Ball handling isn’t just about moving the ball. It’s... about processing information, adapting, and staying in control while your attention is pulled elsewhere. The heavy medicine ball adds an external constraint. The crossover-to-punch pattern challenges lateral movement and body control. Catching and returning the ball forces the brain to solve multiple problems at once. Movement. Reaction. Adaptation. Train the brain/body and the handle follows. STOP doing endless cone tap dancing drills and calling... it “agility.” Most athletes are getting worse at actual game speed while thinking they’re training agility Real agility = reacting to a person/ball + forceful acceleration + deceleration in multiple directions Save this entire thread Here are the 6 actual pillars I use to build real, transferable agility with my athletes. This is the blueprint. 👇show more

HANDLE THE BALL AGAINST PRESSURE This clip is a... masterclass in handling the ball against pressure. Most players think that the more moves they make, the better BallHandler they are. In reality, a players ability to Start-Go-Stop is what makes them productive. Do you have a starting move that can get you downhill. On that ‘go’ can you be in control under pressure. Then, do you have the ability to stop to create separation, and be comfortable in a face up so that you can make a decision and play.show more

A few tips on running fast for older athletes:... • You arguably never need to sprint all out. I’m very careful about hitting max velocity. In the videos I’m somewhere between mile pace and sprinting, which is plenty fast for most purposes. • Warm up well. I’ll always run beforehand, do some drills, then gradually introduce 3-5 seconds of speed before the main set. • It’s totally fine to start your strides slower. Marathon to 5k pace isn’t really “speed,” but it’s a good bridge toward it, especially when managing minor injuries. • Run with strong, controlled, relaxed form. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just efficient.show more

Stop bridging. Just use Beacon. We know most don’t... want to hear this but when you bridge, you’re taking a risk. Not because of the yield or trade ahead, but because of the infrastructure you rely on to get there. You give up control of your asset & open the door to exploits and drains. Beacon changes that. Cross-chain movement without bridge risk, your funds stay in your contract, under your control, while agents handle execution. Why bridge when you can just use Beacon.show more

This is something I’ve always wanted to change in... rugby. If both teams knock the ball on at the same time, why can’t the knock-ons simply cancel each other out and play on ? Instead, we stop the game, reset for a scrum and slow everything down. If rugby genuinely wants to compete with other major sports, we need to find ways to keep the game moving. This is one simple change that could help speed things up and make the game more entertaining. #Springboks #Allblacks #Rugby #RSAvNZL 🇿🇦🇳🇿 | THE GREATEST RIVALRY TOURshow more

#1 The US president has no control over Olympic... rules. #2 This woman is not “transgender”. She was born a woman and has always identified as a woman since birth. #3 Stop spreading hate towards transgender people merely because you are angry about the Olympic rules that allow a woman to compete as a woman, in a woman’s sport. Yes, a biological woman can have XY chromosomes due to certain genetic conditions. Stop being so ignorant and using this to attack trans people. Stop oversimplifying a complex situation. I don’t know what the right move is here but ignorance and hate is not the solution.show more

Here are medically supported methods that can help. 1.... Practice the start–stop technique This is one of the most recommended methods for premature ejaculation control. How it works: - During sexual activity, stop stimulation when you feel close to ejaculation. - Wait about 20–30 seconds until the urge reduces. - Start again. Repeating this trains the body to delay ejaculation. 2. Try the squeeze technique When you feel very close to climax: - Gently squeeze the head of the penis for a few seconds. - This reduces arousal and delays ejaculation. This technique is commonly used in behavioral therapy for premature ejaculation. 3. Strengthen pelvic floor muscles Stronger pelvic muscles improve ejaculation control. The best exercise is Kegels. How to do it: - Tighten the muscles you use to stop urine. - Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. - Repeat 10–15 times, 3 times daily. 4. Slow down the pace Fast thrusting increases stimulation and leads to quicker ejaculation. Try a slower rhythm, short pauses, and changing positions to control arousal. 5. Focus more on foreplay Longer foreplay reduces pressure to perform quickly during penetration and improves satisfaction for both partners. 6. Reduce anxiety and stress Performance anxiety can cause early ejaculation. Relaxation techniques, deep breathing, and confidence building can improve sexual endurance. 7. Use condoms They may reduce sensitivity slightly, helping some men last longer. 8. Maintain good physical health Regular exercise improves blood flow, stamina, and hormonal balance, which supports sexual performance and reduces the risk of erectile dysfunction. Helpful habits: regular workouts, good sleep, limiting alcohol, and avoiding smoking. Lasting longer during sex usually improves with practice, pelvic muscle strengthening, and better arousal control. Hope you learnt something new? Please share for others to learn.show more

PID Control: The Hidden Algorithm Behind Robotics. 🤖⚙️ You... may not see it, but PID control is everywhere in robotics. From robot arms and mobile robots to motors and industrial automation, PID helps machines maintain precise motion, speed and position. P — reacts to the current error I — corrects accumulated error D — responds to the rate of change No AI. No machine learning. Just control theory working behind the scenes to make robots move accurately and consistently. If you could master ONE control algorithm in robotics, would you choose PID? 👇 🎥 Media: medcorreia ( Instagram ) ⚠️ This content is shared for informational purposes only. 🤖 Robotic hands are evolving faster than we realize... — and they’re learning to master our world. I find this both fascinating and a little unsettling. At first glance, these robotic hands still look awkward - stiff fingers, clumsy motion. But behind the scenes, every iteration brings: ➡️ Tighter sensors ➡️ Smarter control loops ➡️ Better training on human-designed objects Week by week, they move closer to something astonishing — not imitation, but mastery. They’re learning to grip, twist, and adapt to tools made for our anatomy. And once they reach human-level dexterity, they won’t stop there. They’ll surpass it — steadier than surgeons, faster than assembly lines, tireless and precise. This is more than robotics. It’s the moment machines stop mimicking us… and start outperforming us. How do we redefine “human skill” in a world where robots master it too? #AI #Robotics #Innovation #Technology #Automation #FutureOfWork #Engineeringshow more

Speed control being removed from FSD is a hot... topic, and I often get roasted for not bringing it up more. Truthfully a lot of the time the lack of a user-defined max speed isn’t that big of a problem - but it still is 100% a problem. Last weekend we went to the island and the car misread the speed limits 90% of the time. The issue was when we were driving around the campsite and the speed limit was 15kmh and FSD thought it was 40kmh. So in that situation even being in sloth mode doesn’t fix the problem with the car driving too fast. Similar issue - two days ago we had a really bad rain storm and even in sloth FSD was trying to go 100kmh on the highway. Almost every other car was driving closer to 80kmh but I couldn’t force the car to drive that slow - so instead we were one of the fastest cars on the road (in the sloth speed profile) and I had to disengage and drive myself since the speeds weren’t appropriate for the conditions. I know Tesla knows about this - but I just think it’s worth bringing up 🤷♂️ I really really really hope v15 can fix issues like this. Also please stop speeding in school zones.show more

I find it extremely interesting how so many Angels... fans can just sit back and continue to be okay with this. The team is bad and the management from the front office down to the dugout has been bad. To make matters worse, I see some of you on here complaining about the tarps off movement in the stadium, saying things like “they’re saying bad words” or “it isn’t going to work so just give up,” and more of the same. At least there is a group here that actually cares and wants change, and they are willing to step out and protest in their own way. Stop being okay with losing. Stop being okay with ownership that does not care about the fans. Stop being okay with an inept front office. The players on the field deserve better, the fans deserve better, and the city of Anaheim deserves better. And most importantly, stop getting mad at the people who actually care. It is one thing if you choose to say or do nothing, but do not expect everyone else to sit quietly and accept losing like it is normal or acceptable. Just had one of the worst drives I've ever... had in 5 years with FSD in the rain ... for some reason even though it limits you to Standard it would not stop getting into the left lane (and was capped at speed limit). And the left lane was flooded in spots... Tesla AI - the left lane obsession needs to end. At this point it's bizarre. Especially in these conditions. I manually had to move the car back to the right 10 times in 5 minutes. And overall ... I'm not going to lie I could not see anything. My heart rate was probably at 150 bpm. So I want to be an FSD but I don't want to be 3 ft from a barrier hydroplaning.. When the speed is limited in these conditions and it won't go the speed limit anyway - FSD NEEDS to stay out of the left lane!!!show more

This is one of the greatest feelings a hitter... will ever experience… and most players never learn it. This drill has nothing to do with mechanics. It has everything to do with execution. The pitcher mixes fastballs and slow balls. Your only two rules: ⚾ Slow pitch or spin? Don’t roll it over. ⚾ Fastball? Don’t pull it. Now you’re forced to recognize speed instead of guessing. You’re training your eyes, your timing, and your approach—not just your swing. This is one of my favorite two-strike drills because it teaches hitters to trust what they see instead of committing too early. A great swing is important. Knowing when to use it is what separates hitters. Train with an expert, not an influencer.show more
