We really hope Scott is right that hand craft... makes a comeback. People (usually on Insta) are always crying that we’re killing stone carvers but I’m like, dude, we employ half the stone carvers in the country! I’m exaggerating a bit, but all we’ve done with robots is create a market for stone carvers again. Sculpture that was so wildly inaccessible has been made just affordable enough that all these talented craftspeople can now get jobs working in stone (handling the details a robot can’t). Some of our carvers were accomplished carvers already but most of them are recent art school grads and fabricators getting trained up in the old ways.show more

UPDATE: my wife and I agreed last night, that... if Echo puked at all this morning, even once even a little bit, or if he refused to eat…. we would be taking him to the vet for a sonogram because our concern at that point would be a spleen or a pancreas or a blockage of some kind - but I am happy to report that Echo managed to eat a third full cup of chicken and rice assertively today and no puking yet. So that’s probably 3 cups in total, today with no pukes. We are in the process of rebuilding the stomach lining that was puked out mostly all over my driveway over the past day and a half. It really does feel like we’ve been able to get things stabilized now. THANKS AGAIN, for all the incoming love and support and prayers. I’m like 80% we’re on the mend now. We even got in a short walk at the park, today. (notice the IV shaving on the right front leg).show more

I adopted $SW SuperwontonOrg not just for fun; it’s... a real-life case study that illustrates the essence of meme culture. It serves as a blueprint for building a genuine memecoin community on TON 💎 Right now, the situation is concerning—there’s a lack of authentic memes, and we’re seeing too many pump-and-dump schemes with high market caps but fake communities. We need to demonstrate to the #TON community our dedication to creating something meaningful. I always say that 'the most beautiful thing on TON is the people,' but unfortunately, the actions of some malicious builders and TON monopoly are tarnishing that kindness. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the $SW family. Even though we may not talk often or have met in person, I truly feel the connection in my heart. Thank you all for your understanding of my busy schedule; the automation and engagement within the SuperwontonOrg community are truly impressive! ✊🏻 Together, we are strong as oneshow more

June 4th, 1994 our lives forever changed. We said,... “I do!”. With those two words, we said, yes, to all the highs, the lows, and everything in between. God has blessed us with four absolutely amazing children who are now amazing adults, with their own best friends/significant others (that they’re doing life with), we have three incredible grandsons, and a beautiful granddaughter on the way. We’ve lived where we both grew up (on the East Coast), and have now been out here in San Diego for just over 11 years. We’ve gotten jobs (and lost jobs), we’ve had more times than we can count where we couldn’t make ends meet, even though both you and I were working two, and sometimes three jobs at a time, and we’ve been blessed in ways that we could’ve never dreamed of. We’ve watched both my parents pass on, and are now dealing with the overwhelmingly difficult challenge of seeing your parents struggle with their own health in ways that no one should have to go through. Through it all (even in the midst of the chaos), we’ve been blessed to be by each other‘s sides! I thank God for you every day, Jillian! I love our adventures together (the big ones where we fly to somewhere we’ve never been before, and the little ones where we hop in the car with no agenda, and just drive). I love when we find ourselves in deeper conversation, laughter, and tears of joy then ever expected, and in the moments of silence, where no words are even spoken, but when we’re together, just being where our feet are. As the world (as we know it), keeps getting crazier and crazier, let’s continue to keep Christ in the center of all we do, keep leaning on and lifting each other up when it’s needed, and keep living the lives that we have been so incredibly blessed to live together. I love you with all my heart Jillian. Happy 32nd (heading into our 33rd year), Anniversary.show more

Interesting development - I was told numerous stories about... what happened yesterday at Crosby. One being it was a group of Asian men attacking teenage girls. Some as young as 14. I dismissed it as rumours and told people to watch out for racism. People unfairly targeting Asians and making lies up about them. But I’ve just been sent this. Now unless there is a conspiracy to frame them. It’s now looking like this is the case. The only other possibility is that this was 2 separate incidents. But either way we can’t live in peace with savages who do this on a public beach in front of families. I don’t want to speculate. So I’m going to bite my tongue on this for the time being in case I’m wrong. It has since been confirmed that teenage girls have been attacked with a bladed item. But the attacker has not been confirmed. I’m currently speaking to the Echo to work out what’s going on.show more

The discourse around the Eze penalty last night is... fascinating. If nothing else it provides Arteta with an excuse as to how his team has been hard done by and robbed. He loves excuses. It’s a fascinating situation because I actually think the right outcome was reached albeit through the wrong process. Once given on the field under the current rules it shouldn't have been overturned. For that Arsenal can feel aggrieved. Don't forget Arsenal were the beneficiaries of an incredibly soft penalty in Leverkusen. It wasn’t overturned. I find the attached video interesting because it clearly shows how minimal the contact is. The defender doesn’t pin Ezes foot to the ground. Doesn’t smash into it. It brushes down the side of it. It’s where the still pictures of it were wildly misleading. Are we really saying that contact such as that is worthy of a penalty? What’s clear in the video is that Eze has absolutely made the most of the slight contact. I love the straight left leg. A very natural position. It’s a brilliant dive and normally it would have been rewarded. By saying that is a stone wall penalty all we are doing is encouraging such theatrics and cheating. Whenever you hear the words “that was clever” by a commentator they are intimating the player has cheated/made the most of it. We complain about refs all the time but what chance do they have when players are doing stuff like this. Until players are punished properly there is no disincentive for players to keep doing this stuff. I also find it fascinating when you have a foot brushed like this. When you compare it to all the holding/pushing/grappling at other times. Sometimes a contact sport and others not. Is this really what football has become?show more

There is only one reason to share truth. And... no it has nothing to do with money- and everything to do about helping God move. Peace is the prize- a better world for everyone is the prize. We make SACRIFICES for things we want most in this world. Christ made the ultimate sacrifice If He can do that for us FREE of charge- we owe it to each other to work TOGETHER to make the world a better place- despite the toll and sacrifice. A level playing field- where we can all work hard and do our best to succeed- that is the payout. A better world for all We’re not here for just ourselves- otherwise the second commandment wouldn’t be like the first- love your neighbor as yourself. This world gets better the sooner we all wake up. Information is free- we collect and share it for free in hopes that it keeps spreading. Only working TOGETHER can we win. We are meant to move these messages for God so that humanity can wake up- this plan is designed that way- working together The Lord is ONE. We are bound as a family by Our Father in Heaven. We are apart of Him and He is apart of all of us. We are billions of little pieces of the Lords gift of life. We’ve been separated and pushed apart because it makes us weak. We were designed to be powerful by the love we draw from Creator and push through creation. We are ONE with Our Holy Father 🙏💗 Be EXCELLENT to each other frensshow more

We made it to easy for Argentina in that... second half sitting back like we did. We should have kept on pushing forward and attacking. Bad move from Tuchel, he made a gamble and he lost. I’m gutted. And so is the whole country. But I’m proud of our players, they have been bloody brilliant. I’m proud of our fans who have travelled across the pond to support our boys. I’m proud of England and I’ll keep on waving our wonderful flag. God bless you all, and wishing all our fans and players a safe trip home. You done us proud. Bosh❤️🏴show more

World Models are the path for some AI Models... in the future. But how can we efficiently train these models to not only see the world the way humans do but to see the world in a new and unique way. By visualizing, what is normally sequenced audio patterns, we can derive much more insights. Here we see Paganini in a visual form that can than be described and transcribed into a World Model. We can observe connections in a manner that may not have been clear prior to the digitalization of music and sound in this way. The company with the most valuable potential in building a World Model is Tesla. Not that this type of visualization is being used, but that the mechanisms are in place, and the technology is in place for the company to thrive in this new form of AI.show more

Brent Venables, Ben Arbuckle and Todd Bates today at... the OU Football Coaches Luncheon: “We’re in a much different place than a year ago. We really like where we’re at right now.” - Venables “John Mateer makes everyone around him better.” - Venables “(John Mateer) has a way of galvanizing the people around him. He has a great spirit about him. These kids want to play harder for John Mateer.” - Arbuckle “(John Mateer) is an answer and a problem.” - Bates “I’ve given an acronym for Mateer on his name - My Attempt To Earn Everyone’s Respect.” - Bates “I think we have a chance to have a premier player at all three levels of the defense.” - Venables “Damonic Williams has taken everything to another level.” - Venables “Jaydn (Ott) is a special kid and he’s an old, mature kid. This kid is intentional. Much like John (Mateer) he fit into the team and locker room, seamlessly. With everything else, he’s a highly intelligent football player.” - Arbuckle “They can’t get enough coaching. They crave it.” - Bates on D-Line “We know what we’re capable of. There’s not one game on our schedule we can’t win. I say that straight-faced. It’s a deep league but our plans aren’t to finish 10th in the league. Our plans are to compete for an SEC Championship.” - Venables on being picked 10th in SEC “Our offensive line all summer, I would challenge to say there’s not a group that’s been consistently in the facility more together. What I’ve seen is a group that’s fighting every single day to get on the same page. I’ve been really, really proud of the work they’ve put in all summer. I’m excited about that group.” - Arbuckle “David Stone is on the verge of a breakout.” - Batesshow more

This has all been shared ad nauseam, but here’s... my two cents. Yes, I think they were probably disappointed with their seats. Not that it wasn’t the front row, as we all know those are terrible seats for a movie, but still, they look hugely out of place. I’m sure they were hoping something a bit more benefiting their perceived sense of self-importance. But it’s Harry that gets me here. In the picture, which granted is just a moment, you can feel the misery and the brokenness. He does not look like a happy man. Sure, he fakes it for the cameras, but not everything is happy behind the scenes. It’s hard to know for sure, of course, but there’s a sadness that can be felt looking at him.show more

It's 2030 and you are reviewing humanoid robots. A... Tesla. A Google. An Apple. An OpenAI. A Meta. A Figure. And a bunch of Chinese-made ones. Which one is best, and why? I think the Tesla understands the world much better. Why? There were eight Teslas around me on the freeway today. Start there. No other robot company has that data. But my robot is parked at the local high school twice a day. Its cameras see humans in all of our weirdness. How we move. Where we go. Where we walk. Who we talk with. What you are wearing. Whether your hair was combed this morning. That data will lead to robotics breakthroughs. Apple might keep up with its Vision Pro data, but it is too freaked out by the privacy implications of using said data. (On the front are six cameras and a couple of TOF -- Time Of Flight -- sensors that can see everything in your home in great detail). Google has a lot of data, for sure. All my: 1. Email. 2. Calendars. 3. Photos. 4. TV watching behavior. 5. Contacts. 6. Documents and spreadsheets. 7. Files. 8. Location data. So I expect Google's robot will be attractive to many. But how do you see the others shake out over the next five years? Make some guesses. But remember what an AI pioneer told me years ago about AI: it's all about the data. The Chinese ones have huge advantages: the Chinese have more data on their citizens, and many more citizens to boot AND they can make robots cheaper than we can. But now that you know OpenAI is building its own robot you have caught wind of what I've heard from many in San Francisco and Silicon Valley: that humanoid robots are the real prize of AI and will be highly profitable for those that can make them and find customers willing to buy them. Here, too, I learned long ago never to bet against Elon Musk. Will you?show more

The k- drama We Are All Trying Here is... a must watch I know some people will watch one episode and call it boring. Because It’s not fast paced. It’s slice of life in the most literal sense people sitting in rooms with their envy, their 20 year old dreams that never launched, their friends who made it while they didn’t. It’s quiet. It’s slow. It lingers on silences. But that’s exactly why it gutted me. Because this show understands the war you don’t talk about. The one where you open Instagram at 2am and feel like a failure. Where you’ve been “trying” for years and the world still doesn’t know your name. Hwang Dong-man, twenty years into film school, still no debut. Byeon Eun-ah, called “The Axe” because she has to kill other people’s dreams for a living. Everyone in this drama is carrying some private worthlessness, some comparison they can’t shake. It’s not entertaining in the way K-dramas usually are. It’s uncomfortable. It holds up a mirror to the parts of you that feel behind, bitter, unseen. But that’s why it’s so relatable. That’s why I think everyone should watch it. On the outside, life looks fine but inside, everyone is struggling in their own way. And I think that’s what makes it so relatable. We spend so much time pretending we’re fine, pretending we’re winning. We Are All Trying Here just. admits it. We’re all scared we’re wasting our lives. We are all anxious. We’re all trying here. And maybe that’s enough to start with. #Wearealltryinghereshow more

Q: Was there a particularly memorable moment working with... the members on this album? Tyler Spry: There’s a video that’s gone around on the Internet when I was writing with V, James Essien and Sean Foreman. That video is not the making of any of the songs that made the album, but it was one of the most fun days I had in the studio with the guys. We were just jumping up and down, singing the songs. I think that it was one of the freest days we had in the studio, creatively. So I do hope that song gets to see the light of day.show more
