When creating this cut for SCP:GALLIONIC's trailer we started... out with a 3D layout, where the general movement and camera placements are decided. Then animation and Backgrounds are worked on in tandem. Creating the background was fairly straightforward (just define the structure, textures and lighting) [done by Brando Leon Rustici - (So So Animations) ] Animation however, was definitely a bit trickier, but Jag アニメーター really knocked it out of the park: especially with such complicated designs and number of individual objects, it's always good (as he's done) to break it down first to just "blobs", to get the movement down and after that actually drawing the characters properly. Mikey Nowack, other than being being responsible for SCP-1762's design, also took care of the colour script for this cut, and together with Wing (in charge of compositing) brought the final scene to life! Seedance 2.0 - Advanced Workflows Series 14. Compositing and... Layering Some shots may have many characters that need specific movements. When we start adding characters, it becomes very difficult to achieve the exact animation, gesture, or movement we are looking of all of them in a single generation. In addition, the more characters are added, the more rigid Seedance 2.0 animations become in order to maintain consistency. This is especially visible in styles with squash and stretch and rubber hose animations, where the characters deform their body parts as if they were made of rubber, or in highly expressive movement animations in anime. For these cases, it is better to work on each animation separately and recompose it at the end into a video. Workflow + Prompts 👇show more

This scene is also just cut so fucking weirdly.... All Hal did was suggest he keep Kerry & Noah safe until he could figure things out, and it was enough for her to freak out and shoot him in the fucking head?? I’d understand if Hal threatened to take him in, or if the scene was a bit longer so we had more time/dialogue to process why she made this decision. But instead, we wait 8 hours to find out Kerry shot Hal for NO REASON other than impulse. THAT’S the big full circle plot twist of the show. And then we’re supposed to feel satisfied that she walks away without any consequences? There’s so many things wrong with this, but for me, the fact that it was such a weirdly rushed scene within an episode where we spent 90% of the runtime with Noah & Kerry bothers me the most. We spent more time watching Football highlights on a Football field than we spent showing the MURDER OF HAL JORDAN, which the entire season was built on. So many of these ideas sound amazing as concepts, but within the *actual* content of the show they’re so poorly executed. I loved Kerry’s writing throughout the season, I thought it was really strong and a majority of the depth worked for me. I do not think her writing was strong enough for it to justify her being the person to end Hal’s story without any repercussionsshow more

Vintage Camera Experts 🎥 We appreciate all the camera... operator experts and enthusiast that have been reaching out. Ideally, we would love a robust army of imagers helping us gather as much imagery as possible - from different angles, distances, and altitudes with a variety of equipment. Two of the primary challenges for our camera operators right now are digital interference and the extreme speed and movement of the objects. For the former, there seems to be something about the phenomenon that interferes with digital camera technology. Because of this we are looking to also add a vintage camera suite. There’s lots of evidence that suggests analog imagery of the phenomenon produces better results in some circumstances. In regards to the speed and movement challenge, please see the below video clip from episode two. This is what we are dealing with. Note the speed and movement of the Tic Tacs at 100% vs. 15% . If you feel you’re up to the challenge and have something of value to add, please continue to reach out and offer solutions. 🙏🇺🇸show more

We did not hold back on the intensity of... this film. But even when making a film THIS action packed, you need a moment to slow down to catch your breath. Even if only for a few seconds, this scene was the perfect moment for that. It’s one of the rare moments in the film where any character’s faces are shown. We wanted to take this moment to hint at a much bigger story and history by showing the faces of Ash and Garuda. DEAD RINGER WITH LYRICS I had so much fun... animating this. It was tricky to get spamton's design the way I like it. I'm probably most proud of the movement if anything. Check out the rest of the other animation I hid on the video! :^√show more

What if a SINGLE IMAGE could become a fully... editable 3D WORLD? 🤯 I tried Hyper3D WorldGen, and honestly… I wasn’t expecting this. It didn’t just look at the image and turn it into a 3D object. It actually figured out what was happening in the scene — where the objects were, how they were positioned, and how everything fit together — then rebuilt the whole thing as a 3D world. And this is where it gets REALLY interesting. The objects you actually want to work with become individual 3D assets, while the surrounding environment keeps its detail through 3D Gaussian Splatting. So instead of getting one giant 3D model that you can barely do anything with… You get a whole scene that you can actually mess around with. 👇show more

We can't quite believe it, but we've never posted... an FX Animation Breakdown before! There's been such amazing FX work done on so many of our projects, we're definitely going to show you more of how it's done. This film in particular was so FX heavy, we had to highlight the crazy work that went into it. You all know we love an action sequence. But for this one, we took a pretty different approach than we usually do! The entire thing was rendered through FX animation. The animator did their rough and tie-downs but instead of going into clean-up and BG paint, the FX team rendered the characters as well as animated the background FX (which is a super rare thing to do!). The result is this abstract representation of two magnificent powers colliding in an epic battle!!! Thank you SO much to all our followers, supporters... and fans for all of the love at TsumiCon @ Houston, TX this past weekend!! ❤️❤️ (Long Post Incoming)⬇️ Our hearts are so full and words cannot describe how we are feeling right now 🥹 We are so happy to have met all of you! Thank you for stopping by our booth, hanging out with us, and taking pictures with us. Our group photo session took over an hour (we literally still can’t believe it). To be honest, it was a bit hectic since it was so busy. However, you guys were all so nice and patient and understanding! And even though it lasted over an hour, you guys waited in line just to meet us 🥹. Thank you for purchasing our JolliBaddies posters (we SOLD OUT omg!!🤯)! This is also unbelievable to us. Thank you for going to our panel on Saturday and playing Bingo with us!!! IN THE MAIN PANEL ROOM TOO!!!! We thought that only 20 people would attend and were originally going to be in the smallest room. However, the line for the panel was SO long that Tsumicon staff ended up switching our room from the smallest room to literally the LARGEST panel room!!! Our minds are still blown away by this. In addition, our panel line was SO long that staff had to cut it off because we were at MAX capacity!!!! Once again, thanks again to ALL OF YOU for coming out to Tsumicon and supporting JolliBaddies first public appearance!!! PS: we are sorry if this message is all over the place but our hearts are full and we have so many emotions right now that we can’t put into words. Literally crying happy tears right now as we right this 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹show more

Yeaah with Kartel.ai and Jesse Wellens ! So training... Lora for character on Flux and also for Wan 2.1 14B ( using dataset video ) make a Huge difference. So here you are seeing a volumetric capture of Jesse Wellens that we did in at the spatial studio of Kartel.ai We use a a World Labs gaussian splatting to create a simple environment that we put with the volumetric capture in our own webgl viewer ( out soon for everyone ). After that, We use after this output in a ComfyUI workflow with Wan Fun control ( a bit similar Vace but its working for Wan 14B) with the double loras , the first to generate the first frame with flux, and the second one to guide the generation of Wan 2.1 Control. So we keep very good consistency of character and position, and creating amazing worlds :) ! Hope you will find it cool !show more

Last week we introduced Kenji to the button that... initiates a video call to an emergency contact. Because he already knows to push buttons, he only needed to learn that it was a paw push not a nose push, and the cue "FaceTime". Today he had his second training session and we moved the button into the living room where it will be used, and he immediately went and pushed it when cued. Then we started to add distance. We did a few runs from within the living room, then a few from the kitchen, and finally a few from the back porch. He did it every single time. Young dogs learn very quickly. We kept the session short and just did a few repetitions at the furthest distance. It's tempting to go further away or into a different room, but it's better to leave that for the next session. Overtraining can take the fun out of it for the dog. Yes, they need to get lots of repetitions in for a behavior to become precise and reliable, but we want to keep it enjoyable and not increase difficulty too quickly. If he's already done several repetitions from a distance and then we ask him to do it from a room further away, then we run the risk of him losing interest in the activity and becoming more interested in some of the distractions he passes along the way. Like his bone and a toy box. When training a new skill, the dog needs lots of wins. It's far better for us to end the session where we did, rather than move to the bedroom and have him decide to stop and check out his bone on his way to the button. In a day or so we will do another session with him doing it once from the living room, a couple of fast repetitions from the back porch with exciting rewards, and then increase the difficulty while he's highly motivated. The session after that we will probably hook it up and introduce the sounds that it makes. He's doing awesome at this. It's not surprising. We know that there's more in his giant noggin than just marshmallows. Even if he's still hoping that button let's him video chat with Pizza Hut. 🎥 Kenji being awesome #Rottweiler #PuppyTraining #KenjiChaosshow more

i wanted to tell you how we made the... visuals for nerve-bloom i did it with Natalia Kleszczewska and Natalie Liu . Natalia Kleszczewska is a painter , she painted the creatures and the backgrounds . Natalie Liu is a computer graphics director , she shaped the digital dimension of the work . my role in it was a creative director , bringing in the singer-songwriter tradition , where emotionally precise things happen inside the structure of a song . i guided colour pallettes , textures and the environments the music happens in . to make this possible , during the process , natalia often had to paint many shapes and sizes , different textures and layers of colours . natalie then developed the visuals, designing and overseeing CGI elements , and finding ways for the digital to sit organically alongside Natalia’s world . and include my dramaturgy and creative direction. we spent 7 months talking and working together , dedicated to relish in the craft of blending hand-made visuals with digital experimentation , 3D design and commit it to physical display technology . a lot of time was spent on researching different tools and techniques to find what worked best at each stage in the song . like i’ve done before , i wanted to merge old things with tech , giving it soul & a meaning . to paint a painting is an analog craft but computer programming is craftmanship too !! and both can co-exist , .....encouraging each other to bloom even further towards a mutual world . there is a tradition in pop music for the mucisian to choose a video director . in the art world , this is called “curation” , but where we came from , it was natural that the musician would have strong opinions on what your song needed , which mood , colours , textures & storyline . today this is called “creative director” and it is something we didn’t credit ourselves with in the 90s , but i am starting to understand this better now . i don´t think of me as a visual artist . because my heart is music . everything i do comes from a sonic point of view . this is something i have called “sonic symbolism” , sound made visual , a reverse synesthesia . when you listen to a song for the first time , it is like swallowing a whale , you need to feel the whole musical sculpture in one go . the structure of a song has always been extremely important to me : what shape it is . this is part of the craft of being a singer-songwriter ........... we are tune sculpturors ....... since i am talking about the visuals for nerve bloom it is impossible to not mention the avatars in my music videos . they have replaced the storyteller with anattempt to connect to the more universal element of music , through animation, avatars , puppetry both digital and analog . for me they are marionettes in a puppet-theatre , hopefully in a similar realm as the jungian archetypes ( which we all can act out the characteristics of ...) .... i feel nerve-bloom is a natural continuation .... an animated avatar archetype singing you a song ––––– Avatars, animation and archetypes: Nerve Bloom (remix) – on display at Listasafn Íslands / National Gallery of Iceland until September 20th 2026. ⚠️🦠Biowarfare Alert🦠⚠️ Russian MIL accuse the US of releasing... bioweapons to create “crisis situations”, and claims the US are planning to do it again. Russia just accused the ruling families of the DNC and Big Pharma of creating covid in Ukraine, and using it to take over the world. “Thus, as in 2019, the US has begun preparing for a new pandemic by searching for virus mutations. We do not rule out that the United States will use of so-called defensive technologies for offensive purposes, as well as for global governance by creating crisis situations of a biological nature.” I’ve been trying to tell everyone from the jump that Ukraine is backlash for the production and release of SARS-CoV-2!
