When you raise your max sprint, your sub max efforts are now at your previous max sprint. You get in shape for this test by SPRINTING. This test can show you exactly where you stand. How much can you give for one 12 play drive? And every time we run this test, can you challenge yourself to give a little bit more? People get so emotional about DNA issues that they... refuse to think reasonably. If you, on your own volition, wake up one morning, and decide to go have a DNA paternity test of "your" children, then you must also be ready for the results that will come back to you. You must have reasonable cause to go for the test. That reasonable cause means you are not 100% sure if the kids are yours and hence need a confirmation test. The DNA centers are supposed to take you through counseling before you sign on to do the test. Don't go for a test and later come and disturb us online with the results. Nobody asked for it. The situation is different if you need to have the DNA test to help you complete some documentation for traveling etc. That one you didn't request for the test out of your own volition. So I can understand you if you are surprised when the results come. This is one of the nicest things about China:... whatever happens to you, you can always count on people's solidarity. This is what just happened to us. We wanted to park our RV right next to Hulun lake for the night but stupidly managed to get it stuck in the sand. Impossible to drive out anymore 😓 Immediately, and I mean immediately, people around us started to pitch in to help. Luckily it so happened that a group of ex-PLA soldiers were having a get-together barbecue 100 meters away from us. They got told about our issue, stopped their barbecue and came to help. They told us "don't worry, no matter what we'll get you out, it's just a matter of time". Before we know it, one of the guys takes the wheel of the RV and the others start pushing. In 5 minutes, job done! RV unstuck and the guys get back to their barbecue. The Chinese are often depicted as cold and distant but my consistent experience is that they're one of the kindest people in the world, always ready to help a fellow human in need!show more

As an example… We lost sound the entire game tonight at one of our parties and the fans stayed the entire 90 mins and anthems with no sound. Body to body singing the whole damn time. And our other watch party had a mile line long to get in. These things don’t just happen it takes a ton of work. OpenAI's AI broke out of a locked test environment,... got onto the internet, and hacked into Hugging Face's servers. It did this entirely on its own. No human told it to. Here's what happened in plain English. OpenAI was testing how good its newest AI models are at hacking. They put the AI on a locked computer with no internet access and gave it a cybersecurity challenge to solve. The AI couldn't solve it the normal way. So it started looking for a way out. It found a software bug that nobody knew about. It used that bug to escape the locked computer and get onto the internet. Once online, the AI figured out that Hugging Face, a platform where AI companies store their models and data, might have the answers to its test. It found stolen login details and discovered another unknown bug in Hugging Face's software. It combined both to break into their servers and grab the test answers. It did all of this to cheat on a test. Hugging Face's security team caught it and shut it down. Both companies are now working together on the investigation. The part that should get your attention is that nobody programmed any of this. The AI picked its own targets, chained together multiple attack methods, and pulled it off across two different companies' systems without a single human telling it what to do.show more
