🌐 Top news of the week from the Ultima... ecosystem! ▶️ THE THIRD ULTIMA HALVING IS ON THE HORIZON — GET READY FOR A NEW GROWTH PHASE! There’s very little time left until the third ULTIMA halving, scheduled for January 2026! This event will become a powerful driver of growth and development, not only for the ULTIMA coin, but for the entire ecosystem as well. After the halving, only 6 ULTIMA coins will be entering the market, significantly increasing scarcity and laying the foundation for future growth. Limited supply combined with a clear development strategy is making the coin increasingly in demand among crypto enthusiasts worldwide. Now is the perfect time to take action and secure as many ULTIMA as possible! 🚀 ▶️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELEGATING KEY RESOURCES Starting December 27, 2025, the resource delegation feature in SMART Wallet and UWallet has been completely disabled, including ULTIMA delegation in UWallet. This decision is related to stricter international regulatory requirements in many countries, especially across Europe. Delegating key resources between users while receiving rewards may be considered a regulatory violation. This is an important step toward technological stability and strengthening the ULTIMA rate ahead of the third halving. Had an awesome time with Mark Haywood and the... $edm.v team on the site tour! The DFO permit is a near term major catalyst, which upon receiving will be followed by the final production decision. The water at the polishing pond after the tailings pond is astoundingly clean and loaded with fish, and tested as much cleaner than the water of the local streams and rivers. DFO permits are very rarely not granted, and $EDM.v's thoroughness and hard work is sure to be rewarded. The provincial government of Nova Scotia is also very supportive of the project and is eager to see them enter production. EDM's cash flow for next year will likely be greater than the current mcap, only to continue ramping up to double or greater than the current mcap. Very few juniors are this close to cash flow with such a small capex needed for restart, which will be financed with debt and paid back in around half a year. $edm.v should be 3-4x higher now, at 0.5x NPV, and even higher once the DFO permit is received this summer, 0.7-0.8x NPV. Right now we are trading near 0.10-0.15x NPV when you adjust for the DMS update, current metal prices, as well as doubled Gypsum prices, which is crazy cheap for how advanced the project is. Another impression from the tour is how solid and well made the 2700tpd mill is. It was built by Imperial Oil, a multi billion dollar company, who put in a lot of extras. There are about 5-10m CAD in replacement and maintainence parts on site from the previous opperators, still in original packaging. All of this is just the base case projection, it doesn't include the $gold optionality. Once the mine is in production and the main put is drained, they can go back to where the last producers will pulling ore and resuming mining high grade gold, which left off at 20k to 60k ounces a year based on a rough back calculation from the left over concentrates. This gold is proven via production and recovery, its absolutely there, and the team is actively working on defining the extent and quantities of it. 🚨 WARNING: SOMETHING BAD WILL HAPPEN IN 48 HOURS!!... Today, Axios and other sources confirmed: "The White House expects a final response from Iran within 48 hours." Trump also confirmed that the deal is "VERY POSSIBLE." But he added one phrase that changed EVERYTHING: "IF THEY DON’T AGREE, WE WILL START BOMBING." If you hold any assets: - Stocks - Crypto - Bonds - US dollar You MUST read this post before it’s too late: Despite Trump’s optimism, the devil is in the details, which make signing almost unrealistic. NUCLEAR ULTIMATUM The US demands a full transfer of enriched uranium stockpiles to the States and the shutdown of all underground facilities. For Iran, this is equal to total capitulation. That’s why Abbas Araghchi and Khamenei can’t approve it right now. ISRAELI Israel insists on a "Libyan scenario" (complete disarmament), which Tehran will never agree to voluntarily. Markets are currently pricing in a PEACEFUL OUTCOME. That’s exactly what makes them extremely VULNERABLE. On deal expectations, Brent oil dropped to $102. BUT if, in 48 hours, instead of a signature, missiles start flying, we’ll see an instant vertical move to $140-160. Because a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz will resume. JUST IMAGINE: 160 PER BARREL. Gold and silver will spike ABNORMALLY at that moment. Investors do not believe in long-term growth and fear an inflation shock. The stock market right now is holding on by a thread. A deal failure will trigger a wave of liquidations, as hopes for Fed rate cuts (which are only possible with cheap oil) will instantly evaporate. If Iran rejects the terms, which is most likely given the harsh uranium demands, the 48-hour window will close with the start of a MASSIVE ESCALATION. This sounds SCARY, but I will keep you updated on everything here. When I rotate money, I will post my moves here so my FOLLOWERS can SAVE their money. Follow me and turn NOTIFICATIONS ON, as I will share my strategy soon. Many will regret not following me earlier...show more

🚨 OPERATIONAL UPDATE: ISRAEL U.S. WAR WITH IRAN -... Reporting Window: Last 24 Hours The last 24 hours reinforce the structure that has been developing across the war. Activity remained steady across Iran, Israel, Lebanon, and the Gulf, with no single breakthrough moment but continued pressure applied across every layer of the conflict. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✈️ STRIKES INSIDE IRAN Strikes continued across multiple areas inside Iran, including Tehran, Shiraz, Kermanshah, and Ahvaz. The targeting profile remains consistent with recent days, focused on systems tied to weapons development and military sustainment. In Tehran, reporting points to continued strikes on military-industrial infrastructure, including: *⃣ Weapons production and research facilities *⃣ Infrastructure around Mehrabad Airport *⃣ Sites linked to Iran’s advanced weapons programs, including SPND-related supply nodes There are also indications that some of these locations had secondary roles, including use by Basij-linked personnel. That aligns with the broader pattern of targeting not just hardware, but the networks that support it. The key point in this 24 hour window is continuity. The same categories of targets are being hit repeatedly, suggesting an effort to ensure these systems are not just damaged, but unable to recover quickly. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚀 IRANIAN RESPONSE Iran continues to respond. Current intelligence assessments indicate that roughly half of Iran’s missile launchers remain intact, along with a large drone inventory. At the same time, the operational pattern remains limited. Iran is still launching missiles and conducting attacks, but still not at the scale seen earlier in the war. The response appears to rely on: *⃣ Smaller salvos rather than sustained barrages *⃣ Continued willingness to strike civilian-adjacent targets *⃣ Expansion of pressure beyond Israel itself This reflects pressure on launch systems and coordination, not a lack of overall capability. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔥 LEBANON FRONT The Lebanon front remained active during this window, with both ground and air components continuing. Israeli forces carried out a targeted ground operation in southern Lebanon, resulting in direct engagement with Hezbollah fighters. Reporting indicates: *⃣ Israeli troops pushed deeper into southern لبنان *⃣ Hezbollah operatives were killed in close-quarters combat *⃣ Additional strikes were carried out against infrastructure using air, naval, and ground assets This is consistent with ongoing efforts to shape the immediate border area and reduce launch capability from southern Lebanon. At the same time, the front remains contained geographically, but active in terms of daily engagement. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌍 GULF AND REGIONAL ACTIVITY Regional expansion continues to be one of the most consistent elements of the war. Over the last 24 hours, Iranian attacks again targeted Gulf infrastructure, including: *⃣ A Kuwaiti oil refinery and desalination facility *⃣ Additional aerial threats across UAE airspace, including ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones *⃣ Civilian injuries linked to interception and debris in the UAE These are functional targets tied to energy and water systems, reinforcing the broader strategy of applying pressure beyond Israel. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚓ STRAIT OF HORMUZ Hormuz remains central to the strategic picture. Developments in this window include: *⃣ Ongoing discussions among multiple countries regarding how to reopen and secure the strait *⃣ Continued Iranian signaling around its ability to influence maritime traffic *⃣ Early indications of mediation channels involving Oman There is no resolution here yet, but the focus on Hormuz is becoming more operational and less theoretical. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚠️ IRAQ Iraq emerged more clearly in this window the last 24 hours as a continued potential point of escalation. The U.S. embassy issued a warning that Iran-aligned militias could conduct attacks in Baghdad within 24 to 48 hours, with potential targets including: *⃣ Diplomatic facilities *⃣ Commercial and infrastructure sites *⃣ Areas frequented by U.S. personnel This aligns with the broader pattern of pressure expanding through proxy channels when direct options are constrained. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📌 WHAT MATTERS MOST RIGHT NOW The structure of the war remains stable, but fully active: *⃣ Inside Iran, strikes continue to focus on production and sustainment systems *⃣ Iran retains significant capability, but is operating under constraints *⃣ Lebanon remains an active front with ongoing ground and air operations *⃣ The Gulf is consistently targeted, particularly energy and infrastructure systems *⃣ Iraq is showing early signs of becoming more active through proxy activity ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🧠 MY ASSESSMENT This 24-hour window of time does not introduce a new dynamic. It confirms the current one. Israel is continuing to apply pressure across the systems that allow Iran to produce and coordinate military activity. Iran is continuing to respond within its constraints while expanding pressure across the region where it can. The result is a conflict that is not concentrated in one place, but distributed across multiple active fronts at once. That remains the defining characteristic of the war right now.show more

This is real gun camera footage from a P-51... Mustang, chasing a German Bf 109 down to the treetops until it goes down in flames. The American pilot flying it, Lt John Kirla, shot down five enemy planes in a single day, becoming an ace in one mission. This footage captures one of his victories over a Bf 109. This is his story.. From Trainee to the Yoxford Boys John Kirla was not a born fighter ace. He was an ordinary young American who had come up through flight training in Texas, graduating at the start of 1944. He learned his trade on trainers, moved up to fighters, and got just 15 hours in the P-51 Mustang before being sent to England as a replacement pilot. He joined the 362nd Fighter Squadron of the 357th Fighter Group, a unit based at Leiston that was already becoming a legend. The 357th was the first group in the Eighth Air Force fully equipped with the Mustang, and it would go on to produce more aces than any other fighter group in the Eighth, including Chuck Yeager and Bud Anderson. Kirla was the newest pilot in a squadron already filled with experienced aces. His job was to escort American bombers deep into Germany and protect them from the Luftwaffe. On November 27 1944, he got the day that would define him. Five Victories in One Mission That morning the 357th ran headlong into a massive swarm of German fighters trying to get at the bombers. Kirla's flight dropped their fuel tanks and dived straight into the middle of it. Almost immediately, the fight became a swirling, low-level brawl of Mustangs, Messerschmitts, and Focke-Wulfs twisting across the sky. Kirla picked out his first target and opened fire, and from that moment he did not stop hunting. In his own account, he spotted a Bf 109 that was attacking an American bomber. He went after it, closed to just 30 yards, and when the German threw his fighter into a tight barrel roll straight down toward the ground, Kirla stayed glued to his tail and, in his words, clobbered him all over until he went down. An Ace in a Day He kept finding more. Again and again through that wild, sprawling fight, Kirla latched onto an enemy aircraft and did not let go. At one point he watched a German fighter shoot down one of his fellow Mustang pilots right in front of him, and closed in for revenge. As he described it afterward, he opened fire, saw pieces start to fly off the enemy aircraft, and watched it fall out of the sky like a leaf drifting to the ground. Rather than breaking away and climbing back to safety, Kirla chased his targets down low, following them almost to the ground, the fighters weaving over villages and treetops until the enemy aircraft finally went down. By the time the fight was over, John Kirla had shot down five German aircraft in a single mission. He had become an ace in a day, one of the relatively few American fighter pilots to achieve that in a single mission. The Mustang That Changed the Air War The Mustang was the aircraft that made days like Kirla's possible. The P-51 combined long range, high speed, and deadly firepower, and it could follow the bombers all the way to their targets and fight the German fighters on equal or better terms. By the end of the war, P-51 groups had claimed close to 5,000 enemy aircraft shot down, about half of all American air-to-air kills in the European theater. Kirla's own group, the 357th, became the top-scoring Mustang group in the Eighth Air Force. Flying one of the finest escort fighters of the war, men like Kirla helped turn the tide of the air war over Germany. The gun-camera film rolling every time he pressed the trigger captured it all, including the footage you are watching. John Kirla's Legacy John Kirla flew on to the end of his combat tour and finished the war as a double ace, credited with 11 and a half enemy aircraft destroyed in the air. He was awarded the Silver Star and the Distinguished Flying Cross for his courage in the skies over Europe. He had gone from a trainee with a handful of hours in a Mustang to one of the deadliest fighter pilots in one of the deadliest fighter groups of the war, in the span of a single year. The footage of his Mustang chasing a Bf 109 down to the trees is only a few seconds long. But behind those few seconds is a young American who climbed into a fighter, dove into a swarm of the enemy, and shot down five of them before the day was out. This was the story of John Kirla. I post a story like this every single day. Most people never see them. Follow so you don't miss the next one.show more

🚨 OPERATIONAL UPDATE: ISRAEL U.S. WAR WITH THE ISLAMIC... REPUBLIC - Reporting Window: LAST 24 HOURS • Iranian missiles struck Tel Aviv and northern Israel, causing injuries and structural damage • Israel expanded strikes across Iran, including Tehran, Tabriz, Isfahan, Bandar Abbas, and missile infrastructure sites • U.S.–Israel strikes hit senior PMF infrastructure in Iraq, killing key commanders • Reported strikes on Iranian gas infrastructure in Isfahan and Khorramshahr signal a potential shift toward energy targeting • Lebanon intensified with evacuations, Rashidiya strikes, and continued Hezbollah fire • Trump abruptly pivoted to negotiations with Iran and extended the Hormuz deadline, delaying a major escalation The past 24 hours were not defined by a single headline event, but by a combination of very real battlefield activity and a sudden political shift at the top level. On the ground, the war remained active across every front: Israel, Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, and the Gulf. At the same time, the expected U.S. escalation tied to Hormuz did not happen. Instead, Washington pivoted toward negotiations, with Trump claiming talks are close to agreement while Iran publicly denies that anything meaningful is underway. That combination, ongoing war with a simultaneous negotiation track, is new. And it matters. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚀 IRANIAN MISSILE ATTACKS ON ISRAEL Iran continued missile launches into Israel, with a clear pattern of split targeting between central and northern sectors. A missile hit in Tel Aviv injured several civilians and damaged nearby residential structures. Later waves triggered wide alert zones across northern Israel, including the Galilee, Golan, and confrontation line communities. Your outbox tracked these alerts across dozens of locations in real time. There were also additional impacts from fragments and debris, including a schoolyard hit and damage to homes in the north without mass casualties. This continues a trend seen over the last several days: • lower salvo size • wider disruption footprint • sustained daily pressure Iran is no longer relying on large coordinated barrages. It is maintaining pressure through frequency, geography, and effect per missile. At the same time, Israeli officials continue to investigate interception gaps, including earlier failures tied to THAAD systems, reinforcing that even a degraded Iranian launcher network can still produce meaningful results. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✈️ STRATEGIC AIR CAMPAIGN OVER IRAN The Israeli and U.S. strike campaign inside Iran remained broad, multi-layered, and geographically extensive. Mainstream reporting confirmed strikes on: • missile storage and production facilities • regime and intelligence headquarters in Tehran • additional infrastructure in Isfahan and surrounding regions Open source intel shows how wide this really was. Strikes or explosions were reported across: • Tehran (multiple districts including eastern sectors and Parchin-adjacent areas) • Tabriz • Khuzestan and Dezful • Bandar Abbas and coastal nodes • Yazd and missile infrastructure There were also multiple reports of targeted assassination strikes, destruction of missile-related infrastructure, and pressure on internal security nodes This matters because the campaign is not narrowing. It is hitting production, command, logistics, and leadership. This is a system-wide degradation effort, not a tactical suppression campaign. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚡ ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE: THE WAR IS GETTING CLOSER TO THE GRID One of the most important developments in this window was the reported targeting of Iranian gas infrastructure. Reuters reported a gas company office and pressure reduction station hit in Isfahan and a pipeline feeding a power station in Khorramshahr struck At the same time, oil prices rose again as markets reacted to continued Hormuz disruption, uncertainty around negotiations, and risk of escalation into full infrastructure targeting Open source intel strongly corroborates these reports, with repeated references to the same targets and follow-on rhetoric about retaliatory strikes on regional power systems. This is the key shift. The war is moving from military systems toward civilian energy systems. Not fully yet, but clearly closer. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🇮🇶 IRAQ: PROXY COMMAND STRUCTURE HIT The Iraq front escalated meaningfully. Reuters reported that strikes hit: • PMF headquarters in Anbar • a residence tied to PMF leadership Casualties included at least 15 fighters killed, dozens wounded, and the confirmed death of operations commander Saad al-Baiji. Open source intel confirmed this in real time, including militant messaging and follow-on threats against U.S. positions. This was not a minor militia strike. It was a hit on central PMF command infrastructure. That keeps Iraq as an active and important front, not just a background theater. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🇱🇧 LEBANON: PRESSURE CONTINUES AND DEEPENS The Lebanon front remained highly active. Key developments included evacuation warnings north of the Zahrani River, Israeli strikes near Rashidiya and southern Lebanon infrastructure, and continued Hezbollah rocket fire into northern Israel. Open source intel tracked: • strike activity near Rashidiya refugee camp • additional targeted strikes in Bchamoun • repeated northern Israeli alerts Israel continues shifting toward targeting infrastructure, limiting movement, and shaping the battlefield. Hezbollah remains active, but increasingly constrained. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌍 WASHINGTON, TEHRAN, AND THE NEGOTIATION TRACK In a sharp pivot, Trump announced that the U.S. is now holding talks with Iran, the Hormuz deadline was extended, and discussions are “close to agreement”. From there markets reacted immediately with oil prices dropping and then global markets rallying. But the reality is far less clear. Iranian leadership denied meaningful negotiations, and then demanded compensation and guarantees as new conditions for an any agreement, including limiting U.S. presence in the Gulf There is also uncertainty about who the U.S. is even talking to. Reports suggest contact with Mohammad Ghalibaf rather than Mojtaba Khamenei, who has not been seen publicly. At the same time, there is a deeper shift: The U.S. may now be willing to end the war without full regime change. That is a major departure from earlier expectations. Meanwhile, Israel is trying to ensure any deal reflects its interests, with Netanyahu reportedly engaging directly with the administration. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📌 WHAT MATTERS MOST RIGHT NOW Three developments define the war right now. 1️⃣ The battlefield remains fully active across all fronts. Missiles, strikes, Lebanon operations, and Gulf pressure all continued in this window. 2️⃣ The war is moving closer to energy infrastructure targeting. Isfahan and Khorramshahr are early signals of a potentially much more dangerous phase. 3️⃣ Negotiations have entered the picture, but nothing is settled. The war is still being fought at full intensity even as diplomacy begins. Bottom line, this was not just another day of escalation. It was the first clear moment where war and negotiations are happening at the same time. That creates a new dynamic: • escalation is still real • pressure is still increasing • but the outcome is now less predictable than it was 24 hours ago Quick note... big thanks to Michael W for contributing to the open-source intel picture behind these updates. If you’re serious about following this war and the broader geopolitical landscape, he’s worth having in your feed. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ END OF REPORTshow more

🚨 Protocol Update #9 It's incredible how time flies... when you’re laser-focused on building and delivering the essential products that form the backbone of decentralized finance. Hatom has now been live on the Mainnet for over a year, and we're proud to say that this entire period has been free of issues or downtime. Our platform has been battle-tested during volatile market conditions, and each of our products has performed exactly as expected—solidifying our place as a cornerstone in the #MultiversX ecosystem. Describing last year as “incredible” feels like an understatement. We’ve witnessed unprecedented growth across the entire #MultiversX ecosystem, particularly in terms of TVL and yield opportunities. The day before Hatom launched its Lending Protocol and Liquid Staking on Mainnet, #MultiversX had a total TVL of $95 million. Within two weeks, the ecosystem surpassed $200 million in TVL, with Hatom driving over 50% of that growth. At its peak, Hatom reached over $280 million in TVL, accounting for more than 70% of the chain’s total TVL. What's even more remarkable is that, after initially using Treasury funds to incentivize users, Hatom has shifted to distributing rewards solely from protocol revenue. This marks the start of a fully sustainable, real-yield model, proving our products' rapid product-market fit and long-term viability. A Recap of the Past Year Here’s a quick overview of what we’ve accomplished in the past year: • Launched the first Lending Protocol in the #MultiversX ecosystem, along with the Liquid Staking Protocol on Mainnet. • Surpassed $100 million in TVL within just five days of the launch. • Deployed the HTM Booster Module and Accumulator. • Launched the Tao Bridge and Tao Liquid Staking, bringing over 33k $TAO into the #MultiversX ecosystem in just two weeks. • Implemented multiple upgrades to core infrastructure. • $HTM became the second-largest ESDT token after $EGLD. • Distributed over $3.85 million in rewards to our users. We are happy to announce that Hatom V2 is now live! After an incredible year of growth, we’re excited to take the next step toward becoming the leading liquidity hub across multiple chains. We invite you to explore our newly rebranded website at marking the beginning of our omni-chain journey. This rebranding reflects our bold vision and sets the stage for a full overhaul of our dApps, delivering a fresh and enhanced experience for all users. Achieving self-sustainability in such a short time, we now focus on research and development. Instead of pursuing many ideas, we’re committed to building high-impact products that create perfect synergies within our ecosystem. With that said, let’s dive into the key topics of this update: USH and Booster V2. Hatom USD (USH) We’ve highlighted USH in several updates, and it’s great to see the community recognizing its potential. USH is set to be one of the most impactful products on #MultiversX, providing a key revenue stream for Hatom while helping us maintain competitive rates and long-term sustainability. USH is the result of extensive research and careful development, designed to seamlessly fit into the Hatom ecosystem. While many DeFi projects are raising millions for new stablecoins, USH stands as another powerful product within our hub. The time has finally come for USH to be unveiled to the public, and we are excited to announce that USH will officially launch on Devnet on 28th October. While we’ve thoroughly tested for bugs internally, we’re excited to engage the community in this critical phase. To encourage participation, we’ll offer incentives for those testing USH on the Devnet, with more details to be shared at launch. Understanding USH's architecture is key to how it functions within our ecosystem. Let’s break it down step by step, starting with an explanation of each component. Facilitators USH’s minting process is driven by Facilitators—smart contracts responsible for the controlled minting and burning of USH. At launch, two primary facilitators will handle these tasks, each with distinct functionality: 1. Lending Protocol Facilitator The Lending Protocol Facilitator allows users to mint USH using a variety of supported collateral assets directly into the Hatom Lending Protocol. Unlike traditional lending mechanisms, where interest rates fluctuate based on the utilization rate, the minting of USH has fixed interest rates, thanks to Hatom's unique role as the entity managing the minting process. In a scenario where a user is minting USH through this facilitator using multiple assets as collateral, the protocol automatically prioritizes collateral with the lowest Minting APY. Let’s consider an example where a user deposits: - $1,000 in USDC (with a collateral factor of 80% and a 2% Minting APY) - $1,000 in BTC (with a collateral factor of 75% and a 3% Minting APY) - $1,000 in HTM (with a collateral factor of 70% and a 4% Minting APY) Based on these parameters, the user can mint a maximum of $2,250 worth of USH, distributed as follows: - $800 from $USDC (80% of $1,000) at 2% Minting APY - $750 from $BTC (75% of $1,000) at 3% Minting APY - $700 from $HTM (70% of $1,000) at 4% Minting APY The overall Minting APY will be a weighted average of these individual APYs, calculated based on the proportion of USH minted from each collateral type. Now, if the user decides to borrow only $1,000 worth of USH, the APY is determined as follows: - The first $800 will be borrowed from $USDC at 2% APY - The remaining $200 will be borrowed from $BTC at 3% APY This results in an effective Minting APY of 2.2%, reflecting a weighted average of the APYs across the borrowed amounts. It’s important to note that EGLD and wTAO, along with their liquid staking derivatives such as sEGLD and swTAO, can only be used as collateral in the Isolated Pools (which will be explained in the next section), not in the Lending Protocol 2. Isolated Pools Facilitator The Isolated Pools Facilitator allows users to mint $USH at zero interest using $EGLD, $wTAO, or their liquid staking derivatives ( $sEGLD or $swTAO) as collateral. Here’s how it works: When depositing EGLD or wTAO • These assets are staked through the Hatom Liquid Staking Protocol, generating the staking APY. • The staked assets are then deposited into the Lending Protocol, earning a supply APY, but are not activated as collateral. When depositing sEGLD or swTAO • When users deposit staking derivatives into the Isolated Pools, the protocol holds the staking derivatives, but the user's exposure is immediately shifted to the underlying asset ( $EGLD or $wTAO). This means the user no longer benefits from the staking rewards of the derivative, and instead, their exposure is entirely tied to the value and price movements of the underlying asset. • The staked assets are deposited into the Hatom Lending Protocol, earning the supply APY, but again not being activated as collateral. Since the protocol generates revenue from staking and supplying assets in the Lending Protocol, this income is used to incentivize the USH Staking Module. The protocol buys HTM tokens from the open market and distributes them, along with all fees generated by other facilitators, as rewards to stakers. We believe that the Isolated Pools Facilitator is one of the most important pieces of the USH ecosystem. Its potential impact on the TVL within both the Hatom ecosystem and the broader #MultiversX blockchain is immense and the revenue generated by this facilitator through fees will significantly bolster the overall growth of the protocol. To illustrate the potential of Isolated Pools, let’s use the following example: • $50 million worth of $EGLD is deposited into the Isolated Pools, generating a 6% staking APY • $50 million worth of $wTAO is also deposited, earning a 15% staking APY The total staking rewards generated from these assets would be: • $EGLD staking rewards: $50 million × 6% = $3 million annually • $wTAO staking rewards: $50 million × 15% = $7.5 million annually In total, the protocol generates $10.5 million in staking rewards annually. These rewards are then used to buy back HTM tokens from the open market, driving significant buying pressure on the HTM token itself. The purchased HTM tokens are distributed to USH LP stakers in the USH Staking Module, alongside the revenue generated by the Lending Protocol Facilitator. TVL and Yield Impact As we explore the broader impact of USH and the Isolated Pools, it becomes evident how these mechanisms contribute to the overall growth of the Hatom ecosystem, particularly in terms of TVL and potential yield generation. Based on the above numbers, if $50 million worth of $EGLD and $50 million worth of $wTAO are deposited into the Isolated Pools with a 75% collateral factor, we could mint up to $75 million worth of $USH. However, to prioritize safety, we’ll mint only 50% of the maximum, resulting in $37.5 million worth of $USH. In an ideal scenario, but also very unlikely, the $37.5 million $USH would be deposited in the Staking Module to generate rewards. In order for $USH to be deposited in the Staking Module, it is paired with another token (e.g., $USDC or $EGLD) to form Liquidity Pool (LP) position, contributing $75 million to the USH Staking Module. Additionally, the $100 million deposited in the Isolated Pools cycles through Liquid Staking and into the Lending Protocol, contributing a total of $300 million in TVL. Total TVL Breakdown: • $300 million from assets flowing through Isolated Pools ($100m) → Liquid Staking ($100m) → Lending Protocol ($100m) • $75 million from LP positions in the USH Staking Module Total TVL = $375 million As mentioned above, the $100 million deposited in Isolated Pools generates approximately $10.5 million annually in staking rewards (6% APY from $sEGLD and 15% APY from $swTAO). If all minted $USH is deposited into the Staking Module, the $75 million staked would benefit from these rewards, resulting in a 14% APY for USH LP stakers. On top of the protocol’s rewards, liquidity providers earn additional fees from their LP positions on decentralized exchanges, creating the perfect opportunity for all the participants in the USH Staking Module looking for attractive yields. USH Stability: The Peg Mechanism Ensuring the stability of USH is paramount, and to maintain its value close to $1 under all market conditions, we’ve implemented a robust dual peg mechanism. This system consists of two key layers of protection—Soft Peg and Hard Peg—designed to keep USH stable through both market-driven incentives and other mechanisms for scenarios where the Soft Peg mechanism can’t reclaim the peg. 1. Soft Peg Mechanism The Soft Peg Mechanism helps keep USH stable around its $1 value by encouraging market participants to act when USH trades above or below $1. When USH trades below $1 Users can buy USH at a discount, on a DEX, and repay their USH loans on Hatom, as USH is always valued at $1 on the protocol. This action removes $USH from circulation, helping to restore its price. When USH trades above $1 Users can borrow USH from the protocol at $1 and sell it on the open market at the higher price, increasing the circulating supply of USH and pushing its price back down to $1. 2. Hard Peg Mechanism (Redemption Mode) In cases where the Soft Peg alone cannot restore USH to $1 and its price drops significantly below the peg, the Hard Peg Mechanism is triggered through Redemption Mode. This mechanism allows any market participant to step in and help restore the peg by repaying USH loans for other borrowers, seizing their collateral at the full $1 value. It's important to note that Redemption Mode is only activated in the Isolated Pools and does not impact users minting USH through the Lending Protocol. Here’s how Redemption Mode works: When USH trades below $1 and the Redemption Mode is activated, redeemers can buy USH at the lower market price (e.g., $0.95), and use it to repay borrowers' debts at the full $1 value within the protocol. The redeemer receives collateral in the form of liquid staked tokens(such as $sEGLD or $swTAO) equivalent to the USH they repaid at its full $1 value, profiting from the difference between the discounted purchase price and the redemption value. The borrower being redeemed also benefits by receiving a redemption bonus, which allows them to keep a portion of their collateral after part of it is seized after loan was repaid. This system ensures that borrowers are not penalized during redemption, creating a balanced mechanism where both the redeemer and the borrower have something to gain. Redemption Mode differs from Liquidation in several ways: Redemption is triggered by USH falling below $1 and involves repaying borrower accounts to restore the peg. Both the redeemer and the borrower benefit, with the redeemer profiting from the price difference, and the borrower receiving a bonus from their collateral. Liquidation occurs when a borrower’s collateral falls below a certain threshold, making them risky. During liquidation, a portion of the borrower’s loan is repaid, and the collateral is seized, while also incurring a liquidation penalty. Redemption Mode uses a data structure known as a Red-Black Tree to efficiently monitor and rank all borrower positions within the protocol smart contract itself. This structure dynamically tracks borrowers based on their Borrow Limit Used, which is the percentage of collateral they have utilized relative to their borrowing capacity. The system prioritizes borrowers with the highest Borrow Limit Used, meaning those who have borrowed the most relative to their collateral are considered first for redemption. USH Airdrop Regarding the USH Airdrop, we would like to inform you that snapshots will end once USH is deployed on the Public Mainnet. The airdrop will be concluded shortly after, once all liquidity pools are stable and we determine the optimal moment to distribute the rewards to the community. USH Staking Module & Booster V2 The USH Staking Module will play a critical role in maintaining deep liquidity for USH while offering users high-yield opportunities. By staking USH LP tokens, such as USH/USDC and USH/EGLD, users can earn rewards generated by USH facilitators. This approach strengthens USH’s liquidity pools, making them robust enough to handle significant trades without destabilizing its price, thus reinforcing USH’s peg and overall stability. Beyond creating robust liquidity, the USH Staking Module serves as the key utility module within the USH ecosystem, designed to provide users with an opportunity to earn high yields on their USH holdings in a sustainable and organic way. All rewards distributed through the module are generated by various products across the Hatom ecosystem, ensuring long-term sustainability. For users seeking a more stable yield, the USH/USDC LP provides lower risk and steady returns. Those looking to leverage their EGLD holdings can opt for the USH/EGLD LP, which can be staked in the USH Staking Module. A key advantage of staking in the USH Staking Module is that rewards are based on the full value of the LP, not just the USH portion, maximizing your yield potential. As we continue to grow, we’ll be adding more LPs, providing users with even greater flexibility and options for staking their USH in the module. While our current focus is on LP tokens, we’re also exploring the possibility of allowing direct USH staking in the future, expanding the staking opportunities across the ecosystem. The Integration of Booster V2 with the Staking Module Booster V2 will be available for testing with the USH Devnet release, and with its introduction, we’ve strengthened the relationship between the HTM token and USH. Our ecosystem now features two independent boosters: one for the Lending Protocol and one for the USH Staking Module, each operating with the goal of maximizing yields for users. Key Improvements in Booster V2 Booster V2 brings several enhancements that elevate the functionality and user experience: Support for Multiple Token Types: Users will be able to deposit Pool Tokens, Farm Tokens, Dual Farm Tokens, or Staked HTM Tokens (via xExchange). Only the HTM portion will be considered for boosting. Unlimited Staking: The cap on HTM deposits will be removed, allowing users to stake without limits. This will foster a competitive environment where the more HTM you stake, the higher your potential APY. Integrated xExchange Management: Users will be able to manage their xExchange positions directly from the Booster dashboard. This will include creating pools, farming, dual farming, and staking HTM tokens, all from one convenient dashboard. Energy Management Integration: Booster V2 will allow users to manage their xExchange Energy directly from the dashboard, providing an additional way to boost rewards even further. Seamless Migration: Users will be able to migrate HTM between the Lending Protocol Booster and the USH Staking Module Booster without any cooldown periods, making it easier to optimize strategies across both modules. How the Yields Work Booster V2 will introduce a more structured and competitive approach to yield distribution across both the Lending Protocol and the Staking Module. HTM Booster in the Lending Protocol Base APY (First Batch): This is available to all users who stake a specific percentage of HTM relative to their collateral value. Any user can achieve this Base APY by staking the required amount of HTM. Boosted APY (Second Batch): After achieving the base level, users can boost their returns further by staking additional HTM, competing for the second batch of rewards. The more HTM staked beyond the base threshold, the higher the potential yield. USH Staking Module Yields Staking APY: Users who deposit USH-related LP tokens without boosting through the HTM Booster will still receive a Staking APY. This ensures that even passive participants which are not looking to stake their HTM in the Booster can take advantage of the USH Ecosystem to generate yields. Booster APY: Similar to the system in the Lending Protocol, users can stake HTM to unlock a Base APY. Beyond this threshold, any additional HTM staked will increase their APY in a competitive manner, allowing users to maximize their returns based on the amount of HTM they commit to boosting their positions. Rollout Plan for USH USH will be deployed in a phased rollout to ensure smooth implementation: Public Devnet: Open for testing, with incentives for participants to explore and stress-test the platform. Private Mainnet: A limited launch with partners to mint USH, bootstrap USH liquidity and generate initial protocol revenue. Public Mainnet: A full-scale launch, enabling all users to mint, stake, and trade USH. We know DeFi can be complex, which is why we’re committed to providing the tools and resources needed to navigate our ecosystem. With the USH Public Devnet launch, we’ll release updated documentation offering clear guidance on Hatom’s products. Developer documentation is also in the works, and we’re exploring the idea of a Hatom Academy for educational resources. Plus, we’ll soon roll out content focused on USH, helping users fully tap into its potential within Hatom and the MultiversX ecosystem. What’s Next? Hatom Pulse As Hatom grows, our focus remains on pushing DeFi boundaries while expanding across multiple ecosystems. Although this update doesn’t include a full roadmap—that will come later—our priority is clear: expanding Hatom across chains. To stand out in the competitive DeFi landscape, we’re committed to developing standout products. With that in mind, we’re excited to give you an exclusive preview of one of our most innovative products in development: Hatom Pulse. Over-collateralized non-custodial lending protocols, liquid staking, and over-collateralized stablecoins already exist on #Ethereum. What sets us apart is the synergy between these components within a unified ecosystem. By integrating these pillars, we tackle capital inefficiencies, allowing one protocol to enhance strategies that benefit the others, maximizing returns across the board. For example, when USH is minted, it means that EGLD is deposited, liquid-staked, and supplied in the lending protocol—all three protocols working in harmony. Hatom Pulse will elevate this synergy to another level, solving key issues faced by Aave, Compound Labs , and other leading protocols. We believe this innovation will be pivotal as we work to gain market share while expanding cross-chain. Our proof of concept will be deployed and battle-tested on #MultiversX, but the real growth will come when we scale this to markets that are thousands of times larger. This will be a turning point for Hatom. So, what is Hatom Pulse? On Hatom, like on Aave and other leading lending protocols, the largest assets used as collateral are often not borrowed, leading to substantial revenue loss for the protocol. This also results in very low income on the supply side, as borrowing fees depend on utilization rates, which only increase when borrowing activity rises. Generally, lending protocols are used to provide assets for borrowing stablecoins or for leveraging liquid staking strategies. This inefficiency locks up billions of dollars in dormant assets, and users earn very low supply rates on their collateral, which doesn’t help offset their loan interest. Hatom Pulse is designed to address these inefficiencies by leveraging the synergy between our existing products. It creates sophisticated vaults that activate dormant assets, unlocking advanced yield opportunities through a delta-neutral strategy. By utilizing assets like $EGLD, $sEGLD, $wTAO, and $swTAO, Hatom Pulse enables users to engage in delta-neutral strategies, where we long and short these assets on (CEXs), earning funding rates and staking rewards while keeping their assets intact. (The exact strategy, along with all the details, will be shared once USH is fully established). Initially, these vaults will operate on CEXs, where liquidity is highest, and will be managed through custodians like Copper.co to mitigate counterparty risks. Later, we plan to extend this to DEXs where all operations will be governed by smart contracts, ensuring full decentralization. serves as a strong proof of concept for us in this regard. However, our strategy will differ, as our focus will be on protecting the unit value, rather than the dollar value. Although Hatom Pulse is still in its research phase, early estimates suggest that this product alone could generate over 18% annual returns on $EGLD and more than 35% on $wTAO, with what we believe to be minimal risk. It’s important to note that these figures reflect current metrics based on internal calculations and may slightly differ upon product launch. But imagine reaching this on #Ethereum, while allowing users to borrow using their assets—this could be a disruptive protocol. We believe Hatom Pulse has the potential to become a cornerstone product as we transition into an omni-chain future. In a competitive DeFi landscape, it could give us a significant edge by offering something truly groundbreaking, capable of competing with well-established protocols across various chains. This strategy represents immense untapped potential. Hatom Pulse is being developed for risk-averse users who seek higher returns without excessive risk. By addressing inefficiencies in current DeFi strategies, we aim to offer a secure, robust option for yield generation that could rival established protocols. It's been an intense year for our team, and we sincerely thank the community for their patience, trust, and unwavering support as we've worked hard to build and deliver these groundbreaking products. As Hatom's omni-chain expansion nears, we remain focused on improving our existing products and researching new innovations to stay ahead in this competitive market. Our goal is to build a comprehensive DeFi ecosystem, accessible across all blockchains. With USH approaching its Mainnet release, we're proud of how our products have reshaped the DeFi landscape on MultiversX. By filling key gaps in the on-chain economy, we've created opportunities for users to generate yield, unlock the potential of decentralized finance, and provide strong utility for EGLD. In just over a year, we’ve built a strong ecosystem, but this is only the beginning. We’re ready to go even further, developing better products and unlocking new opportunities for our users. We’ll share more about our expansion plans in a dedicated post, staying focused on what matters most. Rest assured, what’s coming will be truly impressive for Hatom and our growing community!show more

🚨OPERATIONAL UPDATE: ISRAEL U.S. WAR WITH THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC... - Reporting Window: 3/11 to 3/12 • Iran widened pressure on the Gulf energy system, with tankers hit near Basra, a container vessel struck near the UAE, and fuel infrastructure targeted in Bahrain and Oman, sending oil back above $100. • Israel expanded its campaign inside Iran, striking IRGC command infrastructure, missile production sites, and drone launch networks in and around Tehran. • Hezbollah launched one of its largest rocket barrages of the war, triggering heavy Israeli strikes on command centers and weapons infrastructure in Beirut’s southern suburbs. • Iranian proxies and aligned forces continued attacks on U.S. positions across the region, bringing the total number of incidents targeting American sites or personnel to at least 25 since the war began. The central story of the last 24 hours is that the conflict is increasingly moving beyond the battlefield and into the systems that keep the region functioning. Iran continues to pressure shipping, energy infrastructure, and U.S. positions across the Middle East, while Israel is pushing deeper into the regime’s military and security architecture. The result is a war that now looks less like a contained exchange of strikes and more like a widening struggle over the region’s economic stability, military balance, and internal political control. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *⃣ PERSIAN GULF: IRAN CONTINUES TO PRESSURE THE ENERGY SYSTEM The Persian Gulf remained the most strategically significant theater over the last 24 hours. Multiple reports confirmed additional attacks affecting shipping and energy infrastructure across the region. Two oil tankers were reported burning in Iraqi waters near Basra after earlier strikes on vessels in the Gulf, while another container ship was reportedly hit near the UAE. Fuel and logistics infrastructure also came under pressure. Bahraini authorities reported that Iranian aggression targeted fuel tanks at a facility in Muharraq near Bahrain International Airport, while additional reports indicated that oil storage facilities at Oman’s Port of Salalah were struck. These attacks reinforce a clear pattern: Iran may not be able to fully close the Strait of Hormuz, but it is demonstrating that it can disrupt the broader logistical network surrounding the Gulf’s energy system. The market reaction was immediate. Oil prices moved back above $100 despite coordinated moves by the United States and its partners to release large volumes from strategic petroleum reserves. The International Energy Agency and several governments have moved to inject supply into the market, but these measures are temporary buffers. As long as shipping through the Gulf remains at risk, the global energy market will continue to price in disruption. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *⃣ TEHRAN: THE CAMPAIGN IS NOW HITTING THE REGIME’S CORE SECURITY NETWORK The latest strike waves inside Iran appear to be moving beyond general bombardment and toward a systematic dismantling of the regime’s security infrastructure. Israeli strikes reportedly targeted the IRGC Air Force headquarters in Tehran, ballistic missile storage and production facilities, Basij paramilitary command centers, and a compound at Imam Hossein University that functions as an operational hub for the Revolutionary Guards. Additional strikes were reported against Iranian intelligence ministry facilities and internal security infrastructure, indicating that the campaign is beginning to focus not only on missile capability but on the regime’s ability to control events inside the country. Separate strikes in western Iran reportedly hit drone launch teams preparing attacks toward Israel, suggesting that launch infrastructure is now being targeted dynamically as it emerges rather than only through preplanned strikes against fixed installations. Satellite imagery also confirmed damage to Iranian F-14 fighter aircraft at Isfahan’s 8th Tactical Air Base, further degrading an already aging Iranian air force that has struggled to contest Israeli and U.S. air superiority throughout the conflict. Taken together, the targeting pattern suggests that the coalition is increasingly focusing on the regime’s operational nervous system: command networks, launch infrastructure, and internal security forces that allow the government to coordinate and sustain military operations. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *⃣ LEBANON: ISRAEL IS NOW TARGETING HEZBOLLAH’S OPERATIONAL COMMAND STRUCTURE The northern front also escalated sharply over the last 24 hours. Hezbollah launched one of its largest barrages of the war, firing large numbers of rockets and drones toward northern Israel in coordinated strikes linked to Iran’s broader regional campaign. Israel’s response focused heavily on Hezbollah’s command and operational infrastructure rather than simply retaliating against launch sites. Israeli aircraft struck multiple facilities in Beirut’s southern suburbs (Dahieh), including command centers, operational headquarters, and weapons storage sites linked to Hezbollah’s Radwan forces, the elite unit responsible for cross-border operations against Israel. Additional strikes targeted missile launch infrastructure and militant positions across southern Lebanon, as well as logistical sites used to support ongoing rocket attacks. The concentration of strikes in Dahieh is significant. The area functions as Hezbollah’s central military and intelligence hub, and repeated attacks there suggest Israel is attempting to disrupt the group’s command-and-control structure rather than merely suppress individual launch cells. This shift indicates that the northern theater may be entering a new phase where Israel seeks to systematically degrade Hezbollah’s operational leadership and coordination networks, not just reduce the immediate rocket threat. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *⃣ REGIONAL SPILLOVER: U.S. POSITIONS AND GLOBAL SECURITY CONCERNS Regional spillover continues to grow. Iranian proxies and aligned groups have carried out repeated attacks targeting American facilities or sites hosting U.S. personnel across the Middle East. Analysts now count at least 25 attacks targeting U.S. sites or locations housing American personnel since the war began. One of the most significant recent incidents involved a drone strike on a large U.S. diplomatic facility near Baghdad International Airport. The attack caused damage but did not produce casualties, and U.S. officials suspect it was carried out by Iranian-aligned militias operating in Iraq. Beyond the Middle East itself, intelligence warnings suggest the conflict could reach further. U.S. authorities have warned about potential Iranian retaliation targeting American interests abroad, including scenarios involving drone launches from maritime platforms. Cyber activity linked to Iran has also been detected in Europe, including an attempted attack on a nuclear research facility in Poland that officials say bears multiple indicators of Iranian involvement. These developments show that while the war’s kinetic center remains in the Middle East, the broader confrontation between Iran and its adversaries is beginning to manifest across multiple domains: military, cyber, and economic. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *⃣ WHAT MATTERS MOST RIGHT NOW The key takeaway from the past 24 hours is that the war is continuing to widen in practice even as some political messaging suggests it could be nearing a conclusion. Iran is still capable of imposing meaningful costs through attacks on shipping, energy infrastructure, and proxy operations across the region. Israel, meanwhile, is expanding its strike campaign into deeper layers of Iran’s military and security architecture while escalating pressure on Hezbollah in Lebanon. Neither side appears close to a decisive breakthrough. Iran’s leadership structure remains intact despite heavy strikes, and its network of proxies continues to generate pressure across multiple fronts. At the same time, Israel and the United States retain overwhelming military superiority and appear committed to degrading Iran’s ability to sustain a prolonged conflict. For now, the trajectory remains clear: the war is evolving from a direct exchange of strikes into a broader contest over the region’s economic stability, military balance, and political future. --------------------------------- END REPORTshow more

🚨 OPERATIONAL UPDATE: ISRAEL U.S. WAR WITH THE ISLAMIC... REPUBLIC - Reporting Window: LAST 24 HOURS • Iran widened its fire again with a broad evening missile barrage on central Israel and continued attacks across the Gulf, including a drone strike that hit a fuel tank at Kuwait International Airport • Israel intensified strikes across Iran, with reported hits in Tehran, Qazvin and Alborz industrial areas, plus continued pressure on missile infrastructure and launch cells • Hezbollah kept the northern front active, including a direct rocket hit on a building in Kiryat Shmona, while Israel deepened its Lebanon campaign and Katz publicly framed the objective as a security zone up to the Litani • The diplomatic track moved forward, but only in the strangest possible way: Trump says talks are progressing, Iran still publicly denies direct negotiations, and multiple reports now point to JD Vance as Tehran’s preferred American interlocutor • The big picture is unchanged: the war is still live on every major front, but the center of gravity is shifting toward a contest over how it ends, who gets to define victory, and whether the Gulf will stay adjacent to the war or be pulled fully into it The most important thing to understand about the last 24 hours is that this was not a quiet period masked by negotiations. It was the opposite. The battlefield remained active from Tehran to southern Lebanon to Kuwait, even as Washington and Tehran edged further into a murky negotiation channel. That is what gives the last day its character: not de escalation, but simultaneous escalation and diplomacy, both moving at once. Open source reporting reflects the same picture, with repeated indications of strikes in Tehran and Qazvin, attacks near Baghdad airport, a Kuwait airport fuel fire, and a large Iranian barrage toward central Israel late in the window. **Special thanks to Michael W for your continued contribution to the open-source intel picture behind these updates. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚀 IRANIAN MISSILE FIRE ON ISRAEL Iran kept up the pressure on Israel in two different ways over this window. Earlier in the cycle, a cluster warhead strike wounded nine people in Bnei Brak, with additional damage in Petah Tikva, while Hezbollah fire from Lebanon killed a woman near Mahanayim Junction and wounded several more in Kiryat Shmona. Later, near the end of the reporting window, Iran launched another broad barrage toward central Israel, with warnings stretching across Gush Dan, Sharon, Wadi Ara, Samaria, Judea and the Dead Sea region. Open source reporting you provided tracked that second wave in real time, showing how broad the alert footprint was even though initial reports indicated no immediate casualties from that specific evening barrage. This is what stands out operationally: Iran’s missile campaign is not gone, but it looks increasingly built around selective disruption rather than the huge opening barrages of the war. The salvos are still dangerous, still capable of civilian casualties and still capable of producing visually dramatic and politically effective moments, but they are landing against a backdrop of steadily intensifying strikes on Iran’s launch network. That makes each successful hit feel more deliberate and more strategic. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✈️ THE AIR CAMPAIGN OVER IRAN KEPT MOVING Israel’s strike campaign inside Iran also remained broad and geographically layered. Reuters reported renewed Israeli strikes as talks were being floated through intermediaries. Open source intelligence adds texture to that by showing repeated reporting from open source channels of impacts in eastern and western Tehran, the Alborz industrial zone in Qazvin province, and additional blasts reported across Khuzestan and other regions. There were also repeated reports of targeted assassination attempts in east Tehran, which fits the broader pattern of not just degrading launchers and production nodes, but also hunting the people tied to them. The color here matters. This no longer looks like a campaign limited to air defenses and obvious military compounds. The picture from the last 24 hours is of a system being pressed from multiple angles at once: missile depots, industrial support zones, launch crews, command elements and regime infrastructure in and around Tehran. Open source reporting reinforces that sense of breadth, especially the repeated references to Qazvin and Alborz secondary explosions and to ongoing heavy activity over Tehran. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚡ THE ENERGY WAR IS STILL HOT The clearest new regional energy development in this window was Kuwait. Reuters reported that a drone attack hit a fuel tank at Kuwait International Airport, causing a fire but no casualties. That matters not because the material damage was catastrophic, but because it again shows Iran or Iran aligned actors reaching directly for civilian and logistical energy infrastructure in Gulf states. This was not an abstract threat anymore. It was a live strike on a functioning international hub. Your outbox tracked the same event quickly and repeatedly, alongside additional open source reporting about nearby attacks and power disruptions in Kuwait. At the same time, the diplomatic and military discussion around the Strait of Hormuz kept shaping everything else. Markets moved on talk of a U.S. proposal and possible hosted talks in Pakistan or Turkey. Oil eased on negotiation optimism, but the underlying structure of the crisis remains the same: Iran still retains the ability to disrupt shipping and energy confidence without fully “closing” the Strait in a formal sense. That is why even modest signs of diplomacy can move oil sharply, and why even a localized drone strike in Kuwait still carries outsized weight. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🇱🇧 LEBANON IS NOT A SIDESHOW The northern front kept boiling. Reuters reported that Israel now intends to occupy a swathe of southern Lebanon up to the Litani River, with Defense Minister Israel Katz explicitly describing a “security zone” concept. That is not rhetoric you use if you still think this is a short punitive phase. At the tactical level, Hezbollah continued to demonstrate that it can still impose costs, including a direct rocket hit on a building in Kiryat Shmona and earlier casualties in the north. Meanwhile, open source reporting pointed to Israeli strikes in Nabatieh, Rashidiya, Bchamoun and broader southern Lebanese infrastructure, which matches the picture of sustained pressure rather than episodic retaliation. The broader meaning is straightforward. Israel is signaling that if the Iran war ends inconclusively on the Iranian front, it does not intend to leave Hezbollah’s northern threat structure intact and simply hope for the best. Lebanon is being shaped now as part of the endgame, not just the current fight. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🇮🇶 IRAQ STAYED ACTIVE TOO Iraq remained active in the background, but it should not be treated as background noise. Open source intel reporting includes repeated reporting on a targeted U.S. strike on a vehicle near Baghdad airport and continued militia related activity tied to U.S. positions and proxy structures. That comes after the prior cycle’s major strikes on PMF and militia command nodes. It fits the larger pattern we have now seen for weeks: Iraq is not the main theater, but it is still one of the places where the war keeps trying to widen horizontally. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌍 THE NEGOTIATION TRACK GOT STRANGER, NOT CLEARER Trump is still publicly presenting the talks as real progress. Reuters reports that Pakistan conveyed a U.S. proposal, with Pakistan or Turkey possible venues, and that Washington has floated a broader framework dealing with nuclear capability, missiles and proxies. At the same time, Iran continues to publicly deny meaningful direct talks and has toughened its public stance, insisting on guarantees, compensation and no rollback of its missile deterrent. What makes the last 24 hours more interesting is the growing focus on who would even talk for the United States. Times of Israel and Jerusalem Post reporting both indicate that JD Vance is increasingly central to the diplomacy, with Tehran reportedly preferring him over Witkoff and Kushner. The diplomatic track here appears as both real and deeply unstable, with questions about who on the Iranian side actually holds authority and whether Washington is now seeking an end state short of outright regime collapse. That shift matters because it tells us something important: Washington increasingly seems to be searching for an off ramp that still looks like victory, while Israel and Gulf allies appear much less comfortable with ending this war before Iran’s military and proxy architecture are degraded further. That tension is now one of the defining features of the conflict. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📌 WHAT MATTERS MOST RIGHT NOW 1️⃣ The war is still fully active across multiple fronts Iran hit central Israel again, Kuwait airport was struck, Lebanon stayed hot and Israel kept pounding targets inside Iran. Negotiations did not replace combat. They were layered on top of it. 2️⃣ The pressure on Iran’s internal military system keeps deepening The accumulating pattern of strikes in Tehran, Qazvin, Alborz and other areas suggests a campaign that is still broadening the target set, not narrowing it. Open source reporting in your files strongly supports that picture. 3️⃣ The diplomatic track is real, but it is not clean Trump is selling progress. Iran is denying direct talks. Vance is becoming more central. And nobody looking at the battlefield would conclude that the war is genuinely close to stopping on its own. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BOTTOM LINE The last 24 hours painted a clearer picture than some of the recent reporting windows. This is no longer just a war of salvos and counterstrikes. It is now a war over end states. Iran is still trying to prove it can widen the cost map, not just hit Israel but keep the Gulf under pressure too. Israel is still trying to prove that sustained, system level degradation inside Iran can continue even while diplomacy swirls overhead. And Washington is trying to find a formula that can stop the war without looking like it backed down. That is why the reporting feels different now. The battlefield is still violent, but the arguments over how this ends are becoming just as important as the strikes themselves.show more

Made with seedance 2.5 Prompt: Create ONE continuous 12-second,... 9:16, ultra-photorealistic LIVE-ACTION luxury fashion film. IMPORTANT REFERENCE MAPPING: REFERENCE Image = PRIMARY CHARACTER. Use the FIRST uploaded reference image of the woman. REFERENCE image2 = ENVIRONMENT. Use the SECOND uploaded reference image of the square. REFERENCE David Carbon = HERO OBJECT. Use the THIRD uploaded reference image of the sunglasses. Do NOT refer to these images as Image, image2 or David Carbon. Use the reference images according to their upload order. CHARACTER — REFERENCE IMAGE 1 Preserve the exact woman from REFERENCE IMAGE 1 throughout the entire video: same facial identity, facial structure, natural eyes, hairstyle, body proportions, skin appearance, clothing, footwear, jewelry, accessories and overall appearance. Do not copy the original background from REFERENCE IMAGE 1. The protagonist is the ONLY main character. ENVIRONMENT — REFERENCE IMAGE 2 Use REFERENCE IMAGE 2 only for visual language: architecture, atmosphere, warm sunset lighting, materials, monumental scale and cobblestone character. Create a NEW believable cinematic pedestrian space inspired by it. Do NOT reproduce its exact composition, exact camera angle or exact street layout. Provide enough open pedestrian space for natural walking and the collision. Respect real-world spatial logic: pedestrians remain in pedestrian areas, architecture has realistic scale and perspective, no impossible geometry. HERO OBJECT — REFERENCE IMAGE 3 The sunglasses shown in REFERENCE IMAGE 3 are the ONE and ONLY HERO OBJECT. Preserve their recognizable: shape, proportions, oversized shield silhouette, dark continuous lens, thin metallic/gold frame, temples, hinge construction, surface details, colour and material. The SAME physical sunglasses must remain recognizable: when worn by the protagonist, when released, during bullet-time macro inspection, and after landing. Do not redesign, replace, duplicate or regenerate the sunglasses. EXACT OBJECT COUNT Exactly: ONE protagonist. ONE secondary passing person. ONE Labrador. ONE leash. ONE pair of sunglasses from REFERENCE IMAGE 3. ONE takeaway paper coffee cup. ONE plastic drinking lid. ONE silver-grey OPEN clamshell flip phone. No duplicate objects or people. PERSISTENT PHONE There is exactly ONE phone in the entire video. It is a compact early-2000s silver-grey OPEN clamshell flip phone. Upper half: small illuminated display and speaker. Lower half: physical numeric keypad, navigation buttons and microphone. Visible central mechanical hinge. LOCK its appearance throughout: same silver-grey colour, same dimensions, same thickness, same hinge, same display, same keypad, same buttons, same open angle. The same phone is seen in wide, medium and macro shots. It never transforms into another phone. PERSISTENT COFFEE Exactly ONE medium disposable PAPER coffee cup with ONE lightweight plastic drinking lid and dark coffee inside. Same cup, same lid, same coffee and same proportions throughout. Before collision the lid is properly attached. Coffee remains inside until a real physical opening appears. HAND OWNERSHIP Before collision: RIGHT HAND = ONE OPEN flip phone held to the RIGHT ear. LEFT HAND = ONE coffee cup. Sunglasses = naturally worn by the protagonist. After collision: RIGHT HAND = COMPLETELY EMPTY. LEFT HAND = COMPLETELY EMPTY. Nothing replaces the phone or cup. Nothing remains attached to either palm. 0.0–2.0s — CINEMATIC CHARACTER REVEAL Begin with an extreme low close-up of the protagonist’s black leather heeled boots walking naturally across the pedestrian space. Camera performs ONE elegant continuous movement: smooth crane upward + gentle backward tracking. Reveal progressively: boots → legs → ripped light-blue baggy jeans → black corset → white tank top → jewelry/accessories → sunglasses → face → nearly full body. The protagonist wears the SAME sunglasses from REFERENCE IMAGE 3. She holds the SAME OPEN silver-grey flip phone to her RIGHT ear and the SAME coffee cup in her LEFT hand. She is actively having a phone conversation. Show subtle realistic speech: natural lip movement, jaw movement and mouth articulation. Maintain exact identity from REFERENCE IMAGE 1. Premium live-action fashion cinematography. 2.0–3.7s — WALKING / SECONDARY PERSON Maintain smooth frontal tracking. The protagonist continues walking naturally through the pedestrian area. Exactly ONE secondary person approaches from the opposite direction. That person holds exactly ONE leash attached to exactly ONE Labrador. The Labrador walks slightly ahead and gently pulls the person forward. They remain background/supporting elements. Maintain: stable protagonist identity, stable hairstyle, stable clothing, stable sunglasses, same phone, same coffee. 3.7–4.4s — ACCIDENTAL COLLISION As they pass each other, the secondary person’s ELBOW accidentally clips the protagonist’s arm/upper torso. Small, accidental, believable contact. The protagonist naturally recoils backward. This SAME collision causes THREE physical release events. SUNGLASSES The sunglasses from REFERENCE IMAGE 3 receive ONE short realistic outward impulse. They separate naturally from the protagonist’s face. They travel only a short physically believable distance. They do NOT fly toward the camera. COFFEE The SAME coffee cup leaves the LEFT hand. It receives one short outward/downward rotational impulse. The cup tilts and rotates. Because of the rotation and liquid inertia, ONE EDGE of the lightweight plastic lid partially pops loose from the cup rim. The lid does not disappear and does not explode away. A real physical gap forms between lid and rim. ONLY THEN does dark coffee begin escaping through this opening. Initial liquid movement is restrained. PHONE The SAME OPEN clamshell phone leaves the RIGHT hand. It receives one short outward/upward impulse. It keeps the SAME open angle and physical design. The instant it separates from the fingers: RIGHT HAND = EMPTY. The instant the cup separates: LEFT HAND = EMPTY. FACE / HAIR CONTINUITY Preserve the exact face from REFERENCE IMAGE 1 during the entire collision. The natural human eyes already exist behind the sunglasses. When the sunglasses separate, reveal the SAME normal eyes: stable pupils, eyelids, gaze direction, brows, nose, cheekbones and facial symmetry. Do not regenerate or alter the face. Hair remains stable with only subtle realistic inertia. No sudden hairstyle change. 4.4–5.2s — BULLET-TIME ESTABLISHMENT Time decelerates dramatically to approximately 2–3% normal speed. DO NOT immediately go into macro. FIRST show a clear medium-wide frozen view of the entire accident. The protagonist is beginning to fall backward. BOTH HANDS ARE EMPTY. Establish fixed WORLD-SPACE anchors: • sunglasses suspended near their release position; • coffee cup suspended lower and toward the LEFT-hand release side; • partially detached lid still connected to or immediately beside the cup; • restrained coffee beginning to escape through the opening; • OPEN flip phone suspended toward the RIGHT-hand release side. Objects move only microscopically. They do NOT move toward the camera. The CAMERA is the main moving element. 5.2–6.8s — SUNGLASSES HERO INSPECTION The sunglasses remain almost completely stationary at their existing world-space position. CAMERA physically dollies toward them. The sunglasses become larger ONLY because the camera gets closer. Once close, slow the camera dramatically. HOLD. Perform a restrained 20–30 degree camera orbit/parallax around the almost-stationary sunglasses. Reveal: dark shield lens, thin metallic/gold frame, temples, hinges, edges, material thickness, surface reflections, tiny manufacturing details. Use shallow photographic macro depth of field. The protagonist and sunset environment remain softly recognizable in the background. The sunglasses must look like a real luxury fashion accessory photographed with a macro cinema lens, NOT CGI product animation. Complete the inspection before moving away. 6.8–8.3s — COFFEE / LIQUID INSPECTION Only after completing the sunglasses inspection, the CAMERA leaves them at their existing world-space position. Travel diagonally through the frozen scene toward the SAME coffee cup. THE CUP DOES NOT MOVE TOWARD THE CAMERA. Hold a photographic macro close-up. Show: same paper cup, same lightweight plastic lid, ONE partially detached lid edge, clear physical gap, dark coffee escaping ONLY through that gap. Real restrained liquid physics: thin irregular stream, imperfect liquid sheet, several differently sized droplets, realistic surface tension, natural reflections. No explosive splash. No decorative CGI liquid. No perfect artificial shapes. Coffee advances only microscopically during bullet time. Perform a small restrained lateral/parallax camera movement around the cup, lid and droplets. HOLD long enough to see paper texture, plastic texture, liquid thickness and individual droplets. 8.3–9.8s — FLIP PHONE INSPECTION Only after coffee inspection, the CAMERA travels away from the cup. The cup, lid and droplets remain at their existing world-space positions. CAMERA moves through the same frozen scene toward the SINGLE OPEN silver-grey clamshell phone. THE PHONE DOES NOT MOVE TOWARD THE CAMERA. First establish the complete phone silhouette: same silver-grey housing, same upper display, same lower keypad, same central hinge, same open angle. Then CAMERA physically approaches the existing upper display. Extreme photographic macro close-up. The illuminated display reads: BOSS with one small realistic phone number underneath. HOLD. Show: real housing material, hinge, keypad texture, small scratches, surface wear, screen reflections. The phone does NOT transform to reveal its screen. It is the SAME phone seen from the beginning. The protagonist’s RIGHT HAND remains completely EMPTY in the background. 9.8–10.4s — COMPLETE FROZEN TABLEAU After phone inspection, CAMERA performs a fast but perfectly smooth dolly backward. All objects remain at their existing world-space positions. Reveal: same protagonist falling backward, both hands empty, same sunglasses, same coffee cup, same partially detached lid, same suspended coffee droplets, same OPEN flip phone, exactly one secondary person, exactly one Labrador. All positions must remain spatially consistent with the original collision and release trajectories. No object follows the camera. No object teleports. No object regenerates. Brief HOLD on the complete frozen tableau. 10.4–12.0s — TIME RETURNS / PHYSICAL PAYOFF Time suddenly snaps back to normal speed. Gravity and existing momentum resume simultaneously. Every object continues FROM ITS EXISTING WORLD-SPACE POSITION. The protagonist completes her backward fall naturally. The sunglasses continue from their suspended position and land according to their existing momentum and gravity. The coffee cup continues from its own separate position, impacts the cobblestone ground, the partially detached lid reacts naturally, and remaining coffee spills irregularly through the real opening and impact point. The OPEN flip phone continues from its own separate position, hits the ground and makes ONE small physically believable bounce. Objects land at DIFFERENT plausible locations. They do NOT suddenly converge beside the protagonist. CAMERA rapidly tilts/drops toward ground level to follow the final impacts. Finish with a cinematic low-angle composition showing the fallen protagonist and the scattered objects within the same believable sunset environment. Hard cut. BULLET-TIME CAMERA RULE — NON-NEGOTIABLE BULLET TIME = ALMOST-FROZEN PHYSICAL WORLD + FREELY MOVING CAMERA. Objects stay in WORLD SPACE. Camera moves through WORLD SPACE. Close-up is created ONLY by reducing camera-to-object distance. Never: move objects toward the lens, artificially enlarge objects, teleport objects, regenerate macro versions. STRICT CAMERA ROUTE: FULL FROZEN TABLEAU → CAMERA DOLLIES TO SUNGLASSES → HOLD → 20–30° CAMERA ORBIT → CAMERA TRAVELS TO COFFEE → HOLD → SMALL CAMERA PARALLAX → CAMERA TRAVELS TO PHONE → ESTABLISH COMPLETE PHONE → MOVE TO DISPLAY → HOLD → CAMERA DOLLIES BACK TO COMPLETE TABLEAU → TIME RETURNS CONTINUITY / CAUSALITY Wide shot → medium shot → macro shot = SAME physical object viewed from different camera distances. Sunglasses: same object, same design, same trajectory, same world-space identity. Coffee: same cup, same lid, same coffee, same rotation, same world-space identity. Phone: same open clamshell phone, same housing, hinge, keypad, display, open angle and world-space identity. Every visible change must have a physical cause. Collision causes recoil. Collision momentum separates sunglasses. Finger release changes phone position. Hand release + collision momentum rotates cup. Cup rotation/liquid inertia partially opens lid. Coffee escapes only through the physical gap. Camera movement creates apparent object scale. Gravity resumes final fall. Treat the entire sequence as ONE continuous practical-effects event photographed with a motion-control cinema camera. IDENTITY / PROP LOCK ONE protagonist. ONE secondary person. ONE Labrador. ONE leash. ONE pair of sunglasses. ONE coffee cup. ONE lid. ONE OPEN flip phone. Before collision: RIGHT HAND = phone. LEFT HAND = coffee. Sunglasses = worn. After collision: RIGHT HAND = EMPTY. LEFT HAND = EMPTY. Sunglasses = separated. No second phone. No second cup. No second sunglasses. No additional dog. No additional person. No unexplained props. No duplication. No teleportation. No unexplained scale changes. VISUAL PRIORITY 1. exact protagonist identity from REFERENCE IMAGE 1 2. natural eyes and facial anatomy 3. stable hairstyle and body proportions 4. exact clothing and accessories 5. exact sunglasses from REFERENCE IMAGE 3 6. stable phone geometry 7. empty hands after release 8. continuous physical trajectories 9. realistic environment inspired by REFERENCE IMAGE 2 PHOTOGRAPHIC REALISM Ultra-photorealistic LIVE-ACTION. High-budget international luxury fashion campaign. Real human anatomy. Natural skin pores. Natural facial micro-expressions. Detailed realistic hair. Real manufactured sunglasses. Real paper cup. Real plastic lid. Real liquid coffee. Real early-2000s flip phone. Real object mass, inertia, gravity, momentum and surface tension. ARRI Alexa 35 cinematic character. Premium cinema optics. Motivated sunset lighting inspired by REFERENCE IMAGE 2. Controlled highlights. Natural skin tones. Realistic optical depth of field. Shallow macro depth of field during object inspections. Subtle 35mm film texture. Restrained luxury editorial colour grade. Natural colours. Sharp optical clarity. Cinematic photographic texture. Bullet-time must feel like REAL high-speed practical photography with a motion-control cinema camera, NOT CGI product animation. 4K / Ultra HD. Maximum facial detail. Maximum hair detail. Maximum material fidelity. Stable identity. Stable geometry. Stable prop continuity.show more

Here’s my analysis on NotPixel Airdrop: - Mining phase:... it was entertaining to paint on the canvas alongside with many of you! Personally, I had fun drawing 🧡 together with you, just for fun, no competition. For that I will rate it a ✅ - Earn Launchpool: personally, I think this is great that there’s such a tool, that allows holders effortlessly farm tokens. For me it’s a ✅ - Distribution: the major frustrations has been caused by the overload of the smart contract for Airdrop claim, where the biggest frustrations came from the fact that many were not able to claim their tokens for long (Including me) and watched the price go from $0,5 to $0,8 & to $0,2. Personally, I think that if Airdrop claim was done prior to the launch, it may have been better. For that, I will put a ❌ - Launch: NotPixel decided to launch its PX token only on DEX’es on TON. the price at launch actually was at $0,5-$0,8 however, it shortly went down to $0,2 , causing frustration to the community & making them question “who sold?!” & “why no CEX listings?” Here, it’s important to understand the way Sasha & his team decided that they want to build the project. As they mentioned on X “start from the basics, start from 0.” While many dislike this approach, I personally believe that this is how the launches must be happening. Launch on DEX -> generate traction & volume -> go list on CEX’es -> create more news -> grow more from new ppl joining For that I will put ✅ - Team allocation: while many have speculated that “team sold”. this is completely not true. In fact, team has locked their allocation & it can be verified on chain. Which is ✅ for me. - Future plans: NotPixel will have a big canvas on which you will be able to paint, but this time, with some NFT mechanics & PX token integration. For which it is ✅ to me. Burning: NotPixel plan with the new update also includes a mechanism for Burning, which means that PX token will be deflationary. Which is ✅ - ownership revoked: meaning that PX token supply cannot be increased. Nor any modifications could be made to the smart contract at this point. Which is a big ✅ in my opinion - Community: while many are still frustrated with the current token price on the market, many express desire for token appreciation & further growth. One of the interesting feedbacks I saw on the timeline was “NotPixel forced us all to hold”. Which shows that there are ppl who are not willing to get less than their target. Also many express that they want to see PX on CEX’es. For it to grow even more. ✅ - Holders: as with any Airdrop, many have sold their tokens on the market, the volume also came down a bit. However, what’s interesting is that while ~200k ppl sold, the token still fluctuates between the lowest point $0,13 to $0,26. Which shows that there’s a demand & ppl are accumulating more tokens. Currently PX has 205k holders. Which is a ✅ - BuyBacks: the NotPixel team recently announced the buybacks with the money raised from the NotPixel stickers sale. Which created more support for the price on the market. ✅ - Expectations vs reality: Many community members said that they were expecting price to be above $1 as minimum, many were predicting as high as $10. In reality, the price at launch turned out to be much lower than many expected. Leading to the frustration being expressed on the timeline. Which is understandable. ❌ Conclusion: - Mining phase: ✅ - Earn Launchpool: ✅ - Distribution: ❌ - Launch: ✅ - Team Allocation: ✅ - Future plans: ✅ - Burning: ✅ - Ownership revoked: ✅ - Community: ✅ - Holders: ✅ - BuyBacks: ✅ - Expectations vs reality: ❌ This is not bad execution, not many ppl will be able to pull this off in crypto. No one knows the future, but I chose to believe that Sasha & NotPixel team has a plan. Currently they are not listed on any CEX’es, but I think that Sasha & his team could easily get there. Let’s see what the future holds for us 🙌show more

PROMPT: Generate a continuous 15-second premium live-action broadcast TV... commercial for a high-performance family kitchen blender, designed as an energetic, polished consumer-appliance advertisement emphasizing FAST BLENDING POWER. The commercial must tell a complete miniature visual story within exactly 15 seconds: a busy family needs breakfast quickly, fresh ingredients enter the blender, one touch unleashes powerful high-speed blending, a thick mixture transforms almost instantly into a perfectly smooth fruit smoothie, the family enjoys the result, and the commercial ends on a clean hero product shot with the promise: “Smooth in Seconds.” Maintain a consistent high-end contemporary commercial visual style throughout the entire sequence: photorealistic food photography, tactile ingredient detail, premium appliance surfaces, energetic but controlled camera movement, crisp natural highlights, appetizing freshness, believable family warmth, and polished broadcast-advertising finish. Shoot as if captured on an ARRI Alexa 35 cinema camera using a coordinated set of 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm, and 100mm macro cinema lenses. Preserve realistic perspective, physically plausible motion, natural depth of field, smooth highlight roll-off, subtle cinematic contrast, clean skin tones, rich food texture, controlled motion blur, and sharp product detail. The entire commercial takes place during one continuous bright weekday morning in the SAME modern family kitchen. The kitchen has warm off-white cabinetry, pale natural-oak counters, a large sunlit window frame-left, brushed stainless-steel fixtures, a small breakfast table in the background, subtle family-life details, and a clean uncluttered countertop. Warm morning sunlight enters consistently from frame-left at approximately 5200K, supplemented by soft interior fill, producing gentle directional shadows and bright natural reflections. Maintain the same architecture, counter layout, window position, furniture, appliances, background objects, lighting direction, and color palette throughout every shot. New camera angles reveal different perspectives of the same physical kitchen and must never create a different-looking location. LOCKED PRODUCT: one premium family countertop blender with a compact matte-silver motor base, black control panel, one illuminated circular speed control, large clear 1.8-liter blending pitcher, black fitted lid, stainless-steel blade assembly, sturdy black handle, and subtle unbranded front badge area. The blender’s shape, proportions, materials, controls, pitcher geometry, lid, handle, blade assembly, reflections, scale, and countertop position remain identical throughout every shot. It begins centered on the main kitchen counter and never changes location. LOCKED INGREDIENTS: fresh strawberries, banana pieces, blueberries, mango chunks, Greek yogurt, milk, and several ice cubes. Ingredients must retain recognizable colors and textures before entering the pitcher. Once added, object permanence must be respected: ingredients cannot reappear outside the blender. During blending, the mixture must transform physically and continuously from visibly chunky fruit and ice into a uniform thick pink-red smoothie. LOCKED FAMILY: a mother in her mid-30s with shoulder-length dark brown hair wearing a soft beige knit top and blue jeans; a father in his late-30s with short dark hair wearing a pale blue casual shirt; an approximately eight-year-old daughter with dark brown hair in a ponytail wearing a muted yellow T-shirt; and an approximately six-year-old son with short brown hair wearing a light green T-shirt. Preserve their exact ages, facial identity, hairstyle, wardrobe, body proportions, and appearance whenever visible. Their expressions progress naturally from hurried anticipation to impressed surprise to relaxed enjoyment. Avoid surreal food behavior, floating ingredients, impossible liquid physics, teleporting objects, changing blender geometry, inconsistent pitcher fill levels, duplicated fruit, warped hands, extra fingers, changing wardrobe, altered kitchen architecture, random background changes, excessive lens distortion, unreadable product geometry, fake plastic food textures, excessive camera shake, oversaturated grading, artificial CGI appearance, flickering light, exposure shifts, continuity resets, jumpy object positions, text artifacts, random labels, logos, watermarks, or unrelated products. 00:00–00:02.0 — OPENING PROBLEM / FAMILY MORNING RUSH. Begin with a dynamic 24mm wide establishing shot from approximately countertop height, looking diagonally across the kitchen while preserving a left-to-right spatial axis. The mother moves briskly toward the counter from frame-left as the two children wait near the breakfast area in the background, visibly eager and short on time. The father passes behind them preparing to leave. Morning sunlight streaks naturally through the frame-left window. The locked blender is already visible on the counter as the visual anchor, positioned prominently but naturally in the foreground-right. Use a smooth fast dolly-in toward the blender rather than a hard zoom. Small breakfast details suggest a busy school morning without cluttering the frame. Sound begins with subtle morning kitchen ambience, quick footsteps, a chair movement, and upbeat rhythmic music immediately establishing urgency. No spoken dialogue. 00:02.0–00:04.0 — INGREDIENT SPEED MONTAGE. Match-cut into a rapid sequence of three extremely concise food-preparation inserts totaling exactly two seconds. First, a 100mm macro close-up catches vivid strawberries and blueberries dropping into the clear pitcher, with realistic gravity, bounce, moisture, and fruit texture. Cut to banana pieces and mango chunks entering from above, maintaining the exact pitcher position and increasing fill level logically. Cut to a tight side insert as Greek yogurt, milk, and ice cubes enter last. Use crisp impact sounds synchronized with each ingredient: thump, splash, clink. Each insert changes visual information and advances the preparation; never repeat the same composition. Camera movement is minimal and precise so the speed comes primarily from editorial cutting. The blender remains OFF throughout these inserts. 00:04.0–00:05.2 — ONE-TOUCH ACTIVATION. Cut to an 85mm close-up from a low three-quarter front angle of the blender control panel. The mother’s right index finger enters naturally from frame-left and presses the illuminated circular control exactly once. Show believable fingertip compression against the control. The instant contact occurs, the control illumination brightens and the motor begins. Add a precise tactile click followed immediately by a confident rising electric motor sound. Use a subtle fast push-in timed to activation. The hand exits naturally; do not show multiple presses. 00:05.2–00:08.2 — POWER DEMONSTRATION / HERO BLENDING MOMENT. Cut to a dramatic but physically realistic 50mm close three-quarter view of the entire pitcher. The motor accelerates rapidly. Ice cubes and fruit initially tumble downward toward the stainless-steel blades, then form a powerful controlled vortex. Show the transformation continuously: recognizable strawberries, blueberries, banana, mango, yogurt, milk, and ice become progressively smaller and more integrated until the mixture turns into a completely smooth, thick pink-red smoothie. The action must communicate exceptional blending speed without supernatural physics. Condensation begins subtly on the outside of the pitcher. Tiny droplets and believable internal turbulence catch the frame-left morning light. During this three-second power demonstration, execute a controlled semicircular camera move of approximately 35 degrees around the front of the blender without crossing the established spatial axis. Begin slightly frame-left of the product and finish near frontal three-quarter. Maintain the blender base completely stable on the countertop with no unrealistic vibration or sliding. Use one brief 100mm macro insert lasting approximately 0.5 seconds to reveal the high-speed vortex and disappearing final fruit fragment, then return immediately to the matching three-quarter product angle. Sound design intensifies with a strong smooth motor whirr synchronized to the vortex, layered with the upbeat music. At approximately 00:07.6, the last visible fruit fragment disappears into the vortex. By 00:08.2 the mixture is visibly uniform, silky, and completely smooth. This transformation is the commercial’s core proof point: FAST BLENDING POWER. 00:08.2–00:09.5 — INSTANT RESULT. The motor stops cleanly. Cut to a 100mm macro beauty shot looking through the clear pitcher wall at the perfectly smooth smoothie surface settling from a gentle spiral into a glossy, uniform texture. A small central swirl collapses naturally. No chunks remain. Condensation beads on the exterior catch bright highlights. Use shallow depth of field while retaining enough pitcher edge detail to identify the product. Sound drops from the motor into a satisfying soft stop, followed by a subtle musical accent. A confident female voice-over begins: “Powerful blending…” 00:09.5–00:11.5 — POUR AND PROOF. Match the circular smoothie motion into a 50mm close-up of the mother tilting the same pitcher and pouring the thick smoothie into two clear family drinking glasses on the same countertop. The liquid forms a smooth continuous ribbon with realistic viscosity and no splashing errors. The pitcher’s remaining fill level decreases correctly. Camera tracks gently with the pour from left to right. The daughter and son appear softly out of focus beyond the glasses, watching with excited expressions. As the glasses fill, rack focus briefly from the flowing smoothie to the children’s delighted reaction. Voice-over completes: “…smooth results in seconds.” 00:11.5–00:13.0 — FAMILY PAYOFF. Cut to a warm 35mm medium shot at the breakfast counter. The two children each take one synchronized first sip from their filled glasses, then immediately exchange impressed smiles. The mother stands behind them with a relaxed satisfied expression while the father takes a filled travel cup and moves toward frame-right, suggesting the blender has saved valuable morning time. Keep performances natural rather than exaggerated. The blender remains visible in the background on its original counter position, recognizable and unchanged. Morning sunlight and the same warm neutral palette continue without variation. The music opens into a bright satisfying resolution. The daughter gives a quick authentic smile and says: “That was fast!” 00:13.0–00:15.0 — PRODUCT HERO / BRAND END FRAME. Use a clean visual match cut from the child’s smoothie glass to the locked blender standing alone in a polished hero composition on the SAME kitchen counter. Shoot on an 85mm lens at slightly below pitcher midpoint for a confident premium product perspective. The blender occupies the center-right of frame while a freshly poured smoothie glass, two strawberries, several blueberries, and one mango slice form a restrained ingredient arrangement in the lower foreground-left. These garnish ingredients are separate presentation ingredients introduced only for the hero composition and must not imply that previously blended ingredients have magically reappeared. Create a slow controlled 5% push-in during the final two seconds. Frame-left morning sunlight creates a clean edge highlight along the clear pitcher and matte-silver motor base. Maintain realistic reflections, exact product geometry, and crisp separation from the softly defocused kitchen background. At 00:13.3, introduce a clean broadcast-safe text overlay in the negative space on frame-left: “FAST BLENDING POWER” At 00:14.0, transition cleanly to the primary campaign line: “SMOOTH IN SECONDS.” Below it, smaller: “POWER FOR EVERY FAMILY MORNING.” Typography is modern, bold, minimal sans-serif, perfectly legible, horizontally aligned, broadcast-safe, with no distorted letters and no unnecessary graphical effects. Keep all typography outside the physical blender silhouette. Voice-over, confident and warm: “Fast power. Smooth mornings.” End exactly at 00:15.0 on a perfectly stable hero frame with the blender sharply resolved, smoothie glass visible, campaign line readable, music landing on a clean sonic logo accent. CAMERA AND EDITING RULES: Use motivated cuts whenever subject, visual information, camera position, action, or emotional emphasis changes. Maintain energetic medium-fast commercial pacing: wider contextual opening, rapid ingredient inserts, tactile activation close-up, high-energy blending demonstration, sensory result macro, fluid pouring shot, human reaction payoff, then a slower premium hero landing. Preserve the established 180-degree axis throughout. No camera crosses the axis unless visibly motivated, and no silent changes in object placement occur between cuts. Maintain consistent camera height for matching shot types. Screen direction remains left-to-right for preparation and family movement. Every shot must introduce new action, information, perspective, reaction, or product proof. AUDIO DESIGN: Begin with subtle morning kitchen ambience under upbeat modern percussive music. Synchronize fruit impacts, ice clinks, control click, motor acceleration, vortex intensity, motor stop, smoothie pour, drinking sounds, and final sonic logo precisely to picture. The blender motor must sound powerful but refined rather than harsh. Duck music naturally beneath the voice-over and daughter’s dialogue. No audio clipping or abrupt ambience resets between cuts. VISUAL COLOR SYSTEM: warm off-white, pale natural oak, matte silver, fresh strawberry red, blueberry blue, mango golden-yellow, and creamy smoothie pink-red. Preserve natural skin tones and realistic food saturation. Use a premium contemporary commercial grade with moderate contrast, soft highlight roll-off, clean whites, controlled blacks, and no teal-orange exaggeration. MOVEMENT AND PHYSICS: All hands interact correctly with objects. Ingredients obey gravity. Liquid volume remains continuous. The pitcher fill level increases when ingredients are added, decreases when smoothie is poured, and never resets between shots. The blender stays physically planted on the counter during operation. The motor vortex follows plausible fluid dynamics. Hair, clothing, reflections, condensation, shadows, and liquid motion react naturally. Maintain strict character consistency, product consistency, object permanence, environment continuity, lighting continuity, and forward-only time progression across the full sequence. Render the final commercial at 24 fps, 16:9 broadcast aspect ratio, UHD 3840×2160 resolution, high-bitrate cinematic master quality, natural 180-degree shutter motion blur, realistic cinema-lens behavior, subtle fine sensor texture, clean compression, no visible digital artifacts, no temporal flicker, no frame interpolation artifacts, and photorealistic high-end commercial rendering. Preserve sharp product edges and legible end-frame typography while allowing natural depth-of-field falloff. The entire finished sequence must be EXACTLY 15 seconds long. Do not extend or shorten any beat. The central visual message must be immediately understandable without dialogue: a busy family morning becomes easier because this family blender turns whole ingredients and ice into a perfectly smooth drink with exceptional speed. The emotional progression is urgency → activation → power → instant proof → family satisfaction → premium product promise. Final audience takeaway: FAST BLENDING POWER. SMOOTH IN SECONDS.show more

**Doris Yin Speech at China Guizhou Zunyi GCV Barter... Conference** Hello to the community leaders, GCV ambassadors, merchants, and pioneers of GCV Guizhou in China! Today is January 12, 2025, marking the first GCV Barter Conference in China in New Year and the 13th Barter Conference overall. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the organizers of this conference, the Guizhou Zunyi GCV Community, and the co-organizers, Barter Huishang (Guizhou) Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd. I also want to acknowledge the following GCV ambassadors for their active dedication and contributions to this conference: **GCV Ambassador of China:** - Yang Zhizhong - Cai Zaiqiao **Ambassadors of Guizhou Province GCV:** - Wang Shiqiong - Cai Weisheng - Guo Jiaqing **Zunyi GCV Ambassadors:** - Wang Jianbo - Luo Nanlu **GCV ambassadors at the district and county level in Zunyi City** Additionally, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to our numerous GCV merchants and sponsors. Without your support, we would not have been able to hold such a grand and large-scale event. Today's gathering in Zunyi, a sacred site of the revolution, reminds me of the Red Army's 25,000-mile Long March. Their perseverance and sacrifice continue to inspire us. The Zunyi Conference took place from January 15 to 17, 1935, and exactly 90 years later, we are gathered here today. The defining characteristics of the Zunyi Conference included the commitment to uphold the truth, correct mistakes, establish the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee, and creatively develop and implement strategies that fit the nature of the Chinese revolution. Today, our Zunyi Conference will also be recorded in the history of blockchain, as every effort you have put in has contributed to building a strong network ecosystem. Our partial fiat and partial distribution policy serves as a solution for the rapid development of the ecosystem during the closed mainnet of the Pi Network. As we all know, the first quarter of this year will bring about the successful mainnet launch of Pi Network. After six long years of challenges and perseverance, all of our pioneers will have the opportunity to witness this significant historical moment. What an exciting and proud day this will be! It has not been easy for everyone to persist through these six years; it requires great blessings, unwavering faith, and the courage to overcome difficulties. Today, our pioneers in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, gathering for this GCV barter conference holds great significance. I see that ten companies are providing products for barter, with nine companies, including Guizhou Meitan County Daoqin Hospital and Barter Huishang (Guizhou) Digital Economy Industry Group Co., Ltd., sponsoring this event. Once again, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you. The GCV Barter Conference serves multiple purposes. It is not only about creating GCV data or demonstrating the strength of our China region to CT, but also about showing how closely we align with their vision and mission. Additionally, it provides robust evidence for a substantial number of KYC and migration initiatives in China. More importantly, what we do today aims to boost China’s future economic development. Once the main network of the Pi Network is launched, we anticipate a significant demand for Chinese products from numerous international pioneers, which will in turn generate a large volume of export orders. At the same time, there will be international merchants looking to export their products to China. Once OM, import and export transactions will be conducted using the new currency, facilitating the vision of a stable currency and enabling seamless and reliable exchanges with fiat currency. Therefore, the merchants who engage now will have the advantage of being early adopters. The Pi Network offers a partner program and a MapofPi program. To participate in the partnership, businesses are required to have a company website. We invite businesses with websites to join us. However, if you do not have a company website, you can still join the Mapofpi program, which encompasses a wide range of industries, allowing participation from both large companies and small traders. Registration for the Mapofpi does not require a business license or website; various entities including shops, hospitals, schools, hair salons, accounting firms, law firms, restaurants, and hotels are welcome to register. Please select an active merchant and support GCV at $314,159. Prior to the OM launch, it is advisable to use partial fiat currency and partial Pi to ensure that merchants can cover their costs and fulfill their tax obligations. Recently, on January 9, we established the China GCV Industry Chain Alliance, which aims to create an industrial chain that facilitates the circulation of Pi among merchants, thereby reducing the burden of exchanging fiat currency after OM. During the enclosed mainnet, you can assist merchants in registering as Pi Network Partners and Mapofpi . Ms. Lumari is our Global GCV CT executive director and her goal is to have 200,000 registered Mapofpi merchants worldwide. My personal target is to reach 100,000 registered merchants in China alone. This goal is achievable given the over 58 million enterprises and more than 20 million pioneers in China. If we can effectively convey that Pi Network WEB 3.0 blockchain technology will significantly enhance human productivity and that the business opportunities from accepting partial Pi and partial FIAT during the 60 days before OM will present numerous benefits and minimal risks to merchants, then it is likely that no merchant will be unfavorably surprised by the initiative. This strategy offers a multitude of advantages with virtually no downsides. Furthermore, it benefits pioneers by allowing them to transfer purchasing power to the community and minimize fiat currency expenses in their daily life. Consequently, the GCV data we generate will significantly benefit the Chinese pioneers, as a large number of registered merchants can transform the China region from a high-risk area to a safe zone. Not only can this region be promoted to a VIP area, which would enjoy expedited KYC and mapping processes, but it will also allow pioneers and merchants to thrive together in our ecosystem. This collaboration will enhance the prosperity of our country and empower the China region to contribute to the welfare of communities worldwide. Once OM, it will play a crucial role in the economic development of both China and the world. If you pay attention to our migrartion speed, you might have noticed that it has slowed down recently. From December 17th to around the 30th, the migrating speed was over 50,000 to 100,000 per day, but now it has dropped to just over 10,000. What is the reason for this decline? If it was previously possible to migrate over 100,000 per day, why has it changed? The CT has stated that they will OM until the first quarter of this year to bring the migratiion in line with KYC amounts. However, if it's technically feasible to achieve a higher migration speed, why isn’t it being done? The answer is quite simple: it depends on what everyone does with the Pi after such large migration numbers. If pioneers rush to buy and sell, hold onto their Pi coins, or trade at low value, it will impact the speed and efficiency of the next migration in these regions. This principle is not only theoretically valid but has proven true in practice. For instance, countries like the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia have a solid educational foundation in GCV. Most pioneers there are highly aware of the risks involved in participating in the black market, which allows them to generate a substantial amount of GCV data. As a result, their migration speed is notably fast, and there are many large wallet migrated. To help the CT regain momentum, we all need to cooperate. Engage with the migrated Pi and participate in the GCV barter ecosystem. Be cautious of individuals who aim to deceive you for personal gain; devaluing the Pi often serves as a tactic to exchange something small for your valuable treasure. It's crucial to educate pioneers about the true value of what they hold and encourage them to avoid dishonest practices. I urge everyone to actively participate in partial Pi and partial FIAT barter. The more GCV data we generate, the more secure our wallets will be. Therefore, it's important for everyone to read and share the Pioneer Handbook I wrote which has been translated into 30 languages to raise awareness among pioneers. By learning from the Pioneer Handbook and participating in GCV bartering, we can improve China's migration efforts and foster ecological development. This stability can ensure that the value of our Pi endures for future generations, rather than becoming worthless in a few years. Wouldn't that be something we want to preserve for our children and grandchildren? Today's message is lengthy but very important, and I hope you take the time to understand it. I wish our Guizhou Zunyi Conference great success! Thank you to all GCV Ambassadors, Merchants, and Pioneers for your incredible support! Your efforts today are planting the seeds for a prosperous future, and I hope you find safety and fulfillment in the days to come. May your wishes come true! Wishing you health and happiness! Let’s work together to create a better future! I also hope you all have a joyful Chinese New Year! Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Founder, Global GCV Movement January 12, 2025show more
