#UnrealEngine5.6 has a "Locomotor" plugin which provides a new... #ControlRig node for procedural locomotion. It takes a target position as input, and outputs an array of feet transforms which animate over time to step towards the goal location. Pelvis motion is also generated. 🧵1/4show more

This is a stilling basin (also known as an... energy dissipator. Located at the base of a dam, it takes the fast-moving water and forces it into intense turbulence which dissipates most of the water's kinetic energy. This prevents dangerous erosion and scouring of the riverbed.show more

Quant's docs list staked QNT as a factor in... which node serves your request Every call through Quant's Overledger passes a Connector, one per blockchain family, which checks node health and routes the request to a healthy node from its pool. Selection weighs each node's rolling latency and recent error rate. On public networks, the docs list a third input: the amount of $QNT staked against a node. Nodes that trip their limits drop out of rotation until a reconnection policy readmits them, with Quant's shared nodes as the backup when nothing scores higher. The staking chapter is still marked as "under construction", tied to a testnet experience, so no live rewards are claimed here.show more

The Pelvic Whip👇 A Big League pitcher’s pelvis can... rotates faster that 900 Degrees per second To maximize that speed with proper timing, many of our athletes and coaches like the feeling of keeping the pelvis closed THEN Exploding! BUT, if the front side groin is tight, the lead leg will just drag the pelvis open which is a much slower version of pelvic rotation To get around this, some guys land in a valgus position (Knee Caved in) on the front leg since you don’t need full Adductor Range of Motion to do this. And Some step across body which can also work around this. This Test / Exercise To see how your groin affects your pelvis, hold your knee out while performing this exercise. You will know immediately if this affects you or not! 👊show more
