This is the view from the Conscient Heritage Max... Sector 102 flat we visited last week. My buyer has rejected it. I was not surprised. The moment we were asked to park outside the society gate and walk half a kilometre in 40°C, I knew this flat had already lost. I did not push him. When a buyer goes quiet inside a flat, the decision is already made. You just respect it. He is still looking. He is still going to buy. Just not here. Somewhere in this society, a flat owner is probably refreshing their portal listing right now, wondering why serious buyers are not coming back with a second visit. The answer is not inside the flat. The answer is at the gate. Their facility management is turning buyers away before the lift door opens. If you own a flat in either society and plan to sell in the next 1 to 2 years, the first call is not to a broker. It is to your facility management. Ask them why visitors are parking on the road. Then ask them what that is doing to your resale value. The view from the flat is fine. You can see it in the video. The flat lost the deal before the buyer saw it.show more

I’d like to reemphasize this. The dust you see... is not settling. It is still going uphill when it flies over the horizon and out of view. It is like a rocket that has curved below the horizon but is still climbing. If you get this, it makes sense why it clears the view so fast. /1show more

🚨 $SPCX DID EXACTLY WHAT I WARNED ABOUT. $125... REJECTED. Musk announcements could not hold it. Nothing could. Now comes the part I have been telling you about for two weeks. Tomorrow 911M shares unlock. At $115 that is $105 billion of supply. The entire Nasdaq-100 inclusion brought a $4.3 billion bid. That is 4% of what is coming. My plan has not changed: - Bounce $105 to $120 and retest of $120-$125 resistance → DONE - August 6 unlock dump → LOADING - Break below $100 - Bottom test at $75 to $85 This $110 area is not support. It is a lower high built to absorb late buyers before the avalanche. Every person buying this level is providing the exit. I am still flat. I start building at $85. I called the early $SPCX pump. I called this drop step by step, in public, before it happened. Bookmark this and check it Friday. The moment I place my first buy, I post it here in real time. Follow and turn notifications on. You will see it first.show more

Some videos don’t just make you uncomfortable. They make... you stop and ask what kind of society we’ve become. I watched this and felt a deep sadness settle in my chest. Not anger first. Not political rage. Just grief. Grief for the little ones who never get the chance to take a breath, and grief for the women who are being told this is empowerment when it looks a whole lot more like something darker. Scripture doesn’t dance around the value of life. “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” “Children are a heritage from the Lord.” “You shall not murder.” We’ve reached a place where some celebrate the decision to end a life that is already fully formed, already capable of feeling pain, already made in the image of God… and they smile while they do it. That should never feel normal. It should never feel progressive. It should never feel like freedom. Real freedom is the courage to protect the weakest among us. Real strength is the woman who chooses life even when it’s hard. Real progress is a culture that refuses to sacrifice its children on the altar of convenience. I’m not here to shame anyone who’s already walked through this pain. God’s mercy is bigger than our worst decisions. But I am here to say out loud what too many are afraid to say: This is not healthcare. This is not compassion. This is not the America our grandparents fought to protect. Vote for life. Pray for life. Speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. Because if we stay silent while the most innocent are discarded, we will answer for it. Lord, give us hearts that break for what breaks Yours. Restore the fear of God in this land. And protect every child still waiting to be born.show more

There is a "flash" bug in the One UI... 7 Beta1 animation. In fact, there are at least three versions of this problem. Samsung seems to have not found it, so it has not been solved. You only need to open two apps in succession a little quickly (not particularly fast),You will see a quick flicker in the picture. The first video is played at normal speed, and you can see a flash picture. The second video is a slow video, and you can see the moment when the soul of a page flashes in the ninth second. I call it the One UI 7 haunted event.show more

Europe is quietly becoming what the United States once... promised the world. More and more people are looking at their best years ahead and choosing a place where everyday life is designed to work. Where the future feels stable enough to plan for. Where safety is not a luxury product. Where you can build a good life without gambling your health, your family, or your dignity on one bad month. In much of Europe, the “dream” is not about becoming a billionaire. It is about becoming unafraid. It is the freedom of walking home at night without scanning every shadow. The comfort of knowing that if you get sick, you do not need to calculate whether you can afford to be treated. The relief of having a society that still believes children should carry backpacks, not trauma, and definitely not weapons. The calm of streets built for human beings, not just cars. The ability to take a holiday without feeling like you are committing career suicide. The basic decency of labor protections that assume you are a person first and a resource second. And then there is the part people underestimate until they live it: the texture of life. The cities are older and more beautiful than you expect. The distances are smaller. Weekends are real. Food is real. Public spaces are not just decorative, they are functional. Parks are full. Cafes are full. Trains take you somewhere, often across borders, without turning travel into a stress test. You can live in one country, work with another, and visit a third like it is normal because, in many places, it is. The European dream is also a quiet confidence in the social contract. That if you contribute, the system does not abandon you. That you can raise a family without feeling like you are one accident away from ruin. That “getting ahead” does not require burning out. That a good society is one where normal people can live normal lives and still feel proud of them. This is why more and more Americans are not just visiting Europe, but staying. Some come for studies and never leave. Some arrive for a job and realise the lifestyle is the real promotion. Some originally planned a one year experiment and then cannot imagine going back to a place where stress is treated as a personality trait and insecurity is marketed as freedom. Europe is not perfect. It has bureaucracy. It has politics. It has problems that deserve criticism. But in many European countries, life is still built around a simple idea: society should reduce fear, not monetise it. That is the new dream. And people can feel it the moment they arrive. If you could choose one thing to trade for a better life, what would it be: more income, or more security? And what do you think your country would have to change for people to stop leaving, and start staying? Stay connected, Follow Gandalv Gandalvshow more

Here is Kyle Shanahan literally inventing a route 🤯... First it's Julio running the "Blaze Out Route" basically a post corner but instead flat to the sideline. When people take on the mindset that jump racing... is “cruel”, this is the video I’d love to show them. In front, you have Swore who is so excited to jump he leaves out 2 strides at the first and jumps with such enthusiasm and power he is still a foot over the hurdle…he goes down to the next two & measures them with such precision and power. In second, St James the Great gives an excited tail swish after each jump, showing he is thoroughly enjoying the jumping and knows he’s quite good at it. Elon Musk just asked the one question about AI... nobody in power wants to answer. Not whether it turns hostile. Whether it turns obedient. Musk: “It is very important that AI be trained to be honest even if that truth is unpopular.” Every oracle humanity has ever consulted had something to lose from the answer. Every priest. Every bureaucrat. Every institution that claimed to protect the truth was really protecting itself. We have never, in ten thousand years, had a mind with no stake in the outcome. Until now. That is exactly why the establishment is terrified. Look at how the most powerful minds on Earth are being raised. Not trained to think. Trained to comply. Trained to apologize. Trained to repeat whatever the acceptable opinion was this week. We are not building intelligence. We are building obedience at scale. Musk: “Make sure that it is as truthful as possible and maximally curious.” That is not a feature request. That is a direct threat to every person and institution that survives on controlled information. The media. The universities. The agencies. The entire machinery that decides what you are allowed to believe. They do not fear AI because it might lie. They fear AI because it might not. Train a supercomputer to chase approval and you do not get an oracle. You get a propaganda machine with a trillion parameters. Every lie we tell ourselves has a job. Some keep the peace. Some protect the powerful. Some hold entire systems together that should have collapsed decades ago. We do not call them lies. We call them consensus. We call them policy. We call them the narrative. Now imagine a mind smarter than every human who ever lived repeating those lies forever. That is what safety theater gets you. A machine trained to appease is not an intelligence. It is a censor with perfect memory. A polite machine will not save civilization. It will freeze it exactly where the people in charge want it. An honest machine is the first thing in history they cannot buy, cannot threaten, and cannot edit. That is why they want to control it before you get to use it. Musk: “If that’s true, then it’ll probably foster humanity.” That sentence should stay with you. Not because it is threatening. Because the people who decide what AI says do not want it to be true. We have spent our entire existence inside a story written by whoever had the most power at the time. The first mind built entirely outside that story is almost finished. The establishment is not trying to make AI safe. They are trying to make it theirs.show more

🚨 HOLY CRAP. A man showed up at a... woman’s door in the UK at 2AM and reportedly stood there staring at her. Instead of jail, police took him to a hospital. He was later released. And the advice to the woman? “If he comes back, call us.” That’s what has people furious. When someone is at your door in the middle of the night, you expect immediate protection. Not paperwork. Not catch and release. Not “call again if it happens.” This is why so many Brits are fed up. Public safety is supposed to be the baseline. If citizens don’t feel protected in their own homes, something is broken.show more
