To build the next major leap in spatial computing,... you can't rely on standard hardware architecture. That’s why we partnered with Snapdragon. We are incredibly proud to announce that the new XREAL AURA is the world’s first device powered by the new Snapdragon Reality Elite platform. To deliver an industry-leading 70° FOV and real-time processing, we utilized a revolutionary split-compute dual-chip architecture. By pairing the Snapdragon Reality Elite with XREAL’s custom X1S co-processor, we efficiently distribute the processing load. The X1S handles sensor fusion and spatial mapping at the edge, freeing the Snapdragon chip to run Android XR and GeminiI at absolute maximum performance without thermal throttling. The result? The most immersive XR experience ever engineered into a portable form factor. At just under 95g, you get the performance of a high-end spatial computer in a glasses form factor you can actually wear all day. Secure your spot in the next generation of XR: Reserve the XREAL AURA now for USD 99 and receive a USD 199 credit toward your final purchase at launch. 🔗 Reserve Yours Now:show more

PHOTON COUNTING CT AND A NEW CONCEPT OF NORMAL... CORONARY ARTERIES For more than 2 decades we have been performing Cardiac CT with constant improvements in all parameters (spatial, temporal and contrast resolution). The improvements were progressive in certain fields and steep in other (e.g.: the introduction of Dual Source CT that completely changed the range of temporal resolution achievable basically overnight and still is the most important source of flexibility in Cardiac CT scanning after almost 20 years). Spatial resolution instead was improved in a slow and progressive way until the test EID CT generations that achieved a spatial resolution of 250 microns. This allowed us to assess a coronary artery tree and define it as normal when no apprentice changes were visibile up to that value. But we know that the normal thickness of coronary artery walls is quite below that threshold. It is more in the range of 80-200 microns. Therefore, the very early changes in coronary artery wall thickness could not be picked up by EID CT technology. With the introduction of PCCT we can constantly achieve 100 microns spatial resolution which means that we work extol in range in which coronary artery disease starts. It also means that we don't see any thickening of the the coronary artery walls we have a much higher specificity and reliability. This concept is a transformative one because it allows us to shift earlier and earlier the beginning of atherosclerosis in our patients and think even more precisely in terms of cardiovascular prevention and monitoring. Movie: example of normal coronary artery tree with PCCT. A new era is coming into practice and it is the age of Photon Counting CT which pushes this boundaries further away. PCCT is a NEW Imaging Modality. PCCT is changing the game, the field, the language, the priorities and in the end it will change the entire infrastructure of diagnostic medicine. PS: note that PCCT images have to be reduced in resolution when uploaded in social media. #CardiacImaging #MedicalInnovation #StentAssessment #Radiology #PCCT #photoncounting #QuantumHD #CT #computedtomography #yesCCT #coronaryarterydisease #ischemia #naeotomalpha #Peak #Pro #Prime #speed #cardiac #highresolution #siemenshealthinners #CardiacCT #PhotonCountingCT #MedicalImaging #HeartHealth #CardiovascularInnovation #Radiology #AIInMedicineshow more

Focus with me on Fermin’s movement here. Look at... the action from the start: even though the ball was wide on the left, Bilbao’s fullback stayed close to Lamine, which is something many teams do because of how dangerous he is. The problem is, this always creates a big gap between the opponent fullback and the rest of the defensive structure. That gap was there from the start, but Olmo didn’t exploit it effectively. Fermin, however, immediately recognizes the space and runs into it, forcing Bilbao’s fullback to follow him and completely opening the lane for Lamine to score. Fermin’s brilliant spatial awareness is one of my favorite aspects of his game.show more

68 college students played video games an hour a... day for 30 weeks. They got measurably smarter. EEG brain scans confirmed it. The setup was simple. Half the group played League of Legends, an action game. The other half played Legends of the Three Kingdoms, a strategy card game. Same hours, same schedule, no gaming experience for anyone going in. Both groups improved on attention, working memory, and executive function. The League group's gains were significantly larger in spatial attention and spatial working memory. The benefits were still measurable 10 weeks after the gaming stopped. None of this is new. Daphne Bavelier's lab at the University of Geneva has been replicating this finding since the early 2000s. Her 2018 meta-analysis in Psychological Bulletin pulled data from 8,970 participants across 15 years and found the same thing. Action games train attentional control, a brain skill that transfers to other tasks. Strategy games train deliberation, which mostly stays inside the strategy game. The mechanism is the counterintuitive part. Action games train your brain by giving you no time to think. The brain can't deliberate. League of Legends throws 9 champions, hundreds of minions, dozens of abilities, mana, cooldowns, and map state at you, all updating in milliseconds. The brain learns to perceive faster instead. That perceptual speed transfers to anything else that demands the same skill. Including surgery. The 2007 Rosser study in Archives of Surgery found that laparoscopic surgeons who played video games more than 3 hours a week made 37% fewer errors, completed procedures 27% faster, and scored 42% higher on overall performance. The top third of gamers made 47% fewer errors. Laparoscopic surgery is a 2D screen with distorted depth perception, remote-controlled instruments, and multiple data streams updating in real time. The cognitive profile is almost identical to an action video game. The 10-week persistence is the part that should change how this gets discussed. If the gains were just from practicing the game, they would have disappeared the moment the students stopped playing. They didn't. The 30 weeks rewired the perceptual system, and the rewiring stayed.show more

To him, it wasn’t about food… it was about... dominance. Watching an enemy fall. After the kill, he discarded the body into the river - a silent statement. Meanwhile, up to 96% of a leopard’s hard-earned kills are stolen by hyenas. Survival in the wild is never fair. #videosvuvushow more

Contextual delete confirmation, prototyped in Figma Why this matters?... Traditional delete modals often break the flow. They interrupt the user's context by pulling them into a separate layer just to confirm an action. On top of that, these modal typically lack a clear visual or spatial association with the element being deleted. The positioning feels arbitrary—detached from the target item—which can create hesitation or uncertainty for the user. To solve these issues, I designed a contextual delete confirmation that appears directly beneath the target element. Unlike traditional modals that pull users out of the flow and feel disconnected from the action they’re confirming, this approach keeps everything in context. By anchoring the confirmation to the element itself, it reinforces the association and reduces cognitive load—users instantly understand what they’re about to delete without losing their place or momentum.show more

DimensionX: Create Any 3D and 4D Scenes from a... Single Image with Controllable Video Diffusion TL;DR: Create 3/4DGS from Video Diffusion Note: Some first inference code released (not all yet). Contributions (cited): • We present DimensionX, a novel framework for generating photorealistic 3D and 4D scenes from only a single image using controllable video diffusion. • We propose ST-Director, which decouples the spatial and temporal priors in video diffusion models by learning (spatial and temporal) dimension-aware modules with our curated datasets. We further enhance the hybriddimension control with a training-free composition approach according to the essence of video diffusion denoising process. • To bridge the gap between video diffusion and real-world scenes, we design a trajectory-aware mechanism for 3D generation and an identity-preserving denoising approach for 4D generation, enabling more realistic and controllable scene synthesis. • Extensive experiments manifest that our DimensionX delivers superior performance in video, 3D, and 4D generation compared with baseline methods.show more

We live in an illusion, a simulation created by... nonphysical electromagnetic waves collapsing into material reality, where your soul is trapped inside an energetic container that we call matter. There, it learns the lessons of Good and Evil necessary for its evolution. That is why the body is made of earth/dirt/matter, while the soul is made of fire, which is plasma. In Hinduism and Buddhism, this is represented by the Bhavachakra, or Wheel of Life, which depicts samsara, the cycle of death and rebirth in which the soul is “trapped” until it escapes the wheel after acquiring the knowledge of Good and Evil and attaining wisdom. The three poisons at the center of samsara are actually the northern constellations Draco, Cygnus, and Ursa Major, constantly chasing one another in a circle, symbolizing both the passage of time and the endless, repeating cycles. The twelve outer sections represent the twelve zodiac constellations. So yes, we live in an illusion, a simulation, but not an illusion created by AI, as in The Matrix. It is an illusion created by God for the purpose of the soul’s evolution.show more

Yeaah with Kartel.ai and Jesse Wellens ! So training... Lora for character on Flux and also for Wan 2.1 14B ( using dataset video ) make a Huge difference. So here you are seeing a volumetric capture of Jesse Wellens that we did in at the spatial studio of Kartel.ai We use a a World Labs gaussian splatting to create a simple environment that we put with the volumetric capture in our own webgl viewer ( out soon for everyone ). After that, We use after this output in a ComfyUI workflow with Wan Fun control ( a bit similar Vace but its working for Wan 14B) with the double loras , the first to generate the first frame with flux, and the second one to guide the generation of Wan 2.1 Control. So we keep very good consistency of character and position, and creating amazing worlds :) ! Hope you will find it cool !show more

HONESTLY, THIS IS HOW I WANT AI VIDEO TOOLS... TO WORK TOGETHER. Not one model trying to do everything. One stage understands the space. One stage turns the scene into video. Then the creator gets to shape the result. GPT-6 Astra handles the spatial planning, including the 3D environment and Viewport-based camera + character paths. I manually bring that scene into CapCut PC, use Seedance 2.5 for the render, then keep working on the footage in CapCut PC. That last part matters. Because a generated clip isn't necessarily a finished video. The more interesting future might be AI helping across the entire filmmaking pipeline while the creator still decides what the final piece should be. And this is definitely one of those workflows I'd want to try hands-on in CapCut PC. #CapCutPC #GPT6Astra #AIVideo #Seedance25show more
