When creating this cut for SCP:GALLIONIC's trailer we started... out with a 3D layout, where the general movement and camera placements are decided. Then animation and Backgrounds are worked on in tandem. Creating the background was fairly straightforward (just define the structure, textures and lighting) [done by Brando Leon Rustici - (So So Animations) ] Animation however, was definitely a bit trickier, but Jag アニメーター really knocked it out of the park: especially with such complicated designs and number of individual objects, it's always good (as he's done) to break it down first to just "blobs", to get the movement down and after that actually drawing the characters properly. Mikey Nowack, other than being being responsible for SCP-1762's design, also took care of the colour script for this cut, and together with Wing (in charge of compositing) brought the final scene to life! Go check out the full trailer if you have not already! #scp #indie_animeshow more

Seedance 2.0 - Advanced Workflows Series 14. Compositing and... Layering Some shots may have many characters that need specific movements. When we start adding characters, it becomes very difficult to achieve the exact animation, gesture, or movement we are looking of all of them in a single generation. In addition, the more characters are added, the more rigid Seedance 2.0 animations become in order to maintain consistency. This is especially visible in styles with squash and stretch and rubber hose animations, where the characters deform their body parts as if they were made of rubber, or in highly expressive movement animations in anime. For these cases, it is better to work on each animation separately and recompose it at the end into a video. Workflow + Prompts 👇show more

Vintage Camera Experts 🎥 We appreciate all the camera... operator experts and enthusiast that have been reaching out. Ideally, we would love a robust army of imagers helping us gather as much imagery as possible - from different angles, distances, and altitudes with a variety of equipment. Two of the primary challenges for our camera operators right now are digital interference and the extreme speed and movement of the objects. For the former, there seems to be something about the phenomenon that interferes with digital camera technology. Because of this we are looking to also add a vintage camera suite. There’s lots of evidence that suggests analog imagery of the phenomenon produces better results in some circumstances. In regards to the speed and movement challenge, please see the below video clip from episode two. This is what we are dealing with. Note the speed and movement of the Tic Tacs at 100% vs. 15% . If you feel you’re up to the challenge and have something of value to add, please continue to reach out and offer solutions. 🙏🇺🇸show more

We did not hold back on the intensity of... this film. But even when making a film THIS action packed, you need a moment to slow down to catch your breath. Even if only for a few seconds, this scene was the perfect moment for that. It’s one of the rare moments in the film where any character’s faces are shown. We wanted to take this moment to hint at a much bigger story and history by showing the faces of Ash and Garuda. "wait until 5 & 6. At least for me,... i'm kind of a gooey, romantic when it comes to all that stuff. That's where the real acting and the real person-on-person moments and the real grit of it comes out." starting with the physical intimacy, and they're really about to dive in deeper even in the real, emotional intimacy. Especially with Ilya, that means so much, cause he's about to take down all of his defenses and just be his most vulnerable, his most honest self with Shane. No more "that means nothing" when deep down, he always felt it, those moments with Shane always meant everything, cause he is fucking in love with this man. And he's about to confess that, even if he already did but this time, Shane will hear it in his language... Cause this needs to be out. The cottage is gonna be the whole turning point of their life I AM NOT OKAY 😭 #heatedrivalryshow more

Went to Nottingham today and my god the place... looks so sad and run down. The 1st thing was the horrendous smell of weed as we parked in the Trinity Square car park and then on the 2nd floor of the stairs to get out someone had literally shit up the actual wall. It was absolutely disgusting and I genuinely was nearly sick. We couldn’t stop heaving the smell was like a sewage works and baby poo. What sort of human actually pulls their pants down and shits up a wall. 💩 Then the city centre and Christmas market was so so depressingly bad. Such a shame because Nottingham has so much amazing history and architecture but it’s like they’ve given up with the city and let it just go to ruin. And then to top it off I was served this at Five Guys UK and charged £24.10 for the pleasure haha funny but annoying because it’s bloody expensive 😔show more

✨ Made a new mini feature on Photo AI:... [ Grab from 3d model ] So the problem is we're at that stage in time (typical for AI) where image-to-3d models are not good enough but are fun to play with, but we know they'll be good enough in 1-2 years With [ Make 3d model ] you already can turn any Photo AI pic into a 3d model but it still looks hyper clunky and deformed, but it works! One cool idea I had to make that more useful and made now: Let people make a 3d model then change the view of the it with the 3d viewer, then press [ o ] and it grabs a frame of the 3d That image you can then [ Remix ] (img2img), and it becomes a real photo again and that in turn you can then turn into a video again with [ Make video ] So that essentially gives you a fully freeform camera position control to take photos with One thing I need to fix is the background/skybox, I kinda need to take the original photo and remove the person and just get the background for the 3d model viewer, in this case it should be white, but it's a start!show more

We can't quite believe it, but we've never posted... an FX Animation Breakdown before! There's been such amazing FX work done on so many of our projects, we're definitely going to show you more of how it's done. This film in particular was so FX heavy, we had to highlight the crazy work that went into it. You all know we love an action sequence. But for this one, we took a pretty different approach than we usually do! The entire thing was rendered through FX animation. The animator did their rough and tie-downs but instead of going into clean-up and BG paint, the FX team rendered the characters as well as animated the background FX (which is a super rare thing to do!). The result is this abstract representation of two magnificent powers colliding in an epic battle!!! Client: Digital Extremes Character Layout: Colin Tan 2D Animation: Shane Dering 2D Animation Lighting and Render: Simon Duclos FX Animation: Christophe Madeleine, Louve Karnas Compositing: Maxime Temple #FXAnimationBreakdownshow more

Thank you SO much to all our followers, supporters... and fans for all of the love at TsumiCon @ Las Vegas, NV this past weekend!! ❤️❤️ (Long Post Incoming)⬇️ Our hearts are so full and words cannot describe how we are feeling right now 🥹 We are so happy to have met all of you! Thank you for stopping by our booth, hanging out with us, and taking pictures with us. Our group photo session took over an hour (we literally still can’t believe it). To be honest, it was a bit hectic since it was so busy. However, you guys were all so nice and patient and understanding! And even though it lasted over an hour, you guys waited in line just to meet us 🥹. Thank you for purchasing our JolliBaddies posters (we SOLD OUT omg!!🤯)! This is also unbelievable to us. Thank you for going to our panel on Saturday and playing Bingo with us!!! IN THE MAIN PANEL ROOM TOO!!!! We thought that only 20 people would attend and were originally going to be in the smallest room. However, the line for the panel was SO long that Tsumicon staff ended up switching our room from the smallest room to literally the LARGEST panel room!!! Our minds are still blown away by this. In addition, our panel line was SO long that staff had to cut it off because we were at MAX capacity!!!! Once again, thanks again to ALL OF YOU for coming out to Tsumicon and supporting JolliBaddies first public appearance!!! PS: we are sorry if this message is all over the place but our hearts are full and we have so many emotions right now that we can’t put into words. Literally crying happy tears right now as we right this 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹show more

Yeaah with Kartel.ai and Jesse Wellens ! So training... Lora for character on Flux and also for Wan 2.1 14B ( using dataset video ) make a Huge difference. So here you are seeing a volumetric capture of Jesse Wellens that we did in at the spatial studio of Kartel.ai We use a a World Labs gaussian splatting to create a simple environment that we put with the volumetric capture in our own webgl viewer ( out soon for everyone ). After that, We use after this output in a ComfyUI workflow with Wan Fun control ( a bit similar Vace but its working for Wan 14B) with the double loras , the first to generate the first frame with flux, and the second one to guide the generation of Wan 2.1 Control. So we keep very good consistency of character and position, and creating amazing worlds :) ! Hope you will find it cool !show more

This is why all of the people you love... are struggling to pay rent or feed themselves, and are staring down the barrel of being the end of their millennia-long ancestral bloodline, as they see no mathematical possibility of being able to raise a single child, let alone the 8+ this woman will have as we are paying for all of it. If you wake up every day enraged at this system, it's because you are awake and paying attention. It has been constructed with the express purpose of sucking your life-force dry, exterminating your people, and humiliating you while doing it. And I'm sorry to break it to you...but we are not going to vote our way out of a system this rotten to its core.show more

⚠️🦠Biowarfare Alert🦠⚠️ Russian MIL accuse the US of releasing... bioweapons to create “crisis situations”, and claims the US are planning to do it again. Russia just accused the ruling families of the DNC and Big Pharma of creating covid in Ukraine, and using it to take over the world. “Thus, as in 2019, the US has begun preparing for a new pandemic by searching for virus mutations. We do not rule out that the United States will use of so-called defensive technologies for offensive purposes, as well as for global governance by creating crisis situations of a biological nature.” I’ve been trying to tell everyone from the jump that Ukraine is backlash for the production and release of SARS-CoV-2! Pencils from one of my shots from #Fixed. As... I said before, I didn't do anything big on the film- the handful of shots I did were pretty quick ones and not worth posting really. This was the longest one I did and it was a scene I was hoping to get- I just always liked these crows. (Also sorry for the quality of the video- technology is wearing me down and had to record off the TV and just be done with this!) #SonyAnimation #netflixanimation #genndytartakovsky #FixedMovie #2danimation #penciltest #traditionanimation #adultcartoonsshow more

i wanted to tell you how we made the... visuals for nerve-bloom i did it with Natalia Kleszczewska and Natalie Liu . Natalia Kleszczewska is a painter , she painted the creatures and the backgrounds . Natalie Liu is a computer graphics director , she shaped the digital dimension of the work . my role in it was a creative director , bringing in the singer-songwriter tradition , where emotionally precise things happen inside the structure of a song . i guided colour pallettes , textures and the environments the music happens in . to make this possible , during the process , natalia often had to paint many shapes and sizes , different textures and layers of colours . natalie then developed the visuals, designing and overseeing CGI elements , and finding ways for the digital to sit organically alongside Natalia’s world . and include my dramaturgy and creative direction. we spent 7 months talking and working together , dedicated to relish in the craft of blending hand-made visuals with digital experimentation , 3D design and commit it to physical display technology . a lot of time was spent on researching different tools and techniques to find what worked best at each stage in the song . like i’ve done before , i wanted to merge old things with tech , giving it soul & a meaning . to paint a painting is an analog craft but computer programming is craftmanship too !! and both can co-exist , .....encouraging each other to bloom even further towards a mutual world . there is a tradition in pop music for the mucisian to choose a video director . in the art world , this is called “curation” , but where we came from , it was natural that the musician would have strong opinions on what your song needed , which mood , colours , textures & storyline . today this is called “creative director” and it is something we didn’t credit ourselves with in the 90s , but i am starting to understand this better now . i don´t think of me as a visual artist . because my heart is music . everything i do comes from a sonic point of view . this is something i have called “sonic symbolism” , sound made visual , a reverse synesthesia . when you listen to a song for the first time , it is like swallowing a whale , you need to feel the whole musical sculpture in one go . the structure of a song has always been extremely important to me : what shape it is . this is part of the craft of being a singer-songwriter ........... we are tune sculpturors ....... since i am talking about the visuals for nerve bloom it is impossible to not mention the avatars in my music videos . they have replaced the storyteller with anattempt to connect to the more universal element of music , through animation, avatars , puppetry both digital and analog . for me they are marionettes in a puppet-theatre , hopefully in a similar realm as the jungian archetypes ( which we all can act out the characteristics of ...) .... i feel nerve-bloom is a natural continuation .... an animated avatar archetype singing you a song ––––– Avatars, animation and archetypes: Nerve Bloom (remix) – on display at Listasafn Íslands / National Gallery of Iceland until September 20th 2026. The production of this film was made possible with the generous support of #bottegaveneta.show more

These friends are out to eat at a fancy... restaurant. For desert, they ordered a chocolate piñata that they are supposed to break with a little mallet and enjoy. The instructions weren’t clear for what she was supposed to do, however she assumed that it was the plate she was supposed to hit and she hit it, broke it and it turned out to just be an actual dish instead of candy. However any person who saw this would figure out that it was the chocolate she was supposed to hit, was this the restaurant’s fault or was she just not paying attention, should she have to pay for that plate?show more

A lot of people don’t know this, but RΞZZ... and I are actually homies and talk all the time. She’s one of my truest friends in this whole music scene, and whenever we’re on the same festival lineup I make it a mission to hunt her down and hang. She’s helped me through a ton of mental spirals and second-guessing, and I honestly cherish the hell out of her friendship. We actually started this song years ago with BRVMES (but I’m the procrastination king), so I’m beyond stoked it’s finally out in the world. A massive thank you to Rezz for always being patient and listening to my deranged 1am voice notes that sound like a raccoon trying to explain jazz. Love you, Isabelle ❤️ congrats on the album!show more

The creature in the film is actually based on... a jötunn (race of Jötnar) from Norse mythology. This is mentioned with captions turned on, and was what the woman in the cabin identified the creature as to Luke. This film from the very first minute to the last, it points out to this creature and the eerie journey this group of individuals go through especially down those woods.show more
