"Supporting Lindsay Clancy doesn’t mean I don’t grieve those... beautiful babies or understand the devastation of this case. 🚨 Lamine Yamal statement. “𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐦, 𝐚𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡. Yesterday... in the stadium, the chant “the one who doesn’t boo is Muslim” was heard. Don’t let anyone walk over you or disrespect you.... Respect yourself enough to stand your ground when it matters. And more importantly—don’t stay silent when you see someone weaker being bullied. If you can help, help. That doesn’t mean running around looking for fights or causing chaos. It means having the courage to stand for what’s right, having the confidence to defend yourself and others, and having the heart to protect those who can’t protect themselves.show more

Online right-wingers can’t take it. Most people are going... through their lives generally ok, laughing and joking with those around them. To be an online right-winger means being consumed by hate, sitting around rubbing one’s hands together, dreaming of collapse or god sending the heathens to hell or whatever. They need “meaning” in the form of telling others what to do because they don’t believe in mental health so don’t understand that this is just a sign that they’ve got problems.show more

I’m no stranger to mental health issues. Over the... years, I’ve adopted various strategies to keep myself going. But one thing remains constant—our lifestyle and environment are the biggest contributors to positive mental (and physical) health. They are not mutually exclusive. There’s no silver bullet for the mental health crisis we face today, but I believe many of the solutions come down to choice. It’s our greatest superpower. The choice to get healthy. The choice to leave toxic relationships. The choice to make time for what really matters. The choice to see things differently. The choice to do the things you know you need to do. The choice to seek help. I don’t mean to oversimplify a dark or complex issue, or sound preachy, but through my experience, if we peel back the layers, many of the solutions really come down to choice. For me at least… 😋 GTFOutside has become my daily reminder to get out of my own way by removing limiting mindsets, choosing to do the hard things I know I need to do, and, of course, being outside in nature. So, get outside today. Out of your own way and into nature. 🌿⛰️ #mentalhealth #physicalhealth #GTFOutside #earnyourfreedomshow more

What is the answer for this? I know some... people genuinely need wheelchair assistance, and I understand that not every disability is visible. But let’s stop pretending nobody is taking advantage of it. On our last flight, there were at least a dozen wheelchairs lined up to board. I have been flying for years, and you used to see one or two. Now, some airport concourses look like wheelchair parking lots. Cruises and cruise lines are the same. Those chairs are for people who truly need help, not people who are too lazy to walk through the airport or stand in line. Abusing the service only makes it harder for the people who genuinely depend on it.show more
