Update 1: Visit to hacked by peniche Service Centre... for Camera Image Shift issue in #GalaxyS24Ultra 1,3 - Faulty device 2,4 - Showroom device Upon first encountering the issue and providing video evidence, they adamantly denied its existence. Despite demonstrating the issue in person, they insisted it was within normal functioning for the #GalaxyS24Ultra 🤯 I questioned the training provided to Samsung India's service center staff. 🤔 The representative asked for 30 minutes and left the service center. Upon returning, he claimed to have tested another device in the showroom and declared the issue common, refusing a return. Their attempt to normalize the issue was frustrating. 😒 Taking matters into my own hands, I visited the Samsung Mobile Showroom where I purchased my device and tested the demo units. They all functioned flawlessly, with smooth lens transitions from 1x to 10x. I recorded a video for comparison, highlighting the discrepancy with my own device. Furthermore, the photos from my device appeared washed out. I captured photos and videos in front of showroom staff, providing undeniable evidence. Returning to the service center, I presented all evidence. Their response? They insisted on flashing my device, despite my previous factory reset. Their treatment resembled that of a post-14-day return policy scenario. Reluctantly, I agreed. They flashed my device with the same AWM9 build. 😑 Upon testing the camera again, the same image shift issue persisted. Was a return initiated? No. 👎🏻 Despite live proof, they required approval from the Area Manager. 🙄 After forwarding all evidence via WhatsApp, there was no response. Calls to the manager during a supposed 30-minute wait yielded no results. Arriving at the service center at 11 am, I waited until 5 pm for the return process, spending six hours in the center to no avail. They claimed they could only process the return with the manager's approval, yet his silence persisted. They assured me of approval by the end of the day, but as it's now 9:30 pm, there have been no updates or returned calls. 🚨 Samsung service centre allegedly caught breaching customer data... and privacy The person who posted the video claimed he visited a Samsung service centre in India to get his phone repaired but later noticed suspicious activity in screen time. According to him, personal apps were accessed without his consent.. gallery showed around 10 minutes of usage and WhatsApp was used for about 2 minutes He alleged that when he confronted the Samsung staff, the manager initially cooperated but the owner later issued indirect threats.. although the services centre promised to share full CCTV footage of the repair period.. they allegedly only provided 2 minute clip and refused to share the rest. Just lost ALL Autopilot, FSD, even basic cruise control... and Tesla Technical Assistance says they can’t do anything and apparently my car needs to go to a service center for a software update even though there are no warnings on the car. I got an FSD strike and the whole system went down. They said they can’t turn FSD back on and forgive the strikes remotely even though they did just that in January 2025 for the California fires. When I drove from Nevada into California back then my 4 strikes disappeared. Even the Tesla Technical Assistance Supervisor (who was very nice) says they have no way to fix the car remotely and it must go to a service center. Unfortunately, now I need to drive over 1000 miles with no type of cruise control or driver assistance at all. There are no warning lights on or anything of the sort. I even did a forced software update via the service mode and my Starlink, plus a few hard and soft reboots and that still did not fix it. Sadly the car is now less safe than it was a few minutes ago. BTW, for those wondering, the issue I talked about... earlier was with dbrand's Killswitch for Switch 2 grip. They are a sponsor of the channel. So people naturally have questions when they see videos like this (came from their reddit). Because I am NOT a normal customer, and instead being sponsored by them, I have the unique opportunity to talk to them directly about the issue. They just got back to me. Here is what I can share from our communication: "Yep, we’re definitely working on it. Ultimately, this is a manufacturing tolerance issue on the small lip that keeps the Joy-Con Grips attached to the Joy-Cons (some were a hair too thick). We’ve got a replacement program set up already, where anyone who is affected is able to email robotsdbrand.com with “July Joy-Cons” in the subject to be added to the list for replacement stock in July." So they are aware of it, and they did tell me they can replicate it with a small number of units from their run. I won't share the exact number of units that have this issue - it's quite tiny compared to their total manufacturing run - but they have confirmed there is a certain run of units that do indeed have this issue. They are offering free replacements to be shipped in July for those affected.show more

So remember that time machine I told you about?... I managed to sneek out another video from my visit to the future.. this time I captured video of a 3d artist creating assets for a short commercial. They sculpted the bird in the video with nothing but two controllers which they used to manipulate generative matter in 3d. The AI model changed in realtime and adopted their style of work, both based on the work they did on the scene, and on reference images they gave the system. Seeing the 3d model transform in realtime as they were working on it was incredible. When it started moving and reacted to their instructions, I knew it was time to return to the present :D #art #aishow more

It hurts to say this, but it’s the truth.... I’m disappointed in the amount of issues I’ve had with my R1S. This is going to be a long post. I’m disappointed that an issue that was found AT DELIVERY (Feb 8th, 2024) is still not solved. I owe it to all of you, especially my followers, to be open and honest. No car is perfect, but at some point you have to stop with the “I’m going to be nice and keep giving you chance after chance.” I live about 90 miles away from my service center. So that is 180 miles round trip. I’ve had 8 service appointments with number 9 scheduled for this Monday! 9th appt is for the R1T front driver suspension sagging. Some of my issues were solved. But the major issue on my R1S is not resolved sadly. The issue is my passenger door. It’s badly out of alignment, makes lots of noise when driving and rattles. The door has been realigned 4x now, the hinges have been replaced and it’s still making the noise and rattling and not able to be aligned. Now, the door is worse than at delivery and is rubbing the fender when you open it. It has now pulled paint off the door. I was told, that “Other R1S are doing this and currently no fix that engineering will have to come up with some fix.” Video attached. My R1S & R1T are leased. Between my R1T and my R1S, I have driven roughly 1450 miles of my lease mileage limit in service appt trips. I think this is unacceptable for ANY Vehicle regardless of power train. The R1S has done about 1k miles of the 1450. What I would say going forward, if you are buying a Rivian product, DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY of the vehicle if there is anything wrong with it at all. Make them find you another VIN. I still support Rivian. They are dear to my heart. But enough is enough. With almost 200k worth of vehicles in my garage, this is NOT the experience anyone would expect. I have had my share of issues with my Tesla vehicles, but nothing to this scale where I have been to a service center this much so early in the ownership. I have begun background processing about the situation, and expressed our intention and what we want done. I want to make this clear as well: every time I go to service, they are super nice & friendly. I appreciate that so much but, at the end of the day, it can’t get my R1S fixed. I will still continue to support Rivian just like I do with all EVs. But this does make me question my R2 purchase when it comes time. As much as I don’t want to go back to an all Tesla household, it’s looking like that is what will happen. I strongly LOVE my R1S. It’s been one of my absolute favorites. Mine just isn’t built well at all and sours the entire experience. Maybe if the background process makes progress and they do the right thing, or replace the vehicle our perception can change. There are plenty of ppl out there without issue. So keep that in mind. I’m just not one of them unfortunately. I’ll do my best to keep this updated as things progress. I’m hoping Rivian just does the right thing.show more

Hi Nyakundi can you please expose Rubis petrol station... in Kahawa West? They completely messed up my car. On Saturday, 06/04/2024, at 8:42 PM, I fueled 3k. My car is a hybrid. Upon leaving the station, I experienced a loss of power and serious trembling. I assumed it was a minor issue and got home. The following day, Sunday, upon igniting the car, it trembled seriously, and the check engine light along with all dashboard lights turned on. I called my mechanic for diagnosis, and at this point, we realized there were random misfires. I went ahead and replaced the cylinder coils and spark plugs on Monday, 07/04/2024. However, the problem worsened. We then realized that the inverter module in the gearbox was faulty. I proceeded to purchase a new gearbox (receipts can be available upon request). After installation, the car didn't even go 300 meters before it stalled. At this point, I engaged a breakdown service, and the car was towed to the garage (Shamas Gearbox Technician at Madaraka). Another gearbox was replaced, but the same issue occurred again. At this point, the mechanic decided to sample the fuel, only to find that it was a mixture of sewage and petrol. The fuel tank was disconnected, and all the contaminated substance was drained (I have samples of this raw sewage mixed with fuel). This should create awareness for people facing similar problems. The 3k fuel has costed me more than 200k. Anyone seeing this should avoid Rubis at all costs. Here is a conversation between me and the attendant who served me. They knew the fuel had issues but they still choose to spoil people's cars. This one really hit me hard.show more

Welp... I did not want to talk about this,... because really, it is quite embarrassing. 90 miles in, the very first service ticket was created. This was last week. Rivian Service in SSF has graciously facilitated everything for us, loaner and expedited service because come on... 90 miles! That and of course, the series of service issues we've had in the truck we traded in. They know us, and that's not a nice feeling. I am not a "Karen" customer; I hate being the one asking for help, asking the questions, asking for updates. I work in customer service, I know how that is, and it's awful. I love this company, I love these cars but it's truly a disservice to a) not perform a quality control inspection before releasing / selling vehicles and b) have the service centers completely overflown and completely booked for months! I know that if I didn't have that direct contact for the service manager I would have been just bitching and crying for service for probably weeks. Rivian has got to add at least two service centers in the Bay Area, these vehicles are everywhere, and as a shareholder it hurts to see them bleeding money in rentals, over time, etc. I am being taken care of, yes. And the issue is quite simple: passenger side daytime running lights would flicker, headlamp beam would work (so not concerned about safety) but still, a brand new vehicle should not have a faulty headlamp. And again, I did not want to post about it because I know some poeple will just spread their negativity and respond their comments full of hate, but at the same time I am a consumer and I take pride in my transparent ways to conduct myself in business and life. Zero lies, zero omissions. So yeah, a little late, but this is the truth. In the meantime, I shall continue advocating for this amazing company that caters for customer service in such an amazing way, it truly makes us feel special. Huge shout-out to SSF service, truly covering a massive, busy geographical area. They need help! Let's get more service centers, come on! Hopefully my car is ready tomorrow, and I pray to all the gods that I don't need service ever again. Hahaha. I want to drive my car!show more

A lot of people are asking how I lost... my fingertips. It was from a surf accident during a lesson I took at the Toes On The Nose HyattHuntingtonBeach Hotel in 2018. At the time, I did not know the hyatt Chairman was Tom Pritzker who was a Jeffrey Epstein associate who Virginia Giuffre claimed was allegedly raped by after Epstein trafficked her to him. Long story short, I lost my fingertips from the board string on the surfboard only because they violated their own policy by giving me a board without a leash. They refused to settle with me and simply pay my medical bills including my surgery and my prosthetics (that cost me $20K) that I need to type despite we had all the proof they were in the wrong. Instead, the Hyatt & Toes On The Nose spent well over a million dollars fighting me and rigged my trial by getting witnesses to lie, destroying evidence and likely paid off some jurors among other things. After they rigged my trial and won, they tried to bankrupt me by forcing me to pay the legal bills of this corrupt billion dollar corporation run by an alleged Epstein co-conspirator. I have zero doubt they used these lawfare tactics against me because of my work exposing Epstein and his elite pedophile network. There are many people who were involved in rigging my trial and I hope one day the conscience of at least one of them gets the best of them and they come forward and do the right thing by telling the truth about this. As I lay there on the highway, he came... close, still pointing the gun at me, but I lay still, praying in my mind, “Don’t shoot again.” My Blood was everywhere, and he confirmed I was dead before rushing back to the car and driving off, leaving me in my pool of blood around 1 a.m. I lay there in agony, thinking I was going to die. I asked myself why they had to shoot me again. I wasn’t a threat anymore; why shoot me again? That question echoed in my mind. Cars continued to pass without stopping, avoiding my body in the middle of the road. I waved my hands for help as they drove by, but none stopped. I couldn’t move any part of my body except my hands. Over 30 cars passed without anyone stopping. I realized no help was coming; my motionless body lay in the middle of the road. After some time, I tried shaking my legs, and to my surprise, they moved! I was relieved because I thought they were numb. I decided to move my body out of the road. I attempted to stand but fell because the bullet passed through my hip, only my flesh on the right was holding it. I could feel the pain; the other side was swollen. I wasn’t sure how bad it was, but all my waist was on fire. Some drivers nearly ran over me, forcing me to move my body away from the center of the highway toward the pavements that divide the road. That night was brutal. I lay there, bleeding and in pain, for about two hours, knowing that help wasn't coming. I felt sure I was going to die. As I lay there helpless, my life flashed before me. I thought about my family and how I had come to Awka to bury my mom, now I will be buried. I feared for my siblings, who depended on me, and I called on God for help. Only the sounds of birds and the occasional passing car broke the silence, and I realized no human was coming to help me. I called on my late parents, especially my sweet mom, telling her I was coming because I was so tired. My vision blurred, my throat was dry, and I was too exhausted to wave. I prayed, accepting my fate, gave my life to Christ again, and asked Him to accept my soul. Looking up, I saw only darkness, no hope anywhere, just my blood-soaked body. I was becoming weaker, dizzy, and had a strong urge to sleep, knowing that if I closed my eyes, all the agony would go away. So I decided to let go, imagining my friends finding my body in the morning and taking me to the morgue. I imagined being buried beside my mom and how heartbroken my friends and siblings would be. But still, no help came. I could only guess the time, but I knew the night was long, and daybreak was far off. Just as I was about to close my eyes and accept my death, I saw a torchlight in the distance, about 500 meters away. Hope surged back into me. I knew I could get help if I could reach the light, but I was weak, how can I move my motionless body with damaged waist. I tried to stand, despite the pain in my waist. I moved to the pavement divider, trying to pull myself up, but I fell, hitting my waist painfully on the ground. I tried again, holding onto the pavement, moving slowly toward the light, but the pain was too much, and I fell again. Finally, I decided to crawl toward it. Pushing my body along the rough highway surface with only my elbows and arms, I kept low. Whenever I spotted a car, I lay flat, pretending to be dead, hoping they wouldn’t come back and shoot me a third time. The friction against the rough ground gave me cuts, and my arms began to bleed, but I kept moving. Eventually, I reached there and it was aluminum company near the highway and I began shouting for help. I was so cold, shivering, and very thirsty. I kept calling out, “Help! I need a hospital!” After about 30 minutes, they pointed a torchlight toward me, and a few men came out, cocking their guns—around four armed men. Terrified, I started screaming, “Don’t shoot!”show more

This was officially my last MCS tournament of my... career. This play was ruled "play on" because the admin said "we only intervene in critical circumstances, and we decided not to here". For a recap.... Last tournament I legally blocked a kick. Used a designated blocker, got the animation, timed the block, and blocked it. They intervened then and said I had to recreate. Must have been a "critical" moment. Last year I was in quarter 3 of my second round game because my first opponent didn't show up. I was told by an admin my opponent showed up and I had to quit out of my game and replay my first one or I'd be dq'd from the tournament even though my first opponent was 45 minutes late. I have been told by an admin the following... "If its easy to block a fg, just do it again" After I explained my blocked kick was perfectly within the rules, I asked which rule they were abiding by and they said "EA has the right to tell you to recreate, no questions ask" The admins in the MCS tourneys are the most incompetent human beings they could possibly have "running" the tournament. They don't understand the game, they don't interact with people well, they are extremely inconsistent, and they frankly suck at what they do. I visited Ocean Basket Nigeria in Nigeria. After the... meal, and my husband requested for the bill, I opened my purse to give the waitress tip, the bill was about 980k naira, ahhh! I was so so shocked. I looked again and I was lost for words. I just dipped the tips into my hubby's pocket. In the bill, they added 88k for service charge.. as in, why? What service? We paid taxes and all... all these other charges were almost 200k. I was weak. I didnt recover on time, because that 980k, I will make a better sumptuous meal with lovely drinks for all my guest. To even think that the vendor we paid to deliver food for 50 guest for that court wedding only charged 500k. Omo, I was weak. They'll never see me there. Till I left, I only crave amala.... The Story of Wesam Mekdad “I am a Palestinian... from #Gaza. I fled my homeland in search of safety and the opportunity to work so that I could send money back to my family, who are surviving under the horrors of war. The road was grueling and full of obstacles. First, I went to Egypt, where I waited a full year just to secure a Turkish visa. From Turkey, I attempted to cross into Greece. I failed twice, enduring imprisonment both times. It was only on my third attempt that I finally reached Greek soil. Once there, I was placed in a refugee camp for a year, waiting for a residence permit. But the moment I finally received it, my life was shattered again: I was unjustly imprisoned for four years. My trial was a sham, and it became deeply clear to me that refugees are not treated equally under the law there. Eventually, I was released. Seeking a fresh start, I traveled to Berlin, where I met my wife and we were married. Together, we moved to the Netherlands to apply for asylum. I truly believed that the Netherlands, as a nation built on human rights, would understand our plight. Because I am an innocent man and had absolutely nothing to hide, I was entirely honest with the authorities. I openly told them about my imprisonment in Greece. Tragically, my honesty was weaponized against me. We were shuttled endlessly between different reception centers. During this time, my wife became pregnant. We held onto the hope that the authorities would show compassion for our situation and for our unborn child. Instead, the hammer fell: we received a negative decision. My asylum application was rejected. I was handed a deportation order to Egypt and a two-year entry ban from Europe. My wife’s application was also rejected; she was ordered back to Germany. They told us coldheartedly that even if our child were born on Dutch soil, it would change nothing. The fact that my family in Gaza is trapped in an active war zone seemed to mean absolutely nothing to them. Desperate to prove who we are, I went to the Palestinian Embassy in the Netherlands and obtained official documents confirming my Palestinian nationality and the identity of my family in Gaza. I handed these papers to the authorities. Yet, it feels as though we are screaming into a void. No one is listening. Is this fair? Why is this happening when all I ever wanted was to build a stable, quiet life for myself, my wife, and our daughter? Why am I being condemned for a prison sentence I served unjustly in Greece? I had hoped the Dutch authorities would help me prove my innocence, but instead, they simply wronged me again. Where are human rights? Where are the rights of a child? Where are the rights of a woman? I have lodged an appeal and am now awaiting the judge’s decision. In the meantime, the stress, anxiety, and suffocating uncertainty mount every single day. I am constantly terrified of what tomorrow will bring. I have been stripped of my right to work and my freedom of movement is heavily restricted. Then, the breaking point came. One day, I received devastating news. In a flash of pure despair, unable to contain the agony inside me, I smashed a television and damaged the door. It was inside my own room—not someone else's. I harmed no one. The center staff called the police. They knew my wife was nine months pregnant. When the officers arrived, I told them myself. My wife looked them in the eyes and told them that I would go with them voluntarily and respectfully. I had not used violence against a single soul. I remained calm because I believed I would simply give a statement at the station and return to her. Yet, they treated us as if we were dangerous. They treated a heavily pregnant woman as a threat. This is my story. I feel that my wife, my daughter, my family in Gaza, and I have been deeply, profoundly wronged by the system. But I still believe that eventually, the truth will come to light. Justice cannot remain hidden forever.” Baby Reem born premature (5 days after the attack)show more

Ecolab East Africa on the Spot Over Workplace Injury... Compensation Claim A former employee of Ecolab East Africa (K) Ltd has accused the company of failing to compensate him for injuries sustained while on duty, despite providing the necessary documentation and evidence supporting his claim. According to the ex-employee, the company has persistently ignored his demands for compensation, leaving him without recourse after the workplace injury. He alleges that after initially engaging a lawyer to pursue the matter, the legal representative has since become unresponsive, offering vague explanations without making tangible progress. The affected worker, who had dedicated years of service to the company, claims that despite repeated attempts to seek justice, Ecolab East Africa has refused to address the matter. Instead, he has now been invited back to work, a move he interprets as an attempt to sidestep its obligations. Documents seen by this publication indicate that the former employee has medical reports and other relevant evidence detailing the nature and extent of his injuries. However, without the company's cooperation or clear legal representation, he remains in limbo, uncertain of how to proceed. Ecolab East Africa (K) Ltd, a regional subsidiary of the multinational Ecolab Inc., is known for providing water, hygiene, and energy technologies to various industries. The former employee is now seeking alternative legal avenues to compel the company to fulfil its obligations, expressing frustration at the stalled process. "Hi Cyprian. I have an issue I want you to help me with kindly. I was injured in a company I used to work with, I was never compensated and this fellows have even refused to listen to me and the lawyer I took is now giving me stories I don't understand him anymore I have all the documents you need and all the evidence required is there a way you can help me kindly. Hello Tata Motors I purchased a Tata Nexon EV... (30 kWh battery pack) on 10 February 2024 for around ₹18 Lakhs. Tata claimed a range of 325 KM, but throughout my ownership I NEVER received more than 175 KM on a full charge. Now the condition has become even worse. My battery drains so fast that I can barely drive 90 KM per charge. After reporting this issue, even the service center admitted there is a battery problem. At the time of purchase, Tata Motors clearly promised an 8-year / 160,000 KM battery warranty and assured us that defective batteries would be replaced with NEW ones. But now, when the issue has actually occurred, they are trying to replace my battery with a REFURBISHED (second-hand) battery instead of a new one. I raised this issue in February 2026. It has been months, and despite continuous follow-ups, there is still no battery replacement and no proper response from Tata Motors. What is more shocking is that Tata keeps blaming driving habits for the poor range. But according to THEIR OWN meter, my average consumption over the last 6434 KM is 91 Wh/KM, which technically should deliver around 329 KM range. Yet in reality, I never received anything close to that. To make things worse, the car makes frightening noises while charging. Honestly, it feels unsafe and scary, as if something could go seriously wrong at any moment. And when I asked Tata about exchanging this problematic vehicle, they offered only ₹5 Lakhs for a well-maintained 1.5-year-old car purchased for ₹18 Lakhs. Is this a joke? My demands are simple: 1. Provide a BRAND NEW battery replacement instead of a refurbished battery. 2. Offer a fair replacement/exchange value for the vehicle. This has been the worst ownership experience of my life. Extremely disappointed with Tata Motors and their after-sales service. TATA.ev Nitin Gadkari Department of Transportshow more

I’ve never shared the full inside baseball on the... inside fastball that broke my jaw April 5, 2008 at Ole Miss, we were facing projected 1st rounder and future Big Leaguer, Lance Lynn Before it became widespread, Lance had success pitching towards the top of the zone with a fastball that appeared to rise He got me out my first at bat on a high fastball that I should have laid off So my 2nd at bat I told myself to see the ball down in the zone My eyes jumped from his release point to the area I was trying to see the ball down to. I never ended up seeing the pitch until .01 before it hit me If you’ve ever gotten hit in the face, you don’t know what happened at first. So it took me about half a second to realize what happened When I did, I fully expected to spit teeth out and when I leaned over to spit and saw that only blood came out, I assumed I was fine Then I heard the Ole Miss head coach yell “it hit his bat,” because the cracking of my jaw sounded like a foul ball off a mental bat I turned around and yelled “shut the fuck up” at their dugout and proceeded on to first base My trainer came up to me and his first words were “oh fuck,” Knowing that was poor bedside manner, and that I was probably very fucked up, I joked “you’re not supposed to say that,” At that point I knew I was coming out of the game but I was so full of adrenaline that it didn’t hurt and wouldn’t begin to hurt for a couple hours Both the pitcher and coach felt so bad after it happened that both came to apologize to me at the end of the inning while I was beside their dugout being tended to by my trainer and their doctor I actually had to walk to the parking lot through the stadium seats and all the fans looked at me in horror as I had a white bloody rag hanging off my face. It was surreal watching their reactions to my blood We drove over to an Oxford medical center that was clearly not the best location for me to be in, so my coach’s wife drive me up to Nashville to get surgery that night We got swept that weekend and I got my jaw wired shut for the first of 6 weeks I stupidly tried to come back and play the following week. My coaches let me as I was medically cleared to hit with a face mask, but the rest of my season I was a different hitter I was hitting .400 at the time of the fracture, 2nd in the SEC, with 2 months left in the season I finished the year hitting .312. Meaning I flipped from one of the best hitters in the conference to one of the worst before and after the incident Despite finishing my Vandy career 7th on their all time hit list, this play is what I hear about the most when I return I’ve been lucky that I haven’t had much issues with my jaw thus far post incident, although I did find out that 2 of the nerves of the impacted teeth are dead, and I will likely need to get one of those teeth extracted at some point When they showed me the X Ray it was a clear break. A scary image that could have been WAY worse if it were 3 inches higher, as I likely would not be able to see out of my left eye (and wouldn’t be as handsome as I am) Anyway, to have interesting ideas you must have interesting experiences and this was certainly oneshow more

I regret to inform my iRacing friends that I... have been suspended from the iRacing service as well as the upcoming Coke Series race at Iowa for “intentionally causing a caution” during the eNASCAR race at Kansas. This is of course pending an ongoing appeal process that JRM and I are going through while this is still playing out. I’m simply stunned at this ruling and I want to be perfectly clear… I did not, nor would I ever, intentionally spin to bring out a caution. I have far too much respect for the folks I represent and the people I race with to do so. The attached replay clearly shows me trying to gain control of the car after receiving suspension damage from an impact with the wall, and unfortunately I failed to do so. A mistake on my part no doubt, but nothing close to substantiating the claim that I had intent to manipulate the race. My replay is up here and my twitch vod is available for anyone who wants to view it showing my perspective of the incident… I have absolutely nothing to hide. None of those things (my replay, telemetry, or stream view) were utilized by the decision makers before coming to their conclusion. It is my hope that with this information provided in the appeal process, that it will clear my name of any wrongdoing. Regardless of their eventual decision, my conscience is clear on the matter and I take solace in knowing that I did nothing in line with what they have accused me of. I’m grateful to JRM for their continued support and the work they’re doing in attempting to get this ruling overturned. I apologize to them that they had to waste time dealing with this nonsense. I hate that I may not be behind the wheel for them in the #8 at Iowa because it truly is an awesome privilege being in this series, but I look forward to racing whenever that return might be. I reckon I’ll be back on iRacing when my suspension is up or this appeal is rightfully reversed. Hopefully by then I’ll have learned my lesson and be better at saving wrecked cars with unrepairable suspension damage. Maybe with the new build it’ll be easier, who knows. I guess we’ll see! ✌️show more
