Many people online speculate that the drones spotted in... New Jersey might be the PteroDynamics Transwing X-P4. This drone transitions between two configurations: a quadcopter mode (7 feet by 4 feet) for vertical takeoff and landing and a fixed-wing airplane mode (7 feet by 13 feet) for efficient flight. PteroDynamics has contracts with the U.S. Navy, which tests drones at the Naval Air Station at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. The company has also carried out test flights from the flight deck of the USNS Burlington, which is currently stationed in New Jersey. This capability might explain the drone sightings reported from the sea. These sightings are likely tied to classified U.S. Navy drone testing, which explains the federal government’s silence on the matter. If these drones are not the PteroDynamics X-P4, they are likely similar unmanned aerial systems being evaluated by the U.S. military. That's the most logical explanation for why the federal government is allowing these operations to happen. I was hit with the news yesterday that my... first Navy mentor, Rob Roy, passed away. Rob served 26 years in the Navy, including 20 years in the SEAL Teams. He served with DEVGRU on the East Coast and with Teams on the West Coast. When I was going through the screening process for BUD/S, Rob was in charge of the program. After I passed and received orders, he took me under his wing and spent countless weekends helping me prepare for training. After I left the Navy in 2016, Rob gave me a side gig training civilians who had earned SEAL contracts and were preparing for BUD/S. Yesterday morning, Rob was experiencing chest pains, so he drove himself to Naval Medical Center San Diego, and passed away from a heart attack at the gate. Rob had a tremendous impact on my life and on the lives of many others he mentored over the years. Till we meet again, brother. #LLTBshow more

Pakistan Navy personnel provide emergency assistance to six Indian... and one Indonesian crew member aboard the MV Gautam that was sailing from Oman to India when it developed a technical fault at sea. According to officials, the assistance came after the Maritime Rescue and Coordination Centre (MRCC) in Mumbai contacted Pakistani authorities for help.
