Boom! Grok Tasks Make It One Of The Most... POWERFUL Real-Time AI Systems In The World. — My How to Use Grok Tasks With Hidden Tools For Powerful Daily Output. Grok Tasks are customizable AI workflows that integrate a variety of tools to streamline daily activities, from research and analysis to creative planning and problem-solving. I have been using them for quite sometime and because of the vital heartbeat of news and first person data on X, it is the most powerful AI platform available. By combining Tasks with tools like web searches, X platform interactions, code execution, and media viewers, you can build efficient, automated processes. These tasks work by prompting Grok with a clear description of what you want to achieve, and Grok will intelligently call the necessary tools in sequence or parallel to deliver results. Here's a step-by-step guide to creating and using Grok Tasks: Step 1: Define Your Task Start by clearly outlining the daily activity or goal. Consider what inputs you have (e.g., a URL, a query, or an attachment) and what output you need (e.g., a summary, calculation, or visual analysis). Break it down into subtasks to identify tool needs. For example, if your task involves researching current events, note that you'll need search and browsing capabilities. Step 2: Review Available Tools Familiarize yourself with the tools Grok can access. Here's a quick overview: - Code Execution: Run Python code for calculations, data processing, or simulations using libraries like numpy, pandas, or sympy. - Browse Page: Fetch and summarize content from any website URL with custom instructions. - Web Search: Perform general internet searches, returning results with optional operators like site:. - Web Search With Snippets: Get quick, detailed excerpts from search results for fact-checking. - X Keyword Search: Advanced search for X posts using operators like from:, since:, or filter:. - X Semantic Search: Find semantically related X posts based on a query, with filters for dates or users. - X User Search: Locate X users by name or handle. - X Thread Fetch: Retrieve a full X post thread, including context like replies and parents. - View Image: Analyze an image from a URL or conversation ID. - View X Video: Extract frames and subtitles from an X-hosted video. - Search PDF Attachment: Query a PDF file for relevant pages using keyword or regex modes. - Browse PDF Attachment: View specific pages of a PDF with text and screenshots. Select tools that align with your task. Aim for a mix to handle data gathering, processing, and visualization. Step 3: Craft Your Prompt Write a detailed prompt to Grok describing the task. Include: - The overall goal. - Specific steps or subtasks. - References to tools if you want to guide the process (e.g., "Use web_search to find sources, then code_execution to analyze data"). - Any constraints, like dates or limits. Example prompt: "Create a Grok Task for my morning routine: Search recent X posts about tech news using x_keyword_search, fetch a key thread with x_thread_fetch, and summarize with browse_page on linked articles." Step 4: Submit and Interact Send your prompt to Grok. It will process the task by calling tools as needed, often in parallel for efficiency. Review the output and refine with follow-up prompts if required (e.g., "Expand on that using view_image for visuals"). Iterate to fine-tune the workflow for reuse. Step 5: Save and Reuse Once refined, note the prompt as a template for future use. You can adapt it for similar tasks, making Grok Tasks a habitual part of your day. Finding Grok Tasks To discover existing Grok Tasks or inspiration for new ones, use X searches with tools like x_keyword_search or x_semantic_search (e.g., query: "Grok Tasks examples" with mode: Latest). Browse community-shared threads via x_thread_fetch, or web_search for tutorials on xAI features. Prompt Grok directly: "Show me popular Grok Tasks for productivity." 1 of 3show more

Grok Bot is officially available in Tesla vehicles! I... had early access for my Grok Bot team to be integrated directly inside my Cybertruck with the help of the SpaceXAI and Cursor team. And this is truly one of those things that’s hard to fully understand the power of it until you actually lived with it. It’s the same Grok Voice experience you already know in your Tesla… no separate app is needed. When you’re signed into Grok, your Grok Bots are right there and you can talk directly with all of them with just your voice. So today, Tesla FSD was driving me. I said, “Hey Grok.” Then I talked to my CEO bot like I would talk to someone working for me. I told it what I wanted for dinner tonight: 1/ Blueberries 2/ Strawberries 3/ Ribeye 4/ Shrimp 5/ And taco night for my family of four. That was it. I didn’t sit there searching for every single ingredient. I didn’t open Amazon and start building a cart item by item. I just explained what I wanted. Then, my CEO bot routed the job. My Chef bot figured out what we needed for taco night. Then my Amazon Cart Builder bot started putting the cart together and choosing the best items based on my purchase history. And while all of that was happening… FSD drove me to the gym and parked itself. I went inside and worked out. My bots kept working. And by the time I was finished, the cart was ready for me. I opened it. Looked everything over. Then I just clicked Order. Grok Bot + Tesla FSD completely removed all the manual work in between that would have wasted part of my day researching building a grocery list, getting the Amazon cart ready, and manually driving to my destination. And THAT was the wow moment for me… I just talked to Grok. FSD drove. I worked out. My Grok Bot team handled the busy work. When I finished the gym, the cart was simply just waiting for my approval. And all I had to do was click order. (btw you can make your Grok Bot place the order automatically as well, but I’m super picky with my food so mine are specifically built so I review it at the end). With this technology, you’re no longer opening five different apps and doing every tiny step yourself. You just tell your team what you want with your voice. They go work on it. You go live your life. The biggest upgrade here is that Grok Bot + Tesla FSD is giving us back the one thing we can never make more of… TIME. Grok Bot handles the work. Tesla FSD handles the drive. I get my time back. This is really the future… I’m glad people will be able to try out Grok Bot integrated with their Teslas today… this is truly life-changing technology.show more

If you have lagging Arms and bringing them up... to par is your TOP PRIORITY… I’d recommend doing something like this each week: Upper A • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” • 2-3 sets of Supinated Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support Upper B (Performed 3-4 days after Upper A) • 2-3 sets of Dip Machine • 2-3 sets of Machine or Cable Preacher Curls • 2-3 sets of “The GREATEST Triceps exercise known to man” OR Machine or Cable Overhead Extensions • 2-3 sets of Hammer Grip Curls w/ Upper Arm Support This will result in you doing somewhere between 8-12 sets of direct Bicep and Tricep work per week Low likelihood you need any more volume than that to improve your Arms mightily if following the notes below: 1) The ideal rep range to be using when performing the exercises mentioned is the 5ish to 10ish rep range — Choose a weight you can do for 5, 6, 7 reps @ 0-2 RIR…once you can do that weight for 8, 9, 10ish reps, increase the load by 5ish pounds 2) You should perform all reps of all the listed exercises with a controlled (but not overly slow) eccentric and an explosive (but still controlled) concentric 3) You should perform these exercises very early in your workout to ensure they are as efficient/effective as possible — If you perform them later on, you will not get as robust a growth stimulus from the sets because of the outstanding fatigue that will be present from the earlier sets/exercises in your workout Additional notes: - You may sub any of these exercises for comparable exercises due to preferences and/or equipment availability — Ex: Dip Machine subbed for Weighted Dips - I probably forgot something that I should’ve mentioned…if I think of it I’ll drop it in the post belowshow more

UPDATE 3: IMPORTANT PLEASE SHARE!!!🩷 update 1 and 2... I will link in the comments if you missed them. Video 1: Meeting with my local MP Abtisam Mohamed who will be introducing me to Richard Leslie Winter's local MP Dr Marie Tidball MP re his 'safety'. We discussed the following meeting with Andy Burnham in person now that he is PM not Mayor/PCC for GM/GMP re his promises that he has not delivered on. Letters from Greater Manchester Police South Yorkshire Police West Yorkshire Police (GMP is not my first rodeo sadly) to confirm that there will be ZERO cross force retaliation... others forces please take note. Intel received via an alleged GMP whistleblower (see other updates 1 & 2 in comments as partially fact checked by me and GMP's 101). Video 2: Richard Leslie Winter and Blue the dog to show that I ain't fucking 'normal' because 'normal' means being a sex offender and protecting sex offenders. I am weird and proud so get fucked officials and trolls. Video 3: Just for the IOPC and the cover up crew and I have PM Andy Burnham on record admitting IOPC were useles hence offering me 'OTHER AVENUES'... as you know Andy failed to deliver. This video is shit quality as apparently I have 'drug induced psychosis' on a serious note I had a crying session in car so looked like utter shyt😂🙄🖕🏽 If this makes sense to people as in the general public then you are my people and thank you for keeping me and Rich safe. Help me keep him more than me safe. Just RT, like or comment. If you still don't know my baseline personality after over 5 years of me campaigning... well I truly despair... Thank you for reading and watching all the same...I have simplified everything the best I can 🩷🙂 Update 4 coming soon.... Abtisam Mohamed please do your best and this update is not directed at you OR Dr Marie Tidball MP #trauma #waffleshow more

Had two loops yesterday - both good - that... couldn't have been more different than one another. Loop 1: Older guys playing forward tees (still too long for them). Quiet personalities. Mid to high handicappers visibly frustrated after poor shots or outcomes. A bit overwhelmed by difficulty of the course. Loop 2: Four players all capable of hitting around 300 yards (one dude seemed closer to 330ish - I posted video below of him hitting 3 wood on 10 so he didn't hit it over the green on 320 yard uphill par 4). All sub 5 handicaps. Didn't get frustrated once. Took everything in stride. Boisterous. Very outgoing. Thought the course was fair and easier than other Dye courses. When I go to the bag drop I don't know what I'm gonna get. It's like a little lottery. I love the variety of players - keeps things fresh. Who will I get today? Happy Tuesday, Friends! Rooting for you!show more

I was in Poland on work for a week... about 3 weeks ago. The factory i was visiting was a big machine shop and was in a village in the middle of nowhere. The factory was not located in a dedicated industrial area or anything like that. There were residences around too. They had uninterrupted 3-phase power and functional roads. Workers were from nearby villages and towns. Dear Narendra Modi sir, Ashwini Vaishnaw and Piyush Goyal If we have to industrialise, we need to liberalise land laws. Please enable SMEs with investment less than 10 crores and which dont harm the environment to buy land and setup factories in villages in whatever land they can get hold of. The biggest road blocks to do it are a plethora of permissions needed, land conversion laws and uninterrupted 3-phase power. We need 3-phase electrification all over the country as urgently as we need highways. Enabling industrialisation in villages will help keep the capital costs low and accelerate manufacturing entrepreneurship. It will help in equipping our youth with skills and jobs closer to home, it will help declog cities and improve the quality of life for millions. By the way, 👇 was the drive to work everyday there and this is very much possible in India too.show more

Honestly, I hate that I even have to say... this, but seeing people use one single fancam to claim Sana “can’t dance” is genuinely ridiculous. Y’all, for everyone dragging Sana because of one video from the 73rd THIS IS FOR tour show, I think it’s important to look at the full context before judging her dancing ability. First of all, Sana had been dealing with a cold, flu, and cough for over a month at that point, which can definitely affect stamina and performance consistency during a 2–3 hour concert. There are also several factors that can make the dancing look less smooth in that particular fancam: 1. Outfit If you’ve watched other fancams from this black outfit era, Sana was adjusting her outfit quite often on stage because it seemed to shift, slip, or sit unevenly at times. An uncomfortable outfit can naturally affect movement and make a performer more cautious. 2. Camera tracking The camera appears to follow her movements slightly late. Even a small delay can make smooth transitions look jerky or abrupt when viewed on video. 3. Awkward zoom distance The fancam isn’t zoomed out enough to show the full choreography, but it’s also not close enough to focus on facial expressions. Because of that, viewers end up focusing mostly on body transitions and posture, which can make movements look harsher than they actually are. 4. Phone camera limitations High-energy movements recorded on a phone can suffer from motion blur, stabilization issues, and frame-rate limitations. Sharp movements that look clean in person can appear choppy or less fluid on video. 5.Stamina This was already the 73rd show of the tour. Performing the same demanding choreography for dozens of concerts while dealing with illness can affect anyone’s energy level. And if this one clip is enough to convince you that Sana “can’t dance,” then I encourage you to watch other performances of Right Hand Girl from different angles and different outfits. Looking at a performer’s overall body of work will always give a more accurate picture than judging them from a single fancam. One fancam does not erase years of consistently solid performances.show more

Bit of end of cycle / start of year... testing AKA gym yap Front Squat 140kg: Very happy with this given I've only been back squatting for 9 weeks, and that's the longest cycle I've been able to string together in like 5+ years. I can technically call this a PB since it was beltless, sleeveless and less fat bodyweight so over the moon here. Backsquats of any nature keep tweaking my lower back so gonna stick with fronts for the rest of the year. Bench 140kg: Ive done this a lot in the last 10 years, but I was always 105kg bodyweight or more. So to do it at 97kg is a big win. Pressing power has been feeling horrible for the last year or so and I couldn't figure out a good programme, so happy that it's finally clicked again. Deadlift 200kg: Tweaked my lower back 3 times last year and put a lot of effort into fixing it up and strengthening it. 200 was easy so I did attempt 220kg but as soon as it left the ground either I would have failed or had a 10 second grind on my hands so decided to just not risk it. Goal for last year was to get healthy enough to be able to train the deadlift again and I achieved that so despite being far from my best of 262.5kg I've very pleased Ive been able to get to a position where I can train it again without headaches or lower back tweaks. OHP 80kg: Haven't trained OHP in a year or more, and stopped doing behind the neck press 3 months ago when I started benching more, so just wanted to do this for fun. Bit off my best of 95kg but its funny how much strength you retain without even doing a vertical press. Cutting down to 90kg again over the next 2-3 months then will see where I can take these over the rest of the year. No real numbers in mind, just happy to be able to train hard.show more

Back in 2023 the dump came within 2–3 days... and landed on Sunday, exactly like yesterday. Bitcoin pumped 1.20% on Sunday and then dumped, as you can see in the picture after the video. Tonight there was no difference, exact same time, 10pm to 2am. If this pattern keeps confirming, Bitcoin could still see $75,000 range today before continuing the start of a massive rally. Measured from the Sunday dump, Bitcoin broke out 1 day and 16 hours later and pumped 17% in nearly 4 days. If the pattern continues this precisely, the breakout could happen Tuesday afternoon. $87,000 looks next to me, followed by a drop into October. This thesis only holds if there is no rejection in the $83,000 range. Since this is a high-timeframe (1W) pattern, delays or deviations may occur on lower timeframes than 1W. It doesn't necessarily mean it has to happen again! " If the pattern continues this precisely, the last dump can rather be expected into Monday. A move toward $75,500 would not be unrealistic there, before it heads toward $87,000 afterward. I will add more to my long position between $73k and $75.5k. " bitcoin:nativeshow more

Hills I will die on as someone who has... coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!show more

Interview : which was happened before a 5-6yrs span... ‘ where Trisha rates 20/100 for Thalapathy ‘ Everything got changed in the last 3-4 years, where she acts like she’s very close with Vijay & she rates him more kind off As everyone knows, she’s cunning & smart, in fact she has confirmed that she has political interest in early 2000s interview itself before Thalapathy, also she’s a big follower of Late CM Jayalalithaa, she was having a cover pic of Jayalalithaa for a long. She wants to become another Jayalalithaa in TN, the funny part is she don’t even speak Tamil fluently, based out of Tamil soil & hesitates to speak Tamil due to fluency issues In last 5 years Trisha was back to limelight, all of sudden she got very good projects, also with many top stars, we know the reason behind every moves. Not sure, how Thalapathy gonna deal this snake around him, he has been dealing a lot snakes already, if he can be over smart than her & deals her correctly, that’s good for him or else she will destroy his political career for her own benefits. There’s one thing you need to know about this... idol: she’s not just anybody in Korea. She’s genuinely very popular and well-known there, and I think people sometimes forget just how much presence she has in the Korean industry. And something I’ve noticed is that there are SO many male idols who are fans of her. Like, a LOT. Some of them have openly said it or shown it, while others clearly admire her from a distance without ever really saying much. And honestly, I can see why 😭 Jay Park once talked about how, when he first met Hwasa, he thought she was very reserved and hard to read. Later he realized she was just shy around people she didn’t know. Hwasa herself has also talked about the difference between “Hwasa” on stage : confident, bold, intimidating even 8and Ahn Hye-jin, who is actually much more timid and girly. So I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised if there are tons of idols who admire her but are too intimidated to approach her 😭 And that’s exactly why I always think about that Hoshi moment. You could literally see him wanting to go over and greet her, but he stayed at a distance and looked so shy 😭 Like sir, I KNOW you wanted to say hi. And the funny thing is, my queen is actually such a little smiling princess underneath all that 😭 She’s naturally more introverted and soft, and now that she’s with P NATION, we get to see that side of her so much more. She’s constantly smiling, laughing and showing this side that a lot of people probably never got to see before. Honestly, it makes me so happy seeing her this comfortable and genuinely happy. 🥹show more

oh this will sting so much im not ready... 😮💨 #เสน่หาวาโย *SPOILERS* :') . . . "wayo" "blew" "karel told me you wanted to see me" "yes. i wanted to see you once more. not as princess catherine... just as blew. i'm leaving for thailand" "i know. karel told me about the change in your plans. don't worry—he'll handle everything" "so... this is really how our story ends, like a fairytale with no happy ending?" catherine looked into the eyes of the woman who spoke to her in such quiet, broken voice—full of so much unspoken emotion. and in those eyes, she saw the reflection of her own shaken soul. "i'm sorry, wayo" her voice, heavy with guilt and sorrow, fell softly. she lowered her gaze—unable to look at the pain, the disappointment, the heartbreak in wayo's eyes. and part of her was afraid—afraid that her own sorrow, equally deep, would be seen. that the one who loved her most might refuse to let their story end. but they couldn't go on. there was never a path for the two of them to walk together. even if it was brief, catherine would never forget the memories, the feelings that she had never experienced with anyone else before. even if the love couldn't be. even if they couldn't be. she would carry her love for wayo quietly, within the depths of her own heart... "from now on, i want you to live your life well—even without me. and i'll do the same. i'll live and fulfill my duties the best i can" "so you can really forget everything we had?" "no matter how long, i promise i'll never forget the story and memories of phatpha and wind" "is there any way... we can go back to being wind and phatpha?" "i can't be selfish and pursue my own happiness—not when so many lives have been sacrificed. in madelin, i have so many duties i can't turn my back on. at the very least... think of it this way—when helena, the fake princess, left this world... i died in your heart, too. because phatpha is gone from wind's world... and will never return" at last, the truth wayo had dreaded came to pass. all the time she spent waiting, trying to delay the inevitable, had been in vain. she couldn't hold on to the heart she loved or the hand she once held. "you know... it feels like you just broke up with me, blew" "wayo..." "and this love... it hurts more than anything i've ever known. because i got my heart broken... without even being yours" catherine watched tears spill from wayo's reddened eyes, the pain too much to contain. her heart felt crushed—shattered into fragments just as wayo's heart. if the pieces of their hearts were scattered by the wind across this garden, no one would ever know whose heartbreak hurt more. "i love you. this will be the last time i ever say it—even if you never loved me back. goodbye forever, princess catherine" wayo bowed her head in respect to the noble princess catherine, her farewell words cutting deeper into the wounds of her heart—so deep - it was almost unbearable. but life had to go on. just like now, as she forced her weakened legs to move forward, while the princess walked away, back to her rightful place. the distance between them stretched farther with each step until it was far beyond reach. just like their hearts—never meant to walk side by side...show more

I started in video games, spent 12 years in... Hollywood, then walked away in 2020— still in my late 30s and considered one of the best digital matte painters and concept artists in the industry. Worked on The Hunger Games, The Mandalorian, Westworld, Game of Thrones, Hugo, The Amazing Spider-Man, and 5 Fast & Furious films, etc. Over 30 credits to my name. Now I watch my friends panic about AI taking their jobs. But I’ve seen this before. Old-school matte painters hated us when we moved from glass to digital. We were “ruining the craft.” Now my generation is doing the same thing with AI instead of embracing it. Here’s the truth: AI won’t make Hollywood bigger. It’ll make it better. For the first time, creative people don’t need permission, budgets, or gatekeepers to bring ideas to life. Small teams. Less suits. More originality. This feels like when I first opened Photoshop—with one layer. We’re early. And in the end, more people will create than ever before. The process changed but the results will be better imo. For example, I spent 3 months on this matte painting. Now with ai, it can be done in 2 weeks. 👇🏽show more

Kiya, my 8 year old mini poodle, has suffered... seizures since she got a rabies vaccine at age 1 when she was spayed. The seizures are getting less frequent and way less severe but the worst one 4 years ago left her so disoriented she never walked for two days. 😥 She did get the parvo vaccine from the breeder before I got her at 8 weeks but parvo usually only affects puppies before their livers are mature and rarely affects a mature dog. Family members look after our pets if we are away so never any need for vaccines like kennel cough. The breeder had actually advised against the rabies vax as small breeds can have negative reactions to it. I so wish I had said no to it when the vet said she should get it at one year. Seriously how many Old Yellars are there getting rabies, anyway? So, our 3 year old mini poodle, Ginny has had zero vaccines and is the healthiest livewire, so full of energy and happiness. I do all my own grooming but live in rural Saskatchewan where groomers don't ask anyway. Video is a mild seizure she had January 2024 that was over in about 10 minutes, but she is always disoriented for hours after. Sad.show more

Strength work for Leadville 100 💪 Over the years,... I have felt judged by the research--my strength routines were limited to a few minutes at a time, while everyone was screaming at me from their Abstracts that I needed to do way more. I noticed two big problems whenever I committed to more resistance training: 1. I'd carry around soreness even after the initial adaptation window, likely corresponding to high CK levels and some background inflammation. Either way, it would reduce running economy on subsequent running training days, and every training day counts. Split squats are the ultimate offender--an exercise that I know I should be doing, but I can't without feeling like Forrest Gump after he was shot in the butt. 2. I just wouldn't do it. Oops. With lots of guessing and testing, I developed this routine, which I'd do after my easy run on Sunday (before a Monday rest day), and sometimes after my workout on Wednesday (if I felt like it): 1. Three Minute Mountain Legs, working up to 100 single-leg step-ups (I think step-ups in particular are a magic exercise for running uphill. But remember, magic is not equal to science): 2. Back squats, 2 sets of 10 (135 pounds for me, which I make look like 800 pounds in this video. The 17-year old me who played football would laugh so hard) 3. Back extensions, 2 sets of 30, engaging glutes and hamstrings 4. Single-leg calf raises, 1 set of 100 on each leg, with a 35 pound dumbbell 5. Every day, I do the 2-minute Core Snack routine 1-3 times. My core strength is one of my best attributes for ultras, and I can do the Core Snack with our toddler Leo. I also do daily band work before running (bandz a make me dance): That's it! I also foam roll and stretch daily (don't tell the researchers, but I am a tight boi and as soon as I stop stretching, I get hurt). The lesson is not to do this particular routine, but that strength training for runners can be based on individual needs. And I personally think that routines should be short and efficient for both performance (limiting breakdown) and adherence (limiting me from being a lazy little punk). Find what works for you, do it 1-2 times per week year round (on top of some daily supportive work), and don't feel the need to pursue progressive overload. It's not about getting stronger and stronger (unless you're into that sort of thing for its own sake, which I think will sacrifice some running growth). It's about supporting performance and health 🧡show more
