal throw after wall-slump db2 the opponent will get up in to a guaranteed throw at 14f. Can be crouched. Cool tech.show more

Have seen a lot of people saying the Tatis... throw shouldn’t have been cutoff last night. As the relay guy you line up in a perfectly straight line between the RF and the catcher. If the throw takes you too much in either direction you know the cut is needed. In this instance the throw took him a little too far to the left meaning the throw would’ve been too far up the line to have a chance. He made the right call to cut and relay it home. This is a perfect visual.show more

Brock Purdy did not look like his normal self... yesterday and made a handful of poor throws that ultimately hurt the team That being said, I still don’t have a problem with this throw Was it a perfect throw? No, but it’s not egregious either. Rusher in his face, identifies CMC breaking open and put it on him for a chance to bring it down Unfortunate tip turns into INT but there were many other throws worth nitpicking other than this one imo (🎥 Rich)show more

Feel how you wanna feel, but I’ll be damned... if this is a ball!! This is one of the best hitters if not the top hitter in the country you shouldn’t have to throw the ball over the heart of the plate to get a strike out. Umpires gotta be better.show more

Blitzcrank's tick throw pressure with kara command grab is... pretty scary at close range. He can do 2L 5L 5L and still be in range for kara command grab. 2M(1) or 2M(2) is also a really scary normal to do tick throw pressure with. #2XKO #2xko_blitzcrankshow more

When an infielder makes a play where he is... out of control, bounce the throw. This ensures the ball can be caught…The worst that can happen is the runner is safe at 1b and DP is still in play…trying to make the long perfect throw could lead to an overthrow or an in between hopshow more

Breakable Windows seem to use the same "Momentum storage"... system as when picking up Rampart Walls. So you can throw yourself through them and even if your melee is a bit late the game will be generous and still keep your momentum going.show more

Middle infielders: I’m a believer in taking the throw... from in-front of the bag on a stolen-base attempt. The main reason why: Catchers aren’t always going to put the ball on the bag. A common miss is arm side, causing the throw to tail towards first base. When you're in-front, you have freedom to move toward a bad throw without the runner sliding underneath or into you. You can catch it, make the tag, and potentially keep a bad throw from getting into center field. If you straddle the bag, your range can become limited once the runner starts sliding in. In order to do this, you must LET THE BALL TRAVEL Don't reach out, catch it early, and then bring your glove back to the runner. You're wasting valuable time. Let the ball travel over the bag and make a quick tag. If he's out → quick tag If he's safe → tag and HOLD IT. Give him a chance to come off the bag. Get in-front Let the ball travel Catch it late Tag quicklyshow more

This was such a cool, sneaky throw by Nate.... But it shows the weakness of a lot of judo/Greco-style throws in MMA: they’re built for the launch, not the landing. Perry easily scrambled on top.show more
