Normal throws have a frame windows between 12-14 frames. It seems in this scenario if you spam a normal throw after wall-slump db2 the opponent will get up in to a guaranteed throw at 14f. Can be crouched. Cool tech.

Have seen a lot of people saying the Tatis throw shouldn’t have been cutoff last night. As the relay guy you line up in a perfectly straight line between the RF and the catcher. If the throw takes you too much in either direction you know the cut is needed. In this instance the throw took him a little too far to the left meaning the throw would’ve been too far up the line to have a chance. He made the right call to cut and relay it home. This is a perfect visual.

Another RC slowdown bug, you can't throw 4 frame moves in slowdown anymore, for reference, you used to be able to throw 3f moves when they were still in the game lmao. You can throw 5f still, so this only impacts a few characters but brc implications in general have changed a lot

#COTW Throw OS: A/B~A+B Jab + throw tech OS. Can be done crouching or standing and with either A or B normals. Timing is a bit tight due to small throw tech window but you can tech throw and beat universal overhead with this.
