Suppose two cars are traveling on an expressway at... 100 km/h with a 50-meter gap. If the front car slams on its brakes, it takes about 3.5 seconds and nearly 50 meters to stop. If the driver behind does nothing, a collision occurs in exactly 3.5 seconds. This gives the rear driver a 3.5-second window to avoid a crash. For an alert driver, 1 second is reaction time, leaving 2.5 seconds to brake and stop safely. Now, consider the same 50-meter gap, but the front car is reversing at 10 km/h. For the car approaching from behind at 100 km/h, the closing speed skyrockets to 110 km/h, slashing the time before collision to just 1.6 seconds. In reality, it is even worse: because drivers never expect a vehicle to reverse on an expressway, their brains freeze. Reaction time jumps from 1 second to 2, 3, or more. At high speeds, drivers often crash before even realizing they need to brake. That's why reversing on an expressway is hundred times more dangerous than a sudden braking. A maneuver that feels slow to the reversing driver creates an unexpectedly violent closing speed for those behind, leaving virtually no time to react. In the video, a family of seven missed their exit on the Dehradun expressway to Haridwar. They reversed, were struck from behind, and four of them died.show more

A 13-Year-Old Norwegian Just Did 143 km/h (89 mph)... On An E-Scooter The Oslo police, on their way to a perfectly ordinary weekend fire, instead encountered a 13-year-old travelling at speeds normally reserved for the autobahn. On an e-scooter. When they tested the thing afterwards, throttle pinned and rear wheel in the air, it hit 143 km/h (89 mph). Police officer Thomas Wold, surely the most exhausted man in Scandinavia this week, points out that with the weight of an actual child on board it probably only manages 120 km/h (75 mph). Only. That’s the speed limit on Norwegian motorways. The website selling it advertises this fact cheerfully. Apparently a child can order a missile with handlebars off the internet, free shipping included, and the first anyone hears of it is a tired policeman who was on his way to a completely unrelated emergency. When I was 13, the most dangerous thing I owned was a bicycle with a wonky wheel. We spend years debating whether kids should be on Instagram while their little brothers are pulling motorway speeds on the pavement. The boy was unharmed. His e-scooter, presumably, is now in a skip 😜.show more

One of Lando's 4 dive bombs yesterday. Coming from... far at 300 km/h, braking late to stop somewhere in Germany. Imagine if Max just steers right here to make the corner. The other big dive bomb was when Lando pushed Max completely off the track. I don't know why Lando was so desperate, but he was clearly on a kamikaze mission. This driver is trying to ma a left turn... and the car on the opposite side stops and makes a path for them to turn. As the car starts to turn, an electric bike in the bike lane comes speeding down and well, as you can see, smashes into the car and flips over the front. Luckily he gets up and is walking. He could have been seriously injured. To me, this is quite literally why they say you’re not supposed to just stop in the middle of a street to let someone turn. Some are saying it’s the red car’s fault for stopping and letting the driver turn. Others are saying in their state, an electric bike is like a motorcycle and has to obey the traffic laws. Who is at fault? Do you think the electric bike should have been in the bike lane traveling that fast? The red car for letting the car turn left when it can’t see, or is it the drivers responsibility to make sure all is clear before proceeding?show more

Breaking news 🗞️ 🚨 Tesla just quietly solved a... problem in Australia. The Model X is gone from our market. But the new Model Y L Premium AWD might actually be the closest thing we have to a replacement. And honestly… it makes a lot of sense. ⚡ Tesla Model Y L – Key Specs • 0–100 km/h: ~5.0 sec • Range: ~681 km WLTP • Top speed: 201 km/h • Seating: 6 adults • Supercharging: 250 kW • ~288 km added in 15 min 💰 Australian pricing (before on-road costs) Model Y Long Range AWD → $68,900 Model Y L Premium AWD → ~$74,900 So for roughly $6k more, you get: ✔ 3 rows ✔ 6 seats ✔ Much larger cabin ✔ ~400L extra cargo capacity ✔ Longer wheelbase ✔ Even more range 📊 Quick comparison Model Y Long Range AWD • 5 seats • ~600 km range • 0–100 km/h: 4.8 sec • $68,900 Model Y L Premium AWD • 6 seats • ~681 km range • 0–100 km/h: 5.0 sec • ~$74,900 So performance drops slightly, but practicality goes way up. 🇦🇺 Why this matters in Australia Since Tesla stopped selling the Model X locally, there has been a real gap in the lineup for larger families. The Model Y L doesn’t completely replace the X. You lose things like: ❌ Adaptive air suspension ❌ Driver instrument cluster ❌ Falcon Wing doors ❌ Some luxury interior touches But you still get: ✔ Tesla software ecosystem ✔ Supercharger network ✔ Massive range ✔ Practical 3-row seating And at a much lower price than a Model X ever was. 👨👩👧👦 Who this is perfect for • Growing families • Current Model Y owners needing more space • Former Model X buyers • Anyone considering EV9 / EX90 but wanting Tesla’s ecosystem Personally, as a Model X owner, this is the first Tesla sold in Australia that actually feels like a realistic successor. I’m seriously considering replacing my Model X with the Model Y L, possibly around the end of Q2 or mid-Q3 this year. Not a perfect Model X replacement. But for Australia right now? This might be Tesla’s smartest family vehicle yet. ⚡🇦🇺 ORDER NOW : Tesla Australia & New Zealand Tesla AIshow more

Fun, fun, fun on the Autobahn!!! Distance from Munich... to Bad Ragaz, Switzerland - 256 km. With detours for Castles and very old Churches, 399 km. Average Speed on the Autobahn - 200 kph. (That's 125 mph. In the rain...) Soundtrack: PS. The lyrics do not actually say "fun, fun, fun on the autobahn", but rather, "Wir fahr'n, fahr'n, fahr'n auf der Autobahn." Which means, "we drive, drive, drive on the Autobahn." (This is why you should never sing along when there's a German in the car, unless you're absolutely sure you know the words...) PPS. From the outside, our car looked like an American Taxi, unremarkable and yellowish. But it was actually a Mercedes E-Class - a very comfortable hybrid with a powerful 200 hp engine that burned 7 liters of Diesel today. That's less than 2 gallons of fuel for nearly 248 miles traveled. Not bad. PPPS. My driver/guide was excellent at both his jobs. His name was Martin, and he asked me at the outset what speed I preferred on the Autobahn, since there was no posted limit. I told him to drive like there was no one in the backseat. He smiled and said, "Excellent." If you're in the neighborhood, book a tour with Munich Driver Guide. Tell Boris you want Taxibüro Martin Reissmüllerand. Then buckle up!show more

Hello Tata Motors I purchased a Tata Nexon EV... (30 kWh battery pack) on 10 February 2024 for around ₹18 Lakhs. Tata claimed a range of 325 KM, but throughout my ownership I NEVER received more than 175 KM on a full charge. Now the condition has become even worse. My battery drains so fast that I can barely drive 90 KM per charge. After reporting this issue, even the service center admitted there is a battery problem. At the time of purchase, Tata Motors clearly promised an 8-year / 160,000 KM battery warranty and assured us that defective batteries would be replaced with NEW ones. But now, when the issue has actually occurred, they are trying to replace my battery with a REFURBISHED (second-hand) battery instead of a new one. I raised this issue in February 2026. It has been months, and despite continuous follow-ups, there is still no battery replacement and no proper response from Tata Motors. What is more shocking is that Tata keeps blaming driving habits for the poor range. But according to THEIR OWN meter, my average consumption over the last 6434 KM is 91 Wh/KM, which technically should deliver around 329 KM range. Yet in reality, I never received anything close to that. To make things worse, the car makes frightening noises while charging. Honestly, it feels unsafe and scary, as if something could go seriously wrong at any moment. And when I asked Tata about exchanging this problematic vehicle, they offered only ₹5 Lakhs for a well-maintained 1.5-year-old car purchased for ₹18 Lakhs. Is this a joke? My demands are simple: 1. Provide a BRAND NEW battery replacement instead of a refurbished battery. 2. Offer a fair replacement/exchange value for the vehicle. This has been the worst ownership experience of my life. Extremely disappointed with Tata Motors and their after-sales service. TATA.ev Nitin Gadkari Department of Transport Tata Motors_Carsshow more

A new EV in the offing SERES 3 is... going to be launched (locally assembled) soon in Pakistan. The expected launching price is PKR 9 million. I was given the opportunity to test drive the car. Here is my take: Like any other EV it is a more economical, soundless, and environmentally friendly car with a thrill of enjoying instant torque – I did 0 to 100 in 9 seconds (video attached). According to the manufacturers – in ideal conditions – the range is 400 km in full charge (battery capacity is 50 kwh). My experience is doing approx. 300 Km in Lahore traffic. Assuming electricity cost of Rs60/Kwh, the cost/Km is Rs9 which is 1/3rd of Sportage (the car I drive). Additionally, there is no engine maintenance cost, which makes it more economical (calculation comparison with Sportage FWD is attached). EV is the best driving option to improve the environment in your city – especially in smoggy Lahore. The biggest issue people have with EV is range anxiety – We as a family used this car for our daily errands and school runs and there was no stress for two days if we drove 80–100Km a day. The second biggest issue is that of charging. We charged this at home during the night -started charging after 11 PM (to avoid peak hour) and by 6 AM in the morning, the car is fully charged (from 30% to 100%) – hence, within city, there is no need to find a charging station. I may not prefer it on the long route – though technically it can run easily from Lahore to Bhera and within 30-40 mins charging there, the car would cruise to Islamabad. It’s a Chinese car, and I don’t like ICE Chinese cars; but in case of EV, it is a doable option. Chinese auto players are better in EV technology than Japanese and others. SERES has a very good road grip, very decent interior, and a good family car. My driver wants me to replace the one he usually drives with this one because of the cost saved in petrol. My gas guzzler-loving friends also approve of this eco-friendlier model. It’s going to be a new and exciting addition to the locally assembled cars. Good luck to Regal Motors.show more

Driving in Europe is simply a delight, I am... badly madly in love with their roads, well maintained rental cars and the god level driving sense. 0 horn, driving is so effortless that I have driven 500+ km in last 24 hours and don’t feel a bit of it. No random breaking, while on the fast lane if you get closer to the car in-front (closer in europe means a space where in India another 6 cars, 2 auto and 10 motorcycles will fit in) the car will automatically change lanes for you to pass. Indicators everywhere, I still remember last time I did a 500 km tour in India my blood vessels and life, everything were threatened 🫣🥴 Roads have all the signs throughout be it village or highway. No worrying for life or any rowdy driver who may hit you. Crazy Speed Limits! 100 seems like so slow, 180/90 is like eazy peazy. PS- I again didn’t require any IDP, my Indian license was enough. Please do whatever but don’t take that fake online conversion of indian license for whatever money you are paying, their adds are all over and if you are pulled over or caught anywhere those won’t work nor are needed. If at all, get it from local RTO or few car associations in India are authorised and exclude Italy from the above driving experience.show more

The War was cold, but accidents happened... May 25... 1968: a Soviet Air Force Tu-16 "Badger" [Reg. Unknown] crashes 150 mi West of Norway, all 6 aboard die. Jet made a low pass near US Navy aircraft carrier USS Essex (CV-9), flying just 50 ft above the sea, when the wingtip hit a wave that sent the bomber into a cartwheel. The accident was captured in camera by a US film crew that was aboard the ship. More info below ⬇️ 🧵 ‘I was there and watched the entire thing while working on the flight deck. I was a helicopter mechanic in HS-9 at the time. When it overflew the flight deck you could feel the heat and smell at jet exhaust. After the flight deck overfly (starboard to port) he continued to fly away from the ship at low level. He gained a little altitude and started to make a left turn, leveled back out, lost altitude and just when it looked like he was going to make a controlled ditching his left wing dipped and hit the water and then he cartwheeled in a ball of flame.. Our helicopters were in the air already and made a beeline for the crash, hovered in the smoke but no one survived.’ Extra info with statements by an eyewitness are from an article from "The Aviation Geek Club" (will add link to their full article latershow more

I’m really heartbroken, guys. My Honda Grace hasn’t even... reached three months yet. I was at the traffic lights on Prince Edward Street and the light was red when suddenly, a Toyota Hiace came out of nowhere. It was speeding, trying to run away from the Harare city council officers. It squeezed through a very small space and scraped the entire passenger side of my car, forcing its way past. I screamed and rolled down my window to ask what he was doing. He also opened his window and shouted back so what? and then he just sped off. I managed to take down the license plate number, ADZ 5559. My car is badly damaged, guys. How can someone run away just to avoid being fined less than $30, and in the process cause so much expensive damage to someone else’s car? I’m not coping; I’m really heartbroken. The Boulder Police Department is trying to find two... possible victims after a hit and run near the Bolder Boulder race yesterday. Just after 8:15 a.m. on Monday, May 27, bike officers contacted and stopped a driver in the Whole Foods parking lot on Pearl Street after receiving reports of a driver acting strangely at a nearby race barricade, wearing a ski mask and then running two stop signs. Despite stopping briefly and talking with officers, the driver then ignored officers’ commands and drove off. The suspect was driving a brown Ford Explorer when he struck another car in the parking lot and nearly hit a woman walking nearby before driving off. He continued driving away from officers and headed toward blocked off roads where race participants were running. Numerous officers coordinated to keep the driver from entering the racecourse and conducted a pinch maneuver to stop the car. The suspect was then taken into custody. Officers would like to speak to the owner of the vehicle that was struck and to the woman who was almost hit, who might have been an early race runner or a spectator, seen in this video clip. “We are all very thankful that these two community members appear to be okay despite what happened and that we stopped this man before he could get any closer to the race,” interim Boulder Police Chief Stephen Redfearn said. “Crimes like this are exactly what we train for and we have been preparing for this event for months, both internally with our drone, Patrol, SWAT, K9 and Traffic teams and with our partners at CU, the Bolder Boulder, several Boulder County public safety agencies as well as community members. I’m very proud of how swiftly our officers protected the community yesterday and I’m hopeful we can find these two people.” Boulder Police ask anyone who knows who these two victims are or has any information about this incident to please contact Detective E. Quayle [email protected] or 720-564-2078 reference case 24-05068. The suspect is facing charges of vehicular eluding, hit and run, reckless endangerment, obstruction, driving without a valid driver’s license and driving without insurance. Additional charges are possible. As in every criminal case, these charges are an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty #boulder #bouldercoloradoshow more

We continue to analyze the technical details of the... war with Iran, and we would like to note the Iranian novelty - subsonic barraging anti-aircraft missiles Missile 358, equipped with compact turbojet engines. To some extent unexpectedly, they showed good effectiveness against Israeli reconnaissance and strike UAVs Hermes-900. The key role is played by the thermal homing head: it is able to reliably detect and track a wide range of heat-contrasting targets, including UAVs with various flight profiles. An additional advantage is the command and telemetry channel, which ensures data transmission and allows for radio correction of the trajectory. This is especially important in situations when the target attempts to disrupt the capture with infrared decoys or other means of counteraction. According to the stated parameters, the range of application of Missile 358 reaches about 100 km. At the same time, the maximum interception altitude is about 8.5 km, and the speed is up to 700 km/h, which expands the capabilities of the complex in covering objects and intercepting medium-altitude UAVs. Of course, this is a niche tool, and compared to solid-fuel missiles, the turbojet engine provides exponentially higher flight energy. This allows to dramatically increase the range at low speed, and the mass of the main units of the ammunition, its warhead and control system. On the other hand, this is a solution of necessity, because classic anti-aircraft missiles perfectly hit such high-altitude and slow-moving targets. But for such ammunition, no radar, complex and expensive beam installations are required, which greatly improves its survivability under constant air strikes. And in its niche of targets, there are enough of them, as such UAVs of Israel and the USA are the basis of UCAV, and are constantly over the territory of Iran. So with the 358th ammunition, you can score quite a lot of frags, and significantly complicate air strikes on Iran for the Epstein coalition. Russian Engineer -show more

The Issa thread PART 1: The Ronaldinho Scam Let's... first take a look at Parsa Abbasie’s Career Timeline Beginning as “sphex” he would scam people for Fortnite gift cards on streams. This is where he found his love of ripping people off and later used this name to transition to grifting SMMA and dropshipping courses. He made a big step up in his career after this, finding a way to get hired by Andrew Tate / Andrew Tate. This was huge for him and is what his entire brand was built on prior to crypto. He used to grift on money twitter as a sales and marketing aficionado before he made the shift into crypto scamming. The hook he had was that he was claimed to be Tate’s “top sales guy” when in reality he was probably just Tate’s bottom. He began working for Tate at a time when a majority of Andrew’s income was from trafficking Eastern European women under the age of 18 and forcing them to do sex acts on webcams. So we can see he had a very strong moral base to work off of. When he could no longer make monopoly money off his fake job he used the “G” boyfriend connections he made through his time with Tate to begin his crypto career. Let's take a look at the Pencil Neck Cabal (all pics will be in thread): Sam Patel - Seen pictured alone on a boat with him in the video below (sus) and one of his day ones and closest partner in crime Harry.XBT - You can watch 2 of his cringe tiktoks below, one of which alludes to a $240M crypto as you can see the crew renting cars and flexing their money acquired through stolen funds as well Louie H - He is the blonde guy you can see in the videos above and also goes by Hermes. Seems to have enemies based off the tweet below. Attaching his instagram as well as a pic of his LinkedIn below Jayden Mellor - Big piece of the puzzle. Another day 1 and his father Will Mellor would NOT want the world to know his son has affiliations with Issa. Will is a big deal in the UK, he’s a popular actor from line of duty, works in media, etc. More on Will Mellor - Issa and his goon squad’s scams go all the way back to 2023 when his speciality was HARD RUGGING presales. They would sign up KOLs with large amounts of supply and HARD rug them instantly, ask cheatcoiner.eth about it as he had fell victim before. There were too many of these instances to count, but they all shrinks into comparison to their greatest masterpiece: The Ronaldinho launch on BNB. Depicted below you can see the sussy squad driving around with Ronaldinho and taking pics with him as if he’s some circus animal. They got their practice rounds in prior then executed a swift and VIOLENT rug with Ronaldinho. Ronaldinho post launching the coin: The coin peaked at $400m FDV and is now sitting at near zero. Let that sink in. If you visit Issa's (now privated) twitter, you will see him gloating about his experience in the markets and dropping platitudes nobody asked for. He acts as if he's a market wizard when the reality of the matter is that he's a thief. And now he spends his days at Jumeriah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai whilst racing around rented cars and flexing rented watches off the money he stole from YOU.show more
