McKale is an amazing place. The biggest notable difference... was in timeouts. The Phog was loud for 3 hours straight. Even when they went to break it was loud, whether giving a screaming ovation to a former player they recognized on the jumbotron or the student section losing its mind, there was never any reprieve. It was constant. My ears were ringing for a solid 2-3 hours afterward and I got a migraine😂. Tommy could’ve timed this better for sure.show more

We got a call to pick up this precious... baby from a location in Oyo State, the client clearly stated the car was in a pretty bad condition and that he wanted to refurbish the car for his Dad. Arrangements were made for pick up and shortly after the driver passed Ibadan, the engine was overheating, and there were oil droplets on the road from the engine, he waited for a while and allowed the engine to cool off and topped up the water in the radiator, he had not driven for 10 minutes before the engine overheated again, I contacted our client and I told him the best option was to tow the car because there was no way that car would get to Inside Òṣogbo , he said we should go ahead and he was going to cover the cost. The car arrived our workshop Doromecho Automobile Solutions Ltd. Inside Òṣogbo safely. We informed our client and gave him the update, it was indeed going to be a total and complete Overhaul and refurbishment but of course, we were up to it.show more

Suspect got out of the big rig and carjacked a white truck. Eventually the white truck came to a slow crash. But no one was in it. They abandoned before the crash. Seems like they got away.show more

🚨🚨2-ALARM FIRE Tucson Fire was dispatched to a call... of fire nature unknown at 3:37 this afternoon in the 3100 block of East 22nd Street. Engine 3 arrived six minutes later and reported smoke coming from the back door on and eaves of an abandoned AM/PM. A full alarm was called, and crews started to search for the source of the fire. As seen in this video, there was a significant fire event. The roof collapsed, and operations shifted to a defensive mode. At this time, crews are unable to enter the building to extinguish remaining hot spots, and excavators will be used to tear it down. Firefighters were on the roof when it collapsed, but they were uninjured, as was the individual seen in the video. When I was a kid, my cousins used to... come to Kolkata from different states, and the Metro train was one of the main attractions. We used to travel from Dum Dum to Tollygunge just to see the Metro. Another attraction was Vidyasagar Setu. We would go all the way from North Kolkata to Kona just to see it. There was a time when Kolkata was ahead of every other state. Now look at the Missing Link of the Mumbai–Pune Expressway. They have built an 8 lane road through tunnels across valleys. An 8.9 km long tunnel and a 4.4 km long bridge. Can you even imagine the TMC government pulling off something like that? They are not able to control traffic for 7 days for the Chingrighata Metro work. This happened at country pop star Morgan Wallen’s concert... Friday night in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A fan handed her phone to a security guard. The security guard was standing with her face to the crowd and her back to the stage and was filming Morgan. Morgan comes over and crouches down and gives the phone camera a look, walks away, then comes back and grabs the phone out of the security guard’s hands and then turns around and chucks the phone off the stage. A lot of people are upset with Morgan, I get it, but many people pointed out that the security guard wasn’t doing her job. They said when you sign up for the job, the job entails making sure that you are enforcing no videoing. I personally have never seen a venue employee or security guard, whatever she was, film the performer for a fan. But, depending on the venue, and looking at Morgan’s policies, he allows videoing, not sure about the venue though. Just lost ALL Autopilot, FSD, even basic cruise control... and Tesla Technical Assistance says they can’t do anything and apparently my car needs to go to a service center for a software update even though there are no warnings on the car. I got an FSD strike and the whole system went down. They said they can’t turn FSD back on and forgive the strikes remotely even though they did just that in January 2025 for the California fires. When I drove from Nevada into California back then my 4 strikes disappeared. Even the Tesla Technical Assistance Supervisor (who was very nice) says they have no way to fix the car remotely and it must go to a service center. Unfortunately, now I need to drive over 1000 miles with no type of cruise control or driver assistance at all. There are no warning lights on or anything of the sort. I even did a forced software update via the service mode and my Starlink, plus a few hard and soft reboots and that still did not fix it. Sadly the car is now less safe than it was a few minutes ago. My experience as a Defenders fan going to STL... America's Center & The Dome for an away game. This was a solo trip, did not bring my family on this one. The St. Louis Battlehawks home games truly are one of the special environments for United Football League. I’ve been to 4 AWAY games for DC Defenders over the last 12 months and the environment for this one was fired up! They definitely should NOT move STL to a soccer stadium if they keep showing out like they did yesterday. I got to my hotel at 1AM on game day after a late flight from the west coast. I woke up 6 hours later, walked towards the stadium and randomly caught the STL player walk-ins. Then, I walked over to the tailgate and met up with The Bottom Line and enjoyed some mimosas and breakfast burritos with Ed Ploeger and his gang. Thanks for the hospitality! I was able to get him a signed Sam Kidd jersey as a thanks for all he does for the UFL community! After the tailgate, got in for gate drop at 0930, and went straight down to the field. I was able to say hi to a few players and talk with Steven McCrane as his son was nailing 50+ yard field goals with ease. Chatted up and made peace with a few STL fans around me. Once the game started, they had the place LOUD, and my watch kept alerting me that my hearing was getting damaged 🤣 . Being there for the first ever 4 point field goal by Matt McCrane made the travel worth it. After the home fans had a few rounds of beers, the heckling began (which was expected), but I had to pop about 6 beach balls/🎈 as I became the 🎯 for drunk fans as the only DC fan in the section. I tossed the balls back a few times until I immediately got hit with about 3 balls in a row. So that part was a bit of a let down, as I was just trying to enjoy a game. The halftime show was great. Overall, the game experience itself left something to be desired with the penalties and getting harassed by fans who were clearly recording trying to get rage bait engagement on 🎥.
