This is happening at Panama City Beach in Florida.... Panama City Beach flags are out warning people to not enter the water because of hazardous conditions. Anyone caught in the water will receive a $500 fine. 😳 You can only walk on dry sand. Someone said they got a fine because the water went far enough up to get their camp wet. Some have stated “how are they going to tell me that I can’t go in the water?” 🤯 But many people said they need to follow the rules to keep everyone, including lifeguards and rescue personnel safe. I am for the fines. People need to stay out if the water and away from it during these conditions. Too many people’s lives being put at risk. 💯 What do you think?
