I believe the mistake most golfers make is that... they try to hit a straight ball. Hogan said hitting it straight was a “fluke”. If you aim up the right side and draw it or vice versa, then you make the fairway as big as possible. If you aim up the middle, you then you cut the fairway in half. This means a shot that draws too much ends up in the rough on the left and a ball that fades too much ends up in the right rough. on the topic of what constitutes "polish" - for... me it's about cleaning up those tiny blips and bugs that on their own can be missed or forgiven, but in aggregate give an impression of lower quality here, when the player enters a new area, the cutscene ends when Zayd comes to a standstill. If you're holding the stick, ready to run, he stops and then immediately starts running again, which causes this fraction-of-a-second pause in the animation. You can see it twice in this video - the first time when he enters the hut and pauses on the green carpet, and then again when he exits onto the deck. Ideally, if the player is holding the stick when the cutscene ends, Zayd won't come to a standstill, but instead will transition seamlessly from cutscene-running to player-controlled running. it's such a tiny visual glitch, and on its own not worth the 15 mins it will take me to fix it. I might even decide to not fix it after all. But this for me is a classic example of "polish"show more

Nazar is a real thing! A few days ago... I uploaded a picture of this car, and just after driving it for 2–3 days, the E20 petrol completely messed up the fuel system. The fuel pump gave up, the tank had to be drained, and now the engine has started misfiring with rough, unusual idling something that never happened before. This is a 1997 inline-4 petrol engine, and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen it behave like this. The older the vehicle, the more severe the impact of E20 seems to be. 4) Big yikes. I'm gonna defend Stowers and just... say that if the Eagles wanted a TE to do this, then they shouldn't have drafted him. Because he can't kick out the edge in the run game. He gets shoved back into the running lane. When I'm studying tight ends blocking, I often focus on willingness and physical strength. I don't care as much about technique. This is just bad, though. He slows down before hitting the edge defender as if he's fearing the contact.
