🚨 Weigh in 25 🚨 Frank was 530+ pounds... in 2016 (scale couldn’t go higher). He fluctuated between 290-295 pounds all month. 80-90% of people who lose 20+ pounds, regain it within 1-5 years. Frank has lost 10X that and remains fully locked in on his walks 2+ years in. I remind him constantly, how impressive his follow through has been. He’s noticeably quicker and more dangerous when ranting with hammer fists, particularly on sidewalks. It’s actually becoming a liability. I have no doubt he is building muscle and also carrying 30-50 pounds of excess skin, which could drop him as low as 250 when removed. With that said, Frank can certainly improve on diet. That has been the juggernaut. He can’t be complacent, he’s gotta push harder. Here are the results from weigh in 22: ◦297.8 pounds - Frank has lost 225+ pounds since his all time high ◦Blood sugar: A1C is 5.7% down from 11.1% (years of life expectancy 12+ 📈) Accepting the fact that “stress eating” is not a valid excuse for undermining hard work is critical. Frank easily gets stressed and he has to stop turning to food in those moments, especially when he’s alone. He’s been crushing his walks and exercise. He’s the lightest he’s been since the 1990’s and he is capable of doing things he never thought was possible. For example, catching a pass from Eli Manning last week and running down a football field. Best of all, it is inspiring others.
