He is THINKING about his swing while playing on the golf course, in a tournament You can see him make a little takeaway rehearsal just before he hits. To me, It looks as if he is working on keeping the club head more in front of the hands as he takes the club away Either that or he's making sure the face is staying square during the takeaway. Maybe both I hear golfers say that they shouldn't have swing thoughts on the course. I disagree. You can absolutely play with a swing though.
